华山英文导游词

hua shan is the highest of china’s five sacred mountains. it is 120 kilometers east of xian. it has five peaks that resemble the petals of a flower. the highest peak is 2180 meters (7085 feet).

we had had discussions about going to hua shan with some graduate students from computer science. that didn’t work out due to changes in schedules on both sides. also, they were planning to do the climb at night to be able to reach the peak at sunrise. that did not appeal to us. we wanted to spend a night on the mountain. fran’s department arranged a trip for us, making reservations at the simple hotel on the north peak. they sent two graduate students to accompany us, though they had not been to hua shan before. we met them at 8:00 on saturday morning and took a taxi to the train station. there we asked around and located a mini-bus. the bus made a couple of stops. one was to see a presentation about the traditional medicines grown on the mountain and a chance to buy some of them. it probably would have been interesting if we understood chinese. our guides gave us the general outline about what was said. the other stop was a quick lunch stop.

there are two approaches to hua shan. [chinese proverb: “there is one road and only one road to hua shan,” meaning that sometimes the hard way is the only way.] the west entrance involves 10 kilometers of walking on a road before you start climbing. we went with the east entrance, where the bus brings you to the base of a cable car that goes up to the 1500 meter north peak. our plan was to walk up to the north peak, then climb to the four other peaks the next day and take the cable car down.

we started the climb in the early afternoon. the path consists of stone steps with rough chain link handrails in the narrowest areas (we wore our bicycling gloves for hand protection). physically, it is more like climbing the steps of a skyscraper than trails at home. however, the temperature was about 95 degrees and there was not much shade. we brought lots of water, including some bottles that we froze and some gatorade that we got at the fancy department store in downtown xian. there are plenty of refreshment stands along the way where you can buy bottled water, the chinese equivalent of gatorade, and other drinks or snacks at a premium price.

we reached the north peak before 4:00 pm and rested at the hotel. our room was basic, but comfortable and clean enough. because water is scarce on the mountain, there were neither showers nor sinks available for washing. in that sense the experience felt like camping, but we were sleeping in a big tent!

after dinner at the hotel restaurant, we spent some time talking with our guides. we were a bit surprised to find that they both think of japan negatively, but like the u.s. it seems that japan’s wwii behavior in china has not been forgotten, and is emphasized in school.

we saw a beautiful sunset and watched the sky become resplendent with thousands of stars, including the milky way galaxy. this was the clearest sky that we have seen in china. the fresh air at hua shan is a treat!

our guides had both been planning to get up at 4:00 am to watch the sunrise. fran and i made sleep a priority. we did happen to wake up a bit before sunrise (our room faced east) and went outside to watch the sky become rosy. ironically, our guides missed the sunrise because they had stayed up late watching the european soccer championships on the television in their room

the plan for the day was to climb the other four peaks, but we reserved the right to shorten the route. the first part was a steep climb to middle peak. after the low north peak, all the others are at roughly meters. there were crowds on the way to middle peak – mostly chinese hikers but we did see a few other wai guo (foreigners) as well.

we visited two taoist temples en route to middle peak. each one had an altar with incense and offerings of fruit. the friendly monks invited us to say a prayer or to send blessings to loved ones. fran accepted their invitation. at the first temple, she lit incense sticks and knelt on a cushion in front of the altar saying a silent prayer for our safe journey to the various summits of hua shan (the prayer was answered). at the second temple, she knelt on a cushion in front of the altar and sent silent blessings to several friends who are experiencing challenging situations in their lives at present. after each blessing, she leaned forward and the monk struck a drum.

after middle peak, the crowds got much thinner. the next was east peak, which had a steep ladder climbing rock. fran was dubious about this ascent, but realized that the ladder wasn’t so bad and went for it. that was a good decision because we were then able to do a loop and the trails got almost empty at this point. after skirting the top of a cliff with a steep dropoff on both sides, we had a pleasant walk to south peak and west peak. there was even a small amount of dirt trail! the summit of south peak was the highest point on hua shan, so of course we asked another hiker to take a photo of our guides and us. the views from the tops of each peak were beautiful. hua shan and the surrounding mountains are very rugged and remind us somewhat of hiking in the southwestern united states or the sierras.

we took a route that eventually brought us to the main line returning down from middle to north peak. we were happy to have ascended each of the five peaks (petals) of flower mountain.

by cable car (the longest in asia), it was just 7 minutes down to the park entrance. we caught a shuttle bus into town, then transferred to a bus for xian.

our guides told us that we had walked up and down a total of 4000 stairs! we were glad that we did not have this information when we started. for three days after returning home, our sore leg muscles instructed us to take the elevator to our fifth floor apartment rather than climbing the stairs.

大珠山原名州山。周初武王封侯时,武王追思先圣王,先褒封神农之后于焦,黄帝之后于祝,帝尧之后于蓟,帝舜之后于陈,大禹之后于杞。次封功臣谋士如姜太公、周公旦、召公奭及管叔蔡叔等。后来又将前朝殷商及四岳之后封爵。其中炎帝四岳之后姜姓的州国封为公爵,为西周四大公爵之一,封国在今安丘东北一带,国土规模不详。故址称淳于城,也称杞城。唐代封演《封氏闻见记》以大小朱山为州国所属,吴楚之人以居地为千古,谓州为朱然,则此山名为州山也。然而大小珠山距周初之州国都城似乎太远。西周四大公爵国,虞国和虢国为周天子宗亲,爵位高且封土多。而州国和宋国乃前朝遗老,给予高爵位礼遇,其封土过百里不愈制,连一般侯国封土也达到百里。宋与州两国封一等公爵,时间当在周成王灭武庚及三叔叛乱之后。西周封前朝遗老多异地改封,以割断其与旧势力联系。宋国异地而封,州国也应如此。康生十四世祖漕汶张洽按《四库全书·左传》曰,淳于州公原封于畿辅之内。纵观春秋战国,州国和宋国名位尊贵,比周公、召公和姜太公都高。但实力很弱,两国均以仁义著称,也均以仁义而亡,给后世留下许多笑柄。州国最惨,何时丢失大小州山予莒国,未见记载。春秋初期,周初从山东改封河南的杞国返回山东故土,与州、莒国为邻。鲁国征伐其朝鲁不敬,莒国夺取其牟娄之邑。州国淳于城为殷商时杞国故土。于是杞国便寄居于州国。前720xx年冬,州国君淳于实被逼无奈逃入曹国。次年春,州国君淳于实朝鲁,大概是求助鲁国主持公道。而杞国在被鲁国征伐后,迅速行成于鲁,结成同盟。杆子与井绳,孰扶孰弃?连孔子的《春秋》记此事,也只记实来两字。《左传》解释为州公实不复国也。按周礼规定,诸侯不称名,失去国土后才能称其名。且顺道朝见某国,非礼也。州公实既失去自己国土,又顺道朝鲁,所以孔子不记国名与公爵号,只记人名,轻慢之意,不言而表。天子失控,鲁国不救,何以复国?一个周天子封赐的一等公爵之国就这样消失了。今泰安一带仍有淳于姓氏居民,当是淳于州国移民的后裔。

