从商务英语口语实训整个课程体系来看，整个实训中内容较多，因此，遵循由简入繁、循序提高的原则，本门实训课程的内容比较浅显，主要是音标和情景模拟，只是从基础和简单的基础知识入手。我们只有在掌握各种音标的基础上，才能进入更深层次的口语训练。商务英语口语实训主要内容是基础语音训练、商务英语情景练习和考核。

这次课程训练所使用的资料，都是由任课老师事先准备，以纸质形式交与我们复印，并由我们独立完成。使用了以下四种资料：语音特训营、9小时快学音标、商务英语口语实训手册、实训日志。老师通过多媒体进行全方位讲解，另一方面我们根据相关资料，完成对资料中问题的回答。

本实训时间为两周，在前两天进行语音练习，中间的六天进行语音练习和商务英语情景练习，而在最后两天，我们进行口语测试。

今天是商务英语口语实训第一天，我们的口语实训老师是王唯薇，她曾经给我们上过国际贸易实务课程，因此比较熟悉和习惯老师的上课风格，她同时也是我们的导师，所以这次实训一开始就很顺利。

根据老师的课程安排计划，我们上午在图书馆预习，老师提前将我们要学习的资料分别发给我们，我们自己则可以在图书馆寻找我们所需要的资料，为下午实训做准备。

下午的实训地点在H201，进行口语教学，王老师一口美式英语实在是漂亮，我们起初学习了一些基本的音标知识，例如国际音标等等，在这里老师推荐的是KK音标，然而我们具体学习了四个元音，这次上课彻底的颠覆了我之前所学的口语，简直是完全的不同，我们从小学的是英式英语，这一下子就要改变，还真不是一件容易的事。我们遵照单词——短语——长句的学习顺序，边听边读，加深了对这些美式发音的熟悉感，接受起来就变得不那么难了。

通过今天的口语实训学习，首先改变了我对音标的看法，譬如长音与短音的区别不是我一直认为的发音时间长与短的区别，而是发出的音本身的不同，而且学好音标对记忆单词的帮助也很大。总之，今天我认识到学好音标的重要性。

到了口语实训的第二天了，上午依然在图书馆预习，因为对所学的内容有了大致的了解，我开始趋向于寻找有关美式英语口语基础训练的资料，这些资料对口语实训还是很有一些帮助的。

下午在H201进行语音练习，和昨天很相似，老师先讲解音标的读法，告诉我们一些应该注意的问题，通过单词——短语——长句——歌曲来强化我们的口语，通过这一系列的练习，我学到了很多具体的，譬如说r，在词尾或是辅音前面时，在英音中不发音，而在美英中，它是要发音的。在以-ar结尾的四音节单词的时候，英语发音的第三音节往往省略，美英则读得很清晰，诸如此例的很多，最后是语音训练营来区分英美英语的区别，比较一些常见的单词读音差异。

今天的实训学习给我的最深印象是英音和美音的区别实在是太多，而且强烈的感觉到自己的英语是美英掺杂在一块，口语实训让我意识到自己的口语急需改正，倍感压力。

实训第三天了，课程安排有所变动，但上午依然是在图书馆进行，复习前两天所学，同时预习今天下午的课程，因为下午增添了一项商务英语情景练习的部分，我特地察看了有关情景英语的资料。

下午的练习一开始和前两天一样，音标、单词、词组、长句、歌曲，从中不仅仅是口语得到了训练，而且还记了不少单词，词组，甚至那优美的英文歌曲给了我们愉悦的心境，学习更有兴趣，在语音训练营中，我们开始学习英美英语词汇的区别，其中英语中所使用的罕见或生僻的词汇，很多在美式英语中已成为日常用语，老师给我们的词汇对照中有很多这样的例子。总的来说，英语发展成为美语后，越来越简化。接着就是情景练习，主题是Interview，譬如说讨论找工作的过程中比较重视的方面，面试的时候要注意的因素，在面试之前、之时、之后，为了更有竞争力，在这些阶段要注重的事情。这种练习，作为国贸专业的学生，很可能在以后生活中遇上。我们先进行小组讨论，然后再陈述自己的观点。

今天的口语实训，情景练习比较吸引我，英语作为一种语言工具，它最终的用途就是与他人沟通，向他人陈述自己的观点。但通过练习我也发现自己的问题，词汇量不够，不能够充分表达，而且论述也不够深入，不能解释本质问题，我还得继续努力。

