多少次因为英语碰壁跌倒，多少次又咬牙爬起来，人要突破自己，往往要从身上的短板开始，克服弱点才能有所成就。我可以被英语击倒，但不能被英语击倒一辈子，无论多艰难我也要站起来。生命不息，奋斗不止!

学习目标：

1.3个月能用英语进行普通的口语交流，6个月能进行商务、技术类交流;

2.3个月能听懂VOA慢速，6个月能听懂VOA常速;

3. 单词量达到5000以上;

4. 能进行公文、邮件、技术应用类文章的书写。

学习计划：

1. 每天学习英语时间不小于2个小时，每周学习时间不小于12个小时。其中，考虑出差、工作等因素，安排一天休息，学习天数每周6天，一天时间休息。

2. 每天保证一定的听力的时间，至少15分钟的时间，集中注意力，并有意识地去记忆好的句子。

好多网友没有个好的耐心和安排，看到什么好就学什么，今天学新概念，明天新东方口语，后天英语900句，我不推荐这样学习。每个课程都有他们自己的特色，我们要系统学习啊。好多人学习到最后就只会简单的句型，因为他们每种教材都只学习前面几课，而每本教材的前面几课都差不多，简单句型，所以他们的英语水平总是保持在简单水平。我自己的选择如下：

课程名称：新概念英语1-4

时间安排：每晚一个小时：半小时复习、半小时学习新课程，还有中午一个小时的时间在公司通过看美剧来学习。

下载网址：网上搜索可以搜索到很多，最好配套文本和mp3的，可以进行听写的。

学习安排：前半小时复习上一课程内容，然后合上书，用脑子想和用嘴描述出来(不一定要背诵出来，用英语描述更有利于以后英语口语能力)。后半小时进行听写，边听边写，同时边跟读。在单位休息时间就是看老友记，很多网上推荐的，我一般都是一集看几遍，常见的口语我会记下来，先是把整个字幕脚本调出来学习下，然后不看字幕来看，最后用英文字幕看一遍。

很多人都知道可以用电影学习英语，但是并不是所有的人都从中受益的，我觉得这其中存在很多的误区。所以，今天我想把我用电影学英语的一些经验和想法写一下，大家参考一下就好。

误区一：电影学英语很有趣。

错!恰恰相反，用电影学英语在大多数情况下是很痛苦的，欣赏电影和用电影学习英语绝对是两码事情，很多时候，你要不停的定格，重复，用笔作笔记，其实你会发现，这样绝对是需要很大耐心的。

误区二：电影里出现的说法都是很实用的。

错!这个要看什么电影了，有些电影粗俗用语很多，比如《prison break》;有些电影又涉及太多的专业领域，比如《CSI》，都是关于侦查，破案的，还有破案用具方面的专业词汇。这些其实都不是特别有必要去记忆的。因为老外也未必知道得很清楚。

误区三：打破砂锅问到底。

很多人看电影学英语，总是喜欢把每个词汇和俚语都弄得很清楚，其实我觉得这样不好，应该是挑选一些自己平时可能会用到，或者感兴趣的来学，一个人除了贵在坚持以外，一些时候该放弃的还是要放弃一些。

误区四：电影学习花不了多少时间。

如果是我的话，一般都是学真人秀节目，一集大概40分钟多一点，第一遍我大概用了5个小时记笔记，之后会看了几遍。所以基本上40分钟的片子大概要消耗你7～8个小时，所以如果是一部2个小时左右的电影。我觉得你拿来一个多月来学习都是不为过的。So?你觉得电影学英语会很爽吗?我告诉你，其实挺无聊啊，而且笔记记得很痛苦。呵呵 。

