I have always had a love for the performing arts since I can remember; for there has never really been anything else I have ever wanted to do apart from act. But acting is not just a subject to study people, narratives or social issues – we can discover so many things about ourselves, why we perform a character this way: is it because this person is so much like us? There have been numerous qualities I have discovered about myself while participating in drama. In teaching, I have learn how to really connect with people and help them to explorer what their feelings produce and more notably, how we learn about others, about a single person just by the way they say a monologue

Teaching has been a great experience for me because it has given me the time to evaluate my own performance and teaching skill, learning to become that character just a little but more. This has also been enhanced by the performances I have taken part in, learning to work together in teams to realise the dream of the narration and the vision of the director (for nothing really exists without the vision or image)

While experiencing other aspects of the Performing Arts, I have found that is has increased my performance skill on whole and expended my knowledge on the performance world greatly, Dance, Art and English all focusing on similar issues such as the Commedia dell’arte, Henrik Ibsen, Physical Theatre and Movements and philosophies. These subjects have greatly complemented my time in Drama, and increased my confidence and ability in being a performer. Being involved in 5 consecutive school productions, 2 amateur productions, teaching experience and a student has really influence me concerning the determination I will put into a career in Drama and Acting, and just working with these people and directors have really bettered me in the way I act, see myself and carry on with my life. The Performing Arts is such a brilliant profession to work in, because there is so much opportunity to explore the world

I know that I can offer the performing arts the time, the expense and the spark that it deserves. 毕业后办理报到证须知

(公卫学生办)

三、报到证如何办理

(一)毕业前由学校统一办理，统一送到档案室。

交了就业证明，或毕业前就确定把档案发回生源地的，可以由学校帮办理报到证。

(二)毕业后由同学自行办理，自行移交档案室，分两种情况。

第一种情况：以前没有办过报到证的。

1、持就业协议或就业证明、劳动合同，到公卫学生办扫描或留一份协议书，回生源地的不用开就业证明或签协议就可以开报到证。

(无论是哪一种情况，如果已经就业，还是要给一份就业凭证给公卫学生办录入就业数据库时用)。

2、到学工二楼招就处的就业科开具给大学生就业服务中心的介绍信。 (招就处暑假时，每周指定一天的上午对外办公);

注：招就处的墙上贴有介绍信的填写模板。不懂的要问清楚老师再填写，初次办理时，介绍信上的“原单位”都是“留档”，“现单位”是用人单位或生源地的人力资源与社会保障局。

3、坐车到教育路广西艺术学院门口站下车，到教育路三号 广西大学生就业服务中心，开报到证。要拿身份证件去。叫别人代办的，要出示本人的身份证复印件和毕业证学位证复印件(可以发电子邮件后打印出来)。

注：如果是档案发往人才市场的，最好向该人才市场问清楚，报到证上是写用人单位的名称，还是写人才市场的名称，不然可能会被重办。

4、得到新的报到证后：

(1)把报到证的白色副联剪下来，交去给学校的档案管理部门，档案部门会帮大家把档案转去指定的地点，一两个月后可以去查查档案到了没有。

○1本科同学交去给学生档案室。学生档案室电话，图书馆11楼(从放单车那一层坐四号电梯上11楼)。有一份详细的《本科生档案管理办法》在文件夹里。

○2高职同学交去成教院一楼高职办公室交给曾老师，并在档案发送地址的表格上修改记录。曾老师要开学后才上班办理转档案，但这不影响同学们现在就去办理报到证。

报到证是开到南宁(含县)以外的，先在学校办理(2)户籍室办户口迁移证，然后再到档案接收地办(3)人才交流中心的接收函，

报到证是开到南宁市内的同学则相反，是先办(3)人才交流中心的接收函，再办(2)户籍室办户口迁移证，。

(2)户口在学校的同学去户籍室办户口迁移证

(3)人才交流中心的接收函：

如果是聘用制的毕业生，一般情况下用人单位不帮保管档案和户口，档案和户口要转去某个人才交流中心托管，所以拿报到证后，还要去该人才交流中心办理一个接收函(见附件1)，上面会注明人才交流中心同意接收你的档案和户口，并指定一个户口所在地的派出所。

如果用人单位同意接收你的档案户口，就不用去人才交流中心，直接用报到证到单位报个到就行了，档案会由学校转去给该单位的人事科，户口是放在单位指定的一个派出所，具体可以问该单位。

注：A、人才交流中心托管你的档案，是要收管理费的，每年80元。但人才交流中心可以算工龄，可以代缴养老保险(把钱交给人才交流中心就行了)，代办职称考试报名，户口也有地方接收。

B、户口在家的，不用办户口迁移，只要办理档案托管。

5、档案的保留与发送问题

第二种情况：以前办过报到证，现在毁约了，要办理新的报到证，叫做“改派”。

1.所需材料

(1)原单位同意解除工作关系的证明，或在原就业协议封面上写上“同意解除本协议”并盖章;都要原件。

(2)新就业单位的接受证明、协议书或劳动合同书原件(有时用复印件也行);

(3)学校招就处开具的介绍信(在学工楼二楼就业科开具，暑期只在周三上午对外办公);

