一、实习的主要内容:

本次实习的主要内容是从2019年5月23日到6月14日大概20天时间在中国电信营业厅做一名导购员

通过培训学习公司的企业文化、销售 技巧、团队协作精神等方面的知识,以及本公司产品知识与业务方面的知识、流程。然后进行实践,与顾客进行沟通,积极开拓客户源;为顾客的咨询做解答,向顾 客推销产品,并尽量推销e家套餐系列;引导顾客办理业务。让顾客了解中国电信及其产品、业务,并尽自己最大的能力服务于顾客。

直接参与企业的运作过程,学习实践知识,同时进一步加深对理论知识的理解,使所学过的营销方面的理论与实践知识相结合,圆满完成本科教学的实践任务。通过 专业实习,加强我们对市场营销基本理论、基本方法和基本技能认识和掌握,提高自身的动手能力与分析问题和解决问题的能力,为后续教学提供更多的感性知识和 打下良好基础。

一般来说,学校的生活环境和社会的工作环境存在很大的差距,学校主要专注于培养学生的学习能力和专业技能,社会主要专注于员工的专业知识和业务能力。要适 应社会的生存要求,除了要加强课堂上的理论知识外,还必须要亲自接触社会参加工作实践,通过对社会工作的了解指导课堂学习。通过这次的实习接触认识社会, 提高社会交往能力,加强个人与社会的沟通,锻炼自己的实习工作能力,进一步培养自己的业务水平、与人相处的技巧、团队协作精神、待人处事的能力适应社会能 力和自我管理的能力等,尤其是观察、分析和解决问题的实际工作能力,以便提高自己的实践能力和综合素质,希望能帮助自己以后更加顺利地融入社会,投入到自 己的工作中。

3、 通过实习,学习优秀员工的优秀品质和敬业精神,培养素质,明确自己的社会责任。找出自身状况与社会实际需要的差距,并在以后的学习期间及时补充相关知识,为今后的求职与正式工作做好充分的知识、能力准备,从而缩短从校园走向社会的心理适应期。

二、实习取得的经验及收获:

实习工作结束了,在这短短的二十天里,虽然我对电信的了解依然很少很少,销售成绩也不是很好, 比起在学校也辛苦很多,但却也收获颇丰,感触良多:

首先,在培训完之后,对电信的业务有了基本了解,但是对其具体的如资费标准等还是没有很清楚,费了不少的心才记住,这让我也深深体会到工作和上学的不同。 对营业厅内的业务流程有了更深入的了解,如e家的业务流程是:取业务号 — 选手机号码 — 办业务 — 赠送手机。理论来源于实践,实践能更好地检验理论。说起容易做来难。在理论的学习过程中,我们总是不以为然。当自己上台操作时,这才发现不是丢东就是落 西。可想而知,在以后的实际工作中,一定要脚踏实地,戒骄戒躁,时刻保持谦虚谨慎的态度。

其次,由于上学的原因,大部分时间都呆在学校里,没有任何销售经验,在实践的前面两天就常常碰壁。因为不了解电信业务方面的专业知识,在介绍的业务时搞得 到后来自己都不懂得说些什么!而且往往事倍功半,磨破了嘴皮还是无功而反。为了搞好销售,白天主动跟一些老的店员了解e家业务、手机的性能与及一些销售的 基本常识外,晚上上网上营业厅去了解电信的一些业务政策,后来总算摸到了一些门道。

这次实习对于我来说,是第一次接触销售方面的工作,虽然以前也做过社会实践方面的工作,但毕竟不是直接面对顾客。由于性格内敛,不属于能说会道型的人,所 以销售对于我来说有难度,不过我觉得在这方面有进步,好比面对一个走进营业厅的顾客来说,我由最初的不动或者后退一步来避免与顾客接触到能主动向前进一步 与顾客打招呼并向顾客推荐e家业务。

培训之后,正式开始接触销售了。通过不断地向顾客介绍推销过程中,让我懂得销售员是需要高度的激情和恒心的,这些天的销售工作提高我们的交际能力,不断的 积累着自己的销售经验和技巧,锻炼我们的口才。销售行业必须遵循的第一原则,那就是顾客就是上帝,无论顾客多么刁钻,要求多高,都要尽量满足顾客。在实习 的过程中,首先,态度要求高,要有礼貌,脸上要尽量带着微笑,这样就保证了员工的基本素质,同时也是给顾客留下一个良好的印象。不论顾客的问题有多刁钻, 你是否能解答,最重要的是你对待顾客的态度要好,不能显示出不厌之色,要尽最大可能为顾客解决问题。其次就是需要我们有毅力。任何事情做久了我们都会产生 厌倦感的,只是刚刚开始时有热情是远远不够的,我们需要的是持之以恒。不能因为天天做着差不多的工作就消极工作,要学会从无聊的工作中找到你的快乐点。

再次,对需要服务的客户有了更深入的了解。通过跟客户的不断接触、交流后我发现,根据顾客的言行举止掌握其心理,不同类型的顾客往往需要不同的销售方法。以下是我在这段时间与顾客的交往过程中总结出来的两种顾客类型判断的方法:

1、即定型顾客的需求:有明确的问题和实际的需求,可以通过提问沟通了解需求;

2、 巡视型顾客需求:言谈与行动不同,没有明确的需求。通常表现为直接问价,可以通过为其设立选择标准达到锁定顾客。

最后,对销售有了一定的了解,掌握了一些基本的销售技巧。

1.良好的服务态度是销售成功进行的前提。做为一名导购,销售业务,顾客对于我们来说就是上帝良好的服务态度是必须的。这就要求我们想顾客之所想,急顾客 之所急,提高服务质量,语言要礼貌文明,待客要热情周到,要尽可能满足顾客的要求。这一点我深有感触,在实践的初期我就因为服务不够耐心而错过了很多顾客!

