树立新观念,钻研新大纲,探索新教法。

二、教学工作

1、必修课。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，要特别考虑拓展学上的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法如下：

a) 狠抓单元教学,突出单元教学重点。把握好各个环节如：warming up-speaking; reading; explanation of language points, unit exercises，listening. 让学生不仅学习知识，而且得到能力的培养。

b) 增强教改意识。要整体提高学生的思想认识和文化品味。要将“教法指导”转为“学法指导”,重视指导学生思维方法的学习,要引导并鼓励学生的创新意识。相对淡化知识系统,强调运用语言的能力和语感能力的培养,重视积累,感悟和熏陶。新教材中的“口语交际”要让学生充分活动,还要采用多种形式拓展学生的英语实践活动,努力提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

2、课内课外阅读。

a) 教师指导阅读,教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b) 学生单元小结 1.积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要抄写、解释重点记忆。2. 阅读报刊文章写点评;3.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文。

c) 课堂交流,课堂内除了individual activity, pair work, group work, discussion, debate这些活动，还有课外的 team work ，duty report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

d) 英语学习小组活动,每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

3、写作

a) 根据教材的编写体例,把教本上的"写作"内容与学生练笔结合。

b) 本期拟作作文每单元1次。

c) 作文批改要讲实效,要调动学生参与,可先由学生自评或互评,再由老师点评,对其得失进行分析总结,并提倡学生写后记或重作,以期不断提高写作能力。

d) 对优秀的作文可进行交流。

4、充分利用电脑,投影仪,磁带,录像,影碟机等电教手段,适当的时候使用多媒体教室,使英语课堂更加形象,生动活泼。

四、本学期学生情况分析：

7﹑8﹑9班均为普通班。通过近一周来的摸底，已基本知道了学生的大致情况：

1.基础知识欠帐太多,主要指初中基础词汇、短语及语法,但也有大部分成绩较好的学生对上学期的知识依然很陌生。2.由于基础知识欠缺较多，他们大多数人缺乏学习积极性及主动性。对英语极为恐惧及厌恶。具体表现在：早晚自习不愿复习所学内容，尤其是早自习不愿开口读书。由于单词欠缺量大，绝大部分学生到了句句有生词的程度，其家庭作业只能乱做、乱抄甚至不做。3.由于基础知识的缺乏，必然导致基本技能的缺乏，听、说、读、写能极差，这样必然会导致课堂教学进度慢，效果差。4.大多数学生，由于听不懂课，所以课堂纪律就较差，必然导致学生学习效率低下。对于以上这些问题都必须认真对待及改正，应在上高中教材时，加强初中词汇、短语及基本语法的复习，基础相对较好，可以在上高中课文的时候顺便把课文中的涉及初中的相关知识拓展出来，要求学生记忆掌握。

一、提高课堂效率，特别重视以下三种课型

课堂是教师教、学生学的最重要的阵地。我认为在高三复习过程中，基础知识复习课，专题复习课和讲评课这三种课型是落实教学内容的关键所在。只有落实好这三种课型，并使之优化，才能真正地落实好高三的复习教学。

(一)基础知识复习课

第一轮的基础知识复习侧重帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，重点是词汇、语法。一轮复习尽管还是按照高一、高二各单元课编排的顺序进行，但是它不同于同步学习。它是一个对所学知识进行归纳整理，找到它们之间的内在联系和区别的过程，在复习过程中，我们尽量要做到将新课程标准与考纲的要求同课本结合起来，以“纲”为握，注重知识的横向联系，避免单一性，做到以点带面，点面结合，注意不受课本内容限制，挖掘词汇的内涵意义，找出它们的内在联系。比如，通过构词法进行单词复习，还有通过同义词、反义词的内辐射来复习，对词汇围绕某一核心词进行归类复习，通过图表比较复习等等。第一轮复习也是学生进行查漏补缺的最好方式。每复习一单元，我们都要求学生对自己没掌握的单词、词组、句型和语法进行摘记，让学生把厚书变为薄本。这样复习起来方便、快捷、高效。

(二)专题复习课

专题复习一般是紧接在第一轮复习之后的有针对性的强化复习，它既不同于以全面复习知识、方法、夯实基础为目的的第一轮复习，也不同于以综合训练为主提高应试能力的第三轮复习，而是就语法知识或某些方法、热点问题为专项的复习。专题复习起着承上启下的作用，具有举足轻重的地位，它既是对单元教学成果的巩固，又是对学科内知识的综合深化，是使知识系统化形成能力的关键环节，同时又为第三轮的综合训练进行了必要的知识和能力储备。我们认为课堂教学设计必须根据学科教材的特点和学生实际情况，充分体现知识的系统性、基础性、发展性，要注意引导学生梳理知识，总结规律，融会贯通，运用知识解决实际问题。主题内容的设计既要具有科学的模块性，又要有鲜明的针对性和有效的适应性。我们在教学中既要充分发挥教师的主导作用，启发并指导学生，又要充分发挥学生的主体地位，多给予学生动脑、动手、动口的机会;既要杜绝教师“包办代替”的教学行为，又要强化理论联系实际，并且注意反馈优化。通过反馈，了解学生掌握知识和技能的程度，检验教师的教学方法和教学效果，达到教师调控教学，学生查缺补漏、巩固提高的目的。

