高三年功课结束后，必须对三年来所学内容进行梳理、系统复习，高考英语复习不只是知识的复习，课文、词汇和语法的单纯复现，而要从语言学习的整体角度出发，复习基础知识，精练，巧练，练中点拨，增强语感，提高能力。本学期结束了，对于复习情况作一个总结如下：

高三英语复习分三个阶段，即三轮复习法。众所周知，在复习过程中是非常枯燥的，所以课堂上激发学生学习英语的兴趣尤为重要。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复习巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学习效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。我的具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度。并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业。比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空。而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练习，让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练习的复习巩固，学习效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。

第一轮主要是针对会考，复习着重扎实基础知识，不是对课文、词汇、语法的简单复现，要体现“精讲，巧练，新方法”七个字，学生的基础差，所以对一些基础知识都反复强调。复习语法、语言点，另外，每节课前利用6—8分钟定时训练一篇阅读理解，并加以重要点评，让学生明白不仅是选对答案，而且要从中了解英语国家的风土人情、文化习俗、历史人物等多方面知识。通过了每一单元标题启发学生联想、思考以培养学生的思维能力。复习对话可以让学生看图片编对话，着重训练口头表达能力。通过这样的复习方法，既教会了学生看图，为高考作文奠定了基础，又训练了口语，同时也复习了本课重要句型，两全其美。

第二轮复习是最重要的。这一轮复习对学生的综合能力进行全方位的训练。学生能否取得好成绩，最关键的就看这一轮复习的情况。这一轮复习主要是针对高考题型(听力、单选、完形、阅读、改错、书面表达)进行专题复习，同时进行综合训练。在这一轮复习潜心研读近年高考英语试题，明确备考方向。并且把复习备考的重点放在加强学生对语篇语境的语义领悟水平以及培养学生语言综合运用能力上。阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我注意到了以下几点：

1、阅读量大。阅读速度要求每分钟48.5个词以上。

2、题材多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

本学期我担任高三级(1)班、(2)班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心学习。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。

一、备好课，备好学生，上好课。

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况：

一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，(1)班的同学比较沉静，中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，而(2)班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，虽然优生比例大，但中等生也有一小部分，我备课时也注意到这点，因此教学效果比较理想。

从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。

相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。

因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

二、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。

为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。

三、注重听、说、读、写全面发展。

英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。

另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，特别是(4)班，以缩短差距。

另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导后进生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向别人学习，争取进步。
