一、多听老师的，少自作主张

虽然同学们之前经历过很多考试，但高考对于我们来讲还是有些陌生。就算有些学生在高一、高二已经做过高考题，对于自己的知识缺陷到底有哪些，高考的重点是什么也不一定有非常清晰的了解。而高三的英语第一轮复习主要就是从语法和词法两个方面帮助大家梳理知识，并对应试策略加以指导。教高三的教师大都有着非常丰富的高考经验，也都会制定详细的教学计划，因此我们在安排自己的复习内容时要尽量和老师同步，把当天复习的内容彻底搞清楚，并辅以相应的练习加以巩固。遇到不会的，应该第一时间请教老师，千万不要留到最后甚至弃置不管。

二、多用碎时间，少搞大突击

四、多做高考题，少扣模拟题

要想熟悉高考的思路，最重要的一环就是做题。近五年的高考试题，特别是有些地区新课标执行起来题型发生了变化，就更需要我们适应它。在做高考题的时候，应该注意以下几个方面：

1、时间的把控。这需要同学们一次性完成一整套试题，特别留意一下每部分自己的答题时间，并科学规划，保证在规定的时间内提前五分钟完成，留有检查的余地。

2、总结一下各部分的得分情况，了解自己的强弱项。

3、留意出题点，揣摩不同内容出题人的着眼点在哪里，做到知己知彼。当然如果真题做完了，同学们也可以试着做一些模拟题。特别是有些省市刚刚进入到新课标，有了新的题型和要求，但是相对配套的练习却比较少，这就需要我们重视近一、二年的模拟题。模拟题因为权威性稍逊一筹，因此有的题目可能较偏、较难，有的还会偏离考试大纲，希望同学们遇到此种情况及时请教老师，对于不要求掌握的内容不必深究。

五、多攻词汇表，少记课外词

词汇背诵是高考备考非常重要的一环，同学们要及早动手。在第一轮复习的时候，至少要过词意关。即看到一个单词，就能准确说出它的意思。在写作的时候，也能够找到恰当的单词来表达。不可否认，词汇量大的学生在考试的时候有一定的优势。但如果因为担心自己的词汇量不够，在考试的时候看不懂题目，而盲目地背甚至于词汇表之外的单词是不可取的。高考试卷中的单词是严格按照考试大纲中的词汇来选择的，虽然在阅读中可能会有2%-3%的生词量，但也是基于考察同学们在特定的文章中猜测词义的能力而设。因此，同学们千万不要花大量的时间在课外词上，这样只会顾此失彼。

六、多做一般题，少钻研难题

其实英语这个学科是没有难题的。同学们说的所谓的题难主要由以下原因引起：

1、单选不会做，说明基础知识欠扎实。

2、文章看不懂，这与词汇量有关。

3、答题时间不够，说明缺乏模拟训练，等等。

总而言之，都是和训练不够，功夫下得不够有关系。然而这些都不能算是难题，顶多是你没有掌握的内容。如果确实碰到了非常刁钻的题，说明它已经偏离了高考的大纲，或者为了出题而出题，不符合语言的规律，我们就可以忽略它。这种个别情况一般在模拟题中出现。

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

带完一届的高三毕业班，取得了可喜的成绩。回首今年的教学工作，真是时间短，压力大，任务重。为了做好新一轮的教学工作，我对高三英语教学工作进行了总结。

本期我担任高三101班和102班的英语教学工作，在深入分析任课班学生的现状之后，我扎扎实实地做了一系列具体细致的工作，也取得了较好的成效。

一、合理制定复习计划并注重计划的落实与完善

要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复习计划是不行的。我对《高中英语新课程标准》和《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查内容和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复习计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。

(一)立足课本，精选练习，巩固强化基础知识。

复习伊始，全面重点复习高一高二及高三上的语言点，高三下也不敢懈怠，快速扫完。强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时间小测抽查，重点对语法知识进行系统的复习并辅之以相应的配套练习材料，及时讲评;同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题;并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。

(二)加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试能力。

听力、单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复习的始终。

单项填空的特点是：内容覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识：重点突出，强调动词用法的考查;突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用，应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。我精选近几年各地的高考选择题部分给学生练习，让学生熟悉并掌握高考主要考查的.重要句型

听力：除了每周二下午班会课时间20分钟听力泛听，每周六早读精听以外，周二课堂穿插精听。不断加强对学生的集中训练和听力方法的指导，熟悉听力主要考查的题型，并通过对听力材料的分析，学会预测听力内容，初步选出部分答案和排除干扰项。

完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的能力，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。

书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不同的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：1)句型繁简适度2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3)开门见山，层次分明，承上启下4)细读提示，写全要点5)书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。

阅读理解：在整张卷面中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，一定要限定时间。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在35分钟内读完5篇短文并完成17小题的选择，选择正确答案时，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每天限时做一篇完形填空或2-3篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高，令我欣慰。

三、适时模拟，查漏补缺

我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，在此基础上精心选编几套高质量的适应性试卷进行模拟测试，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最后的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，重新编制成试题，让学生再练，我不厌其烦地为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的能力和语言领悟能力。并要求学生不断回头看以前自己做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。

