在省医院实习期间我一共经历了八个科室，分别是肾脏内科、普外二科、妇科病房、老年神经内科、骨外一科、采血室、妇科诊室、中西医科。实习生活丰富多彩，看到很多、学到很多，所以感触颇多。

我们是5月十几号才下去实习的，按照一个科室带一个月的规定，我在第一个科室总共才实习了三周，时间说不上长，但这可谓是我实习生涯的第一个科室，在那里实习的每一次经历都是我融入社会的第一次。所以刚刚从学校走出的我充满了干劲儿。一切都是那么新奇，每一位患者在我看来都如亲人一般，看到他们由于疾病折磨而痛苦不堪的样貌，我很难过，也有点儿不适应，心境一向很抑郁。可是我始终告诉自我，要经过自我的努力，让他们重拾欢乐与幸福。要明白，护士的职责就是减轻痛苦、恢复健康、促进健康、预防疾病。可我认为这不仅仅是我的职责，更是我应尽的义务。

肾脏内科患者不多，但每一个都是重患，所以不可小视。必须认真护理，在这一科室的的一周，我便是护理班。一开始由于护理班不能静脉穿刺，所以不觉有些丧气，心想大家都开始扎针了，我还没有开始我的第一次静脉穿刺万一被落下该怎样办呢。那时的我毕竟还是刚接触临床的初学者，思想中还狭隘的认为护士的主要工作是静脉穿刺，可是之后我明白了，静脉穿刺只是一种治疗手段，作为一名护理人员，我更需要多多学习的是各种护理技术和心理护理，而不应只局限于静脉穿刺。

第一天护士长本着对我们及病人负责的原则，为我们安排了代教教师，所以第一天的任务就是熟悉病房，其次就是帮忙教师换药。三查七对一样都不能少，护士长、代教教师每次都要嘱咐再三，甚至连我们自我都要核对好几遍以后才会给患者换上药。有的患者会时不时地抱怨说：“看着孩子也不大呀，怎样这么磨叽呀?”每次听到这样的抱怨，我总会报以歉意的微笑。然而，我深知这并非什么“磨叽”。这是一种对病人的负职责的态度，尤其对于我们实习学生，对一切都还很新奇，同时一切有充满了未知与不熟悉，这同时也是对自我的一种负责。如果开始就由于疏忽而犯错误，那必定会对以后造成很多不良影响。

第二天早晨我开始同护理班的教师一同铺床，由于神藏内科属于内科科室，所以我主要熟悉了备用床与暂空床的铺法，而麻醉床的铺法我只是经过阅读《基础护理》一书，熟悉了一下，并没有实际操作。同时我又经过用理论联系实践的方法进一步理解了普各种床的目的以及重要性。今日除了学会了铺床，还有另一个很意外的收获，午时正巧赶上教师要给一个发生了褥疮的患者患药以及透明贴。所以我有生以来第一次看到了那么大面积的褥疮。那是一个严重肾衰的患者，每一天都要靠血液透析来延续生命，意识仍然存在，但出于被动体位，自我无法翻身。所以，构成了压疮，又于其本身患有糖尿病，因而创面很难愈合。在换药的过程中我仔细观察了教师的操作，用镊子夹取碘伏棉球消毒时，镊子的尖儿不能向着患者，因为那样有可能刺伤患者的皮肤。另外，消毒时动作必须轻柔，否则会加重患者的痛苦。碘伏棉球也不能太湿。同时，在消毒时还要观察有无即将脱落的结痂，千万不能随意撕下结痂，否则会造成出血。此外，在护理方面我还掌握了测血糖、血压等技术，了解了并亲眼观看了一次导尿术。

其实当时觉得有点可惜，因为在与同学的交流当中我得知，有的同学已是静脉穿刺高手，有的同学甚至为男病人导过尿了，而我学的还太少，可是之后我想通了，我想我们在实习阶段不仅仅要学习技术，还要学习作为一名护理人员的细心、耐心、职责心和爱心。

我实习的第二个科室是普外二科。在普外二科实习的这一个月里，总让我感觉时光死在飞逝而过。不是因为太忙、太累。而是因为我还没有学够、练够。我深知在这一科室学习的技术是会让我受用终身的。

