我们实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学、班主任工作。

基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为12节

2、班主任工作：组织了一次“怎么样学好英语”的主题班会;在班上组织了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年的诗歌朗诵比赛,选送代表参加学校的比赛.带领学生出了一期以“安全意识”为主题的黑板报;参加了学生的广播操比赛的训练及体育课;检查学生的早操情况及卫生情况，帮助班主任做好两次家长会的前期准备工作。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，自己所拥有的知识，那只是沧海一粟，所以应该在以后的生活中继续学习，正所谓“活到老，学到老”，要坚持与时俱进，要让自己的知识跟上时代的发展，不然会被这个社会所淘汰的;另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。教学，不仅是老师教，更重要的是学生学，老师也能在学生的学习过程中发现自己的问题，时刻反思，才能更好的促进教学。

1.营造活跃氛围，激发学习动机

在英语教学中，学生存在畏惧心理，怕说错被人嘲笑，造成了"哑巴英语"现象。因此，在口语交际中，我尽量营造一个轻松愉快的学习氛围，建立一种以人为本的开放型教学模式，让学生感到无拘无束，消除心理的紧张感，畅所欲言。要建立平等的师生关系，教师应以满腔热情鼓励学生敢说话、多说话、说好话。在学生进行口语交际时，我以亲切的微笑，给他们以诚恳的鼓励，用"Good.""Try your best to saymore."适时地引导、肯定，给予学生学习的动力。注重教学方法的多样化，利用音乐、美术、游戏、竞赛、表演等多种形式组织好课堂活动，使课堂教学生动、活泼。轻松愉快的学习氛围一旦形成，学生就会自觉主动地参与英语学习活动，并从中获得乐趣。学生学得兴趣盎然，乐于开口，自然而然就提高了口语能力。

3.运用多媒体进行教学。提高学生口语表达能力

因为多媒体具有生动、形象、逼真的特点，会使人有身临其境的感觉，所以学生对多媒体十分感兴趣。根据口语交际内容，可为学生营造一个想象的空间，这不仅有利于学生捕捉说话内容，还有利于学习六年级有关问路的这一单元，我在教学中将教室走廊设计成了各个街道，学生座位设成了各种地点，用多媒体出示本市和本镇某范围的地图。通过这种形式，让学生身临其境地学习，学生们在情景中深人角色，自觉主动地实践，促使多种感官参加活动，有助于学习英语词汇和实物实景的直接联系。学生们尝到了成功的甜头，积极性自然增强，他们的语言表达能力在交际过程中会得到提高，交际习惯也在表演过程中得到了培养。

4.让学生开展激励性评价。让学生获得成功的喜悦

在语言学习的过程中，出现"说错"的情况是不可避免的，教师应认识到学生练习说话的过程，实质上是说英语不断出现错误和不断认识错误并自我纠正错误的过程。因此，在说的过程中，为了保护学生的积极性，教师要多表扬，少批评，少指责。教师要耐心地听学生发言，不要轻易打断学生的思路;要善于发现学生微小的进步并及时肯定，即使某个词说错了，也要允许或提醒他重新再说。要及时表扬有进步、能大声说英语的孩子，如"Youl"e sogood.""You did very wel1.""I like you!"激励学生参与到活动中来，让学生能品尝到成功的喜悦，获得成功的满足感。

5.课外拓展延伸，强化英语口语交际

英语课外活动不仅能丰富校园文化生活，还可以帮助学生复习和巩固课内学习的知识和内容，有利于学生增长知识、开阔视野、发展能力、发展智力。通过建立英语角、组织英语晚会、开展英语竞赛、演唱英语歌曲、朗诵英语小诗歌、表演英语会话或短剧等各种途径进行口语训练。另外我还带领学生开展深入生活、接触社会的活动，这才能为学生口语交际提供丰富的空间及展现交际才华的舞台。这样，学生不仅可以在学校与老师、同学进行口语交流，而且能把这种交流延伸到家庭、社会，延伸到自己的日常生活中，真正做到了英语的口语交际无所不在，无时不有。如我本人带领学生组织野炊活动，同时预先设计好有利于交际的英语对话，在活动中学生轻松自如地巩固旧知，吸收新知，同时也提高了口语交际能力。实践证明，教师根据小学生的身心特点，设计出让学生多开口说英语的丰富多彩的活动，不断给学生以表达的机会，强化新的刺激，就能有效培养学生对英语口语表达的浓厚兴趣，提高英语表达能力。
