今天，我有幸站在讲台上竟选班长这个职位。我是一个热爱学习、热爱祖国、热爱班级的女生。我助人为乐、心灵宽阔、学习认真，语文数学考试大约都90分以上，语文更是我的拿手好戏，我的作文语言幽默，内容清晰，沁人心脾。我的字也算得上是龙飞凤舞!所以，我希望老师同不们都投给我神圣的一票!

虽然我有优点，但我也有自己的缺点，比如：做什么事都慢、胆小、自理能力不太强等等。但是“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”“有志者，事竟成。”这两句名言时刻提醒着我，我一定会痛改前非，如果再加上同学们和老师们对我的鼓励和培养，我就一定会扬长避短的!

别看我外表看起来是个柔弱的不淑女，担不起班长这个重要的职位。其实，我内心里还住着一个刚强的“女汉子”只不过没有发泄而以。最后，我希望大家给让我当选班长，锻炼我的能力，激发我搅动人!如果我落选了，那么下学期我就会尾随而上，不当班长不罢休!

Hello, everyone! My name is and my English name is . I’m 15 years old. I’m a student in a very beautiful school called Liangbing Middle School and I am in Class 1 Grade 7. My hometown Liangbing is also a beautiful town.

I’m very happy and I like to make friends with others. I also like singing but traveling is my favorite, I have been to many interesting places in China but I haven’t been to other countries. What a pity!

At school, I study Chinese,math, English, history, politics and so on. I like all of them. I often help my teacher take care of my class and I think I am a good helper. I live with my parents and we go home on time every day.

When I am at home, I often help my mother do some housework and my mother said I am a good helper, too. My mother is a barber.She cuts hair very well.She is kind.Many people like her. she often teaches me the way of learning well, if you want to learn English well, here is some of my advice. At first , you must read many articles and know many words, if you meet up with some new words, you can look them up in the dictionary, you should know their meanings, how to read them and spell them. If you keep working hard, you will be successful. Then, you ought to speak English as much as possible. Remember an old saying, Nothing is impossible in the world if you put your heart into it. ]20xx年7月26日至8月13日，我参加了由石嘴山市教育局组织的这次口语培训活动，尊敬的学校领导们把信任与期望给了我，于是我很荣幸的获得了这次宝贵的提升专业素质和业务素质的机会，非常感谢领导给予我这次宝贵的学习机会，使我无论是在英语水平、教学思想还是人生态度方面都受益匪浅，英语口语培训心得。此次培训是由来自英国、苏格兰、澳大利亚等国的外教授课，实行小班教学。

在培训期间，以口语练习为主，兼顾日常生活，文化背景以及英语教学方法的介绍和指导，让我们英语教师在异国历史，文化习俗的氛围下自然的去感受语言，学说语言，掌握其实际应用技巧。我是一名教学经验尚浅的英语教师，我很珍惜这次机会，在整个培训过程中，学习认真刻苦，积极主动的去获取更多的说英语的机会。我非常荣幸能够有这个机会在这里和大家一起分享、交流此次参加英语培训学习的心得。这短暂的15天的学习是紧张而充实的。上午以口语练习为主，兼顾日常生活，文化背景以及英语教学方法的介绍和指导，和外教Face to Face，真实情景再现，外教们给我们营造一个纯英语的学习环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维能力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每天都在一个全英文的环境中实践与提高，这样大脑每天不断在接受纯正、地道的英语的冲击，再加上教师的耐心的指导，培养在与真正的外国人自然交流的过程中形成的语言思维习惯。还有，在外教课堂上，外教的肢体语言和面目表情是值得我们学习的，我们上了一堂课之后，就感觉和老师的距离拉近了，不再是陌生的了，Ruth的课上得很活，她在课堂上时而唱歌，我们就随之唱起来;她在课堂上时而跳舞，我们也随之舞起来，这丝毫都没有浪费我们的学习时间，而且在唱歌和跳舞中进行了英语交流，外教们轮流给我们上课，他们天天给我们的话题都是新鲜的，让我们天天都有所期盼。

这让我们训练英语口语之余还学到了好多实用的教学方法。在培训的课堂上是没有一句中文的，所有学员为了能听懂外教的话并能与之交流，学习非常刻苦，遇到生词或查字典;或学员之间相互讨论，共同思考;或比划着向外教请教。外教谦逊和蔼，热情洋溢地为每位学员所提出的问题作详细的解答。他们丰富的教学经验和多彩的授课技巧，让学员觉得每节课都有一种新鲜感，每上完一节课都有一种期盼，即使下课，学员都紧围着外教交流、问讯和探讨。这里没有严肃的面孔，呵斥的语言，老师用一种和霭而又信任的目光看待每一个学生，使我们感受到他们发自于内心的友好。听了外教的课，我真切感受到教语言的方法竟然如此生动有趣。同时外籍教师对待工作认真负责的敬业精神，上颗时的激情，给每一位学员留下了深刻的印象。