首先，由于这一科室患者比较多，所以练习机会也明显要比上一科室多得多。这使我的静脉穿刺技术要比在上一科室时，有了更大的提高。但还是存在很多不足。比如，我发此刻静脉穿刺时，常会出现鼓包的情景，为此我伤透脑筋，但经过认真观察，并与教师穿刺时的金针方法做比较，我发现原先是我的进针角度过大，进针过猛过深造成的。之所以进针角度大是由于我以往听学姐们说，进针角度大些会减少疼痛，如果进针角度小，会导致进针过浅，而导致药液直接接触血管壁，而造成血管疼痛。看来进针角度的大小蕴藏着很深的学问，切不可一概而论。进针角度过大容易炸深而导致药液流至皮下，而进针角度过小又会导致血管受药液刺激而疼痛。看来静脉穿刺并没有我想象的简单，这种技术是要在长期摸索、实验、与总结中才能掌握的一门独特的技术。需要多多练习。此外，对于个别异常难扎的血管，不仅仅能够选择手背血管，也能够选择手腕处的粗大血管。同时那里是扎留置针的好位置，因为这根血管有粗又直，正适合留置针粗制的钢针。可是，我们还是要尽量选择远端静脉，其目的是为了保护患者的血管。

其次我还学会了打肌肉针。一开始我不太敢打肌肉针，因为怕位置找不好，扎到坐骨神经。所以一向在看教师操作。之后，我回家仔细的翻阅了《基础护理技术》一书，将书中所谈及的方法与教师在实际中操作的画面相结合，比较，总结，最终到达了熟悉的程度。并能熟练且准确的找到肌肉注射的正确部位。此外，我还经过观察教师的操作，明白了在注射时用棉签轻轻拍打注射部位周围能够促进药液吸收。同时，减轻患者疼痛。

最终，在护理方面，我学会了下胃管。在下胃管时，第一次并没有成功。其一，由于我对鼻部解刨形态并没有一个整体上的了解，技术有不熟练。其二，也是由于患者年龄太高，呕吐反应严重，好不容易下进去，却又被其拔出。事后，我查阅了解剖学书籍，明白了原先在鼻腔内有一处狭窄，此处很难经过，并容易造成患者鼻腔刺激、疼痛。此处时，必须放慢速度并且动作邀轻柔。至于恶心的状况，能够叫患者深呼吸以缓解。经过理论上的补充，并联系实际的观察，之后几次下胃管，都成功了，并且没有造成患者多大的痛苦，为此我很高兴。此外，在普外二科我还学会了灌肠以及口腔护理，并到达了掌握的程度。

总之，在普外二科的实习生活中我学会了很多。我相信这些知识无论在今后的实习或是工作中都将起着不可或缺的作用。

我实习的第三个科室是妇科。在妇科实习期间，我学到了很多东西。在这个科室我尤其学到了严谨求实的工作作风在护理病人的过程中是多么重要!每个教师的护理操作都十分规范。这纠正了我在其他科室养成的“以快为好”的错误观念。我发现好的护理服务不能只求快，更应当注意的是护理质量。而“快”则是要靠熟练去到达的。正所谓熟能生巧，当你真正熟悉了一种操作的每一项流程后，速度自然就提上来了。同时工作质量也会有明显的提升。效率与质量的同时提升才是真正的提高，与患者与自我都是有益的。

其次，在妇科的实习生活中，我看到了什么是真正的负责和为患者服务，向患者之所想。尤其让我感动的是陈教师为患者做会阴护理，他不怕脏，不怕累，及其细致的为患者做会阴护理，经她护理后，患者的外阴及大腿两侧看不到一丝血迹，十分洁净。这种处事认真细致的态度是最值得我们学习的。

