一收获:

一、 所教班级学生基本情况分析：

由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视，本届初一新生在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上个周的英语课的教授，大部分学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性较差。

另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

1、坚持听说领先，读写跟随上的原则

在任何语言中，听都是第一位的。没有听就没有说。听是信息的输入，有了足够量的信息输入才能有信息的输出。教师的任务就是要通过大量语言信息输入，使之内化为学习者的一种能力。听的能力包括听得见、听得懂、听得准。听是目的，也是手段，不听，不会听，谈不到会说。新编初中英语教材强调语言的功能，重视听说。听什么呢?一是听教师讲;二是听英语录音带;三是听同学讲。学习新语言项目总是先闻其声再见其形。教师在课堂上努力营造英语氛围，尽量用英语组织教学，课前，值日生做英语值日报告;有新生转来时，让其用英语自我介绍以训练听说。说依赖于听，就还应从模仿开始，先模仿老师，模仿录音，然后同学间学说，最终达到脱口而说，自然流畅。

I am chenyanlin , majoring in thermal power engineering. my three-year study in the university as an under-graduate student, I have built up a solid foundation of professional knowledge, as well as a rich experience of social activities. Good morning, my dear professors, it is my honor to be here for your interview. My Chinese name is , and my English name is Joyce, named by myself. Joyce means happy and bright, just the feelings I want to give to other people. I come from the city of Haikou,it which is a famous tourist city. I will graduate from the law of science department of University. Now I am doing my best to obtaining the chance to attend into Jilin University of civil and commercial law.

In the past 4 years, most of my time has been spent on study or campus activities, just a month ago, I have taken part in the national judicial examination. Although the result hasn’t come out, I have confidence to pait. When I was sophomore,I found Company Law very interesting, so I learnt it very hard to build up a solid foundation of professional knowledge.

As to my character , personally, I am very upright、honest and diligent. In my spare time, I like reading books rewarding how to be myself and how to deal with problems. Movies and music are my favorite entertainment.

My name is Jane. There are 4 people in my family. My father is a Chemistry teacher. He teaches chemistry in senior high school. My mother is an English teacher. She teaches English in the university. I have a younger brother, he is a junior high school student and is preparing for the entrance exam.

I like to read English story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books is fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

I hope to study both English and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.
