这让我们训练英语口语之余还学到了好多实用的教学方法。在培训的课堂上是没有一句中文的，所有学员为了能听懂外教的话并能与之交流，学习非常刻苦，遇到生词或查字典;或学员之间相互讨论，共同思考;或比划着向外教请教。外教谦逊和蔼，热情洋溢地为每位学员所提出的问题作详细的解答。他们丰富的教学经验和多彩的授课技巧，让学员觉得每节课都有一种新鲜感，每上完一节课都有一种期盼，即使下课，学员都紧围着外教交流、问讯和探讨。这里没有严肃的面孔，呵斥的语言，老师用一种和霭而又信任的目光看待每一个学生，使我们感受到他们发自于内心的友好。听了外教的课，我真切感受到教语言的方法竟然如此生动有趣。同时外籍教师对待工作认真负责的敬业精神，上颗时的激情，给每一位学员留下了深刻的印象。

其实，我们从外教那里学到的不仅仅是英语口语，西方文化常识，我们还学到了本国英语教师有待提高的东西，包括教法，授课方式，以及评价学生等等，都是让我们大开眼界的，都是值得我们学习的。下午大多数是活动课，我所在的班级是这样安排的：周一Chat，天南地北的聊，无拘无束，甚是有趣。周二Dance，苏格兰舞蹈，一首曲子多种跳法，欢快愉悦，很有感染力。周三Sports，遗憾的是外教适应不了高温天气，所以不能按安排进行。不过，可爱、认真的外教绝不会让这节课无聊乏味(后面祥叙)。周四Movie，有真实故事，也有科幻翅膀，别有一番情趣，更具有教育意义，给我们带来视觉，听觉，感觉等各个方面的震撼和冲击，让我们训练英语口语的爱好更加持久。周五English song，纯正的欧美味道，生动的手势，那真叫好听，大家也唱得一脸微笑，一个个俨然都是"明星"。

这次培训当中，除了教学方面的东西外，我还从外教身上学到了一些教师本身需要具备的一些素质：1

、工作态度这次培训给我印象最深的是外教们身上所具有的那股认真劲，它也可以被说成是"充满活力"，也可以看作是"充满热情"，总之和他们在一起觉得自己全身充满阳光气，对生活充满希望。外教轮流给我们上课，每一节课他们都认真教学，丝毫看不出一丝疲惫、应付之意，也因此让我们更加感动，从而学习起来更加起劲、认真。我想我们每位教师在日常的教学中也应该是这样的，在进教室之前，无论你的身体多么疲惫，无论你的心情多么糟糕，你都要重新调整，让自己精神抖擞、高高兴兴的迈进课堂，去和学生共度40分钟的美好时光，让他们在你的课堂上不仅能学到英语知识，更能学习到对生活的热爱。

2、教师基本功学习要想成为一名优秀的教师，基本功是非常重要的，通过这次培训，我更加认识到了这一点，在今后的生活中，我要通过各种方式来学习简笔画，让自己的绘画能力和手工制作能力得到进一步的提高。

3、教师知识储备作为一名英语教师，不仅要学习英语方面的知识，其他方面的知识也要适当的涉猎，在培训当中，外教们教学"运动"这一方面时，我就觉得学起来比较费力，因为在日常生活中，我对篮球、棒球方面了解的就非常少，搞不清楚它们的规则，就更别提在英语中的学习了。所以教师在知识方面不仅要专业化，更要全面化。做一个"全才"比作一个"专才"对教师来说更为适合。我想我要把这次在培训中学到的知识带回到我的课堂教学中去，让我的学生也能体会到学习英语的乐趣。英语教英语有利于提高学生的听力水平，有利于向学生提供大量的说英语的示范，便于学生口头模仿，有利于激发学生说英语的欲望，并提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

一、前言：

很感谢荣幸有机会到浙江省义乌市掌坤电子有限公司实习。通过此次实践，我们初步认识了电子厂对一些简单零件的加工过程及装配工艺，了解了其市场营销环节及后勤人力资源管理方面的运作，同时也看到了它们发展中的一些问题，并思考了一些对策。此次活动意义重大，为我们进一步深化专业知识及业务流程打下基础。这次的实践时间虽然很短，但在这几个月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益非浅。

二、实习目的：通过企业认识实习，调查和了解企业产品、工艺、管理、工程布置、生存方式、营销方式等，培养感性认识，为学好专业课打好基础。

四、实习地点：浙江省义乌市国际商贸城，中国义乌国际商贸城是中国小商品城顺应市场国际化发展需要而建造的现代化批发市场。一期工程投资6亿多元，于xx年9月28日建成并投入使用。该工程占地420亩、建筑面积34万平方米，设主体市场、生产企业直销中心、商品采购中心、仓储中心、餐饮中心五大经营区，共有9000多个商位1万多户经营户。

国际商贸城一期市场经营工艺品、饰品、玩具和花类四大行业商品，日客流量达4万多人次，商品销往140多个国家和地区，90%以上商位承接外贸业务，外贸出口占60%以上。

五、实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了浙江义乌有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了…因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰…在义乌有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的“义乌小商品博览会”，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力….几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

3、有较强团结协作、吃苦耐劳、扎实工作、追求上进、不甘落后等精神。

4、经过几年的教育教学工作的锻炼，使自己各方面素质得以提高，1997年荣幸地被XX市委、市政府评为市级优秀教师。

5、为了适应新时代的教育教学要求，近几年来，本人通过自学，掌握了计算机的简单操作使用。学会了wps、word、powerpoint、 excel等教学上用得到的常用软件的使用，学会了上网，经常浏览有关教育网站，了解关于教育教学改革的信息和新动态，并能从网上下载一些有助于教育教学的资料，与发达地区同步享受最新资源信息，为我校即将构建的多媒体教学、电化教学、网络备课、网络教学打下了坚实的基础。

几年的工作使我深深地感到机遇和挑战并存，成功与辛酸同在。参与这次竞聘，我愿在求真务实中认识自己，在积极进取中不断追求，在拼搏奉献中实现价值，在竞争中完善自己。我深知教学工作的重要性，我愿服从领导分工安排，完成学校安排的各项任务，想学校之所想，急学校之所急，并与广大教师打成一片，齐心协力，搞好教育教学工作。我将笨鸟先飞，不负众望，做到“以为争位，以位促为”。具体做到以下几个方面：

1、按教学大纲和教学内容作好计划，设计教案，学期学年末写好总结。

2、合理布置并及时批改作业，捕捉分析作业对错情况，并及时反馈。

3、钻研教育教学理论，积极参加教改实践活动，不断改进教法，提高教学质量。

4、关心学生，因材施教，分层次教学，让学生不同程度的得以提高，配合学校，进一步搞好控辍保学工作。

5、积极参加教研活动，每周听课不少于一节，上好学校开展的优质课和公开课。

6、服从学校安排，按时上下课，不迟到，不旷课，有事请假。

在以后的工作中，我将努力做到严格要求，严守纪律，勤学习，勤工作。以共同的目标团结人，以自身的行动感染人。努力做到大事讲原则，小事讲风格，共事讲团结，办事讲效率。我将用真情和爱心去和我的每一个学生相处，充分尊重他们的人格，奋力提高教育教学成绩。找准自己的位置，像老实的羊、忙碌的马、吃草的牛那样努力地工作，无私地奉献。像竹子一样，每前进一步，小结一次。我愿与大家共创美好的未来，迎接幸福中学辉煌灿烂的明天。