实训第四天了，口语实训课的课程安排大致就跟昨天一样，没有太大的改变，上午去图书馆复习前几天所学的口语知识，音标、单词一类比较多，也比较杂，不易记住，同时也对今天下午所要学的内容进行了预习，主要是看语音特训营的同义英美英语单词，加深熟悉感。

下午继续在H201进行口语训练和商务英语口语情景训练。口语训练还是从音标开始，今天我们学习了三个元音，通过对相关单词的口语训练，进一步纠正我们的错误发音，当然，错误不可能一下子得到纠正，但多尝试几次，会使改变容易一些。接下来的不论是单词还是句子，都是为了巩固我们所学的音标。口语音标结束就是单个单词、句子应用的结束，我们更需要训练它们的情景应用，把它作为一种沟通工具来使用，这才是我们进行商务英语口语实训的最终目的。今天我们的情景主题是接待和访问，有顾客和经理两种角色，现模拟两种角色之间的对话，这个涉及初次见面的问候，公司状况，合作洽谈。然后再做一个欢迎致辞，注意致辞的简洁，且要注意致辞要能煽动情绪，富有特点，这样才能起到欢迎致辞原本期望达到的目的。最后就是对这个访问过程中的基本用辞以及一些基本礼仪进行总的温习。

今天的课程让我学会了如何在现实是生活中与人用英语交流，以及在企业接待工作中注意的礼仪问题，学的东西有点多，需要时间来整理。

实训课程已经快进行了一半，上午依然在图书馆看口语资料，与其说是对未学的知识进行预习，还不如说是对过去四天所学的知识的复习，在前四天里，我们已经学习了口语中最重要的，也是比较难的那一部分——元音，而元音在口语中起着举足轻重的作用，掌握了元音，口语差不多可以说大致不会出大问题，因此上午的大部分时间我都在复习元音。

下午的学习计划安排照旧，不过内容有所改变，我们开始学习辅音，和学习元音的方式一样，先学音标，再读含有有关音标的单词、词组，再是长句，今天学习了六个辅音，相比元音，辅音相对要简单一些，因为在汉语拼音中，有许多相似读音，读起来很容易上口。今天的情景练习主题是营销，我们主要演练了促销情景模仿，讨论有关不益但却合法的商品是否能进行买卖，假定一个角色进行交易对话以及产品销售的模拟过程，同学们都很不错，想法很有创意，表达也很清晰，学习过程很愉悦，这种口语学习方式值得提倡。

今天从同学们身上学到不少东西，有认真，有大胆，有实力，有创意。英语的学习不是呆板的理论学习，应用于实践才是英语学习的最终目的，我已经意识到了。

这是实训的第二周了，上午在图书馆温习，天冷，在图书馆学习是个好主意。除了学习音标外，我开始着手寻找相关产品资料，为最后的考试做准备，时间过得很快，资料还没找全。

下午依旧在H201学习，继续辅音的学习，主要是r、h、l，这三个的语音单词较多，另外我们还学习了较少用到的m、n，老师给我们细细讲解了这些音标该怎么读，还有它们之间的细微区别，使我们学习起来更容易，之后用单词、短句、长句来强化今天所学的音标。今天的商务情景，主要是老师讲解，我们该如何来介绍产品，首先选择一个有亮点的产品，保证产品能吸引人，让人有购买欲望。当然，Presentation要注意展台布置，注意观众的类型和需求，最重要的是明确Presentation的目的，其中具体的陈述要包括我们来自哪儿，我们的产品，产品的功能特点，我们的发展规模，总之，思路要清晰，考虑到观众的接受理解程度，可用pictures、vedio等来辅助介绍，这一系列要求都是必要的。

今天的学习，我了解到产品的推销并不是简单的产品功能介绍，它需要从多方面来考虑，涉及到生产厂家、竞争者、市场消费者，表达方式的选择因素，这个实训内容很有意思，而且将来我们很可能用得上。

今天一早就到图书馆整理资料，昨天已经弄了一个大概，今天需要进行整理，是内容显得有条理。一个上午我都在和我的同伴着手我们的Presentation，大致上完成，明天就是熟悉内容了。