然而州山之名并未消失,再见于崔琰《述初赋》残句。汉末崔琰就学于东汉大儒郑玄在不其山(今属青岛市城阳区)所办康成书院。

东汉末山东黄巾战乱发时,书院供给中断,郑玄康成书院师生们穷困潦倒,连写字的竹简也买不起,只好改用宽带形草叶。无奈之下,郑玄解散书院。唐代陆龟蒙感人至深的《书带草赋》详述此事。书院解散后,崔琰乘船至大珠山,欲改陆行归故里。而大珠山以西的海陆通道全部被黄巾军堵死,崔琰滞留大珠山数月。之后他写下了汉赋中的名篇《述初赋》,详细记述其求学经过。其中涉及黄岛多处山河等地名。其序和赋中有阳谷秦门铁山州山等今黄岛地名。如:登州山以望沧海朝发兮楼台,回盼兮句榆。朝食兮岛山,暮宿兮郁州。等句。这说明,至东汉末,大珠山依旧称州山。

惠州西湖的建设始于北宋时。州守陈偁最早经营西湖,他“引湖灌田, 兼鱼、藕、蒲、苇之利”,使西湖“施于民者丰”,被称作丰湖。同时还在湖上筑堤造桥,修建亭榭,使丰湖当时被誉为“广东之胜”,北宋绍圣元年(公元1094年)大文学家苏东坡被贬谪到惠州,他把丰湖称为西湖,一来湖位于城西,二来也因惠州的这个湖泊的风景与他熟悉的杭州西湖一样美丽。从苏东坡以后,惠州西湖就叫开了。

清代美术家戴熙称惠州西湖“西湖各有妙,此以曲折胜。”确是恰当的评价。此外,清代惠州知府吴骞还作了《惠阳纪胜》诗,将杭州西湖与惠州西湖作了一次对比:“杭之佳以玲珑而惠则旷邈;杭之佳以韶丽而惠则

xii幽森;杭之佳以人事点缀,如华饰靓妆,而惠则天然风韵,如娥眉淡扫。”把惠州西湖比作未入吴宫前在苎萝村浣纱的西施,道出了惠州西湖的特色是:天然美。

宋朝时,惠州西湖就有“五湖六桥八景”之说。五湖分别是平湖、丰湖、南湖、鳄湖、菱湖。上世纪九十年代,政府把红花湖与这五湖贯通,形成一体,增称为六湖。古六桥分别是西新桥、拱北桥、圆通桥、明圣桥、烟霞桥、迎仙桥。新中国建国前后,又建设了众多景观桥,其中九曲桥、枇杷桥、花洲桥以其新姿特色点缀西湖,和古景六桥一起被并称为当代西湖九桥;八景是前人对当地人文地理的一种归纳和彰扬:“丰湖晚唱、半径樵归、山寺岚烟、水帘飞瀑、荔浦风清、桃园日暖、鹤峰返照、雁塔斜晖”称为古八景。其中有自然景观,也有人文景观。随着时境变迁,西湖建设不断完善,后来又有了“十二景”、“十六景”、“二十四景”之说,现有景点28处,其中名景有18处。今天,惠州西湖已有“六湖九桥十八景”之说。

朋友们,大家好!我们今天游览的是“道林三百众,书院一千徒”的潇湘洙泗——岳麓书院。

被列为全国重点文物保护单位的岳麓书院是我国四大书院之首。现占地1.2万平方米,掩映在岳麓山东坡幽深的山水之中,是一座坐西朝东,由门堂、亭、台、楼、轩、斋、祠组成的古建筑群,中轴线上依次为前门、赫曦台、大门、二门讲堂和御书楼,北侧是半学斋、文庙、湘水校经堂、船山祠等纪念性建筑、南侧有教学斋、百泉轩、麓山寺等到景点。

各位朋友,现在让我们按照书院的建筑布局慢慢地走进那一种隽永的文化氛围。书院这个名字是唐朝才开始有的,是国家用来藏书和校典的地方,到宋朝时演变为讲学和藏书之外,稍后就具备了讲学、藏书、祭祀三大功能。岳麓书院是由潭州太守朱洞正式创建于北宋开宝九年(公元976年),经过近40年的风风雨雨的发展,大中祥符八年(公园1052019年),宋真宗赵恒召见岳麓山周式,御赐“岳麓书院”匾额,于是书院之称开始名闻天下。岳麓书院距今已有千多年的历史,大家跨越头门,仰头可以看到的拓唐代著名书法家欧阳洵手迹而制成的“千年学府”匾额便是明证。走进书院,映入大家眼帘的是赫曦台,有些朋友可能会纳闷“赫曦”到底有什么含义。关于赫曦台的命名,是与两位名人密切相关的。赫曦台原建于南宋时期。乾道三年(公远1167年),著名理学家朱熹从福建来到岳麓书院,与当时另一位著名理学家,岳麓书院主教张拭(代山长)进行学术交流,两位名家经常相约登岳麓山观日出,每当看到朝阳光芒四射,朱熹就对张拭说“赫曦”(就是日出光明炎盛的意思),他于是把岳麓山峰命名为赫曦峰,张拭筑台,朱熹题“赫曦台”。现在大家看到的赫曦台是清朝同治七年(公元1868年)重新修建的,它呈“凸”字形结构,是典型的湖南地方戏台。大家拾级而上,可以看到台左右两壁檐上还保留有清乾隆年间修建时的戏剧故事雕塑,左边有《拾玉镯》,右边有《秋胡戏妻》等到较具有艺术价值的雕塑,可见,当时的书院的师生除了清苦的学习外,还有丰富的课余活动,儒家士人既严谨又闲适的思想也略见一斑。现在,大家请看台左边墙壁上近丈高的“寿”字,此字用二笔写成,形如龙蛇盘绕,柔中带刚,非一般人所及,所以被人们传为仙迹。关于此字的形成,还有一段有趣的故事。相传清嘉庆十二年(公元182019年),岳麓书院院长罗典在书院举行重赴鹿鸣宴宴会(鹿鸣宴指古代的地方官宴请科举考试中的考官和中试的学生的宴会,因为宴会上通常都演奏《诗经 鹿鸣》从而得名。重赴鹿鸣宴是指鹿鸣宴六十年后而举行的宴会),这天,达官贵人、科场举子云集岳麓书院,大家谈古论今,吟诗作赋,热闹非凡,正当兴头,一位身穿青布青袍,脚着草鞋的老道人来到院内,自称前来赴宴,那些士人见来者只不过是一个无名老道,便不是很善意地叫他先写几个字,道人当然明白其中之意,随手拿起墙边的扫帚,伸入黄泥水中,将扫把一举,唰!唰!两笔写下丈多高的“寿”字,然后把扫帚一丢扬长而去。院长罗典在惊叹之余曾托人*寻老道人,但不知下落,后来罗典在右边的墙壁上补书了一个“福”与“寿”对称。大家现在看到的“福”字用一笔写成,笔力强劲,形如猛虎下山。“福、寿”二字如龙腾虎跃,暗含岳麓书院是藏龙卧虎之地。但岳麓书院到底藏了什么龙,卧了哪只虎,我们稍后再讲。

