致：机场公司领导：
兹有我机场设施有限公司通过招投标承包揭阳潮汕机场助航灯光、场务维护维修项目，首先感谢贵公司对我们的信任和支持。从XX年xx年15日开航进场以来至今20xx年10月31日，我司严格按照合同规定的各项工作和条款，兢兢业业按时完成工作量。
现因贵司未能按合同要求提供相关机械设备和增加了合同以外的工作量，使我公司投入大量费用，大大超出我司前期预算，我司从各方面精打细算、合理安排仍无力继续承担高额亏损，现恳请申请增加人工费用(合同的23﹪左右)。主要原因有以下几点。
一、 按合同的约定要求：每年割草植被共4次以控制植被草高，植被草高要控制在30cm以内。今年雨水量充沛，植被草生长率快，为植被草高要控制在30cm以内，保障机场正常运营和安全，从进场至今，一年不到的时间内，我司已经割植被草共7次，今年预估还需1-2次，每次割植被草工作人员为6人，工期为25天。大大超过了合同规定的工作量。
二、 按合同的约定要求：我司需配备二名机动车驾驶员。但因种种原因有如下情况第一、场务车辆多，目前所有的车辆设备如下：割草机两部、洒药车一部、挖掘机一部、划线车一部、压路机两部、急抢修车一部、照明车一部及驱鸟车二部。第二、从安全起见，我司规定员工不准疲劳上岗，特别是驾驶人员;所以配备两名机动车驾驶员人力严重不足，现在我司配有十名机动车驾驶员，每班配备机动车驾驶员五名，且驾驶员工资比普通工人工资多出500-800元/月，严重超出了我司人工费用预算。
三、按合同的约定要求：在飞行区域的非紧急维修作业，我司必须安排在航班结束(约01:00)以后至次日航班开始2小时前(约06：00)进行。从20xx年6月份开始，航班结束是02:30以后，使我司正常维修及作业时间缩短，为了保障机场的正常运作，我司必须增加人员，按时完成当天的工作任务。
四、按合同的约定要求：揭阳潮汕机场公司配备二台扫地车，要求我公司必须在第一航班起降前半个小时完成跑道及滑行道的清扫。从进场至今，两台扫地车还没有到位，我司必须采取人工清扫，每天清扫人员为8人，才能在有效的时间内保障道面清洁，不留影响飞行安全运行的异物。
五、按合同的工作内容范围不包含监管其它施工单位入场施工，按业主的要求，我司从20xx年2月20日至今监管其它施工单位入场施工，并附监管记录，这也无形增加我司的人工成本。

第五条 申请入学

5.受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。
第六条 办理签证
1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。
2.受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在 工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。
第七条 其他
1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。
2.受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票。
3.受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。
4.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。
5.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。 — 3 —
三、委托人义务
第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。
第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。
第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起 日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。
第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。
第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。
四、违约责任
第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。
第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并在 年 月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
第十五条 受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的 %的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。
第十六条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应— 4 —
按本合同第十四条的规定承担违约责任。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在 年 月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写) ―元。
第十七条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
第十八条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
第十九条 委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：
1.委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料， 委托人要求解除合同， 受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元。
2.受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
3.委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
4.受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
5.受托人已向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
五、不可抗力条款
第二十条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。
本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。
第二十一条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。
第二十二条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。
六、适用的法律及争议解决方法
第二十三条 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。
第二十四条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，同意按以下第 种方式解决。
第一种：提交 仲裁委员会仲裁。
第二种：依法向人民法院提起诉讼。
七、合同的补充、变更、修改
第二十五条 如委托人未委托受托人进行签证服务，本合同第六条对当事人双方无效。
第二十六条 对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等法律效力。
八、 生效及终止条款
第二十七条 本合同由委托人及其代理人、受托人、受托人法定代表人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。
第二十八条 本合同正本一式两份，具有同等效力，委托人与受托人各执一份。
第二十九条 双方履行本合同的权利和义务后，合同终止。

