我们怀着难以诉说的心情以及对教师这种职业的神圣的向往，来到了我们的实习目的地——海口市第七中学。这是海口市的一所普通中学，只设有初中部。学校建设也没我想象中的那么好。当然我根本没有想到，在之后的两个月里，我会在这里收获一段快乐而难忘的时光。我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西，而且和他们成为朋友，更重要的是，我在实习过程中感觉所学的到东西远远要比三年里在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩，这些东西都是课本上学不到的。正所谓“实践出真知”啊，实践中收获到的远比书本来得真切和实在。我们来到海口七中受到了热烈的欢迎。首先，我们和该校的领导及老师召开了座谈会，他们向我们介绍了这个学校的一些情况：它属于区属中学，隶属于海南省海口市美兰区，坐落在美舍河旁边，风景优美，学校占地面积不多，一共设有三个年级，每个年级十个班。据这的老师介绍，因为是普通中学，所以生源都不好，学生的基础都很差。

我们实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学、班主任工作。

基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为12节

2、班主任工作：组织了一次“怎么样学好英语”的主题班会;在班上组织了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年的诗歌朗诵比赛,选送代表参加学校的比赛.带领学生出了一期以“安全意识”为主题的黑板报;参加了学生的广播操比赛的训练及体育课;检查学生的早操情况及卫生情况，帮助班主任做好两次家长会的前期准备工作。

各位好。我叫，*人士，是*学院机电工程专业的毕业生。

在这三年的大学生活中我一直都在努力的充实自己、提高自己，一直坚持刻苦努力学习，培养起较高的动手能力，把所学的东西应用在生活中。在分组实验中培养起了较强的团队合作和协作精神。具备一定的计算机水平能力，并能够熟练一些软件和硬件的知识。

在生活方面诚实做人，塌实做事是我的人生准则，复合型知识结构使我能胜任社会上的多种工作。

在莘莘学子中，我并非最好，但我拥有不懈奋斗的意志，愈战愈强的精神和塌实肯干的作风，这才是最重要的。