误区五：从头到尾看

不对，应该是切成一块一块的学。后面再详细说明吧。

基本上是这样做的：

第一：严格选材

我对我将要学习的电影选择是相当相当严格的。我个人在选择的时候，大概有这样些个的标准：

1， 生活化相当的强，片中的人物的台词，就是现实生活中外国人经常说的。这个怎么去判断呢?呵呵，其实你可以问专业人士或老外。像我就比较懒了，从来不问，因为我挑的一般都是美国，英国的真人秀节目，比如我首推《the apprentice》，为什么呢?所谓真人秀节目就是现实生活中的跟踪拍摄，根本不用去想，百分百的原味生活英语。

2， 这个电影我要相当的喜欢看。我自己要非常非常的喜欢看这个节目，最好是我认为那种百看不厌的电影，这点还是蛮重要的，至少这样的话，可以帮助我坚持把一部电影完整的学完。

3， 电影不能太长。可惜一般的电影都是超过1个半小时的，所以我还是喜欢挑选美国的电视节目，一般都比较短，不会超过45分钟一个小时。

4， 完美的中英文外挂字幕。这个不是废话吗?没字幕，怎么学啊。

第二步：

拿本小本子，本子上写个大标题，《电影》，然后准备一个自己写得顺手的笔，从头开始，记笔记吧，记什么?傻的，不要记太多的生词，关键要记句子：

首先，记句子：

我在《飞黄腾达》听到一个句子：“It didn’t appear to be that threatening of an jury that occurred.” 那不是看上去的那么严重。

其实剧情就是讲一个人被朔料块砸了一下脑袋，她就搞得跟真的一样，旁边一个人看到以后的想法。

看到这种句子，要马上记下：

(It appears to be……of…....看上去怎么样怎么样，用of后接名字性的东西，表示补充 例句：It didn’t appear to be that threatening of an jury that occurred.) 我笔记本上就是这样记的。

所以，例句要很勤力地去记的，不然以后你没办法复习的。

然后，发现的俚语要记忆

我在看《英国达人》的时候，裁判很喜欢说： and you just blown me away. Blow sb away 震撼某人，我被你震撼了

同样，记下例句。

发现不熟的用法要记：

《飞黄腾达》有个句子：

And I just had a little fuel mind game with Amy in return.

这里的in return 是说我通过做这件事情作为反击

先说一个完整的句子后面加in return，表示我做这个事情作为回报，作为反击。

忽略的用法要记，一词多意思要记：

I can not for the life of me visualize Sam in that type of position.

“感到”这种意思，我们一般用feel，会用visualize吗?

所以记一下，visualize 后面括号，像这样：visualize (feel)

就是说，发誓以后把feel忘记

英语学习计划书三：

英语学习要从听、说、读、写四个方面做起，其实只有真正的应用英语来做一些实际事情的时候，我想任何人都会爱上这门对我们来说有些困难的语言，假想一下，你能与一个老外很自信的交流，多酷!我现在坚持学习英语的动力完全来源于那次尴尬，面对老外的问路，却完全听不懂他在说什么。一开始可能很困难，可一旦你能坚持一周，之后学习英语几乎就能成为一个习惯，英语的提升就很自然了。

听：每天听一套听力，基础较差的话，从慢速VOA做起，我推荐的网站是 上面有非常非常丰富的听力资源。听得时候一定要集中精力，不能这边听着听力，心里却在想着别的事情，那样毫无效果。而且要力争全部听懂，刚开始听不懂的话，先听几遍再看着字幕听，看完字幕，再好好听几遍。为什么这样重复呢?只有当一个单词，你听了好多遍之后，你才能在下一次听到它的时候，一下子反应过来。

说：口语是一件说难也难，说轻松也很轻松的事情。当你听听力的时候，跟着读就行，力求模仿它的腔调。重复的读了，谁都是李杨!