下午学习的音标有点多，因为最后两天我们要进行陈述，真正能学音标的时间只剩下今明两天，学习量有点大，还有一个原因就是这些辅音相对简单一点，其实同样的发音，因为嘴型的不同，可能读出的音就会不同，所以很多时候我们应该注意自己的嘴型，特定的音标有其特定的嘴型。今天虽然任务多了点，但学习起来问题不大。我们的情景实训是有关商务电话商谈，主要练习了预订宾馆、预约约会、电话留言的情景，这个涉及外国的日常习惯，而且模式也较为固定，难度不大，我们从中学习了商务活动中最基本的礼仪常识，和商务活动中所应具备的最基本素质，虽然只是最基本的，但是还是有许多我们要注意的问题，在电话中应简洁的说明所要表达的问题，很多具体的细节问题不能遗忘。

今天学习的内容都属于应用型知识，简单的电话商谈并不简单，但是在我们学习之后，似乎也不是那么困难，都形成了一种固定模式，这些内容在外贸工作中绝对派得上用场。

实训已经进行了一大半了，今天是上课的最后一天了，今天之后就是Presentation，上午在图书馆看书，修改我们的陈述，希望我们能做到我们自己的最好。

下午学习音标，譬如我们在单词中最常见的五个，我们跟着听读，都习惯了这种学习模式，音标——单词——词组——长句，一步步深入，科学而有效率，不能否认它的作用，虽然稍显繁琐了一些。但对于我们这些口语很不标准的人来说，学习音标基础，确实需要多练习。加上老师的仔细讲解，学得很轻松。英语中一共四十八个音标，元音二十个，辅音二十八个，所有的单词都是由这四十八个音标组成。在音标学习结束之前，老师还向我们介绍了一本音标书。简而言之，多读多记。今天的情景练习主题是商务晚宴，这个在商务活动中十分常见，我们有必要了解。这个涉及东西方文化差异引起的习俗差异，注意特殊场合的特殊习惯、用辞。譬如说餐会致辞、预订座位、角色扮演以及讨论，其实这个不大困难，简单的对话，虽然主题不同，但大致都有熟悉感，毕竟是日常用语，以前也有练习过的。

今天的学习比较系统，总结了以前的所学，使音标不再混乱，有条理的学习才会有效率，我同时也认识到，音标的学习并非一日之事，只有时常练习才能深深的印刻在脑海里，才能从根本上完善我们的英语口语，这个不容易，成功非一日之功，我希望有一天我能征服它。

今天的主要内容是Presentation，我们都已经为它准备了相当长的时间，花了大量的精力在它上边，我们这组准备的产品是俗称“万能胶”的完美芦荟胶为此我们很是忙碌了一阵子。上台之前，我们都有些紧张，毕竟是第一组上台，我们的压力还不算大，没有可比较的。表演结束后，感觉还不坏。但是，当另外两组上台后，那个落差就显现出来了，也许一开始就选择错误了，原本以为那些高科技产品表述起来似乎很难，看了同学们的Presentation后，发现自己完全错了，其实简单的语言也能够把高科技产品描述清楚。我们的Presentation存在的问题较多，表达的甚多，不够简洁，当然产品的特点是万能，自然少不了功能的细数。同学们的产品有饮料、手机、保暖内衣、宠物猪和腊肉等等。看得出，他们准备得很充分。

通过今天的Presentation，我看到了不少我们自身还存在的问题，同时通过听其他同学的Presentation，汲取他们的长处，同时也从他们身上的失败中获得教训。我们表现得怎样，老师没有给与评价，唉，其实挺想知道的。

通过短短的两周课程的学习，时间非常短暂，但效果显著。一是激发了我对美式英语口语的学习兴趣;二是基本掌握美式英语音标;三是听说能力确实有一定程度的提高。因此，非常感谢老师为我们付出的一切。英语学习中，口语尤其重要，我们学习一种语言就是用于交际。因此英语口语交际是人们在交往过程中重要的语言活动，它与以往的说话不同，不是重在自我表达，而是双方或多方的交流;是听与说的双向互动;是听话和说话的发展。口语学习，单凭老师的口授是远远不够的，必须有我们自己的参与;课堂上的教学是有限的，需要利用课外的种种机会，通过多形式、高密度、大范围的训练，使我们的语言得到发展，交际能力得到发展，交际能力得到提高。英语口语不应只是简单的语言知识，它必须与其所承载的文化相结合，在这种结合中培养跨文化交际能力。课程虽然结束了，我会保留对英语口语的学习兴趣，应用所学到的学习方法，自己继续学习。
