2：服务工作要热心，细心：特别是旺季，一定要提醒旅游注意事项，方可做到防患于未然，有时一句话就能带来意想不到的效果，如旅游安全问题，游览注意要守时等等，主要防止问题出现的时候游客产生情绪上的不满。导游若在事先有个铺垫，效果就会好很多。

3：注意协调工作，安排好游客的同时，也要妥善处理好客人，司机，地陪旅行社和景区的关系。

4：导游要以不变应万变，出现问题也不能自己先乱了阵脚。导游虽不是万能的，但你的头衔就注定了你必须在客人面前临危不乱，及时果断的处理问题，如发生意外情况也要学会随机应变来妥善处理。

5：书到用时方恨少，导游所知道的知识必须广泛，因此要不断的学习，给自己充电。每次带团回来也要及时的总结教训，积累经验。

6：维护旅行社的信誉同时也要保护好游客的权益，当你为客人利益着想时，当客人意见不统一或遇到意外问题时，客人也会尊重和理解你和旅行社的安排。

7：最后，要及时解决客人遗留的问题，导游本身是一个服务行业，不仅仅是满足客人的需求，但不同的人也有不同的心理，你的决定不一定合大众，但一定做到合情合理，客人自然也会给你满意的答复。所以要学会解决不同的问题，不要把问题留到最后。

细心：旅游景点环境杂，作为导游比平常要更多一份细心眼观六路，耳听八方，尽量将客人控制在自己的视力范围内，随时提醒客人归队。

20xx年即将结束，只有在回首，才能感觉时间的飞逝。只有回首，才知收获。

算算从事导游工作已有两个年头了。去年半年多的全陪工作，让我身心疲惫。曾经试图放弃，却有百般理由选择坚持。为了坚持，为了继续，我走进了金矿，加入了遂金这个大家庭。一年，经历了酸甜苦辣，留下了经验。20xx年1月份带的第一个地接团，这对之前从未带过地接团的我来说是一个新的挑战。加上对景区和线路的不熟悉，上团前异常的紧张。好在团是顺利带下来了。到目前为止，共带了六十三个团。以下对一年带团情况做总结：

一.熟悉线路，接团前做好充分的准备。

a.出全陪前，先要了解目的地的情况，以及注意事项。(给地接导游团款时，要索要收据)

b.地接要了解各个景区的情况。特别是节假日。(问清餐怎么做，按桌还是按人，小孩是否含餐。关系到钱财时，发信息，以防事后发生纠纷时可以做凭证。)

二.用心服务。做旅游就是做服务。服务是关键。带团除了讲解就是服务。用心服务，无论客人素质高低，只要用心去服务总是对的。但服务并不等同于服务员。在餐厅就餐时，如果餐厅不是很忙，就没必要端菜送饭。有时候，遇到素质低的客人看到你做服务员做的事，他就会帮你当成服务员。如果餐厅很忙，那就有必要帮忙上菜。记得曾经出全陪时，有个很优秀的地接跟我说过，一个优秀的导游就是导游，不是服务员。服务也是要看情况和具体事情的。

三.注意协调，随机应变，以不变应万变。出现问题不能慌，要及时果断处理。七月份，带了一个团，矿里职工赴海南疗养。因种种原因，未召开行前说明会，导致车赴机场时，出现了一系列状况。虽然这事于导游无关，因为带此团的全陪导游是自己，所以，当时情况下，只有道歉和安抚客人情绪，尽力减少公司损失。

四.书到用时方恨少。很多时候会被客人的一个问题问的哑口无言。一次带老年团，在讲到凯恩集团时，一位退休老教师问，王白浪是遂昌人吗?当时的我只能惭愧的说抱歉。我确确实实不知道王白浪是不是遂昌人。下团后，查资料才知道，他是遂昌本地人。对于一个遂昌有着重大贡献的人，我居然对他一无所知。如果平时到看看多了解了解，也不至于客人问起时，一问三不知的尴尬。

20xx年，对于旅游界来说是一个特殊的年份。新的旅游法在十月一号实施，这对整个行业来说无疑是个巨大的冲击。新法规定：为保障游客的消费权利，整个行程中不得进购物店。众所周知，在旅*业里导游的底薪极低，且无保障，工资的大部分是佣金。这也是一个公开的秘密。十一后，旅行社不得不提高导游的工资。但是真正提高多少呢?不得而知。

20xx年对我自己来说也是一个特殊的年份。第一次独立完成地接工作，第一次处理交通事故，第一次半夜带摔伤的老人去医院，第一次送机到机场，却发现关门......

