四、加强业务学习，努力提高护理队伍素质。

3、加强业务学习，护理部每月组织业务讲座共计36学时，护士长进取认真授课，获得了满意的效果，科室坚持每月一次业务学习，每周一题晨会提问，坚持危重病人护理查房，加强护理人员三基训练，组织2次技术操作考试，均取得优异的成绩，合格率达100.

4、选派护理人员外出进修共4人，护士长3次参加学习班共计22人次。

5、鼓励在职护理人员参加护理大专学习，现专科毕业58人，本科学习的22人，提高了整体水平。

6、在护士长的带动下，护师以上的人员不断评价经验，进取撰写论文，不完全统计，共撰写论文36篇，分别在盛市级杂志上发表及学术会议上交流21篇。

五、加强护理质量管理，提高护理优质高效服务。

从护理人员的比例、工作性质、人员分布等各方面充分说明了护理工作是医院工作的重要组成部分，是保证医疗安全优质服务的另一个车轮，因而护理质量的优劣，与医疗纠纷的升、降息，加强护理质量管理，提高护理质量异常重要。各科室护士长严格的管理，处处起表帅作用，由其推行综合目标职责制以来更是加班加点，身先士卒，当好红管家……。充分发挥了护士、病人、领导间的桥梁作用，为保证医院护理工作的高效优质服务，做出了很大的贡献。(护士长护士的好人好事略)

来北京实习已经将近一个月了，这一个月的时间我感觉自我从一个学校中的小树苗长成了一株茁壮的大树。

以前在学校所学的是以理论为主，虽然知识点记得很清楚，但实际动手本事确很差，来到那里以后才发现，原先要学的东西那么多，我懂得的东西那么少啊!

我走的第一个临床科室时门诊输液室，这个科的主要工作就是静脉输液，刚好能把输液技术好好练一练，第一次静脉穿刺虽然很紧张，可是还算比较成功，穿刺后我的带教教师给我指出了恨过不当之处以及违反无菌操作的地方。以前我一向以为只要“一针见血”就能够了，但此刻我才明白，好多细节的东西也很重要，尤其是无菌操作必须要严格遵守，如果导致针头或输液器的污染，将会影响到病人的健康乃至生命。

第一次穿刺失败是给一位阿姨，当时自我心里觉得异常抱歉，但阿姨人异常好，非但没有怪我，还一个劲儿的安慰我，“慢慢来，别着急，谁都得有个过程啊。没事的，我不疼。”教师虽然没有批评我，但我心里还是很过意不去，于是回来后，我认真分析了失败的原因，争取绝不再让病人受二次疼痛。因为我一向觉得教师说过，要学会从失败中总结教训，这样才会有提高。

门诊输液室的工作量很大，所以刚进科时觉得异常累，每一天都感觉腰酸背痛的，适应一段时间之后还是感觉很疲惫，虽然很累，可我感到很充实，每一天都能学到很多东西，我的疲惫换来是时知识、收获。天将降大任与斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身……所以我相信，我必须会成功，必须会成为一名出色的、合格的护士!

虽然我的学习成绩不是非常好，但我却在学习的过程中收获了很多。首先是我端正了学习态度。在我考进卫校时，本来想解放一下自己的，但是很快我就明白了，卫校的学习是更需要努力认真的。看到周围的同学们拼命的学习，开始了卫校的学习旅程，觉得自己落后了。卫校的学习不象初中那样是填鸭式的，而是老师把课讲完，然后自己去看，去理解。这个时候自习能力和自制能力是很重要的。长期自习以来我知道了要想学好只埋头苦学是不行的，要学会方法，做事情的方法。古人云：授之以鱼不如授之以渔我来这里的目的就是要学会渔，做什么都勤于思考，遇到不懂的地方能勤于请教。在学习时，以独立思考作为自己的座右铭，时刻不忘警戒。在学习知识这段时间里，我更与老师建立了浓厚的师生情谊。老师们的谆谆教导，使我体会了学习的乐趣。我与身边许多同学，也建立了良好的学习关系，互帮互助，克服难关。

学习护理单有理论是不行的，还要有良好的护理技术。所以在上实践课的时候我都会争取机会多操作几次，加上卫校本来就少学生可给学生用的空间可不少。所以我可以再趁放学时间多练习一下。

在卫校的第三年是我们到医院实习的时间，基本上一年都是呆在医院里学习。再这里我熟练我的护理操作技术，把理论和实践结合在一起，在带教老师的指导下用我全副的耐心和爱心护理病人，使病人得到良好的照顾，早日康复。到医院实习认识到许多也是学习护理的同学，也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的机会，锻炼了自己的交际能力，学到别人的长处，认清自己的短处。所以我喜欢实习。虽然有时会感到累些，但乐此不彼。

我个人认为自己的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚至多用。急功近利，喜欢一口气学许多东西，但是贪多嚼不烂，即使最后都能学会，也已经搞得自己很疲劳。如今想想，这样其实并不好，正所谓，贵在精而不在广。如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现自己有这个缺点和问题后，我常常警戒自己，步入社会后也不能一心两用。