沿着砌石的中轴线往前走,现在我们站在书院的大门前,大家所看到的大门是明朝正德四年(公元152019年)建造的,清同治七年(公元1868年)进行过翻新,是五间单檐硬山和三山屏墙结构。大门两旁有一块汉白玉鼓形上马石,它的正面是三狮戏珠图,背面是芙蓉锦鸡图、荷花鹭鸶图,此物相传是岳麓书院的著名学生曾任两江总督的陶澍严惩贪官曹百万从曹府搬来献给母校的。大门上方的“岳麓书院”匾额我们前面已经讲过,现在请看大门两旁的千古名联:“惟楚有材,于斯为盛”这幅由院长袁岘冈与贡生张中阶撰写的对联高度褒扬了岳麓书院千百年来作为湖湘文化的摇篮,孕育出多少具的经天纬地之才的英雄豪杰:被誉为“一时之英才”的抗金名将吴猎,主张“官兵一体”大败十万金兵的功臣赵方,“忠鲠可嘉,宜得奖谥”的彭龟年,明末清初著名的思想家王夫之,提出“师夷长技以制夷”的文学家、史学家魏源,被清朝统治阶级称为“中兴将相”的桐城——湘乡派盟主曾国藩,收复新疆的爱国名将左宗棠,首任驻英法公使并保持了民族气节的郭嵩焘,“欲栽大木柱长天,慧眼识“毛蔡”的杨昌济,后来的岳麓高足陈天华、蔡和森、邓和森、邓中夏等。楚材斯盛,正和赫曦台墙壁上的福寿两字暗含的藏龙卧虎之意切合。大门之后是二门,二门至讲堂两方均为斋舍。右侧是教学斋。左侧是半学斋,教学斋和半学斋反映岳麓书院教学中“教学相长,惟教学半学”的辨证思想。一代伟人毛泽东也曾多次寓居半学斋从事革命活动。

各位朋友,请继续往前走,现在我们游览的是书院的核心部分——讲堂。讲堂位于书院的中心的场所,是书院教学和举行重大活动的场所,现存建筑是清康熙二十六年(公元1687年)由湖南工业专门学校校长宾步程撰写的。“实事求是”出自《汉书 河间献王刘德传》意即从实际出发,求得正确的结论,“实事求是”给青年毛泽东思想的形成产生过重大的影响,在后来的革命实践中,毛泽东同志逐渐丰富发展了实事求是的内涵,成为毛泽东思想的精髓,这是岳麓书院文化对近代中国革命的最大贡献。大家再看讲堂大厅中央悬挂的两块流鎏金木匾,第一块是“学达性天”匾,此匾是康熙二十六年(公元1687年)御赐,意思是通过学习理学可以达到恢复天性、天人合一的地步,此匾说明了岳麓书院是以理学作为办学传统,到这里来求学,可以达到学问的最高境界。第二块是“道南正脉”匾,这块匾是清乾隆八年(公元1743年)御赐,意思是岳麓书院所传播的朱张湖湘学是理学向南方传播后是正统,此匾高度评价了书院传播理学的地位。大家请往下看,讲堂的正中是一个高约1米的长方形计时坛,这是以前教师讲课的地方,讲坛上摆有两把红木雕花座椅,这是当年两面位理学大师朱熹和张拭会讲的用物。朱张会讲,盛况空前,“马饮则池水立竭。舆止则冠冕塞途”。为经念这两位名家,长沙至今还有“饮马塘、”“朱张渡”等地名。讲堂现有八幅对联和诸如《欧阳正焕整齐严肃碑》等大量碑言刻。讲堂右侧是湘水讲经堂,左侧是百泉轩等景点,请大家各自欣赏。党和领导人江、李鹏、乔石、李瑞环和华、胡耀帮、彭真、王震等前领导人均视察过岳麓书院并挥毫泼墨,使书院更添迷人的光彩,所以讲堂右侧有一个专门的展厅,展示党和领导人及海内外知名人士的照片和题词,国务院总理李鹏“楚材斯盛”的题词便高度评价了岳麓书院的地位。

好,现在大家请跟我走。穿过讲堂后,一个独特的自成一体的院落呈现在大家眼前。初次游览的朋友们,可能认为到讲堂就到了尽头,没想到真是“山穷水尽疑无路,柳暗花明又一村,”一座三层楼阁建筑,居于中轴线的尾端,坐西面东雄视整个书院,这就是古代的图书馆——御书楼。御书楼始建于宋咸平二年(公元999年),开始叫书楼,后来屡建屡毁,地址搬迁了好几个地方,名称也改为藏经阁、尊经阁。御书楼在清代是民间较大的一座图书馆,藏书最多的时候有用2万多卷,制定有藏书条例,管理科学而且严格。今天的御书楼仍然作为图书馆供教研人员和学生使用。现在的藏书数量已超过5万册,岳麓书院名誉院长李铁映和湖南大学顾问邓力群把自已的藏书捐给了岳麓书院。大家是否还记得刚才在讲堂右侧的展厅里参预的珍藏品,其中就职有李铁映同志的赠书。大家若想领略岳麓学子们在学习之余的审美情趣,请折回御书楼南侧的后花园去观鸢飞鱼跃,去赏竹林冬翠,去诵白云红枫,去摹麓山寺碑;大家若想缅怀岳麓院先贤圣哲们的业绩,请转身去御书楼北侧。

介休抗日民主政府旧址纪念亭绵山位于介休、灵石、沁源三县交界处,地势险峻,易守难攻,历来是兵家必争之地。1938年2月15日日军第二十师团侵占介休县城。失陷前,牺盟特派员_敏,县长张德含带领党、政、军等500余人,撤出县城,转移到绵山,就在这三孔窑洞里,建立了“介休抗日民主政府”。此后铁索岭便成为连接晋冀鲁豫与革命圣地延安的一条秘密通道,护送了大批前往延安的革命干部。薄一波、陈赓以及爱国将领方震武等曾在这里开展工作,指挥战斗。1940年,形势进一步恶化后,抗日民主政府又转移至绵山银空洞。

抱腹岩为绵山百余处岩洞之首,因形如两手抱腹,所以又叫抱腹岩。抱腹岩之腹大,大得惊人:抱二百余间殿宇禅房及一两万名游人于腹内而不显得拥挤。抗战时期,介休抗日民主政府常在这里召开全县军民大会,部署生产和战斗任务。抱腹岩是天然生成的超大型礼堂。抱腹岩坐东面西,为一高约18丈,长约45丈,深约15丈的巨形岩洞。岩洞分上下两层,上层是两个直角排列的大岩洞,很象砖圈的“无量殿”,路断处有木栈道沟通,自下仰望殿宇参差,勾栏蜿蜒,犹如空中楼阁。更引人注目的是岩洞顶壁的无数个鸟洞和悬挂着的铜铃。抱腹岩挂铃为绵山一绝,每逢庙会,许了愿的善男信女们便雇人从岩顶将挂铃者用绳子吊在半空,然后利用前后晃动的力量将人悠进洞内,用铁钩钩住顶壁打楔系铃。操作完毕后再用绳子把挂铃者放到岩下。

