本届高三学生的英语成绩普遍较差，反映出学生基础知识薄弱，解题能力较差。面对高考压力，学生的学习态度已有大的改观。在两年的高中英语学习中，大多数学生的听、说能力确有提高，但同时部分学生读、写能力没有明显提高，使用英语准确性差，单词拼写错误、语法错误百出，少数学生在学习过程中缺乏主动性和积极性。学生中普遍存在单词积累太少，好的学习习惯与方法还未养成。学生学习能力之间的差距在试卷上得到一定的呈现。大多数学生在语法和词汇、完形填空、阅读理解得分率比较低，尤其是面对较复杂的单选题，无从下手。所以在复习过程中要注重落实考点，激发学生的英语学习热情，逐步培养学生英语能力，全面提高学生成绩。

三、具体复习备考措施

(一)努力提升六个方面的认识，明确教学要求

1、对《新课程标准》、《20__年考试大纲》和20__年高考安徽卷英语试题要有深入了解，对高三一学年各阶段性教学工作的目标、任务和要求要有所了解，以加强高三英语教学工作的有序性。

2、了解自己所教班的学生的语言知识基础和能力发展情况，了解自己班级存在的差距，以加强教学工作的针对性。

3、认真研究目前使用的教材，对照《新课程标准》和《考试大纲》，准确掌握其重点、难点和高考知识考点的分布情况。

4、在新课程背景下重新审视高三英语教学模式，认真研究各阶段的教学策略和复习指导方法等，确保每一阶段教学的准确和高效。

5、在学习课程标准的基础上认真研读《高考考试说明》和研究20__年、20__年安徽高考英语试题，努力准确把握20__高考的发展、变化趋势。

6、根据新课程的教学体系及考试要求的调整变化，认真研究手头的各种参考资料和练习题，精编、精选、精练，以加强训练的针对性和有效性。

(二)努力挖掘四个方面的潜力，提高教学效率

1、降低教学起点，面向全体学生

教学起点的确定要依据学生的实际情况确定，不同基础的班级不同的高考目标定位，不同的教学方法，努力使各个层次的学生在高三的学习中增强动力，学有所得，使教学效果最大化。

2、调优教学进度，完善教学环节

高三课时紧任务重，怎样在有限的时间内让学生知识、能力大幅度提升，教学工作必须妥善安排。相应的教学进度安排必须有一定的灵活性，从学生的学习效果考虑，不盲目赶进度，该快则快，需慢则慢。一切为提高近期和远期的教学目标服务。

3、加强教学反思，讲求教学实效

高三学生的时间无比珍贵，我们努力通过反思教学发现教学活动中存在的问题，及时调整教学方案，主动将教学效果最优化作为工作目标。在备课中反思已备内容，思考这堂课这样备在那些方面会给学生在知识方面和能力方面带来收益，同事要经常开展听课评课工作，指出彼此存在的问题，探讨更为合理的方法，互帮互助，共同提高教学质量。精心安排复习计划，精心备课，精心设计课堂教学程序，精心选择和评讲试题，精心辅导学生。注意避免重教轻学、重讲轻练。

4、提倡精讲巧评，提高学习效率

做到三个必讲――核心内容必讲、思路方法必讲、疑点难点必讲;做到三个不讲――学生已经掌握的内容不讲，讲了也不会的不讲，不讲也会的不讲。凡是要求学生做的练习，教师必须先做;凡是学生所做的练习，教师必须及时批阅;凡是学生做错的题目，教师必须指导学生订正，并及时组织二次练习。

(三)具体做法

1、抓好每周教学常规，落实备课组活动

①遵守办公制度，坚持集体备课，统一计划，统一进度，有条不紊的安排教学工作;

②教学活动目标明确，重点突出，形式多样;

③作业适当，及时批改，按质按量完成;

2、严格听评课制度

The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society. And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances to us.