其实，我们从外教那里学到的不仅仅是英语口语，西方文化常识，我们还学到了本国英语教师有待提高的东西，包括教法，授课方式，以及评价学生等等，都是让我们大开眼界的，都是值得我们学习的。下午大多数是活动课，我所在的班级是这样安排的：周一Chat，天南地北的聊，无拘无束，甚是有趣。周二Dance，苏格兰舞蹈，一首曲子多种跳法，欢快愉悦，很有感染力。周三Sports，遗憾的是外教适应不了高温天气，所以不能按安排进行。不过，可爱、认真的外教绝不会让这节课无聊乏味(后面祥叙)。周四Movie，有真实故事，也有科幻翅膀，别有一番情趣，更具有教育意义，给我们带来视觉，听觉，感觉等各个方面的震撼和冲击，让我们训练英语口语的爱好更加持久。周五English song，纯正的欧美味道，生动的手势，那真叫好听，大家也唱得一脸微笑，一个个俨然都是"明星"。

7月28号下午本来是要上运动课的，可惜的是外教适应不了高温天气，不能按安排进行，这个我在前面提到过。所以改上活动课，外教把我们分成小组，给每个组发几张报纸、一卷胶带，要求大家把课桌的一端支起来，让乒乓球从高的一端以最慢的速度滚向低的一端，速度最慢的一组为胜。一帮大人像孩子一样，说着、笑着、忙碌着、竞争着。我所在的组想到的方法倒是赢得了大家的认可，然而由于道具摆放坡度过小，乒乓球停在了半路，以失败而告终，赢家也自然是另有其"组"。这样的课不但开放了我们的思维，而且让我们感到是在享受，上课是一种放松，是一种快乐，学习语言不再是一件枯燥乏味的事.8月4号下午外教为我们进行准备了这样一节课，每个人都拿到这样一张纸：They were in a(place)She was(job)He was(job)She was thinking He was thinking She said He said(Consequence)然后外教让大家补充句子，每个人都写，每写一句就折起来(以防被下一个人看见所写内容)然后传给下一个人接着写，最后拿到纸的人要写一个结尾，这样以来一篇文章、一个故事就由我们大家共同完成了，很有意思，不妨一看They were in a(place)shop.She was(job)a doctor.He was(job)an actor She was thinking Im so hungry.He was thinking to get married.She said,oh,its cloudy,how about atrip?He said,oh,Ihappy today.(Consequence)The boy and the girl met in the park.Next year,they married.

这次培训当中，除了教学方面的东西外，我还从外教身上学到了一些教师本身需要具备的一些素质：1

、工作态度这次培训给我印象最深的是外教们身上所具有的那股认真劲，它也可以被说成是"充满活力"，也可以看作是"充满热情"，总之和他们在一起觉得自己全身充满阳光气，对生活充满希望。外教轮流给我们上课，每一节课他们都认真教学，丝毫看不出一丝疲惫、应付之意，也因此让我们更加感动，从而学习起来更加起劲、认真。我想我们每位教师在日常的教学中也应该是这样的，在进教室之前，无论你的身体多么疲惫，无论你的心情多么糟糕，你都要重新调整，让自己精神抖擞、高高兴兴的迈进课堂，去和学生共度40分钟的美好时光，让他们在你的课堂上不仅能学到英语知识，更能学习到对生活的热爱。

2、教师基本功学习要想成为一名优秀的教师，基本功是非常重要的，通过这次培训，我更加认识到了这一点，在今后的生活中，我要通过各种方式来学习简笔画，让自己的绘画能力和手工制作能力得到进一步的提高。

3、教师知识储备作为一名英语教师，不仅要学习英语方面的知识，其他方面的知识也要适当的涉猎，在培训当中，外教们教学"运动"这一方面时，我就觉得学起来比较费力，因为在日常生活中，我对篮球、棒球方面了解的就非常少，搞不清楚它们的规则，就更别提在英语中的学习了。所以教师在知识方面不仅要专业化，更要全面化。做一个"全才"比作一个"专才"对教师来说更为适合。我想我要把这次在培训中学到的知识带回到我的课堂教学中去，让我的学生也能体会到学习英语的乐趣。英语教英语有利于提高学生的听力水平，有利于向学生提供大量的说英语的示范，便于学生口头模仿，有利于激发学生说英语的欲望，并提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

教师从一开始就只用英语组织教学，学生可能不习惯，也听不懂，教师可以借助实物、图片、模型、配以手势、动作、表情等手段来帮助学生理解，帮助学生迅速适应一个全英文的环境。做任何事情都贵在坚持，只要坚持，学生就会逐渐提高听的能力，不懂的句子渐渐听懂了，不熟悉的话语渐渐的熟悉了，不清楚的词语渐渐听清楚了。听力理解力提高了，开口说英语就有了依据和保证。没有足够听的实践是不可能开口说的，所以关键是教师一定要坚持说英语，用英语教英语。总之，通过这次培训，我学到了很多方面的东西，在以后的教学中我会尝试着进行应用并创新，做一名合格而优秀的英语教师。