场面惊心动魄,令人叹为观止。清代康熙年间介休文人王清在《抱腹岩》一诗中写道:“寺古云常在,岩空势欲倾。此中真得地,以外纵浮名。鸟拂金铃渡,僧缘石隙行。坐听梵响处,花雨落无声”,可谓绘声绘色的抱腹岩写照。其中“鸟拂金铃渡,僧缘石隙行”更成为大家广泛传颂的名句。很久以前,绵山中生活着一种叫吻的野兽,非常凶猛,常常伤害过往行人。附近的村民靠山吃山,以采药为生,而野兽封山,村民们无不头痛万分/于是推荐了一个身体强健,狩猎本领很强的年轻人前去降吻。这个年轻人想只凭自身的力量那太微不足道了,如果能得到神灵的保佑,一定会万无一失。于是他就去求空王佛保佑,祈求老人家赐给自身一件法宝,以降服吻兽。年轻人祈祷完毕,正要走时,忽然看见供案上金光闪闪,霎时满殿生辉。走近一看,原来是只铜铃,铜铃上还有一道经文。这时殿内突然有个缥缈的声音:“念此咒,便可降住怪兽,快快去吧。”年轻人这才恍然大悟,慌忙叩拜点化之恩。后来果然降服了吻,大家为了感谢空王佛的慈悲之心,就把这个铜铃挂在抱腹岩的岩顶上,让它为大家消灾免祸。

空王古佛主要奉祀空王古佛。空王为过去世之一佛,也是佛的总称。佛经说,佛为万法之王,所以又叫空王。阿弥陀佛在大家心目中的地位是很高的,但他在作比丘时,常拜空王佛眉间的白毫相,并因此而成佛。可见空王佛的地位之高。他的两侧为文殊、普贤、观音、地藏四位菩萨。两旁是他的弟子摩斯、银空。殿前门廊是两位护法神——哼、哈二将。因哼将鼻喷光气,哈将口吐白光,故称哼将和哈将。

空王殿空王佛是云峰寺以及整个绵山供奉的佛祖,是汉人中最早成佛的。他俗名田志超,曾对佛教禅宗临济宗的弘扬作出了巨大贡献,后圆寂坐化成佛。殿内这尊佛像是他的包骨真身,是佛转世后又成佛的空王佛。相传,他为反抗官府及地痞的盘剥离家出走,几经辗转,来到了介休城内的华严寺。他每日在寺内打坐念经,修行养性。农忙时节,全城的农户都忙着去田间干活,但人手太少,又怕误了时日,非常着急,都先后来求志超帮忙。志超有求必应,一口气答应了二十八家,并照帮不误。后来他又云游到义棠弘济寺,因为寺前要修塔,但用水很困难,于是又指挥兔、鹿用铜钟抬水,加快了工程进度。最后他选择了绵山,受到了善男信女的广泛膜拜。唐贞观十二年(戊戌),李世民向绵山求雨,志超命正在做饭的弟子摩斯将淘米水向西南方向洒去,于是长安一带普降甘露,干旱解除,万民欢腾。以后每逢大旱,晋陕一带百姓都要来绵山祈雨,可谓盛极一时。后来为感谢志超

“解民倒悬”之恩,李世民率众臣朝山拜佛。志超的弟子银空在抱腹岩接驾告师父已圆寂西归。李世民未能如愿,不禁仰天长叹:“此行空望佛矣!”顿时天空出现了“空王佛”字样。于是唐太宗下旨在这里修建了空王殿。这个殿又叫石佛殿,殿内所有构件,包括台坐、门拱均为石雕,保持了唐代以前的风格。

慈云法雨御匾光绪二年(丙子)、三年(丁丑),三晋七十八州县大旱。山西巡抚曾国荃设坛祈雨,空王佛显灵,天降大雨。介休义棠籍人、工部屯田员外郎李敦愚等奏请朝廷颁发匾额。光绪责成南书房翰林恭书匾额一方,交曾国荃悬挂于抱腹岩空王古佛正殿。

阿弥陀佛殿很久很久以前,这里是一间闲置的僧舍,对面的僧舍则住着一位住持。他每天晚上念诵经文直至深夜。一日,见对面屋内通亮,他以为是着了火,提着水桶就往过跑。进去一看,原来上面端坐着阿弥陀佛,两边分别为左、右胁士大势至菩萨和观世音菩萨,正在给六菩萨说法。他静听一夜,终于大彻大悟,成了一位得道的僧人,化缘于四方。后又回到绵山为阿弥陀佛修建了此殿。本殿供奉阿弥陀佛,净土宗称他为“西方极乐世界的教主”,因他能接引虔心向佛的人往生“西方净土”,所以又称接引佛。两边的胁士分别是大势至菩萨和观世音菩萨,合称西方三圣。两旁分别是其他六位菩萨:师子戏、师子奋、师子幡、师子作,坚勇精进,击金刚慧菩萨。殿前门廊下站立的分别是帝释天、吉祥天,他们的职责是保护佛祖、佛法和出家人。弥勒高僧殿正中供奉弥勒佛,是竖三世佛的未来佛。大家印象中的弥勒佛都是笑口常开的大肚弥勒佛形象,而我们这里供奉的则是弥勒佛的法身。两边所供的十二高僧,他们是佛教五个宗派的代表人物,是罗汉、菩萨和佛的继承人。为什么要在这里修建弥勒殿呢?弥勒曾带领十二高僧来给空王佛做寿,又留下了他的笑口。大家为了纪念,便在这里修建了弥勒高僧殿。殿前廊下两位护法神是伽蓝菩萨和韦驮菩萨。韦驮又叫天韦将军,后因他追回了小偷手中释迦牟尼的佛牙舍利而成为菩萨。

另一位是伽蓝菩萨——关公。讲到这里,大家不禁要问:关圣帝君本是道教之神,刚才在龙头寺还是高台危坐,为何到此又站立在佛殿之前?这里有一段颇为有趣的故事。三国时,关羽曾坐镇荆州,因没有执行“联吴抗曹”的策略而失去荆州,败走麦城,被吴军俘虏遇害。他阴魂不散,悠悠荡荡来到了荆州当阳的玉泉山。一天夜里,三更以后,只见空中关羽骑一匹赤兔马手提青龙偃月刀,大呼“还我头来”。山上有一老僧法名普净,认得是关羽,便以手中拂尘召曰:“云长安在?”关羽当即下马,乘风落于普净座前。普净说:“今将军被吕蒙所害,大呼还我头来,那么被你所斩杀的颜良、文丑等六将之头又向谁去索要?”一席话,问得关羽哑口无言,于是恍然大悟:斩斩杀杀为佛门之大戒,自身与颜良、文丑均属无辜。从此皈依佛门,普净收他为半个佛,为护法大神。从此他忠于职守,成年累月伫立于殿门或山门。

介公祠供奉春秋晋国大夫介之推及其母亲。介之推功不言禄的高风亮节被后人广为传诵,成为千古佳话。当年晋文公寻找介之推,为使之推出山,有人建议:“介之推是个孝子,如果三面举火,他一定会背着老母出山的。”但万万没想到介之推终究没有出来,他和母亲都抱树被火焚羽化。后晋文公为旌表介之推,封绵上田为介田,并将烧剩的柏树做成木屐穿在脚上,口中不停地念叨“足下”。直到现在,每逢他的忌日——冬至后一百零五天,家家吃冷食,禁烟火,为“寒食节”。两千年来,寒食之俗盛传不衰。历代写寒食节的诗词甚多,仅《全唐诗》就有一百三十余首。那么为什么把介公祠建在了偏殿呢?那是在清代乾隆年间,今河南省有位读书人,名叫品公滋,读书很是用功,头悬梁,锥刺股无一没有使用过,就是《诗经》《尚书》也能倒背如流。只是他运气不佳,屡试不中