四、心理疏导，树立自信

英语教学质量能否取得突破，最终取决于学生的努力程度和学习潜能的发挥。对于大多数学生来讲，考试制胜的关键就是要做到心理稳定、思路清晰，在心理、思维、体力等方面保持稳定，从容应对各种题目，最终取得优异成绩，享受成功的喜悦。因此，从一进入高三复习就应注意学生心里健康方面的教育，从生活上、学习上关心学生，多与学生聊天、交流，教给学生自我调节放松的方法，指导家长帮考生营造一个轻松的家庭环境，尽量帮助学生消除不良的心理因素，注重学生良好学习习惯的培养和正确学习方法的指导，树立起学好英语的必胜信心。

五、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优，效果良好

针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导，让优生更尖，让差生跟得上。高考成绩证明，这个措施是有力的，对高考总分起很大的贡献，学生基本上发挥了自己真实的水平，我所教的班级本科上线13人，这成绩和兄弟学校比可能有点逊色，但对我们的这种生源，我觉得已经不错了。

仔细回想，今天的成功是与我们在工作中能结合我校教学实情，切实搞好集体备课，群策群力，拼搏巧干，科学辅导分不开的，今后我们将继续努力，争取更大的成绩。

二、加强研究，提高复习备考工作的针对性

认真学习并分析高考题的类型，总结规律寻找突破口。从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性;从各类试题的研究中找趋势;开拓性地抓复习备考。在常规教学及复习备考中，我们始终坚持认真学习和研究《大纲》以及《考试说明》，按照知识的内在联系，将其要点进行分类整理，内容包括词汇、句型、语法、交际、篇章结构等方面。从而使所学的零散的，孤立的知识有机地结合起来，使已学知识网络化，形成一个完整的知识体系，从而总结出带有规律性的东西。

三、制定计划，加强复习的目标性

近年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此，在复习过程中，首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识，同时通过不断的语言练习，掌握一定的技巧。在此基础上，再通过科学系统的训练，发展能力，收到了事半功倍的效果。降低难度，回归基础，强化专题训练。

四、狠抓教学环节，优化课堂教学促进备考

注意复习课的针对性。我们把复习重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上，努力做到有的放矢。课堂上坚持精讲多练，做到举一反三、触类旁通。以学生为主体的教学原则。复习课上我们注意加强学生的操练活动，让学生多动脑筋思考问题，让他们尽可能多地举些例句，使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。

五、做好高考试题尤其是近三年高考试题的分析

高考试题具有高度的准确性、科学性和规范性，是命题人员智慧的结晶，是其他任何资料都不可替代的。通过熟悉、分析、感悟高考试题可以明确高考命题的特点、规律和趋势，总结答题的规律和技巧，培养良好的考感，尽快把自己培养成一名出色的“考试型”选手。当然，第二轮复习我们会做大量的套题，那么，做套题的时候我们应该注意怎样讲解呢?

(一)词汇复习

英语词汇的复习十分重要。词汇十分繁杂丰富，复习时要总结归纳词汇的形、义、用三方面，扩大词汇学习的深度和广度。所谓深度和广度是指归纳同义词、近义词的异同;尽可能掌握常用词的各种用法、搭配和意义，特别是那些用法和词义繁多、搭配能力强的常用基本词汇，除形、义外，还要掌握他们的适用条件、语法特点以及与其他相关知识的联系，尽可能争取训练到位、熟练运用。

(二)句型复习

对中学课本中惯用句型可按语法结构、用法等进行归类总结，如：倒装、省略、插入语、强调句、祈使句、反意问句、感叹句、复合宾语、并列等结构以及各种句型。这些句型结构也是高考命题的热点。

(三)语法复习

语法的复习不可轻视，一定的句法能力是提高语言能力的基础。不重视语法教学，势必会造成学生张口动笔就错、语言不规范。教材的语法项目编排分散，高三复习时必须相对集中，系统归纳。我们不能照搬几年前的做法，语法复习得过深过难。教师要减少单纯的语法考查，降低语法的难度，增加语境，加强语境中对理解、推理能力的考查。

(四)日常交际用语归纳

中学英语教材每一单元的对话课以交际功能为主线贯穿始终。由此，我们应对各单元的对话重新排列分类，整理归纳，使之条理化、系统化，总结出相关话题的典型句型，并设置语境让学生实践，学会运用。

(五)真对性的训练高考题型

对于完形填空题，同学们应先迅速浏览全文，理清文章结构，把握文章主旨。本着先易后难的原则，先找出部分题目的正确选项，然后带着剩下的问题对文章进行有针对性的阅读，再推敲出其余的答案。一定要紧扣语境，前后联系，前后连贯。

阅读理解一项的分值占了整个分值的四分之一，是高考试卷中的重头戏。这一题型重点考查的是理解能力。但阅读理解的训练非一蹴而就。因此，考生每天要有一定的阅读量，至少练四篇不同题材、不同体裁的文章，每篇文章的词数为400左右，同时完成四篇阅读训练的时间控制在30至35分钟。做题时，不能主观臆断，要依据所读文章，从文中找出依据。对于主旨题，例如What’s the main idea of the assage?或What’s th etext about?必须从全文了解，同时注意首段和尾段。

新增的七选五阅读题，它考查学生对短文的理解能力，考查学生的归纳小结能力。它随着掌握词汇，阅读理解能力的提高而水涨船高，所以要依然保证每天的阅读量，同时完成老师布置的此类专项练习。
