我的历史没有光彩夺目的修饰，仅有一步一步女里证明自我的艰辛与坚定。做过团支书，明白团支书的不易与担当;做过学习委员，不是想象中的闲职，是必须为大家的学习负责;获得过“三好学生”，才懂得成功不是随随便便，轻而易举的眼高手低，而是实实在在，不懈努力的眼低手高;获得过“优秀班干”，最终尝到“在其位，谋其政”的甜头。过去了就让它过去吧，毕竟这已成为历史，想在我能做的就是——在大学生新的征途中抓住机遇，展现自我，与大家一齐同享大学带来的惊喜。

进入大学意味着无限的机会，一个征服新的领域的机会。我想在大学充实自我的生活，培养自我的本事，“见贤思齐焉”，不断拔高自我。舞台这么大，我会很努力，很努力，很努力，很努力地去拼搏，去奋斗。博一下，才不悔我大学的一路走来。

在大学里，我想把最给力的自我展现给大家，与大家伙儿一齐成长!

本学期，我担任三—六年级的英语教学工作，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，在工作中从各方面严格要求自己，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期教学工作做出总结，希望能发扬优点，克服不足，继往开来。

一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生小班教学的实际，针对不同年级教学目标的不同：让三四年级学生在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;让五六年级在保持兴趣的基础上学习新知识，加大听写单词的力度。设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记。

二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课，尤其是五年级的学生。

三、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。对于四个年级的学生，培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

四、坚持用英语组织课堂教学。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，我坚持多用英语与学生交流，为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。

教学反思是教师对教学过程中出现的教学事件和现象的再思考，是教师的教学理论和教学实践的对话，而不断的教学反思则会促进教师教学能力及水平的发展。教学反思包括课前对教学设计的反思，课中对教学过程的反思，课后对教学效果的反思。一个好的教师如能及时的进行教学反思，不仅可以提高自身的教学水平，更能提升自己以适应时代的要求。我国著名心理学家林崇德提出“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”的成长公式，全国特级教师袁蓉从自己的教学实践和成功经验中总结出:教学成功=教学过程+反思。教学反思有利于促成教师从“一般型”向“骨干型”转变，进而由“教书型”成长为“专家型”，由“学科型”成长为“学者型”。教师的发展成长是教师与周围环境积极地相互作用、循环互动的发展过程。通过反思促使教师对自身、自己的专业活动甚至相关的物、事有更深入的理解，以使其更好地行动。新课程的改革表明，是否具备可持续发展的意识和能力，是衡量当今教师是否优秀的关键因素之一。中国的中学英语教学正处于一个变革的阶段，作为合格的中学英语教师需要不断的学习和提高，需要更新自己的知识，谋求自身的发展。这就要求教师积极主动的更新自己的教育观念、优化教学方法、注重对学习策略和文化意识的培养、在教学实践中进行反思教学，保持谦虚谨慎、积极上进的态度，不断的总结经验，超越自我，成为合格的、优秀的、符合时代要求的中学英语教师。