,为此卧床不起。他的这种执着被介之推得知后,就托梦给他,“来年你一定要进京赶考,介休就是你施展才华的地方”,说完便飘然而去了。吕公滋照梦而行,果然中了进士,于乾隆四十一年作了介休知县。一到任,他便决定为介之推修庙。但这里已经有了规模宏大的介神庙,很是惋惜,并不停地自责。这时有人建议:“既然朝拜介神的人很多,我们何不就近在抱腹岩再建个介公祠呢?这样既能满足百姓的需求,又能实现你的夙愿。”就这样,在这里修了这个介公祠。吕公滋为官期间政绩卓著,深受百姓爱戴,以后又改任汾州通判。

空王磨志超与龙母在棋盘洞对奕,大战了五百多个回合。龙母几乎每盘皆输,很是不快,随手将棋子一扔,交棋认输。从此志超便在抱腹寺坐禅修行,成了远近闻名的高僧。而被龙母所扔的这一枚棋子因沾了龙母的灵气,成了妖精。此妖精经常下山,到附近村舍里为非做歹。村民们便来绵山抱腹岩拜见活佛志超,请求为民解危。志超得知是棋子所化,便命徒弟摩斯将它化为一块石磨,让它将功赎罪。从此我们这里就有了这样一个“空王磨”。关于“空王磨”的传说,《续高僧传》中有所记载:一年春天,青黄不接,绵山寺庙中的粮食只剩六担了,只能维持十几天的生活。但使用“空王磨”,从春到夏,每天磨五斗,共应磨九十石,但只用了四石,六担粮食还剩两石。僧大家很惊奇,知这是佛祖保佑,于是把多余的粮食做成斋饭,救济民众,帮这一带百姓渡过了灾荒。这里曾经有过煮粥用的“万人锅”,可惜现已丢失。

龙池池内生水,平时供寺僧和游人食用。五龙畈依佛门后,常造福远近的百姓。天旱时,四面八方的人都来这里祈雨,十分灵验。所以绵山一带五谷丰登,大家安居乐业。为此称它为龙池。

释迦殿释迦成佛后,曾云游四方。当来到绵山时,发现这里山青水秀,是一个修行养性的好地方,但也有许多妖魔怪兽。释迦决定通过讲法教化他们,龙众也赶来听法。后来志超择地绵山,为感谢释迦,在这里修建释迦殿。本殿奉祀的就是释迦牟尼佛。释迦牟尼是佛教的创始人,姓乔答摩,名悉达多,释迦族人,是古印度北部迦毗罗卫国(今尼泊尔境内)净饭王的儿子。二十九岁时痛感人世生。老。病、死各种苦恼,舍弃王族生活出家修道。经过六年的苦行。在佛陀迦耶树下“成道”。悟到世间无常和缘起等理,便在鹿野苑开始传教。其后四十五年间,在中印度各地游行教化,信众很多,都尊称他为“佛陀”——觉悟者。八十岁时,在拘尸那城附近的沙罗双树下入灭。他的弟子将他一生所说的教法记录整理,成为经、律、论“三藏”,此后佛教传播范围不断扩大,形成世界性的宗教。两旁分别是文殊、普贤菩萨及两位龙王(龙众的代表)。

铁索岭是由抱腹岩而上的一个高二十余丈的山岭,由岭上“闫王橛”拖下两根铁索,每根长18丈,由300余个铁环连接而成,每个重14斤,两条共重四千余斤。大家背向万丈深渊,面向摩天山岭,手抓铁环,沿75度的斜坡攀援而上,可至绵山峰顶。其惊险程度真不亚于华山千尺幢。介休市委书记冯建平有诗赞曰:“危危铁索岭,穹穹抱腹岩,最是惊魂处,人已崖上悬。”《大唐汾州抱腹寺碑》记载,铁索岭的铁索,始悬于唐代之前。唐代有名诗人贺知章当年就是从岩沟登云梯上抱腹寺,再由铁索岭上到岩顶的。抗日战争时期,游击健儿们经常身背机枪、地雷,肩扛食物攀铁索上下;并曾由这里护送到延安去的干部过封锁线;救援跳伞着陆的美国飞行员。铁索岭是连接晋冀鲁豫与革命圣地延安的一条秘密通道。

大唐汾州抱腹寺碑从抱腹岩沿“云梯”下行约四十五丈,到距沟底约三十余丈的一个方圆的小丘上,便可看见举世闻名的《大唐汾洲抱腹寺碑》。杨仲昌撰文,张晋书丹,僧人思本检校。碑通高九尺,螭首二尺五寸,宽三尺,厚一尺。碑文为隶书,字径一寸,24行,每行50字,共1200字。因年深日久,风化剥落70余字。碑两侧有唐、宋名人题记。曾向唐玄宗推荐李白的有名诗人贺知章题记中有“昔年与亲友俱登抱腹山数重,攀云梯……”的记述。可见此地原有“云梯”。攀云梯到抱腹岩,再绕行到铁索岭下攀二十一丈铁索到绵山上方,最后登上四丈高的摩斯塔,有通天云衢,青云直上。这便是开元二十年碑中所说的“云梯铁索”。碑文主要记述三国曹魏时,高僧迪公筹划经营开发绵山,魏明帝曹睿特诏建抱腹寺等情况。其书法结构宽舒,字迹古朴刚劲,有汉隶遗韵,为唐碑中不可多得的珍品。

棋盘洞在开元碑后距地面六尺。这两个长九尺,高六尺,深六尺的石窟,就是当年唐高僧志超与龙母下棋的地方。右窟内顶部有50个高六寸的石刻雕像,也是唐代文物。两窟内还有一些游人题留,也颇具文物价值。

五龙松五龙为绵山的地方保护神,五龙松是五龙的化身。唐高僧志超入山时,绵山为五龙占据。龙母已知志超为空王古佛转世,便与他在抱腹岩下棋盘洞内对奕,有意输掉绵山,让于志超。五龙兄弟暴躁气盛,对志超十分恼怒,就一起作法欲将抱腹岩推倒。高僧志超法力无边,右手托起岩顶,抱腹岩安然无恙。五龙战败归依佛门,成为绵山护法真神。从此五龙便化为五棵长生不老之松,永远镇守在这里。

金大定谢雨碑金大定十一年(1171),汾州一带久旱不雨,遍地灾荒,民不聊生。汾州军太守王琦久闻绵山龙王很有法力,有求必应,便在衙内摆案祷雨。果然,汾州地境一连数日大雨滂沱,百姓无不称奇感恩。后为感谢龙王降雨救灾之恩,王琦亲率汾州官员并百姓人等前来朝拜,并立此谢雨祭文碑。