(4)要交回旧的《报到证》的原件，正联和副联都要交回。副联可能在档案袋里，也可能在同学自己手上，在档案里的要拿到办理人手上。

注意：

A、叫别人代办的，要出示本人的身份证复印件和毕业证学位证复印件。

B、毁约同学想办学校格式的新就业协议书的，要把聘用证明和解约证明各复印一份，加上旧协议书(一式三份)、申请书(上面有学生办和黄书记的签字并加盖公卫学院公章)一起交给招就处，就业处网站上公示三天，才可领取新协议书。

C、办报到证改派手续和办学校格式的新就业协议书的手续不是先后顺序的，可以同时去办，不用等学校这份新协议书领到手后再去办报到证改派，原因是办新报到证用就业证明就可以了，不一定要用到就业协议书，但相关材料要复印两份备用。

2、办理地点(有点复杂，建议当面向学校招就处的老师问清楚，5358490)

一般情况下是在教育路三号的大学生就业中心，特殊情况下的要问招就处宋老师。

3、得到新的报到证后：

参见第一种情况：以前没有办过报到证的。

注：毕业一年内办理改派的，仍然算是应届毕业生(遇到入编时，应届生有时可以免笔试)，过了一年再办的，就不叫应届毕业生了。

第三章 委托贷款的偿还及利息计付方式

违约责任

第17条 本合同生效后，甲、乙任何一方不得擅自变更或提前解除本合同，如需要变更或解除本合同时，应经双方协商一致，并在必要时取得委托人同意并达成书面协议。

第18条 如甲、乙任何一方就本合同的修改超出委托人委托乙方之权限，则应就修改内容同时征得委托人的同意，并由甲方、乙方、委托人三方共同签订书面协议。

第七章 附件

第19条 本合同附件是本合同不可分割的组成部分，与本合同正文具有同等的法律效力。

"All I know about leadership I learned from . . ." What items could a person use to describe leadership qualities?

Inspired by the student council advisors at my high school.

Student council was a big part of my life in high school. I have participated in it since my frst year of high school. When I frst joined， I was quiet， na?ve， and unwilling to participate in many activities. I was scared to meet new people and afraid to apply myself. This all began to change. Half way through my frst year in student council， one of the advisors can up to me and asked why I did not participate that much. I did not have an answer for her and did not know how to respond. After this， I began to think of an answer. I became frustrated and decided to change. I started to show up at events and had a great time. I realized I loved this and wanted to start leading these activities. In my sophomore， junior， and now my senior year of high school， I asserted myself and took on a strong leadership role in student council. I did not fgure out the answer to why I was so reserved until this year with the help of this question.

When I looked up leadership in the dictionary， it said that it was the capacity to lead and the act or instance of leading. These are two very broad defnitions of leadership. Many people have different notions of what this word actually means. When I was challenged to use different items to describe what leadership actually is， I thought this was going to be a hard and obnoxious task. What could I learn from comparing leadership to a stuffed animal or a rubber chicken? But when I sat down to come up with a couple of answers， I realized that leadership could be compared to almost anything a person wants.

All I know about leadership I learned from a calculator. A calculator can add everything together to come up with the best answer. It can delet e what is unnecessary and only include what is important. It can solve any type of problem. These are all important equalities a leader has to have. A leader has to be able to add all of the ideas together to make the best possible plan. Leaders have to know how to decipher the good and the bad out of an idea. They have to be versatile and know how to deal with different types of issues.

All I know about leadership I learned from a ball. A ball is able to bounce back up after it is dropped. It is round and has no creases. A ball can be thrown back and forth to different people. All of these qualities are also leadership qualities. A leader has to be ready for every situation that is thrown at him or her. He or she has to be able to bounce back from any setbacks and never dwell on the past. Leaders have to exhibit many qualities and never be closed-minded about a situation. A leader must be able to delegate when he or she cannot get the work done. They have to trust everyone they lead to be able to "catch the ball" and keep a project rolling.

This activity made me realize that being a leader is so much more than just having authority and having the ability to take control of a situation. A leader has to be trusting of all the people he or she leads and， leaders must be able to combine ideas into one encompassing idea. They cannot sit in the background and watch events happen; they have to jump in and be involved. They should not delegate all their responsibilities away.

Leadership is more than what the dictionary says it is.

I learned through all of this that I have many of these qualities.

I have the ability to solve problems， lead through adversity， and be versatile. From answering this question， I realized that I could lead effectively， even if my leadership style is different from other individuals. When I joined student council in my frst year of high school， I did not have these qualities because I was never put into a situation where I had to lead. I was too reserved to try. When I tried， I learned that I could succeed in this. I did not realize until I answered this question about leadership. I was never able to see that being a leader is not just about taking control of a group and telling everyone what to do When I was a freshman， I thought leadership was this. I did not know that did not have to be forceful and strict. I stereotyped a leader then. Thisis where I went wrong. A leader is about being yourself and never letting anyone change you. 三、协议条例

四、协议终止

2.乙方因长期大幅度亏损的想放弃经营权，且经甲方核实其亏损属实，乙方有权申请终止协议。

3.本协议终止或期满时，双方应履行下列事项;
