高新区管委会x年度末实有人员编制14人。其中：事业编制14人;在职在编实有行政人员19人。

离退休人员2人。其中：退休2人。

1. 参观和考察学校

预约参观考察学校(首先进入学校的，先注册，然后通过邮件在网上预约参观学校的时间，一般学校都需要你提前预约，也可以自己接打电话预约)。收到回信按预约时间访问学校，会有招生办的老师带领参观校园然后帮助你了解相关学校信息。

2. 网上提交申请材料

确定学校后就可以在提交申请材料，学校的通常都会有完善的申请流程，按照提示和要求来就好。学校收到递交材料后如果有不完善的地方仍然会通过邮件形式与家长沟通，所以记得时常看看邮箱以及垃圾邮件箱。

3. 等待面试通知

从申请到收到面试通知这个过程会比较漫长，至少一个月，两个月也完全有可能。

因为，泰国人办事速度较慢，申请的学生越来越多，而招生办通常就是两三个负责人，她们每天有接待不完的访问者以及上百封邮件要回复。

所以如果怠慢你是非常正常的，建议勤发邮件沟通以防被疏漏。准备的这期间可以好好帮助孩子准备面试。低龄儿童面试对英文的要求不高，能简单的交流。

但是一年级以后的需要有一定的基础，面试包括听说读甚至写，比想象中要难。所以一定要有英文基础。(但各个学校都存在不同程度的差异，所以看你选择的是哪个学校)

4. 面试结果

参加学校面试后，不会立马有结果，通常等上一个月两个月都很正常。所以建议你至少提前半年开始办理申请。泰国开学时间一般都在八月份，一个学年分四个学期，平均两个月为一学期。

5. 交建校费和学费并保留收费单

如果面试成功学校会学校会通知你按时缴费(建校费和学费，学费可以按一学年交也可以按一学期交)学校收到款项会给你邮寄收费单据和签证所需的推荐材料(单据和签证材料都得保存好，这个后续去大使馆办签证要用到)。

工程施工现场的安全由乙方自行完全负责，若发生安全事故由乙方完全负责，承担一切责任，甲方概不负责，没有任何法律责任。

根据有关法律、法规的规定，甲乙双方遵循平等、自愿、公平、诚实、守信的原则，遵循教育规律和青少年健康成长规律，经协商一致，签订本合同。

第一条 适用对象

本合同适用受培训者(学员)一般为在校的中小学生。

第二条 甲方的权利和义务

(一)甲方有权按照国家有关政策规定和合同约定收取培训费用。甲方收取培训费用后应当及时向乙方开具正规发票。(按照国家有关政策要求，培训机构不得一次性向乙方收取或变相收取时间跨度超过3个月的费用;线上培训机构按课时收费的，每科不得一次性收取超过60课时的费用。)

(二)甲方应当向乙方明示办学许可证、营业执照(或事业单位法人证书、民办非企业单位登记证书)、收费项目、收费标准、办学事项、退费办法、上课时间和服务承诺等内容，公开透明培训，接受社会监督，甲方不得在公示的项目和标准外向乙方收取其他费用。

(三)甲方可以依照相关法律法规制定适合其机构自身的培训管理制度并在甲方培训场所醒目位置进行公示，甲方有权要求乙方遵照执行，以确保培训活动顺利进行。

(四)甲方开设培训项目符合国家及培训场所所在地有关规定，遵循教育规律和学生身心发展规律，甲方及甲方的教职员工不得以任何方式向学员传播、讲授违反相关法律法规的培训内容。

(五)甲方保证，按照国家有关政策要求配备与培训项目及培训规模相适应的教学及实训设施设备，配备与培训类别、层次及规模相适应的专兼职培训队伍，从事中小学学科知识培训的人员具有相应的教师资格，聘用的外籍从业人员符合国家有关规定。甲方应加强对所聘用人员的管理，确保不出现打骂、猥亵、虐待等损害学员身心健康或合法权益的行为。

(六)甲方应确保提供给学员的培训班次与学员所处年级相匹配，提供的培训安排与乙方当地教育行政部门规定的教学时间不存在冲突。

(七)甲方应做好消防、食品、公共卫生等安全管理，落实安全防范措施，建立健全安全管理制度和应急预警处理机制，防范各类安全责任事故发生。每次培训课程结束后，甲方应确保学员被乙方安全接走，双方另有约定的除外。

(八)甲方若改变培训方式，需双方协商一致。

(九)甲方应当依法保护在签订和履行合同过程中获悉的乙方及学员个人信息，不得泄露或者以其它不正当的方式使用乙方及学员个人隐私信息。未经乙方书面同意，甲方不得擅自使用乙方及学员的姓名、肖像、影像用于商业用途。