很多人说，做三年导游，相当于走了三十年的人生路。虽然每个团的基本步骤差不多，拿计划单，接团，走行程，送团，报账。说起来每个团过程很简单，但每个团有不同。读万卷书，不如行万里路。旅途中的所见所闻都能让自己长见识。这是一笔难得的财富。

今年可以说是我丰收的一年，以往的我都是坐在计调的位置操纵团队，安排客人吃住行游购娱。但是今年我可以冲到旅游工作的第一线去，去给客人介绍我们祖国的山山水水、介绍我们大连这座城市的春夏秋冬。介绍我们的大海、介绍我们的广场介绍我们的文化、介绍我们大连的每一个角落。这就是我今年的第一个收获——我的国导证、正因为有了证我得意实现我的人生梦想，去完成我的人生使命。

由于拿证时已进入旅游旺季我便做着兼职导游工作，忙忙碌碌的每一天穿行在每个旅行社的办公室和景点之间，其中有中国旅行社、瑞的旅行社、百度旅行社、中国国际旅行社等等。

在有限的时间里尽量多的为游客多做介绍、多做讲解、多服务、多微笑是我做导游的宗旨。我相信只有真情的讲解、周到的服务、微笑待人、游客才会玩的开心，作为一名大连导游员我代表的不仅是我自己、不仅是我的旅行社，我代表的是我们这座城市，大连是一座海滨城市有着数不清的奇景异观。这么漂亮的城市不能因为导游的服务差而让游客对其有反感。

当我每走进一个旅行社的同时，每次递交一份简历上面都会清楚的写着我是一名只会讲解只会服务不会赚钱的导游。可能作为我的同行业来说不会赚钱的导游不是好导游，但是只会赚钱不会服务的导游更不是好导游。但是尽管这样仍然会找到好的旅行社，因为聪明的老总都知道只要服务跟上去不愁没钱赚，现在的游客不差钱就看你怎么为他服务?作为一个海边城市的导游、作为我们八零年代的尾巴，我们的服务不仅仅停留在只会讲解几句导游词那么简单!要学会无微不至，游客的每一个动作、游客的每一个眼神、你都要了解他想需求什么?这才是一名懂得游客心理的好导游、这才算是好导游。

面对今年的第二个收获就是我有幸参加辽宁省举办的导游大赛，感受了赛场的争锋对决也让我见识了我省其他地区导游员的水平，一句话“人外有人天外有天”我承认我的没有发挥好只因为我还不够努力，尽管我像考导游证那样三更午夜的看题，但是只要在努力一些在努力一些我也许就不会错两道题，也许就是全场的分。郭老师说一句话令我印象深刻“一身的武功让一道题给废了”。我很服气但是我不甘心我等待着下一次的对决，但是对于我刚出茅庐的孩子能够参加比赛我已经知足。能站在省里的比赛场上也是一种磨砺，是金子总会发光的我等待着那一天、

今年的第三大收获就是，我接待了一个又一个的团队，分享游客的酸甜苦辣，为他们排忧解难，把不愉快留给我。把快乐带回家，没有发生误船误机事故，完成了“快乐而来满意而归”的宗旨，因为平安、开心、快乐、比什么都重要!

20xx年是我的幸运年我考上了梦寐以求的导游证。但是20xx年对我来说是一个全新的开始，我的目标是进入大连中国旅行社，踏踏实实从导游做起认认真真的为游客服务用我的真心换取他们的笑容呵呵。同时我在这里也向所有的大连导游发起倡议“做一个名干干净净的导游、不赚黑心钱、不*购物、不*游客消费、不在宣传中有虚假信息”。

五、要主动出击

当你可以选择的时候，把主动权握在自己手中。我想很多人和我一样，刚进实习单位的时候，都做过类似复印打字的“杂活”。或许同事们认为你是小字辈，要从小事做起，但有些时候，是因为他们心中没底，不知道你能做什么。做“ 杂活”是工作的必需，却无法让我学到什么。我决定改变自己的命运。有些东西不能选择，有些东西却可以选择。份内的工作当然要认真完成，但勇敢的“主动请缨”却能为你赢得更多的机会。只要勤问、勤学、勤做，就会有意想不到的收获。

1.在带领旅游团游览景点过程中，不再只是单一的讲解景点历史，而是结合天津近几年的发展概况，及未来发展计划系统讲解给游客，进而展现一个近代与现代相结合，高速发展中的天津市。

2.加深与游客的交流，在最短的时间内融入到游客当中。并像陪伴家人一样对待全团每一位游客，尽量满足游客所提出的要求，虚心听取游客的建议，以最好的服务让每一位游客开心而来满意而归。