一、中学生学习的正确方法

达尔文说过，“关于方法的知识是最重要的知识”。许多专家学者的体会也是这样，即怎样学比学什么更重要。

中学生的学习活动，能够概括为五个环节，即课前预习，上课，课后复习，完成作业和自我安排的学习活动。这五个环节中，每一环节都反映着一个中学生的学习习惯和学习方法。

我们看那些学习优秀的学生，他们在学习方面的共同特点是:

1、有强烈的搞好学习的愿望，有勤奋刻苦的奋斗精神。此刻随着中国人生活水平的提高，不少中学生产生了贪图安逸，追求享乐的倾向。于是关于学习方法的一些谬论也在他们中流传开来。例如，“突击半年，英语就能过关”。“越不用功，成绩越好”等等。其实，每一个学习上成功的学生都是付出了艰苦的劳动的，单凭小聪明、临时突击是学不好功课的。

2、会自学。即自我制定目标，自我安排计划，自我选定任务，自我监督自我。学习的成功固然与外界的诸多因素有关，如家庭、教师、同学、社会等等。但学生本人是内因，是起主要作用的因素。一个学习好的学生必须是学习的主人，而不是学习的奴隶。他会根据自我的爱好和特点，为自我选定有期望到达的目标。他会参照教学的进度和自我所处的环境，为自我制定切实可行的计划。他明白自我今日该做什么，明天该做什么，而不是盲目地四处出击，临时应付。他内心对自我充满信心，同时又脚踏实地。自我定下的任务，自我必须要完成，全然不用教师和家长的催促。

5、认真对待中学学习的五个环节。课前预习要自觉，要力争自我读懂学会教师将要讲的东西，并发现自我不甚明了的地方。有条件的话，还应自我翻查资料，攻克难点。上课要进取参与活动，听讲要学会抓重点，笔记要记下关键有用的东西。课后复习要及时，可采用回想法，并善于概括集中。作业不但要完成，还要从所完成的作业中总结审题、解题的规律。时光允许的话，还可尝试用不一样的方法解同一道题或翻译同一句子。最终一环是自我安排的补充资料。补充资料也不要局限于做课外习题。对中学生来说，课外阅读各种书籍、听讲座、网上查询、访问各行各业的优秀人物，都是对课内学习的有益补充。

二、中学英语学习的正确方法

1、坚持使用，敢于实践。我们学习英语的目的，不是为了研究英语语言的规律，主要还是为了跟外国人交际，也就是能用英语听说读写译。这应当说是一种技能。而技能的掌握，光靠理论的解释是不行的，要在实践中反复地、长期地训练才能成功。所以，有志于学好英语的同学，应当赶快拿起文章阅读，打开录音机收听，张开嘴说。多接触英语，对英语的领悟就会加深，也就能总结出适合自我的好方法。对中国人来说，练好说的本事是不容易的，需要不怕出错，不怕别人笑话的勇气。中文英文，差别甚大，发音方法很不相同。开始练习说，肯定错误百出。这时候，必须要挺砖没有开始阶段的“胡说八道”，就没有一口漂亮的口语。

2、起始阶段要格外重视语音语调。由于读音习惯的不一样，中国人要说出标准的英语，很不容易。这就跟外国人学中文一样，让他们说出标准的普通话，也很困难。可是，为了交际的需要，我们必须下决心掌握地道的英语语音语调。中学生年龄小，是学习语音语调的最佳时期，这个时期语音方面打下好基础，将来终生受益。而中学英语说得不好，再大一些就不好改正了。目前的中学生中，很多人用心模仿外国人的读音，他们反复听录机，一遍又一遍地纠正自我的语音语调。他们利用一切机会大声讲英语，不怕犯错误，不怕别人说自我是中国式的英语，并在听说的实践中逐步接近英美人的口音。他们的作法是值得借鉴的。学习英语，应坚持听说领先的原则，尤其在起始阶段。我们看到许多初中生，甚至小学生，发音很糟糕，却在那里用心地钻研语法规则，这真是本末倒置。须知语法规则以后是完全能够学好的，而良好的发音和口语本事一过了这一年龄段就不好弥补了。

