这次培训，开设的教学内容非常丰富。一开始Nancy带我们进一步学习了British English and American English的区别，并进行了强化练习。指出了中国人发音的十大错误，联系了一部分易读错的单词。然后进行了英语课堂用语应用的培训，在这一环节，Nancy强调了读句子时应注意句子重音、连读、弱读、失去爆破、缩读、升调和降调以及短暂停顿等问题，并引导我们进行朗读，让我们有了很大的收获。最后来自澳大利亚的Peter Johnson老师的口语交流，主要是进行英语朗读的语音技巧。课堂上，面对外教富有趣味和一定难度的问题，你必须有足够的勇气站起来去争取练习口语的机会，然后用流利的英语提出自己独特的见解，这些都不容许你在学习期间有丝毫的松懈与放松。有时为了解释一个生词，外教Peter会不厌其烦，反反复复的用他们那丰富的表情和夸张的肢体语言来演示直到你明白为止。大家的学习热情都很高，都很珍惜这次学习机会!

短短半天的学习使我深深的感到专家们的教学真谛：他们重视营造语言环境，重视课堂的趣味性，他们常常使用夸大的生动活泼的面部表情，以及肢体语言和我们交流，甚至把自己溶入所讲的故事情节，按不同角色给我们表演。在生动有趣的课堂中，我们随着专家一起快乐一起进步，自身的口语也在交流中得到了进一步的提高。

在这次的培训中，印象最深的是外教Peter的口语交流课，这是我教英语以来第一次和外国老师面对面的交流。这时，我才觉得我的听力和口语是那么的糟糕。老师流利纯正的英式发音，绘声绘色的形体表演让我的心久久不能平静。

通过培训学习，我们与专家以及其它学校的小学英语教师建立了融洽的关系，我们交换了各自的联系方式，以便今后提高自身素质，进行信息的收集和知识的交流。我会充分利用好这一宝贵的财富，在今后的工作中发挥应有的实效。在探索中求发展，我始终追寻的原则是：我学习，我拼搏，我成功 。

培训虽然结束了，可带给我的思考与学习才刚刚开始。当我参加这个培训之前，只是抱着学到一些新东西的想法，可培训结束的时候，我们心中都明白，在这里所收获的远超过预计的设想。如何将所学的知识运用到实际的教学中，如何从教材中挖掘素材，设计出高水平的教学设计，上出高效率的课，从根本上激发孩子们学习英语的兴趣，这才是我们学习的最终目的。

1)可操作性：指除设计者完成外，要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素，使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性：指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力，尽量使参与者自己创造条件，修旧利废，以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性：指机器人和活动环境的设计，应当是安全和是健康的，活动时不对周边人员构成威胁，不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

3、创新性原则：教学机器人这一平台，为参与者提供了丰富的创新空间，创新是技术活动的本质所在。在设计机器人活动时，应体现出创新性原则，这也是机器人活动的亮点之处。可以是师生根据日常生活经验、学习体会和构思的新创意，也可以是对以前某些机器人功能的改进、活动项目的再提升。这是中小学机器人创新活动的核心。

4、智能性原则：设计的机器人应能反映出机器人的本质特性，即体现出机器人的智能性(如感知、规划、动作和协同等能力)。应是按照周围环境的输入信息来做出判断、基于传感器控制、独立地根据程序指令、而决定自己的行动的具有一定自主能力的机器人。这是中小学机器人创新活动的魅力。

5、趣味性原则：设计的机器人活动，应当具有一定的趣味性，能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性，能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则：机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性，在规定的活动时间内，可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性，综合能力不同的参与者，可能达到不同的活动结果，使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性，只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动，就允许参加，制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

在机器人“功能创新项目”评价中，要重点把握创新性原则、智能性原则、可应用性和可靠性原则。可应用性主要指是为解决某个实际问题而设计(尽管当前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指机器人运行时，系统是可靠、稳定的。

大家好!今天有机会站在这个光荣的讲台上，我感到非常荣幸。有一种树，没有玫瑰那么鲜艳，没有白杨那么威武，没有桂花树那么芬芳。它总是默默无闻地站在路边，为人们遮风挡雨。它是榆树，我就是它。它在我的名字里，在我的心里。我叫谢天宇。谢谢你的感谢。我生来就有天赋。今天我是一个竞选班长的小男孩。

班长，这是神圣的职责。很多人都想当班长，我也不例外。每当我看到其他班的班长，我的心就会竖立起一个高大的形象，他就像一个航海家，指引我们走向正确的航道;也像一个小老师指导学生改正错误;但他最像一个教练，训练我们的学习潜力和其他能力，我很想成为一名优秀的班长。

如果我成为班长，我可以充分发挥我的特长和优势来帮助更多的人。

我的大脑里充满了,的许多有趣的内容，这些内容可以教会有知识困难的学生，给他们一种新的学习方式，让他们觉得学习本身充满了很多乐趣;第二，身体壮如牛，奔跑速度和猎豹一样，可以帮助那些被欺负的同学。当然，我不会用暴力来解决。我会用猎豹敏锐的洞察力和敏捷的思维来维护阶级和平。因为我的心和身体一样强壮。

我很会做事，可以帮老师组织运动或者做其他事情，这样我们老师就不用那么辛苦了。

这些都是我的优点。如果我正式当选班长，我会尽我所能为班级负责，我会像榆树一样为学生遮风挡雨;为老师打工。让老师轻松，让学生开心。我会对我的班级负责，给自己增加压力，让我们的班级辉煌!

