第一、在充满生机与活力的新世纪，在日新月异的知识经济时代，在竞争激烈、挑战与机遇并存的今天，在人才济济的青山完小，我之所以敢竞聘这些职位，是因为我具有以下三个优势：一、具有勤勤恳恳、默默无闻的敬业精神和开拓进取的创新意识。从教三十多年年来，我能坚持党的四项基本原则，爱岗敬业，默默奉献，所带班级，班风正，学风好。三十几年来，我一直满负荷，甚至超负荷工作，没向学校提出要什么额外报酬。二、有较为扎实的专业知识。自1977年参加工作以来，我始终不忘记要做一个科研型、学者型教师。因此，我多读书，勤钻研，善思考，细研究，不断地丰富自己、提高自己。在35年的努力中，我取得了大学专科学历、普通话二级甲等证书和中学、小学教师资格证书，成为一名合格的小学数学一级教师。三、有较为丰富的实践经验和一定的工作能力及班级管理能力。在35年的工作经历中，我任教过各年段数学学科，班主任和数学教研组长等工作。在日常教育教学工作中，与许多老师都有过愉快的合作或配合，参与过学校的教育教学的发展。我们的同伴，在教育史上有着许多辉煌的成绩，这些，给我和给今天参加岗位竞聘的同仁们不小的压力，我坚信，但，这也是无穷的动力!假如我有幸竞聘成功，我将不负众望，不辱使命，做到“以为竞位，以位促为”，继续在校领导班子的领导下接受完成学校安排的教育教学工作;发挥教师的主导作用，对学生全面发展负责，努力提高教育教学质量;积极参加教研、教改活动，不断总结经验，提高业务水平。

第二、在教学工作上，我将做到：

1、学习钻研数学新课程标准要求，贯彻各年级数学的教学质量要求。积极参加学校组织的各项教学研究活动，认真备课，做到备教材、备学生、备教法，遵循课堂教学原则，努力提高课堂教学质量。精心选编作业并认真批改，讲究作业的实效。坚持听课，取长补短。2、贯彻“面向全体、因材施教”的原则，培养优秀生、帮助后进生，使全体学生在后进基础上有所提高。3、指导学生的课外活动，培养学生兴趣，扩大学生的知识领域，发展学生特长。根据学生的需要、个体差异及认知规律，对学生进行个性化教育，使他们各有所长。

第三、在班主任工作上，我将做到：1、接受、完成学校分配的教育工作，加强班级管理。贯彻落实课堂教学常规，既要严格管理，又要耐心教育，及时处理课上课下出现的问题。2、按要求组织好每一次班队会和家长会，公平、公正地做好“优秀学生”评选工作。3、组织好我班的学生参加学校组织的每一次活动。4、做好学生的安全教育工作。及时掌握学生的思想状况并进行有效疏导。我怀着满腔热情参加这次竞聘，希望领导能够考验我、接受我。