同时，在护理操作中，我也学到了很多。尤其是一些妇科特殊操作。如口腔护理，会阴护理，这些操作我都做到了熟练掌握的程度。另外，在妇科治疗工作中，我严格执行三查七对，认真核对，仔细排气，观察教师是如何进针，直到自我熟练掌握。由于妇科患者均为女性，血管都异常细，进行静脉穿刺时，有必须的难度。同时，女性比较敏感，疼感较强，这更考验了一个护士静脉穿刺技术的熟练程度。一开始由于患者血管较细，有时会出现进针后不会血的情景，当时我以为没有刺入血管中，因而进一步向深处探针，结果反而是扎深了，针头刺穿血管，药液滴入皮下，而致滚针。之后经过观察，我发现原先有的患者由于血液粘稠，或由于长期点滴等其他原因，常会出现不回血的情景，此时，应当捏一下头皮针上不得软管，如果此时有回血，则穿刺成功。看来静脉穿刺技术还有很多经验之处需要我不断摸索与学习。同时，在穿刺成功与否不确定的情景下，切不可武断，应仔细观察，确定清楚，以免造成患者的第二次痛苦。

此外，除了静脉穿刺技术有了明显的提高，并又经过实践而增加了自我的经验外，我还了解了很多妇科常见疾病，如宫颈糜烂，子宫肌瘤，宫颈肥大等。并经过下班后查阅书籍，了解了这些妇科常见疾病的常规护理操作，术前指导，以及出院指导。并亲自为患者进行了两次出院指导。

此时，我发现理论知识仅有在联系实习操作后，才会变得更加有意义，记忆也会更加深刻。如果将一门技术比作一个人，那么理论便是她的灵魂或者说是大脑，而实践则是是整个人运动起来的骨架与肌肉。同时，在妇科的实习中，由于有小手术室的存在，我还有幸看到了医生是如何为患者做内诊检查的，这些实际上的操作与观察更加深了我对理论知识的熟练掌握，对我今后在知识与技术上的提高与发展都将有很大的帮忙。

以上就是我在实习当中的主要的三个科室，总体能够归类为内、外、妇三大类，其实在其余的科室所学习的技术无疑都是这三类护理操作，只是，在之后的实习中，我学会了更仔细的观察教师们是如何操作的，并在教师的监督下，不断完善自我的护理技术，并将临床操作与理论相结合，不断地思考、练习，在失败中吸取教训，在成功中获得经验。

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。由于我所在的公司是北京驻乌的一个办事处，是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累。只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁。很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在秘书这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：[1]与上司沟通不好;[2]上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;[3]对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;[4]与上司发生争执;[5]情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古曰“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。”遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作我都基本熟练。文秘管理要制发文件，处理文件和管理文件。在各种文件中，大部分具有不同程度的保密性，而且各级秘书人员经常接近领导，看一些重要文件，参加一些重要会议，所以，秘书人员在公共场合活动时要注意内外有别，把握分寸，对什么应该说什么不应该说要心中有数。准确，是对工作质量的要求。文秘管理的准确性是指正确体现政策，正确表达领导意图，正确地办文办事，言行有分寸，文字能达意。它在一定程度上保证领导工作的准备性。文秘管理的准确性，涉及的方面很多，简要地说，就是：办文要准，办事要稳，情况要实，主意要慎。而要做到这些，必须态度认真，作风过细，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会贻误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

I am actually a native of this city and entered university after I passed the higher educational entrance test. That is why I love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.

I have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. Sometimes friends ask me whether Im a tireless person. Of course I am not. But I just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. I enjoy the alternative roles: being an English teacher and a student at the same time.

In my class, I encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach English study in their unique ways, because I believe study is a personalized process. Autobiography

From a middle class family, I was born in Hsin Ying, Tainan on October 10th, 1965. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking. Although I am the only child of my parents, I am by no mans a spoiled one. On the contrary, I have been expected to be a successful man with advanced education. I study hard at school. Besides texts knowledge, journalism is my favorite; whenever reading, my heart is filled with great joy and interesting.

“Being good is must; successful, however, is plus.” Father adopts the idea of his father. Especially in military service, I realized it more precisely. People said: Military service makes a boy to man, I agree that.

I realized the importance of English and began to study diligently when I was eighteen. I did not start in my early age, but I hope that I could pass the test of General English Proficiency Test. And this is my best wish at the moment.