大明正德碑邑人任九皐(曾任河北平乡县丞)撰文,强恕子书丹,郭海勒刊,大明正德十三年(1518)悟空、悟禅立石。碑文记载了当年重修空王古佛殿的缘由,介绍了唐代高僧志超成佛的故事,以及唐太宗李世民为感谢“善友解民倒悬”的恩德,于贞观十五年(641)农历三月十七上山朝拜,以及北宋宰相张商英朝山拜佛,明晋恭王朱冈主持重修空王古佛殿的经过。

明王殿当年高僧志超历经艰险,终于来到绵山聚徒弘法。但有很多野兽汲取了绵山之灵气,常出来兴风作浪,扰乱百姓。一次,释迦牟尼云游到绵山,看出志超定会成真,就命十大明王帮志超降妖除魔。志超成佛后,就托梦于百姓,在这里修建了释迦、明王殿。十大明王来到这里,又担负起了保护藏经楼中经书的职责。他们恪尽职责,降妖伏魔。明王受佛的教令而现出忿怒勇猛的形象,以降伏诸恶魔。之所以称明王,是因为明为光明之义,此佛以智慧而明,以智慧摧毁一切魔障。本殿供奉的明王有:一、焰曼得迦大忿怒明王,二、无能胜大忿怒明王,三、钵纳曼得迦大忿怒明王,四。尾觐那得迦大忿怒明王,五、不动尊大忿怒明王,六、吒枳大忿怒明王,七、你罗难拿大忿怒明王,八、大力大忿怒明王,九、送婆大忿怒明王,十、傅日罗播多罗大忿怒明王。该殿塑像为唐代风格,特别是三层悬塑,线条流畅,气韵生动,栩栩如生,堪称精品。

五龙殿五龙为绵山的地方保护神。大家请看,五龙个个位居正中而龙母却被供奉到了一边,这与古代以孝道为重的美德是相违背的。原来这有一段来历:高僧志超入山时,绵山为五龙占据。龙母知道志超为空王古佛转世,便与他在抱腹岩下棋盘洞内下棋,有意输掉绵山。五龙对此表示不满,殿内的塑像便出现了这样的情景。五龙想考验志超是否诚心向佛,便下起了漂泊大雨,大有将抱腹岩冲塌之势。志超临危不惧,镇定自若,右手托起了岩顶,使抱腹岩安然无恙。现在五龙殿前岩顶还留有个巨大的佛掌印。这就是志超用手托山的印记。此殿为明代建筑。殿内还塑有五条龙,其中两条龙的爪里抓着人头。这里还有一个故事。从前这里有两个拦路抢劫财物的歹人,吓得百姓们不敢上山。后来,兴地村一个胆大的年轻人受众人委托,绕后山拜见空王佛。空王佛得知后,便命已皈依佛门的二龙去捉拿,二龙奉命行事,将两人捉拿到此。

毗卢殿正中供奉的是毗卢遮那佛的应身——释加牟尼及他的十大杰出弟子。他们分别是:摩诃迦叶、阿难、目犍连、舍利弗、须菩提、迦旃延、优婆利、罗睺罗、富楼那、阿那律;其中目犍连即目连,号称神通第一。

笑口常开过了塔林,可见一笑口常开的佛山。这是弥勒佛的化身,是年三月十七绵山庙会,弥勒佛赶来赴会。他曾率十二高僧站在此迎接各方佛祖。此后便留在绵山参禅打坐,后打坐之处便有了他们的化身。因弥勒笑口常开,故有“弥勒笑迎四方客”的故事。

Looking back at the thoroughfare, you may realize that this walk is gaining height toward its northern end. As people approach the architectural group of the Hall of Prayer for good Harvest, the flanking groves of cypress recede and perspective widens. Here you are in Heaven.

the marble terrace up ahead is called jufutai, or CostumeChanging Terrace. It is located to the east of the Red Stairway Bridge and covers a space of 25 square meters .IT has marble Slab balustrades. The day before the service ,officials in charge would put up a yellow satin tent on the terrace for the emperor to change out of his yellow dragon robe into blue ceremonial clothes. this structure is called the Gate of Pray for Good Harvest. We can catch a slight glimpse of the central building ,the Hall of Prayer for Good harvest, though the colonnade of the Gate. A gigantic and lofty group of buildings, the complex includes the Gate of Prayer for Good Harvest, the hall of prayer for good harvest, eastern and western annex halls ,the Huanqian (Imperial heaven) Long corridor, Heaven Kitchen, slaughterhouse, etc.

the annex halls were symmetrically built on a 1.5-meter-hignbrick-and-marble terrace ,to set off the loftiness and magnificence of the main hall .This unique building ,38 meters in height, is characterized by a cone-shaped structure with triple eaves and a top that is crowned by a gilt ball. The roofing is made of blue glazed tiles, the color of the sky .Underneath the roof, the beams and bracket are decorated with colored paintings. The base of the structure is a triple-tiered, circular marble terrace. At a distance, the terrace looks like a gigantic, spiraling cloud with the structure perched on top of it .

Today the hall of prayer for good harvest is the hallmark of Beijing, which enjoys a prolonged history of civilization.

The base of the hall is a triple-tiered, circular marble terrace, which is 90 meters in diameter and 6 meters in height ,covering a space of 4,000 square meters. Meticulous accuracy was given to the layout of the structure. In the middle of each three-tiered flight of stairs, there is a giant marble ramp carved in cloud, dragon and phoenix designs. To set off the ramps, the top of the balustrades and downpipes are designed with corresponding floral scrolls. In southern part of each tier, a gigantic bronze incense burner is placed. Sandalwood was burnt in them when rites were observed.

climbing up this marble terrace, we see the main hall ,a masterpiece of ancient China. Looking up you will see the caisson, or covered ceiling, characterized by complex designs of dragons and phoenixes. In and out , the hall is decorated with colored drawing of dragons and phoenixes.

Without the use of steel ,cement and nail, and even without the use of big beams and crossbeams, the entire structure is supported by 28 massive wooden pillars and number of bars, laths, joints and rafters. The four central pillars, called the dragon-Well Pillars, are 19.2 meters high and painted with designs of composite followers, representing the four season. There are two rings of 12 scarlet pillars each. The inner ring represents the 12 months and the outer rings the 12 divisions of the day and night .Between the two rings there are 24 partitioned spaces to mark the solar terms of the Chinese lunar year. The pillars, 28 in number, also represent the 28 constellations in the universe- the ancient Chinese believed that there were 28 constellations that made up the sky.

The center of the stone-paved floor is a round marble slab, which is 88.5 centimeters in diameter. Interestingly, the slab features natural black and white veins, corresponding to the dragon-phoenix design on the ceiling. This particular slab is known as the Dragon-phoenix stone and is regarded as a treasure inseparable from the hall.

The furnishings within the hall are placed in their original positions dating back to when Emperor Xianfeng ruled .In the forefront and above the throne are enshrined tablets in commemoration of Heaven. On either table on each side tablets of the emperor` s ancestors were placed. Each tablet is fronted by an altar. A total of 24 kinds of offering were made on it ,including soup, wine, assorted cereals, and a calf.

The sacrificial rites were observed in the wee hours of the morning, sometime in the first month of the Chinese lunar year. Because it was still dark, candles, lanterns and torches were lit. This lighting coupled with the incense being burnt inside the hall ,helped make the ceremony both grand and mystical.