(三)讲评课，重点放在错题、热点重点、典型题、解题方法上

高三复习时，测试和练习特别多，与之相关的讲评课也很多。如何上好讲评课对强化教学效果，进一步提高教学质量具有非常重要的意义。在讲评课的教学中，我们做到“三个认真”和抓住“三条思路”，“三个认真”为：认真科学地分析试卷内容的结构;认真统计和学生的答题情况;在前面的两个基础上认真备好讲评课。比如，对那些大部分学生回答正确，只有少数或者个别学生回答错误的试题，教师不必多讲，将错误面广的问题，按知识点或性质分类，对每个类型的典型问题进行分析讲解。

“三条思路”为一，要善于揣摩命题思路，考试时，学生能正确地揣摩出命题人的意图，就不会钻牛角尖，正确把握答题方向;

二，要努力掌握答题思路。讲评时，让学生明白答题的基本思路，使学生逐步掌握答题的基本方法和技巧，同时，也要杜绝学生在答题时可能出现的错误思路，一旦出现问题，及时帮助学生分析产生错误的原因，并从中吸取教训;

三，要善于拓宽知识的思路。为了让学生全面地、系统地掌握每道题的相关内容，讲评时，教师可以以这些题为题根，从试题的深度和广度加以引申，加强知识的纵横联系，归纳总结，加大知识的摄入量。当然，每次检后及时讲评是很重要的，时间长了，学生关心疑惑问题的程度就会减弱。

二、具体教学措施

课堂上坚持精讲多练，做到举一反三、触类旁通。以学生为主体的教学原则。复习课上注意加强学生的操练活动，让学生多动脑筋思考问题，让他们尽可能多地举些例句，使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。

(一)坚持抓好阅读理解。阅读理解是高考的重头戏，占的比重最大。因此，在平时的教学活动当中我注重抓好这一环节，让学生每天都做两篇左右的阅读理解文章，提高阅读理解能力。

(二)抓好书面表达。平时针对近年高考常见的书面表达题型进行训练，并让学生利用早读时间背诵范文，熟悉常见的表达方式。

(三)听力常抓不懈。让学生每天训练英语听力。让学生适应高考的要求。

(四)抓好测试、评价、反思及鼓励工作。除了每个月的月考，每周还进行一次周练，以此来检查复习效果。根据每次考试所反映出的问题进行适时的调整及改进，并及时找相关的同学进行谈心，与他们了解复习过程中的感受，分析他们在学习中存在的问题，一起探讨解决的办法。从而使学生在学习上更具有针对性，感受到老师对自己的关爱，以更足的信心投入到学习当中。

三、高三教学的一些反思

(一)高考试题选材求新、求异的特点和向语段、语篇的理解与运用能力的考查侧重，这就要求我们教师自身在注重本学科基础知识的系统性的同时，还要注意跨学科知识渗透能力和基本技能的培养。

(二)要真正吃透高考考纲和高考对高三学生的能力考查要求，在复习教学过程中，一定要做到去粗取精，不要花费太多宝贵的课堂教学时间去讲解收效慢的知识内容。

(三)高考英语的总趋势要求高中教师要不断充电，迅速提升自身综合素质。同时要研究如何帮助学生形成适合自己学习需要的英语学习策略，这对于高三备考的学生有很大的帮助。

一、指导思想

以教学大纲，考试说明为依据，以新课程标准为准绳，以教材为基础，制订详细周密的复习计划，切实搞好高三英语复习工作,密切关注高考动态，联系学生实际，通过专项和综合训练，努力提高学生运用英语知识的能力和答题技巧，以适应新的高考形式和要求。

二、学生基本情况分析

英语学科历来是成绩较弱的一个科目，如果一个学生的语言基础没打好，那么到了高中尤其到了高三体现英语综合运用能力时期，他就会感到很吃力。我们这一届高三学生英语学习过程中就存在这样的问题。

1)基础知识薄弱。这一问题比较严重，学生们词汇量少，对于词汇及其用法，基础语法等掌握得不够扎实。这都会影响到听、说、读、写等技能的提高。

2)阅读理解能力弱。这与学生们平时不重视有关，许多学生只单纯背单词，而往往忽略了阅读或者根本没有耐心去阅读，这与高三阶段以培养和提高阅读理解能力为主的教学要求是背道而驰的。