2.高超的销售技能是销售成功的关键。在实习中,我才发现如果不掌握一定的销售技巧,仅仅依靠良好的服务态度和礼仪是不能成功的完成交易的.在向顾客推销 业务时我就发现,同样一种业务,往往不一样的介绍方式就会收到不一样的效果。以下是一些前辈介绍和在工作中总结出来的一些销售技巧:

(1)、沟通技术的应用。应对主动提问的顾客时,要合理运用先去评价一下顾客问题,然后寻找顾客提问原因,再找一个“垫子”引导顾客说出其真实需求的方法。

(2)、展示产品的技巧。了解顾客购买的思维方式,根据营销理论中的排除法,顾客会购买价格两个极端的商品,通过体验销售,不断排除顾客认为不符合其要求 的品牌和产品;加强主题,突出三个卖点,提供正面的展示或负面不良的暗示,使顾客积极参与到产品的性能体验中来。比如e家业务:送手机,低资费标准,一号 双机业务。e9免费送ITV一年都是我们的推荐重点。

(3)、把握成交的控制。掌握成交缔结的技巧,在多数销售中,如何控制销售过程的发展,在每一个阶段及时帮助顾客做出决定即成交缔结,对不同的顾客应该采取不同的方法。成交的要诀:多看、少说;一问一答;不急不忙;保持态度。

3.善于抓住顾客心理是销售成功的保证。现在的市场由于竞争激烈,顾客成了稀缺资源,而且顾客往往都有“货比三家”的习惯。因此,要想让顾客第一时间办理 电信的业务,分析顾客的心理就显得至关重要。我就有过很多这样的经历,有很多顾客往往已经看上了一些产品,但因为费用太高等原因而迟迟不肯出手,这时就要 抓住他的这种心理,向他充分介绍产品的效能,使其产生物有所值的想法。就像e6套餐要抓住顾客他的手机月话费多少来选择适合的档次,并强调固话免月租等有 利于顾客的政策标准。

三、存在的不足及建议:

在短短几个星期的实习中,确实让自己成长了许多。在实习期间,我学到了许多东西,遇到了一些困难,也看到了自己本身存在着许多问题。虽然开始认为导购不是 一个太难的职业,但是亲临其境或亲自上阵才意识到自己能力的欠缺和知识的匮乏。实习期间,我拓宽了视野,增长了见识,也体验到社会竞争的残酷,而更多的是 希望自己在工作中积累各方面的经验。

1.思想上随意性较大,主要因为这次的实习与自己的利益没有挂钩,没有全力以赴。

2.有时候办事不够干练,还不能很好的解决突发性事件,面对顾客的刁难无措。

3.工作主动性发挥的还是不够,对工作的预见性和创造性不够;

4.业务知识方面特别是与客户接触沟通方面没有足够的经验,所掌握的沟通技巧还不够。

5. 专业理论知识和实践应用上的差距。书本上的东西是普遍适用的,并不能直接照搬。当面对现实的某一个特定的企业时,需要灵活处理,有针对性的开展销售工作。 就我目前的知识的深度和广度而言,要做到这一点是远远不够的。有些工作看起来很简单,就有点眼高手低,但是做起来才知道并不是那么容易。

中国电信存在的不足之处与建议:

1、手机配送补给不够到位,出现了客户办理业务时却缺少业务所需的手机机型,导致许多的客户流失。建议中国电信要与手机终端厂家协调好,阻止再出现顾客想办业务,却出现缺手机的情况。

2、中国电信的资费标准相对较高,有很多顾客都抱怨电信的宽带资费标准过高,其次,电信的e家套餐办理太过硬生,就像办理e6、e9赠送手机还必须选新号 码,很多顾客都不希望换号,因为旧号已经被朋友家人所熟记,一旦换号会带来诸多不便;还有就是办理除新机外的其他电信手机绑定业务,必须用电信的号码才可 绑定,这点我们觉得无可厚非,但必须重新选号就显得有点不合乎人情,希望电信能在这些方面的政策进行调整。

3、电信有客户反映会出现一些乱收费的情况,例如我就有听到一个六七十的老奶奶所她的固话一个月竟然出现300多元,查帐单竟然出现一些根本没使用过的业 务,然后,顾客还有反应会收到一些诈骗短信,虽不是电信所为,但打着电信的名号,这都会严重影响电信的信誉和形象,降低顾客的满意度。电信对于这些问题对 要给予及时处理,时间拖越久对电信的影响越不利。