3.在旅行社规定范围内，为我社及个人争取最大的经济效益。

4.在工作过程中，不断的像我社同事及其他旅行社导游学习，借鉴先进的带团模式，充实自己文化修养，进而提高自己的业务能力。

5.在接到社里分派接团通知的情况下，提前做好行程计划，与全陪或领队及时沟通，以便在第一时间掌握本次团队的第一手资料，从而更好的安排时间与行程，以避免因沟通不及时导致的时意外状况的发生，而导致游客的不满。

以上是我在新的一年里为自己制定的工作方向及目标，希望在社领导和各位同事的帮助下完成，另外在2017年的工作当中，我衷心的希望社领导能够加大力度，多方面的搜集，听取对我社发展有益的意见。各位同事能够积极献策，不遗余力的为我社发展作出贡献，我社可以采取奖赏制度，凡采纳的意见或有利于我社发展的计划，应给予一定的表扬物质上的奖励，以调动每一位员工的工作积极性。

在街党工委的正确领导下，我作为社区专职党务副书记，坚持以科学发展观为指导，认真学习贯彻某某大精神，按照岗位职能和要求积极开展工作。在社区班子成员和全体社区党员的支持、关心和努力下，较好地完成了年初确立的工作目标，本人一年来履行职责的工作、思想、学习方面汇报如下：

一、廉洁自律

坚定信念，增强对腐朽思想的免疫力。任职专职党务副书记多年，对发展社区党组织的事业充满信心，始终保持旺盛的工作热情，珍惜岗位，热爱本职，我时刻以优秀党员的身份严格要求自己，在工作和生活上坚持以身作则、率先垂范，严格执行各种规章制度，在政治上做明白人，在生活上做廉洁人，在工作上做带头人。

二、注重学习

主动抓好社区党组织的建设工作，注重自身的学习与提高，并将学习与本职工作相结合，适应新时期党建工作的新要求，在参加深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动中，制定了党总支部的学习方案与实施计划，组织社区党员参加学习实践活动，使全社区党员的党性得到了很好的锻炼。

三、认真履行好职责

当好党建带头人。在实际工作中，切实履行好自己的工作职责，自觉维护集体领导、集体利益和集体荣誉，做到办事公正、处事公平，敢于讲真话讲实话，敢于负责任，主动与社区党员联系与沟通，注意通过做好思想政治工作来化解矛盾。

四、适应形势抓好社区党建

除抓好日常的组织生活和电化教育外，积极探索社区党建新路子，为加强社区党员的教育管理，今年6月份开通了网上党员之家博客，收到了良好的效果，使社区党员多渠道地学习党的知识，学习党的十九大精神。

五、不断提高自身素质

在思想上不断完善，在政治上不断求强，在工作上不断求精，使自身综合素质不断提高，作为一名中国共产党党员，我参加了大塘街党工委举行的多场党员义工活动，在“创文”工作中，积极报名参加义工服务，不管是烈日当空，还是寒风细雨，坚持参加交通路口的文明出行志愿者服务，体现了共产党员的先锋模范作用。

六、今后的工作

取得的成绩只能说明过去，展望明年，我要更加努力地工作，坚持学习党的十九大精神指导党建工作，积极进取、不断创新，进一步加强自身建设，为搞好社区党建工作而作出努力。

在即将步入20xx年导游工作之际，将自己20xx年以来的工作经验和感悟进行全面梳理和系统总结，希望能为今年的导游工作提供经验借鉴。

从业多年来，我一直严格要求自己，时刻牢记着热爱祖国、热爱人民、热爱祖国几千年的优秀文化，认真学习党的各项政治政策、经济政策、学习党在新的历史时期的主要理论，用来武装自己的头脑，在思想上紧跟形势，努力使自己成为具有优秀道德品质，高尚职业情操、遵纪守法，尽职尽责的导游员。导游人员必须具有健康的政治素质、高尚的情操，不断提高判断是非、识别善恶、分清荣辱的能力，抵制形形色色的物质诱惑和“精神污染”。

要做好导游服务工作，首先要学会做人，尊重他人，诚信待人，将个人的功利追求和国家利益融合起来;要自尊、自爱，时时维护自己的人格尊严，绝不为蝇头小利而做有损人格、国格之事;要自信、自强，不管面对什么人、什么事，导游人员都不应妄自菲薄，而要相信自己、相信自己的力量和能力。一个自信的人在工作和生活中总是充满信心，勇于克服困难、争取成功。不过，一个人的自信来自于实力，所以导游人员要努力学习、刻苦钻研，不断提高自己，使自己成为名副其实的导游人员。