3)写作能力弱。因为前面的学习环节出了问题，所以大部分的学生无法表述出正确的句子，更无法写出流利通顺的文章。

通过上学期期末考试成绩来看，学生英语成绩普遍不够理想，且相当一部分学生不重视英语，所以在复习过程中要注重落实考点，激发学生的英语学习热情，逐步培养学生英语能力，全面提高学生成绩。

三、具体计划

1、完成必修和选修8册课本的复习。以书本为载体，配以>和《双语报》复习已学词汇，着重夯实学生基础词汇，短语，句型的基础，并注意查漏补缺。第一轮复习的目的在于夯实基础知识，是一个学生对所学的词汇、句型知识温故知新的过程。复习的效果既要靠教师的课堂点拨，更重要的是学生的自我消化。我们在教学中要指导学生利用课上或课外的时间做好自主复习工作，强化对知识点的记忆。对特殊群体的学生做好学习方法的指导工作。提醒学生在复习过程中做好备忘录，以便在后续的复习阶段对自己薄弱的方面进行二次复习，再次夯实、补遗。

2、其间配以《名师指津好易通》穿插进行听说训练。高考英语听力分值15分，而且是学生容易拿分的项目，这就要求学生多练习听说。计划每周安排一个早读在班上和一节课在电脑室进行听说训练。要求任课老师对学生的语音，语调和朗读进行有效的辅导。

3、复习每个单元的同时利用《步步高大一轮复习讲义》，《双语报》复习各个语法专项。掌握好英语语法是写出正确英语句子，读懂英语文章的关键。

4、复习每个模块的同时，配以教辅资料《步步高练出高分》、《综合检测优化卷》和《双语报》针对高考试题中完型填空，语法填空，阅读理解，书面表达进行专题讲座和集中训练。精讲精练，努力帮助学生做到能举一反三、触类旁通，提高备考效率。在复习过程中着眼于提高思辨能力、分析能力、概括能力、推断能力和表述能力。做到每次评讲都就答题技巧问题进行一次小结，从分析思维方法的角度总结得失，以求在方法上对学生有一点启迪。

5、重视本科临界和重点临界生的辅导工作。继续落实培优补弱计划，特别注重扩大优生面，促进年级英语学科教育质量的整体推进。

四、明确要求，提高教学效率

1、在学习课程标准的基础上认真研读《普通高中新课标教学要求》和《高考考试说明》，努力准确把握复习的重点、难点和高考知识考点的分布情况并认真研究20__年高考的发展、变化趋势。

2、降低教学起点，面向全体学生。教学起点的确定要依据学生的实际情况确定，不同基础的班级要有不同的高考目标定位，运用不同的教学方法，努力使各个层次的学生在高三的学习中增强动力，学有所得，使教学效果最大化。各位老师务必了解自己班级的学生的语言知识基础和能力发展情况，了解自己班级存在的差距，以加强教学工作的针对性。。

3、调优教学进度，完善教学环节。高三课时紧任务重，怎样在有限的时间内让学生知识、能力大幅度提升。相应的教学进度安排必须有一定的灵活性，教师应从学生的学习效果考虑，不盲目赶进度，该快则快，需慢则慢。一切为提高学生成绩服务。我们在复习中应对照高考要求对原单元内容进行整合，按“复习板块”进行。突出句型、篇章知识。强调特殊情况和易错、易混情况。教师通过课堂教学帮助学生梳理出各复习板块的知识框架，突出考点、突出考点中的难点。努力使框架重点突出，针对性强。

4、加强教学反思，讲求教学实效

高三学生的时间无比珍贵。我们要努力通过反思教学发现教学活动中存在的问题，及时调整教学方案，主动将教学效果最优化作为工作目标。同时经常开展听课评课工作，指出彼此存在的问题，探讨更为合理的方法，互帮互助，共同提高教学质量。精心安排复习计划，精心备课，精心设计课堂教学程序，精心批改作业，精心选择和评讲试题，精心辅导学生。注意避免重教轻学、重讲轻练。做到三个必讲-核心内容必讲、思路方法必讲、疑点难点必讲;凡是要求学生做的练习，教师必须先做;凡是学生所做的练习，教师必须及时批阅;凡是学生做错的题目，教师必须指导学生订正，并及时组织二次练习。

备课教师要制定符合班级实际情况的短期的和长期的计划，科学安排教学进度，做到因材施教，因班施教。教师应指导学生安排好学习计划，明确各阶段学习要求，使学生有意识地跟随老师阶段性地完成学习任务，从上至下有条不紊地实现既定目标。