By the time the service began,207 musicians and dancers would be performing on platforms outside the hall. The emperor, in his blue sacrificial robe and with an air of piety and sincerity, would walk slowly into the hall, kowtow, and offer wine and prayer in hornor of the deities and his ancestors. All of the offerings would then be taken to incinerators on the eastern side of the gate of prayer for Good Harvest. With this we conclude our visit to the Temper of Heaven. The feudal monarchs and their sacrificial rites have long vanished in history .However, this group of magnificent and lofty structures remain as a fine testament of the ancient Chinese` s ingenuity and as one of the cultural heritages of mankind.

From the Eastern Gate of the hall of prayer for good harvest, we have now enter a 300-meter-long corridor. Consisting of 72 sections, this corridor served as a connecting building between the Slaughterhouse. Heaven Kitchen, and the main hall ,It is said that this once served as a sacrificial food production line. Flanking the corridor are shopping stalls. 云南昆明世博园导游词

各位团友大家好,今天我将带大家游览的是享誉全国,闻名世界的世博园。世博园是昆明99世界园艺博览会的简称,说到这呢,我就把世博会的有关内容给大家介绍一下。

世博会是一项由主办国政府主办或由政府委托有关部门举办的科学技术成就展览活动,是一项历史悠久、影响较大的非交易性博览会。

世博会的宗旨就在于促进各国经济、文化、科学技术的交流与发展,使各国都能利用这个机会宣传自已,向全世界展示自已在各个领域所取得的成就,扩大国际间交往,提高地位与声望,所以呢又被誉为“世界经济”与“科学技术”的奥林匹克盛会。

世界园艺博览会属于专业性世博会,又可分为A1、A2、B1、B2四个等级(其中A1和B1指的是大型国际博览会;A2和B2指的是区域性的博览会)。我们的99昆明世界园艺博览会是最高级A1类的专业世博会。自1851年第一届世博会在英国伦敦举办以来的150多年间,至今呢已举办了50多届了。

历史上多届世博会都会因其独特的建筑而被人们所记住,就像法国的埃菲尔铁塔就是1889年的世博会留下的永久经念。同样,我们的“99昆明世博会”呢也留下了一座永久性的主题公园:昆明世博园。

前方就是世博园,它靠近北郊的金殿风景区,占地面积216公顷,会期从99年5月1日至12月31日,共184天;共有95个国家(地区)和国际组织参展,半年内共接待海内外游客达943万人,在园区面积、筹展时间、参展单位、参观人数等方面创造了8项吉尼斯记录。

纵观世博园,可以用以下几点来概括:

二个标志:会徽和吉祥物“灵灵”

三大展区:国际、国内、企业展区

四大广场:迎宾广场、世纪广场、华夏广场、艺术广场

世博园游览路程共十多公里,大约需要6-8小时左右的时间。

这呢就是本届世博会的会徽,它是由中央工艺美术学院的王世文创作的。它的造形有如一只手掌轻轻托起一朵绿色生命之花,又似大自然的星、云、气、风的运转,还像一只偏偏起舞的孔雀,象征了人与自然的和谐相处,体现了本次世博会的主题。

大家看,这只手持鲜花,正朝着我们微笑的小猴就是本届世博会的吉祥物滇金丝猴“灵灵”。滇金丝猴是国家一类重点保护动物,目前仅存于滇西的白马雪山自然保护区当中,取名为灵灵呢,喻指了集天下万物之灵气,也指云南的风光秀美、人洁地灵。

进入大门,我们首先看到的是这座“世纪花坛”。

这个花坛其是一座花钟,钟面上覆盖着五颜六色的鲜花,共中呢有云南八大名花之一的报春花,花钟直径19.99米,象征了99世博会,由上海市人民政府赠送的。花钟也创下了三个纪录:第一:时针、分针、秒针最齐全,世界上也有许多花钟但很少有秒针的。第二:它的指针都是由航天材料所制成,重量很轻。第三:花钟采用卫星定时,误差仅为百万分之一秒,所以各位可以乘这个机会对一下自已的表。

走过这条花园大道呢,我们看到前方是一艘正扬帆起航的巨大花船,它是由香港特别行政区赠送的,据说它是仿造当年郑和下西洋的宝船而建成的。这五根巨大花柱和地面四条花带分别象征了五大洲四大洋,体现了世博会是全世界人民友好往来的盛会。

现在呢,我们来到了世博园的中心广场:世纪广场。这个巨大的不锈钢造形重达30吨,高19.99米,这是一朵抽象的马蹄莲,螺旋向上的花朵,体现了新世纪到来欣欣向上的精神和希望。它是由昆明市盘龙区政府赠送的,是世博会的主题造形。

下面呢,我们将要参观五大展馆之一的中国馆。

中国馆占地面积33000平方米,总建筑面积19927平方米,它的建筑风格融合了汉代宫苑建筑和南方居民建筑特色。绿色的瓦象征了生命和园艺,白色的墙是纯洁的颜色,代表了和谐与和平。3600平方米的观景台上,竖立着一对由北京市人民政府赠送的华表,华表在古时又称为诽谤木,尧、舜时期为了方便人民纳谏,就在一些交通要道和朝堂上树立木柱,让人们在上面书写谏言,而后来演变成为具有标识和装饰作用的华表。华表的上方有一对吼,北京天安门前后的华表,吼的头朝处,表示望君归,希望国君不要留恋外面的山水而废弃朝政;后面的一对吼头朝内,表示望君出,希望国君不要沉湎于声色,应外出巡视,体恤臣民。门口的这对石狮是由河北省人民政府赠送的。

一楼沿内走廊一共安排了六个展厅,34个展位充分展示了我国包括香港、澳门和台湾省区的园林、园艺精品及生物、环保等方面的代表性成果。

现在我们来到中国馆的庭院里稍稍休息,同时呢也了解一下我们中国特色的院落建筑。

这个被称为“安园”,眼前的五根龙柱代表了五个不国的主题:百鸟朝凤、单龙二十四孝、九龙八仙、双龙十八罗汉和龙风呈祥。这里还展示了云南建水的花厅、大理的照壁墙和纳西族的“三潭井”分别为饮用水、洗菜水和洗衣水,暗指了纳西族人民节约用水的传统美德。

这一片称为思园,人与自然的主题确实带给我们无限的思索。

穿过走廊,看到的是乐园,这里的三曲桥、人字桥、石桌等建筑小品充分体现了江南园林的玲珑雅致。

华山是中国的五岳中的西岳,它主要是险、陡,坐在缆车上往下望,石头之间的缝隙里钻出一棵棵粗大的大树。

华山海拔2154.9米,国家AAAAA级名胜景区,位于陕西省渭南市华阴市城南,南方是秦岭,北方是黄河。分别有东峰(朝阳峰)、西峰(莲花峰)、南峰(落雁峰)、北峰(云台峰)和中峰(玉女峰)。

8月25日早上,我们坐火车来到了华山,然后坐西峰索道到达西峰,我没有想到的是:西峰的索道站建在山洞里,真是一大奇观。

下了缆车,我感觉有点冷,妈妈就立刻给我穿上了衣服。脚下是工人铺的登山小路旁边有铁链,还不时有告示牌“请勿翻越”。一个个台阶紧紧的挨着,好像永远也爬不完。我们爬上一会儿,就休息一会儿。