随着时代的发展，现代旅游活动更加趋向于对文化、知识的追求。人们出游，除了消遣，还想通过旅游来增长知识、增加阅历、获取教益，这就对我们导游人员提出了更高的知识要求。丰富的知识是搞好导游服务工作的前提，要求导游人员具有真才实学，知识要丰富、涵盖面要广。导游讲解必须以丰富的知识作后盾，讲解内容要丰富，要言之有物，内容要健康，要有情有趣，有根有据，而不是胡编乱造。事实也证明，导游人员的知识越丰富、信息量越多，就越有可能把导游工作做得有声有色，就能在更大程度上满足旅游者的知识需求。

语言知识是导游人员最重要的基本功，是导游服务的工具，古人日：“工欲善其事，必先利其器”，导游人员若没有扎实的语言功底，就不可能顺利地进行文化交流，也就不可能高质量地完成导游服务工作。导游讲解是一项综合性的口语艺术，要求导游人员具有很强的口语表达能力，而导游人员的口语艺术必须建立在丰富的知识、扎实的语言功底的基础之上。

历史地理文化知识是导游讲解的素材，掌握丰富的史地文化知识是做一名合格导游人员的必备条件。同时，导游人员应综合理解史地文化知识并将其融会贯通、灵活运用，这对做好导游服务工作具有特别重要的意义。政策法规知识也是导游人员的必备知识，这是因为政策法规是导游人员工作的指针，指导导游人员的导游讲解、回答游客问题及与游客讨论有关问题。导游人员要以相关的法律、法规正确处理旅游活动中出现的问题和事故。导游人员必须掌握相关的法律、法规知识，以便正确地处理问题，做到有理、有利、有节。导游人员的服务对象是形形色色的旅游者，而且都是短暂相处，因而掌握心理学知识具有特殊的重要性。

导游人员要学会运用心理学知识了解旅游者，有的放矢地做好导游讲解和旅行生活服务;有针对性地提供心理服务，从而使旅游者从心理上得到满足，在精神上获得享受。同时导游人员也要运用心理学知识搞好与各种各样的旅游接待部门工作人员的关系;导游人员还要运用心理学知识随时调整自己的心理状态，使自己始终精神饱满、热情周到地为旅游者服务。旅游活动是一项综合性的审美活动，要求导游人员懂得什么是美、知道美在何处，并且善于运用生动形象的语言向不同审美情趣的旅游者传递审美信息，帮助他们最大限度地获得美的享受。导游人员还要运用美学知识指导自己的衣着打扮和言行举止，因为导游人员本身就是旅游者的审美对象。

导游工作是一个知识密集型和高智能的服务工作，除了要求导游员要有广博的知识外，还需要导游人员具备高超的技能，如讲解能力、组织能力、人际关系能力、分析能力、解决问题能力。我们导游人员起着传播知识信息、传递审美观念、播洒中华文明的重任，因此导游语言必须科学、规范，传递的信息必须正确无误，这样更能够吸引游客的注意，满足游客的“求知”愿望，这是顺利完成旅游计划的重要前提。

整个旅游活动需要和饭店、宾馆、景点、交通等相关的企业和个人打交道，牵扯到社会生活的方方面面，因此，要求我们导游员要有相当的组织能力和协调能力。此外，旅游者来自不同的社会阶层，从事着不同的职业，文化层次高低不等，性别年龄各不相同，兴趣爱好因人而异，身体状况不尽相同。这就要求我们导游员必须学会处理人际关系，学会善于和各种人打交道。在旅游过程中各种各样的情况都有可能出现，各种各样的问题可能随时发生，这就要求我们要学会独立分析的能力和独立解决问题的能力。

在实际工作中，我十分注重留心学习，在实践中不断的总结和提高自己的业务水平。向专家请教先进的经验和方法，向同事学习、向民间学习、向旅游者学习，以丰富自己的学识;大量的阅读有关旅游方面的书籍、查阅有关风光、风情、民俗的资料;把看到的、听到的、学到的知识和方法，经验和技巧都动手一一记录下来;把学到、收集到、看到的名作甲篇、知识经验都分类整理，结合自身的特点，取精去糟，最终形成自己的风格和作风。在工作实践中逐步总结，不断提高自己的业务技能和服务水平。

以上是我从事导游工作实践中的一点体会，总结出来，以便在以后的工作中进一步的改进和完善。今后仍要不断的学习旅游知识，努力提高自己的业务技能，提高为游客服务的水平，为新疆旅游业的发展做出自己的贡献。
