实践报告：这个暑假，可以说过的太快了，感觉还没休息了就又来学校了。本来放假的时候要和室友一块去南方打工，可是几经周折没能去成，只好无奈的回家。到家之后，找了份暑假补习班的工作，另外有找了份家教的工作。都是教初中的英语。

刚开始补习班开始上课前，白天在街里忙着给人家招生，晚上去给一个初三的小孩补初二的英语，前几天每天都是忙到晚上快十点才一个人骑着车子回家，吃晚饭都快十点半了。后来补习班开始上课，我就开始了两遍跑的生活。白天去给补习班那上课，晚上去家教那，不过还好，步入正轨后，每天晚上八点就能回家了。前几天快要透支了，后来习惯了也没觉得那么苦。在补课期间，我的嗓子哑了一个多月。真的觉得干什么都不容易，去厂里上班和干别的都需要自己的坚持。在过去的一年里，我感觉每次放假都是对我毅力的一种挑战。大一的寒假和暑假让我明白了很多。在这个暑假里，最令我感动的是家教的那个小孩，说实话，他的英语很不好，记忆力也很不好，也许只是在英语方面，但是，在我给他补课的一个月里，他一直很认真的在努力，即使单词他背不会，但是他一直在努力地背。我问他为什么现在想起来补英语了，他说只想给自己一个机会，以前没努力，现在给自己一次机会，想证明自己到底行不行。真的很喜欢这样坚持的人，我感觉自己曾经也是这样的人，后来没有了目标，就忘记了坚持。为什么自己不能给自己一次机会。面对这么严峻的就业形势，我醒悟到必须给自己一个机会，一个继续前进的机会。

在上个学期，我担任的职位是__委员和__委员，大家对我的工作有目共睹，通过我自身的努力，我的工作获得了老师与同学们的认可，被评为了“优秀班干部”。但是我认为，我的工作仍然有做得不足的地方，所以在这一学期里，我要改正这些我做的不足的地方，为同学服务，得到大家更高的评价!

各位老师、同学们，如果我评选上了，我会在各方面积极带头，当好老师的助手，团结同学，为同学们服务。如果我没有评上，我会寻找自己存在的不足，积极改正，同时也会为班级的建设与发展做出贡献!

5月9日我们学校有5位小学英语教师来到五小参加了县举行的小学英语教师口语培训学习。通过这次学习，让我体验到了好像又回到了学生时代。河南师范大学教授邵玲教授给我们从音标开始到单词的扩展，而且又渗入到教法。使我觉得要不断提高自身素质，总结教学经验，让小学生喜欢上英语，爱上英语。

通过这次培训学习，使我明白了应该树立终生学习、终身培训的意识，不断更新观念，勤于学习,与时俱进。随着经济国际化全球化的发展，英语词汇的不断更新，社会需求对英语教师的口语、语音、技能等水平要求会越来越高，如果教师不注意加强自身的学习，势必会被动挨打，还误人子弟。

处在基础教育阶段的英语教学，应面向全体学生，注重素质教育，突出学生主体。特别强调要关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”，因此，我们要在课堂教学中创设语境，运用一些游戏，使英语课堂“活”起来。我们不要把英语课上成知识传授课，不要以教师的教代替学生的学，而要让学生在活动中去学习英语，通过说说、听听、唱唱、玩玩等形式，让小学生感受到学习英语的快乐，从而培养学习英语的兴趣。在教学过程中，我们还要强调师生互动。小学英语教学过程是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程。所以，我们应该以小学生朋友、帮助者的身份出现，尊重每一个学生。特别要关爱那些在英语学习方面有困难的学生，要尽可能多地为小学生提供实践英语的机会，鼓励他们所做的一切尝试，保护他们的积极性，让他们在活动中增强学习英语的主动性、参与性，培养合作意识。

另外邵教授在讲解单词的教学中有很多吸引学生学习的方法，如教授人的身体部位hair head hand foot leg 等采用讲故事，体态语，以及采用创设情境来激发学生的积极性。

在下午的学习中，邵教授还通过现场提问，让我们对现在的困惑进行提问，如英语语法什么时候讲合适，小学生记谐音怎么办等，都给我们学习的老师进行一一解答。使我们要牢记要激发学生的学习爱好。教育家夏丐尊说过:“没有爱就没有教育”。教育没有了情感，就成了无源之水。教师对学生真挚的爱是我们感染学生的情感魅力。教师只有热爱学生，才能提高学生的学习爱好。在课堂上，教师从自己的举手投足向学生传递关爱、信任、期望等信息。以情激趣，多表扬，少批评;多鼓励，少指责。如学生回答错了问题，要鼓励学生“try it again"。让学生通过成功的体验，提起学习的爱好。
