高三英语教学计划

高考已经进入了倒计时，时间紧，任务重，如何在如此短暂的时间内帮忙学生巩固旧知识，学习新知识，查漏补缺，归纳总结，从而在高考中取得好成绩，我们备课组讨论了很久，决定从以下几个方面来做：

1.保质保量做好群众备课

要真正提高高三英语的教学质量，没有一致的奋斗目标，没有共同的努力和群众的智慧，那只但是是一句空话而已。群众备课要做到：群众研讨，统一教学进度，教学目标，重点和难点，教学案一体化。大家讨论教材的重点难点，相互补充，然后写出教案，使得教学案更加充实和完善。分工合作，主要是备课和收集资料分工。

2.复习与学新课相结合

高三不同于高一、高二年级，在学生不断理解新的语言知识、增加新的语言信息的同时，要兼顾到以前所学旧知识的归纳复习。我们将强化重要的语法知识，为学生准备一些专门的语法项目，列出有代表性的常规题目和较复杂的特殊状况给学生练习。同时在教学过程中，精选精泛读材料。我们选用高二新教材作为学生的精读课本，旨在扩大学生的词汇量。透过由新翻旧，以旧带新，近义，反义，词形，搭配等各个方面来扩大词汇量，将词汇的雪球越滚越大，降低学生在阅读过程中的难度。老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以巩固学生的词汇量。

3.精选练习，精讲精练

练习的题不在于多，不能搞题海战术，我们教师就应精选练习。选的题目就应具有典型性，系统性，透过做题帮忙学生建构知识体系，领悟内在的规律，做到能举一反三。教师要精讲，讲共性的问题，多给时间学生思考、整理、归纳、消化然后加以巩固。

阅读材料除了我们选用的教材外，以《英语周报》与《38套高考模拟试题汇编》为基础，用好这两套练习，因为《英语周报》上的文章比较新，时代气息浓，篇幅多。每期精选一两篇为精读材料，两三篇为泛读材料。《38套高考模拟试题汇编》上的试题有必须的难度，我们从中精选一部分练习让学生操练，提高学生的实战潜力。

4.加强听力、写作训练与指导，合理安排综合训练

只有多听多练才可能有好的成绩。在听的过程中，加强对听力的指导：1）先研究听力材料，预测听力资料2）师生共同讨论，认真研究试题3）要带着问题去听4）要敢于舍弃，真正不会的立即放下。我们选用的《英语听力风暴》、和15套难度略高于高考的《高考英语听力》材料对学生集中训练，期望透过训练，能提高学生的听力。

对于写作，我们打算两星期一次。写得过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求：1）繁简适度2）有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3）层次分明，承上启下4）细读提示，写全要点6）书面干净、整齐、规范。教师也要遵循“粗批，快改，及时发”的原则。否则，失去了时间好处，效果就不大了。

加强对《20xx年中学生口语等级测试纲要》的使用，它不仅仅能够提高学生的口语潜力，还是一本很好的做语言积累的材料，能够提高学生的写作潜力。所以我们打算让学生每一天背一篇材料，老师透过抽签的方法每一天检查学生的背诵状况，敦促学生做好语言积累，为口语测试和写作做准备。

本班共有学生65人，其中绝大部分学生基础比较差，但进取心强。透过一年的英语学习，度也不及女学生，所以两极分化已渐出现。为了更好地搞好八年级英语教学，提高学生的英语水平，在制定本工作计划和设计教案的时候，务必做到以学生的兴趣为中心，寓教于乐，激发学生的灵感，促使学生用心思维并自觉地吸收和创造性地使用所学语言知识、展现自己的个性，切实完成“腰杆子”工程的教育教学工作。