读：所谓读，关键是能准确快速的理解文章的意思。读的一个基础是单词量，单词不够的话读书是痛苦不是享受。所以你就要使劲的背单词。每天20个不算多吧，可以看六级单词就行。可是单词背了又会忘，谁都是这样。有一项调查发现：单词量越大的人背单词越快。所以这是一个积累的过程。在平常听和说的过程中，遇到不会的单词就查出来，下一个有道词典，非常好用，把不会的单词放进有道词典的单词本，他会根据你的记忆曲线及时提醒你复习单词，不管多难的单词，这样经过几次复习，你就能彻底记它了。

写：前三个步骤坚持下来，写作已经不是难事了,这个时候，用英语表达自己的思想已经成了一件很简单的事情了。

另外多看一些英文电影，听一些英文讲座，我觉得比较好的就是Ted讲座，这样不但能体会到自己的进步，检查自己的学习效果，而且给英语学习带来快乐。

英语学习的关键是坚持，计划制定的也不够详细，我会根据你的学习进度及时给出建议。当你坚持一段时间之后，肯定能体会到其中的乐趣，因为当你的水平提高之后，成就感自然会带来乐趣。加油!

2016年10月英语专业大学生实习报告

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

通过实习，我对国内外橡胶地面材料行业的基本状况和发展前景有了大致的了解，对外贸的实际操作流程和外贸业务员应具备的基本素质和能力有了一定的掌握。也准备努力学习更多相关的理论知识，提高自己的专业水平，为正式工作做好更充分的准备。

My dear teachers,how do you do? I am glad to be here. is my name,and I come from Jinshan Area, which is a seaside city. I hope there will be an opportunity for you to go there to have a good time. Now, Id like to give a self introduction.I am the youth corps cell secretary in my class.I work very hard on my subjects, and I am one of the top students in my class. I always take part in the desigening of the blackboard newspaper.Out of class, I Often take part in all kinds of social activities.In 20xx, I participated in a sand row of volunteer activity.In my spare time, I am fond of handwriting, and obtains 7 levels of certificates, and has the honor to receive many prizes.I also love literature.I obtained the third prize of the Nine Grade in the 20xx nation linguistic skills competition.I hope I will have the honour to study here.Thanks a lot! 本学期是我们幼儿园成立5年的一个阶段，也是借助这样的一个阶段，我们会更多的去努力做些总结与思考。本学期我们英语组以“提高老师和幼儿英语表达能力”为总目标，有计划有策略性的开展本学期工作，对幼儿英语教育做更多的思考。

本学期我们根据英教部及幼儿园的工作计划，针对阳光园老师及幼儿现有的情况，特制定本学期计划如下：

一 主抓教研，让教研充满活力又行之有效。

根据幼儿年龄阶段特点，我们鼓励大家自主研究的同时，也列出列各个级部教研的重点：

1大班：英语的幼小衔接

A 提高幼儿一日生活用语，老师通过一日生活的各个环节提高幼儿语言的表达和应用能力。

B 以句子的教学为重点研究对象，提高幼儿造句和运用句子的能力。

C 充分利用英语故事表演对幼儿的吸引，提高幼儿英语口语发展水平和幼儿自主表现力。

D 通过参加英语风采我们感觉到大班幼儿更需要的是看图说话的能力。

2中班：

A 进行词汇与句子的积累，为升入大班做充分的准备

B 英语视听环境对幼儿口语的良好渗透作用。

C 利用英语故事，激发幼儿表现表演的兴趣

D 句型教学也将成为中班的教学重点

3小班小小班：

小班小小班的英语尤为重要，因为对于孩子3-6岁是语言学习的关键期，只要方法的当，孩子们不会象我们想象的那样对英语恐惧，反而面对一种新生语言，他们非常的好奇，学会了就非常乐意的表达。所以小班要努力培养幼儿的兴趣，提高幼儿对英语的感知能力。

A 小小班小班中语言(单词与简单的句型)和歌曲、童谣教授得方法。

B 英语视听环境的创造对幼儿英语表达能力的促进。

而顺利完成各年龄段的目标，需要的不仅仅是努力，更是我们有效的方法和正确的引导方式，我们可能都是英语的大学生，又通过了四六级的考试等等，但一方面我们已经捡不起大学的水平，另一方面，我们需要更多的新的方法和技巧来填充我们的英语教育， 所以，我们迫切的需要成长，需要提高，那如何提高呢?
