一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

经过一番学习，我知道了，课堂教育不仅是老师的舞台，更要让学生秀出真正的自己；在数学的教学过程中，最好以生活实例为主，课本为辅，让学生学以致用；要懂得控制自己的情绪，在该放松的时候放松，在该严谨的时候严谨，不能抑制学生的活泼，但要学会严肃的对待问题；点人回答问题要尽量照顾中、差学生，较难的问题留给成绩较好的同学解决；当上课有人开小差时，只用走到他的桌前敲一敲，这样既提醒了那位同学，也没有中断我的讲课……通过注意了细节问题后，孩子们接受了我的教学方式，有了更好的互动，使之学到了更多的知识，数学成绩跟之前比较也有了进步，我为此感到非常欣慰。

三、 课后也有忙不完的事

“下课时间到了，老师你们辛苦了！”随着下课铃声，我依依不舍的离开教室。回到办公室继续我的工作，例如做好课后总结、批改学生作业、准备下节课内容等事情。通过批改作业可以知道学生学习的情况，做好记载，便于下节课再补充讲解。

三、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于教学中再次进行复习。

四、认真研究新课程标准和中招考试要求，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是考试的内容，哪些内容是已经不考的，哪些内容已经学的。在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

五、为了减轻初三学生听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从一开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

六、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓中招必考单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

哦，只顾介绍我的个性、爱好、忘了介绍我的名字了，我叫杨林龙。听妈妈说，我这名字可费了爸爸不少功夫，爸爸硬是翻《辞海》《辞源》，绞尽脑汁想了大半天，才想出来。这名字取得妙，不仅很少有雷同，而且寄托了家人的对我的期望：希望我的知识有“树木”一样，能使用这些“树木”做成“风筝”飞向理想的国度。唉!我只有好好学习才能去实现这个名字所含的意义了。

自我懂事起，我就诅咒上帝。因为他给了我一个肥大的身体，一张长嘴巴，一笑就露出了两排黄板牙，还有一头焦黄的头发。就因为这样我不喜欢看到镜子，不愿意从镜子里看到自己的身形和一张丑小鸭的脸。每当看到那些帅气的男孩时我觉得自己有多么丑陋!

我知道，自己是一只丑小鸭，是一只永远不会变成白天鹅的丑小鸭。我痛苦，可我是的性格改变了这一点，因为我有一个开朗的性格、使我忘记了这一点!

一.组织老师对上学期期末考试试卷进行全面自查，发现问题立即解决，并及时总结经验教训。与此同时，认真做好上学期期末考试不及格学生的补考阅卷工作。

二.认真做好本学期开学的各项准备工作，如授课单，课程表，备课本及授课教材的发放、相关文件，要求及会议精神的传达，使各位老师在心理上和行动上都能很快进入角色，确保新学期开学的教学工作稳妥、有序地进行。

三.配合学校迎评创建阶段工作的正常有序开展，及时认真地学习各种相关文件和简报，部署和落实系部交办的各项任务，努力把本教研室的各阶段工作做到实处。

四.积极开展互相听课活动，努力提高教学质量和教学水平，要真正把教研室活动建设成为老师们推进教学和科研的重要平台，力争在“研”字上多做文章。本学期规定每位老师至少听课10次，教研室主任至少听课10次以上;提倡老师们到其他教研室听课学习。

五.教研室课堂教学争取达到以下基本要求：1.知识传授要准确简练2.思想方法要揭示深刻3.重点难点要突出有方4.例题习题要创新有效5.师生交流要互动到位。

六.在期中组织全校各专业大学生英语口语竞赛，激发学生学习英语的兴趣和热情。

七.实行集体备课制度。本学期我们还将继续充分利用每单周二中午的教研室活动时间，按所授年级专专业教材的不同，分三个备课组，认真组织教师研讨教学中遇到的困难和问题，交流教学心得，互相学习，共同提高。教研室主任作详细记录。同一课程的平行班老师必须以课程为单位，每周举行一次集体备课或集体研讨，各专业备课组长作一定记录。

八.加强课程教学改革和考试改革。鼓励广大教师立足本职工作，结合学科发展前沿，努力创新和探索教学新思路、新方法;尽可能使用多媒体课件与网上资源，争取多媒体课件使用量占课程总量约50%;继续探索和研究课程考试改革，改变一考定成绩的传统做法。

九.认真做好期初、期中、期末的教学检查工作，检查教学进度、教案的书写及作业的布置和批改等。

十.通过各种渠道收集各种教学反馈信息，主要通过班主任及学生，了解教情，并及时反溃

十一.积极挖掘自身优势，以点带面，全面提高;积极借鉴外部经验，充实提高自己;积极鼓励教师参加各种形式的进修、培训活动，发展自己。

十二.做好学期末的各项工作，包括期末考试的规范制卷、组织协调、阅卷及所有善后工作，学期总结等的各项工作。

十三.按照统一要求，做好相关教学基本数据的收集与整理工作。加强教研室建设，完善教研室资料管理。主要涉及纸质质、电子档案两种，分门别类整理。

十四.未尽事宜，以院系工作为参照，适时调整。