就甲方（申请人）英国留学一事，为明确责任和义务，甲、乙双方经协商达成协议如下：
一、甲方责任
1.按乙方的要求提供留学所需齐备的材料；
2.配合乙方进行各项准备工作；
3.及时向乙方及学校交付所需费用。
二、乙方责任
2.负责审核、整理甲方所递交的学校申请材料;
3.保证为甲方获得约定的英国政府认可学校的入学录取通知书；
4.指导甲方办理护照、准备签证所需的详细资料及文件；
5.对甲方进行签证培训，安排甲方英国使领馆签证；
6.协助学生购买廉价机票；提供学生离境前所需的体检、换汇等手续及学生到英国后，有关学习、生活等方面知识的咨询。
三、经济条款

院领导：
学校为加强校园车辆交通、停放管理，20xx年7月上旬研究通过了由学校保卫处提交的《关于设立学校车辆收费管理系统的情况报告》，并拟定近期铺开此项工作。主要事项有：

您好!
我出生于一个教师之家，母亲是一位优秀的小学教师;父亲是也曾经是教师，后来经历了人生的第二次选择，考入法院，成了一名法官。父母对生活的热情和对人生挫折的态度，潜移默化地影响着我，形成了我自强不息、不轻言败的性格。
中考的教训，让我懂得了什么叫脚踏实地，什么叫不图虚荣，什么叫谦虚谨慎，什么叫取长补短……高中三年，我努力夯实学科基础知识、掌握学习方法、提高操作实践能力、同时，利用课余时间广泛地涉猎大量书籍，不但充实了自己，而且培养了自己多方面的技能。夷陵中学严谨的学风塑造了我朴实、稳重的学习态度，更重要的是在这样一个精英云集的地方，我学会了在竞争中挑战自我，在合作中欣赏他人。这样一步一个脚印走来，我尝到了成功的喜悦：成绩逐年上升，我看到了自己身上蕴藏着的无限潜能，它让我相信——如果给我一个支点，我也能撬起整个地球!
选择_大学我有以下几个理由：
一是_大学是一所国家教育部直属的，拥有研究生院，本科专业涵盖了理、工、文、经、管、法、教育等学科门类的综合性重点大学，是一所有着坚实的学术基础和严谨的治学传统，校园环境优美的大学。在这样的学习环境里，无论是在知识能力，还是在个人素质修养方面，我会受益匪浅。
二是_大学是一所以工为主的大学，这符合了我的学科兴趣，我是一个理科生，尤其以数学、物理学科见长，这次推荐我参加自主招生的就是我的数学老师和物理老师。我喜欢在这样自主开放的环境里学习，希望可以有更为广阔的发展前景。
三是_大学坚持以“厚基础，宽口径，强能力，高素质”的人才培养计划，在教学中注重创新能力培养，注重提高学生的综合素质，学校实施了一系列教学改革新措施包括：名师上讲台工程、中英文双语教学工程、“创新人才培养”工程、本硕连读制度等，还有一系列的完善学分制管理的制度，包括主辅修制、弹性学制、第二学位制、优异生培养制度等。
现在有很多的大学生毕业后面临就业难的问题，这也将是我今后不能回避的，但我想，这是一个适应社会的问题。大学是一个可以接触并尝试众多领域的独一无二的场所，是一个沟通社会的平台。我希望这里掌握生活技能，培养自己的社会角色，使自己能承担社会责任，权利和义务，成为一个真正的社会人。
现在的科技发展可谓日新月异，我的学习是要掌握最基本的学习工具和方法，将来利用这些工具和方法，再去学习新的东西。我们不可能靠在大学里学到的知识来维护一生的，以后如果不再学了，照样会落后，所以，本科读什么专业不能完全决定毕业后的工作方向。我希望根据我的学科特长，选择适合我的专业，但是我不会太在意专业的趋向，绝对服从学校根据我的情况进行专业调剂。