(十)未经乙方书面同意，甲方不得将本合同约定的培训服务转让给第三方，不得擅自将学员转交给第三方机构进行培训。

第三条 乙方的权利和义务

(一)乙方有按照本合同的约定接受甲方培训服务的权利。

(二)乙方对培训过程以及培训人员的从业背景和执教信息享有知情权。乙方可以通过公开课、学习报告等适当方式了解学员的学习状况，甲方应当为乙方提供方便，接受乙方监督。

(三)乙方应当按时足额向甲方缴纳培训费用。

(四)乙方及学员应当自觉遵守甲方的各项培训管理制度和课堂纪律，不得妨碍其他学员的正常学习活动。乙方应当自觉遵守培训场所的各种安全规定，不从事危害自身或者他人人身、财产安全的不当行为。培训期间如因乙方或学员的原因造成甲方或他人人身、财产损害的，乙方应承担损害赔偿责任。

(五)乙方及学员应当尊重甲方的知识产权，不得擅自对培训过程进行录音、录像。对于甲方拥有知识产权的培训材料或者课件，乙方及学员除在正常学习过程中合理使用外，不得私自复制、散发、销售，不得通过互联网进行分享、扩散和传播。

(六)未经甲方同意，乙方不得擅自将本合同课程转让给第三方，或者将听课凭证转让、出借给他人使用。

(七)如学员身体健康状况有特殊情形不再适合参与培训的，乙方应及时告知甲方，甲方可按照相关培训管理制度处理。

第六条 培训退费

(三)在办理退费时，对于已发放给乙方的培训资料的费用、已转付给第三方并无法索回的代收代支费用以及已向银行(第三方)支付的合理手续费用等，由甲方出示相关证明材料后，经协商，由 乙方承担。

(四)甲方应在收到乙方书面退费申请后 七 (≤20)个工作日内，将相应退费款项支付给乙方。

(五)退费方式：按乙方缴费原路径或双方协商一致路径退回。

第七条 违约责任

(一)甲方未达到合同约定的场所、教师等培训条件的，或甲方未经乙方同意，擅自变更培训方式的，乙方有权要求解除合同，要求甲方退还剩余培训费。

(二)由于甲方的原因，包括但不限于甲方办学许可证过期，被吊销办学许可证、营业执照(或事业单位法人证书、民办非企业单位登记证书)，被责令停业整顿等原因，无法继续向乙方提供培训服务的，乙方有权要求解除合同，要求甲方退还剩余培训费。

(三)甲方招生简章或者招生广告中对培训师资和效果等所作的说明和允诺具体确定，并对培训合同的订立以及课程价格的确定有重大影响的，应当视为要约。相关说明和允诺即使未载入本合同，亦应当视为合同内容，甲方所提供服务与上述相关说明和允诺不相符的，乙方有权要求解除合同，要求甲方退还剩余培训费。

(四)未经乙方同意，甲方擅自将本合同约定的服务转给第三方或将学员转交给第三方机构进行培训的，乙方有权要求解除合同，要求甲方退还剩余培训费。

(五)因甲方违约，双方就退费事宜书面达成一致后，甲方应于 七 (≤20)个工作日内将各项相关费用支付给乙方，每逾期一日应按逾期金额[ 0.05 ]%的标准(不超过万分之六点五)向乙方支付违约金。

(六)乙方逾期未支付培训费用的，甲方有权终止或中止培训服务，乙方需支付实际已培训天数的课时费，每逾期一日应按逾期金额[ 0.05 ]%的标准(不超过万分之六点五)向甲方支付违约金。

(七)乙方擅自将本合同课程转让给第三方，或者将听课凭证转让、出借给他人使用的，甲方有权拒绝为非学员提供培训服务。

(八)由于乙方的原因，无法继续接受培训服务的，甲方不承担违约责任。

(九)因战争、自然灾害、传染性疾病等不可抗力致使本合同无法继续履行的，双方互不承担违约责任，受不可抗力影响的一方应及时书面通知对方，双方按照实际消耗课时结算(或协商结算)培训费用。

第八条 争议处理

本合同在履行过程中发生争议，双方可协商解决，协商不成的，双方一致同意选择以下解决方式：

1.依法向 仲裁委员会申请仲裁。

2.依法向 人民法院提起诉讼。

第九条 补充协议

本合同未尽事宜，由下列补充条款进行约定。补充条款与本合同其他条款不一致的，以补充条款为准。

第十条 生效方式

本合同自甲方盖章乙方签字或双方采用合法有效的电子签名方式签署之日起生效。

为乙方提供加拿大学校申请和留学签证的相关政策咨询，指导乙方及时正确地准备有关文件材料和缴付学校申请费用和学费，并在乙方提交所需相关申请材料后向加拿大移民部递交，并根据乙方的具体情况为乙方设计申请方案与组织申请材料。

