三、要用赞赏的语言和耐心的态度提升自我，做一位让学生爱戴的老师。我们都知道，小孩子都是喜欢听表扬的话而不是批评的话的。课堂上对表现积极的学生要奖励及时，对反应稍慢的学生要耐心引导，积极鼓励。老师千万不要吝啬赞赏的语言，时不时给学生表扬，这样的课堂才会越上越精彩。