实习是我们步入社会前的第一课,教会我们怎么待人接物,如何应对处理各种事情

虽然在短短的半个月里看到的只能是工作的一个侧面,学习的只能是一些初步的方法,但这些对于我是非常重要的,也让我对销售工作的重要性有了更深一歩的了解。这次实习告诉我,在社会这个大学堂里我还是一个初入学的学生还有很长的路要走。

要抱着谦虚谨慎的态度,无论大小认真踏实的完成每一件事,走好每一步。

有时书店忙碌起来时。我也要到教辅类帮忙,这样就要求我们不能单单对自己工作部分熟悉,也要对其他方面有所了解。当有顾客向你打听其他类图书时,也要说出大概位置才行,给顾客以满意的答复。

假期最大的消费人群莫过于中小学生。学校和老师会在假期的开始为学生们推荐课外读物。而学生家长便会像接到圣旨般,带着孩子来书店买书。被推荐的课外读物的确能够增加学生们的知识,陶冶情操,但如果图书买到家后,孩子们不爱读,家长们又没时间叮嘱孩子用心学,那么这些书又同废纸有何区别呢。假期读些课外读物,能对孩子们的身心健康有很大的帮助,但却不能用统一标准来要求孩子。孩子们可以根据个人喜好选择读什么书,不能完全按照硬性规定来要求孩子。在我所负责的课外读物中,《十万个为什么》、《中华上下五千年》、《三国演义》等图书都很受低年级学生的欢迎,图书中色彩丰富的图案是吸引孩子们的主要原因。

在书店工作中,我发现了一些小问题。其一,有些旧版的儿童读物,由于纸张等原因并不受顾客的青睐,往往许久都卖不出去,新书不断运进,旧书仍摆在架子上,使得原来狭小的空间变得更加拥挤。如果书店能都将这些不太好卖的读物低价处理掉,相信还是能够为新书腾出空间的。这些书不过是纸张略差,早一二年出版的,若低价处理,相信还是能够吸引消费者的。这样既使得旧书卖出去,解决图书大量重叠摆放的问题,又使得书架子看上去更加舒服,方便导购员寻找图书,何乐而不为呢。其二,有的图书时常会遇到质量问题,或有损有缺,或其中内容有误,卖出的图书就会被退回来,这样多影响书店的声誉啊!如果出版社印刷时和排版校对过程中严谨对待,相信这样的事情还是能够避免的。学生买了缺页或有错误的图书,势必会对学习造成影响。所以希望众多出版社,能够本着认真负责的原则,严把质量关,使读者、书店、出版商三方的利益都不受到损害。

在这次实习中,我学到了许多。

一:作为书店的工作人员,要有责任心。

通过实习我了解到,导购员的工作不是那么简单,当顾客有需求时要认真耐心的讲解。顾客不像导购员,对书店的每个地方都熟悉,对书的类别不了解,所以要求书店的工作人员为顾客排忧解难,为他们找到满足需求的图书。

二:在以后的工作中,应该踏实肯干。

书店内图书的搬运和贴磁条是两项"艰巨"的任务.将图书搬运到指定位置,在书店工作中也算一项体力活,来货少则五六,多则上百,这些都是每个工作人员的任务。而贴磁条更是要求工作人员细心认真,其实这些工作都不是很累,只不过算是松松筋骨罢了。导购员每天要在书店里站八到九个小时,难免有些枯燥,而搬运和贴磁的工作无疑为导购员增添了许多乐趣。

三:学会谦虚求教于人

刚到书店工作时,见到种类繁多、名称各异的图书,我很是犯难。要将如此多的书名和位置都记下来真要下很大的功夫。当我见到书店的贾姐和唐姨能够熟练地找到顾客所需的图书,连折数都记得十分清楚,心中不由地暗生敬意。看来自己还要多向她们请教才行。经过贾姐和唐姨的指点,我很快的适应了新的工作,并将图书的类别和位置记个大概。真是各行业都有精英,要想更好的适应新的工作,就要虚心的求教。由熟悉工作的老导购员对新导购员进行指点,方能是新人更快地适应工作,使新人尽快地投入到紧张忙碌的工作中。

这次在书店的实习,时间虽短,但却给我留下了深刻地印象。尤其是同我一起工作的同事们,更是让我感到无比的亲切。同事,这是我第一次用这个词,来到书店后有许多的第一次,第一次学打包,第一次向顾客推荐书,第一次……

书店工作的日子里,使我清楚的认识到,凡事只有亲身经历,才能更好的掌握它。我们参加社会实践,能够在实践中不断地锻炼自己,积累工作经验,所以要求我们每次社会实践都认真的对待,为以后更好的在社会上工作奠定基础。

3、甲方应当建立、健全职业病防治责任制度,加强对职业病防治的管理,提高职业病防治水平。

八、劳务合同的解除、终止和经济补偿

1、甲乙双方解除、终止劳务合同应当依照《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》和国家及______市有关规定执行。

2、甲方应当在解除或者终止本合同时,为乙方出具解除或者终止劳务合同的证明,并在______日内为乙方办理档案和社会保险关系转移手续。