在乙方的签证申请成功后，协助其联系学校安排住宿，接机等。

阶段性向乙方报告申请进展情况，如申请中出现任何特别的情况，甲方要及时通知乙方，并协助乙方解决有关问题。

为乙方提供的所有材料进行保密(除了向需要办理公证评估等机构提供所需文件的情况)。

本合同效力及履行中，如因甲方过错造成损失，甲方方向乙方赔偿的损失仅以乙方所支付的服务费为上限。

三、 乙方责任

乙方需要在全程办理过程中,按甲方的指导下按要求在提供的限期前提供所需要的文件资料及补充资料以配合甲方的申请。

乙方需在甲方的指导下，及时安排体检。

乙方需在签约后一个月内，按照甲方的要求提供合规格的基本申请文件，否则，由于加拿大政策改变而导致乙方不再符合留学条件的，甲方概不负责，乙方此前所交的所有咨询服务费将不予退还。

四、 服务费用及缴付方式

甲方在接受乙方委托之前，已把留学方案及流程、收费及收费使用性质如实书面告知乙方，乙方表示认可接受。

七、不可抗力：

因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。(本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱、移民政策变更等)。

因不可抗力不能履行合同的，当事人一方有义务立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质、预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起 10 日内提供来自主管部门或者中立第三方的证明;

对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时商议解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

乙方已充分认识该项目存在包括但不限于商业风险、项目方的违约风险、道德风险、该等风险由乙方自行承担。

八、如协议双方在执行过程中产生争议，应进行友好协商解决，如协商后仍未能解决争议，可交由广州仲裁委员会仲裁或广州法院裁决。

一、服务项目及费用

第一条 委托人申请赴新加坡 院校外文名称， (院校中文名称)留学.

第二条 受托人向委托人提供留学前往国家的咨询、代办入学申请手续等中介服务。

第三条 当申请学生签证成功后，委托人向受托人缴付出国留学中介服务费合计为人民币(大写) 元,或者是等值新元。如果在申请学生签证成功后，委托人需要取消留学，需缴纳委托人40%的中介服务费用。

第四条 受托人提供的服务包括：

1 替委托人在指定的学校报名

2 替委托人申请学生签证

3 帮助委托人在新加坡找好住所

4 在委托人来新加坡的时候接飞机

5 帮助委托人熟悉学校环境

6 帮助委托人办理银行卡，易通卡

二、受托人义务

第五条 提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第十条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

四、违约责任

第十二条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十三条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人不应向委托人收取中介服务费，并协助追回委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十四条 受托人未能为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人。

第十五条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十六条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十七条 受托人因自身原因，可以随时要求解除合同,委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人可以自行销毁。

五、不可抗力条款

第十八条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第十九条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。

第二十条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

八、 生效及终止条款

第二十一条 本合同由委托人及受托人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。

近年来，气象部门在业务技术体制、科技体制、人才体制等方面又进行了一些改革，取得了一些成效。为了推进基层气象事业科学发展，中国气象局于20xx年开始利用中国气象远程教育网开展气象部门基层台站职工远程培训，以科学发展观为指导，贯彻落实中国气象局党组关于加强基层气象事业发展的战略部署。通过网上远程培训，让我提高了对气象事业科学发展新形势、新任务和新要求的认识，加深对中国气象局党组重大决策部署的理解，更全面地掌握气象现代化体系建设的科学内涵和发展方向，转变观念，提升了自身的素质。

20xx年开绐，本人从远程培训网中学习了：

1、中国环境及生态文明建设政策解读;

2、我国生态环境的现状与发展趋势(上、下);

3、我国的生态环境和国际比较(上、下);

4、生态文明社会经济生态化转型;

5、绿色发展与生态文明;

6、绿色发展的意义;

7、设施小气候调控(1、2);

8、自动气象站虚拟实训等。

通过学习以上1---6远程内容，让我了解到进入21世纪后，我国面临二大问题即生态危机和环境污染。而农业生态环境污染有越来越严重的态势，主要表现为：土地退化严重、水土污染严重等等。为此治理农业生态环境已经迫在眉睫，必须建立一系列的管理政策即建立一支自上而下的垂直的管理队伍、强化公民的环境意识等，做为一个气象职工，保护环境也要从我做起，保护环境低碳生活。通过远程设施小气候调控(1、2)的学习，让我了解并学到了在设施农业中温度，光照，湿度(水分)气体等系系相关。为我在日常三农服务工作打好基础。

站在新的历史起点上，面对国家经济社会发展和人民安全福祉对气象服务提出的新要求，面对国际国内形势发展变化情况下气象事业改革发展的新矛盾，我们必须认真学习。扩大知识面，自觉地走科学发展道路，坚持把发展作为第一要务，树立责任意识和忧患意识，坚决克服骄傲自满情绪，做一名新时代的气象员。
