在不断地与“问题生”打交道的过程中，我深切体会到，只有“亲其师”，才能“信其道”。于是我调整心态，对他正确定位，多一些理解和体谅，少一些要求和奢望，多一些耐心和表扬，少一些生气和批评。没有爱生的意识，就不会对学生产生极大的热情，就不会去了解学生，更谈不上什么理解，也就无所谓德育。只有装着一颗爱心，你才会去发现、寻找学生的闪光点，去鼓励他们上进，去指导他克服困难，迎接挑战，才会拉近师生之间的距离，才会达到教学、生活中师生之间的和谐与沟通。才会产生的教学意境与教学效果。也才会发现他们是如此可爱，并不难教，给一点阳光就灿烂，就这么简单。

三、用关心激发热心。

在多次和他的谈话交流中，发现他很幼稚但又有自己的理想。他们希望自己将来能考上大学，做一个有用的人，赚更很的钱。如果以他现在的成绩，这根本是不可能的。但我没有泼冷水，而是抓住这个契机，与他促膝谈心。提醒他们现在应该把握好时机，彻底改变陋习;树立信心，埋头读书;刻苦努力，持之以恒;使学习成绩稳步提高，就一定能如己所愿实现理想。很快，他们课堂纪律已基本能遵守，良好的行为习惯正在养成，课后作业基本能独立完成，学习成绩也有所提高。

做好问题生的德育工作是一件艰巨的任务，需要我们坚持不懈的关注和耐心的关怀。让爱心在帮扶中传递到最后。学期结束了，德育工作还要继续，我会一如既往的关注他们。

师傅：在徒弟的认真学习和努力配合下，在自己的辛勤努力下，一季度年的导师带徒已经结束了，在这短短的三个月里，有苦也有甜，感受之多、之深，收获也很多，简单总结如下：

一、从自身方面：

自己做为一名师傅，就应名副其实，不仅严格要求徒弟，更加严格要求自己，努力钻研，精益求精，做出表率，做个榜样，虽然说自己以前有十七八年的工作经验，但学无止境，“三人行，必有我师”通过给徒弟讲授，，互相探讨中，学到了很多的新的设备和专业知识，对自己的业务综合能力进行了一次考验，再一次证明自己的业务能力实经得起考验的。

二、从指导徒弟方面：

经常和徒弟们共同探讨一些问题，并要求他们每周做好学习笔记，自己亲自批阅他们的笔记，鼓励的同时不忘指出他们学习中存在的问题，多挑缺点，让他们在学习中少走弯路，多在一起研究问题，讨论教法，学法。每月要求徒弟写一篇学习心得，并分别进行一次现场和理论考试，便于了解培训效果，探求新的培训模式。

三、从徒弟自身看：

他们都非常认真，非常虚心，自身素质非常高，肯于下工夫，肯于更新、肯于虚心学习。总之，通过一季度的培训学习，他们操作技能得到了提高，今后我们会更加努力，更上一层楼。

一、 全员育人开始以后，我分别给由我负责高一一班和二班13学生召开会议，确定小组的组长，给他们提出了学习上和生活上的要求，并记录他们的生日、家庭住址父母单位和电话以及宿舍号。在第一时间提升了小组的凝聚力和向心力，确保小组育人活动的展开。

全员育人实施过程中，我将对他们的个性特长，学习成绩和思想状况进行跟踪了解，与他们探讨学习方法，关心他们的生活，为他们提供心理疏导，帮助制订个人成长计划。全面深入地了解所指导学生的兴趣、个性和特长，从改善学生知识结构、改进学习方法等方面入手，因人而异地制定指导计划，真正和学生一道负起对学习过程的责任，在学习时间安排、学习态度、学习方法和学习纪律、学习习惯等方面向所指导的学生提供帮助，并接受学生在学习、生活、心理等方面的咨询，做学生的良师益友。将正确的思想观念和成功的生活经验传授给学生，既教书又育人，促进学生身心健康发展。只要我们能换位思考一下，能确实站在学生的角度考虑问题，你会发现与他们交流也是一件幸福的事情。

二、每周召开小组会议，我会点评每一位同学在上周的表现，然后让组内成员互相表扬，比如说一下在上周中你认为那些同学比较努力，他怎样努力了等等。这样有些同学受到了表扬，在这一周的学习中就会更加努力，而另外的同学也会以这些同学作为榜样，积极上进。

四、虽然进公寓的次数不多，但发现很受学生欢迎，去宿舍了解学生的生活状态，与学生进行课堂外的交流，可以大大拉近与学生的距离。
