4. 书面表达方面，教给学生写作的方法。每两周进行一次作文训练，教师及时批改讲评，且对卷面严格要求。

5. 采取得力措施，关注后进生。教师多课下辅导，多鼓励谈心，逐步培养他们对英语学习的兴趣，从而逐步提高成绩。

6.加强对学生周末自主学习的指导，精选习题，认真批改，下周讲评。