A: Me, too. 就在昨天下午第二节课举行了八达小学第六届英语故事比赛，有52名小选手参与了其中，为老师和部分学生充分展现了他们的英语才华，故事精彩纷呈，我也从中学到了很多。

A： Doggy bag 这可真难倒了我，你说说看!

B： 呵呵，不知道了吧!美国是一个很富裕的国家，可是美国人并不随意浪费。例如，在餐馆用餐时，如果点的食物没吃完，他们会将剩下的饭菜打包回家。这时候用来打包的食物的纸袋子被称为doggy bag，大家都知道 dog 是狗，那么打包回家跟狗会有什么关系呢?以前，美国人也不好意思把在餐馆里吃剩的东西带回家，怕丢面子，所以，就经常有人会对服务员说： could you please wrap the rest of the food for me ? Id like to take it home for my dog.(请把剩余的食物给我包起来，好吗?我想带回家给我的狗吃。) doggy bag 一词便这样出现了。在当今的美国，人们把在餐馆中吃剩的东西带回家已经是习以为常了，没有人会因为要把剩菜带回家而感到不好意思了。

Good morning, my dear teachers, my dear professors. I am very glad to be here for your interview. my name is SongYonghao, I am 22 years old. I come from Luoyang, a very beautiful aicent city. my undergratuade period will be accomplished in Chang’an University in July, 20xx. And now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Tongji University.

Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. When i was sophomore, I found web design very interesting, so I learned it very hard. To weaver a homepage for myself, I stayed with my pesonel computer for half a month, and I am the first one in my class who owns his homepage. Furthermore, I am a person with great perserverence. During the days preparing for the first examination, I insist on running every day, no matter what the weather was like. And just owning to this, I could concentrate on my study and succeeded in the end.

Well, in my spare time, I like basketball, tennis and chinese chess. Also english is my favorate. I often go to english corner to practise my oral english on every thursday, and write compositions to improve my witten ability. But I know my english is not good enough, I will continue studying.

My name is Li Bai，coming from Rizhao, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Qingdao Technological University , taking software engineering as my major.

As for my strongest strength ,I think it is my responsibility in work and study ,which promote me unceasingly devote myself to my work. In group cooperative work, I always try my best to finish my part on time and make sure that correct.

In my spare time, I am big on reading books, especially those about biography. These stories of famous person make me wise. I also have passion for running. During the days preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination, I persisted in running every day except raining day.

When I prepared my graduation thesis，my adviser impressed me deeply. He is hard-working and treat learning very seriously. Sometimes he repeats my email ,telling me many details about what should I do and where I should focus on. So that, I realize I need learn more and more practice. 二、主要工作：

1、召开学科基地专业指导委员会成员会议，具体落实基地各项工作及20xx年高考复习备考指导意见;

2、分年级落实基地学校英语教师的职业目标;

3、分年级对新教师进行听评课，努力提升基地学校英语教师的专业素质;

4、协助基地学校组织一次大规模的全校性的英语教师教学基本功比武，并组织全市教师观摩;

5、组织全市教师以基地为平台展开对《高中英语新课程标准》的学习;

6、组织教师学习人教社《新高中英语教与学》，为课改做准备;

7、组织教师学习研讨《新高中英语教学100问》，提升教师形象，使教师由传统的“教书匠”逐步转向“研究型教师”

8、协助基地学校在高一年级开展各种各样的活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，对效果比较明显的活动要在全市范围内进行推广;

9、开展校际交流活动;

11、鼓励以基地学校为榜样创建有特色的教研组，提高教研效果;

大家好，很荣幸今天我能站在这里竞选班长。

从小到大，没次站在这个讲台上的时候，不管是像现在这样面对全班同学们，还是没人的时候偷偷的跑上去站在上面俯看下面的时候，都感到无比的紧张和激动，可能这个小小的地方太够神圣了，太有吸引力了，希望今天我不会让自己激动的心情在演讲完结束。

一年的时间过的得真快，第一界班委的任期到了，我们迎来了新一轮的竞眩先不说这次竞选的结果如何，老一界班委的成绩和辛劳，大家有目共睹，在这里我们应该感谢它们为班级为大家付出的一切，所做的一切。我想由衷的对他们说一声，谢谢!

在正式的进入自我介绍前，我想先讲讲我这两年来的一些感悟。我想我的话题会涉及到沟通，集体生活，和大学经历。

首先，我是沟通。有人说沟通是第一要决。我想也是的。我一直认为不管是什么人，即使是个性、性格差异很大的人，只有真正的接触了，交流了，一定能够碰出火花来，看人光看表面是不行的，这就像看背影杀手一下。现在我们看人看同学，很经常会有这样的观点，这个人，嗨，这样的女生，这样的男生，不是我喜欢的类型，所以总是带着偏见看人。可是这又不是谈恋爱，用不着那么挑剔吧。还有，与人沟通自信很重要。我感觉自己到现在有时候和别人和同学还不是接触的时候还不是很放的开。