我们爬了一会儿,到了西峰,我觉得好美呀!旁边的山上都是云和雾,仿佛自己在天上。

我们去北峰的路上十分危险,有铁链,要爬上去,有十分危险的登山台阶。我本来不想爬了,可一想到马上就可以看到美丽的北峰,我就一直往上爬。最后见到了美丽的北峰,也见到了华山论剑的石碑。

我们又去了东峰、中峰,可都没有南峰美丽。

我们到了南峰,它是华山的最高峰,在上面有许愿池,还有一块石碑,上面刻着:“华山(南峰)高程:2154.90米”。在那儿,旁边的西峰仿佛在云里一样,美极了。

我喜欢这(西岳)华山,希望你们有时间也来爬这十分美丽的华山。

乘坐火车离开了京城,我们来到了我们旅途的下一站——秦皇岛。到达的时候已经是中午了,我们匆匆吃了饭,就来到了秦皇岛的首站——老龙头

老龙头就是长城的源头,长城从这里开始,大海在这里结束,是一个著名的旅游景点。当我们赶到老龙头的时候,天公真不给力,受到台风“梅花”的影响下起了小雨。我们撑起雨伞,在雨中游览老龙头。

首先我们看到的是龙武营,当年有八九百名士兵驻扎在这里。一进门就看到了两间房屋对门,左边的是碾坊,里面有两台巨大的石磨,要转动它们需要很大的力气。在没有磨面机的当年,要想磨出粮食来真不容易呢。对面是粥房,应该就是做饭的地方。里面有一口超级大的锅,很深,我都能站进去,估计能够好几百人吃。

我们又参观了当年睡觉、练兵的地方,还看到了大量的火炮、攻城用具,我头一次看到了我国的古代军事防御力量是如此的强大,有了戚继光这样优秀的将领和这样强大的军事防御,敌人就只能啃墙角了。

漫步在老龙头景区内,我感受到浓重的古代文化。沿着风景如画的小径,观赏着两旁的花草树木,来到了海岸边。

海岸边是一排白色的沙滩,那边是一望无际的茫茫大海,海天连一线,徐徐的海风吹来让人感到凉爽,正好这时雨停了,我和表弟就来到岸边玩耍。

表弟头一次见到海,显得有点紧张。表弟是个标准的旱鸭子,见到水就怕,我说:“那你还是在岸边玩吧,反正这里也禁止游泳。”表弟一听就来了劲儿,说:“我一定要学会游泳。”于是我们一起站到了海里,海水有点凉,还有点咸,不过还是让人感到舒适和惬意。

在海里玩够了后,我们来到岸边的沙滩上,修建我们的沙滩工程。表弟修筑了许多高大的堡垒,我则做些城墙围起来,我们把自己的沙滩工程称作“蓝湾·贝壳城”,忙得不亦乐乎。过了一会儿,老爸来提醒我们:“我们该走啦。”我们恋恋不舍地离开了,表弟有些郁闷,我安慰他:“明天我们去北戴河,可以修建二期工程。”

此刻我才发现,老龙头就在我们的身边。长城的源头显得十分高大,有一截伸进了海里。我们也赶紧登上长城和老龙头亲密接触。来到了长城的源头,通过城垛我看到了美丽的大海,远处有远航的轮船,还有在海岸边玩耍的人们……老龙头,可真美。

Tian’anmen Rostrum

Tian’anmen( the Gate of Heavenly Peace), is located in the center of Beijing. It was first built in 1417 and named Chengtianmen( the Gate of Heavenly Succession). At the end of the Ming Dynasty, it was seriously damaged by war. When it was rebuilt under the Qing in 1651, it was renamed Tian’anmen, and served as the main entrance to the Imperial City, the administrative and residential quarters for court officials and retainers. The southern sections of the Imperial City wall still stand on both sides of the Gate. The tower at the top of the gate is nine-room wide and five –room deep. According to the Book of Changes, the two numbers nine and five, when combined, symbolize the supreme status of a sovereign.

During the Ming and Qing dynasties, Tian’anmen was the place where state ceremonies took place. The most important one of them was the issuing of imperial edicts, which followed these steps:

1) The Minister of Rites would receive the edict in Taihedian( Hall of Supreme Harmony), where the Emperor was holding his court. The minister would then carry the decree on a yunpan( tray of cloud), and withdraw from the hall via Taihemen( Gate of supreme Harmony)

2) The Minister would put the tray in a miniature longting( dragon pavilion). Beneath a yellow umbrella and carry it via Wumen( Meridian Gate), to Tian’anmen Gate tower.

3) A courtier would be invested to proclaim the edict. The civil and military officials lining both sides of the gateway beneath the tower would prostrate themselves in the direction of the emperor in waiting for the decree to the proclaimed.

4) The courtier would then put the edict in a phoenix-shaped wooden box and lower it from the tower by means of a silk cord. The document would finally be carried in a similar tray of cloud under a yellow umbrella to the Ministry of Rites.

5) The edict, copied on yellow paper, would be made known to the whole country.

Such a process was historically recorded as “ Imperial Edict Issued by Golden Phoenix”.

During the Ming and Qing dynasties Tian’anmen was the most important passage. It was this gate that the Emperor and his retinue would go through on their way to the altars for ritual and religious activities.

On the Westside of Tian’anmen stands ZhongshanPark( Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Park), and on the east side, the Working People’s Cultural Palave. The Park was formerly called Shejitan( Altar of Land and Grain), built in 1420 for offering sacrificial items to the God of Land. It was opened to the public as a park in 1914 and its name was changed in 1928 to the present one in memory of the great pioneer of the Chinese Democratic Revolution.

The Working People’s Cultural Palace used to be Taimiao( the Supreme Ancestral Temple), where tablets of the deceased dynastic rulers were kept.

The stream in front of Tian’anmen is called Waijinshuihe( Outer Golden River),with seven marble bridges spanning over it . Of these seven bridges,historical records say the middle one was for the exclusive use of the emperor and was accordingly called Yuluqiao( Imperial Bridge). The bridges flanking it on either side were meant for the members of the royal family and were therefore called Wanggongqiao( Royal’s Bridges). Farther away on each side of the two were bridges for officials ranking above the third order and were named Pinjiqiao( ministerial Bridges). The remaining two bridges were for the use by the retinue below the third order and wre called Gongshengqiao( common Bridges). They anr the one in front of the Supreme Ancestral Temple to the east and the one in front of the Altar of land and Grain to the west.

The two stone lions by the Gate of Tian’anmen, one on each side were meant as sentries. They gaze toward the middle axis, guarding the emperor’s walkway. In front of the gate stands a pair of marble columns called Huabiao. They are elaborately cut in bas-relief following the pattern of a legendary dragon. Behind the gate stands another pair of similar columns. The story of Huabiao may be traced to a couple of sources. One of the versions accredits its invention to one of the Chinese sage kings named Yao, who was said to have set up a wooden pillar in order to allow the ordinary people to expose evil-doers, hence it was originally called a slander pillar. Later it ws reduced to a signpost, and now it serves as an ornament.