3、抓好阅读。阅读是英语学习的一个重要方面，阅读本事是从文字中获得信息的重要本事，也是中国人学习英语的最便捷的手段。中学生应从精读和泛读两方面努力。所谓精读，就是仔细读，一句话一句话地将结构和意思搞明白。对不明白的词或短语，要翻查辞典，务求弄懂。文章读完后，还要学习归纳、综合和推理确定。有时候，将比较难的英文句子译成中文对准确的理解英文很有好处。中学英语课本中的课文和一些英语名篇都能够作为精读的材料。泛读是中学生容易忽略的一种阅读方式。所谓泛读，就是泛泛一读，只求了解大意，不去研究句子结构和某些词汇的用法。泛读的材料多种多样，简易读物，中学生英文报纸，各类比较浅显的英语文章，均能够供中学生泛读。读这类材料时，不要一碰到生词就翻辞典，尽量靠上下文来猜测词义，除非一个生词反复出现，不明白意思实在影响理解全文，否则就不查。泛读还要讲究必须的速度，有时也不必逐词细看。泛读多了，语感就会强，还能逐步锻炼出跳读与扫读的本事。能够说，不会泛读的人，就不叫会阅读。

6、词汇与语法的学习。有一种观点，认为中国人学英语，只要跟着外国人说就行了，不必学习英语语法，也不要费力气钻研词汇的用法。这种听说万能论是不贴合中国国情的。中学生学习英语是有特定条件的，首先他们是中国人，中文在他们的头脑中已深深扎根，让他们在开展思维活动时完全忘掉中文是不可能的。其次，语法学习如果得法，会使学生在应用英语时更准确、更贴合英美人的习惯。另外，中学生学习英语的家庭及社会环境，也决定他们不会有较多的直接与外国人打交道的机会。他们更多地是在从事阅读的活动，而语法知识，对精确地阅读好处是很多的。

认真学习语法，就是要把英语语法的基本条条记牢，并经常运用到使用英语的实践中。背例句是学语法理论的好方法，可是中学生也不必钻研语法知识过细。因为英语毕竟是活的语言，任何规则都是相对的。有同学有一种误解，以为学好语法，英语就算学好了，其实不是。语法只是对我们语言实践活动的一种帮忙，学英语主要还是投入听说读写的实践。

关于词汇的学习，应坚持词不离句、句不离文的原则。背辞典对大部分人来说不适宜。结合句子记单词好懂，好记，还会运用。至于说词汇量，中学生应首先掌握好课本上所学的基本词汇。当然对一些感兴趣的课外词汇记一记，也有好处，但不必专门花很多时光扩大词汇量。基础打好了，词汇量问题好解决。

学习词汇能够采用“归类”的办法，英语词汇尤其适用于“小包装”的办法。因为英语单词中有同一条规律的词往往就几个，没法作为普遍法则来归纳。例如名词中常用的不可数名词为:advice， weather， progress， news， information， furniture。 名词加了“s”意思不一样的有:good (goods)， sand (sands)， thing(things)， time(times)， work(works)， sky(skies)， brain(brains)。归类能够使我们对此类词汇的特点有更清楚的认识，并对不一样类别之间的差别有明晰的认识。

一、第一学期的工作总结

高三上的教学分为两条主线：每周完成一单元的新授课(约4—5课时);每周完成1—2份综合试卷。补课的课时主要是针对语法再进行一轮的复习，以讲带练，讲练结合。从学生的反馈和成绩的终端显示来看，还是初见成效的。

二、第二学期的工作计划

1、夯实基础

基础知识是高考的“本”和“源”。所以我们第一轮的复习紧扣教材，将基础知识的整理、归纳、和运用作为根本出发点。我们计划从寒假补课开始到三月底结束高一到高三书本知识的输理。输理的重点放在高考大纲所要求学生掌握的单词、短语的用法、辨析;常用句型的使用及转换;语法点的再现。所用材料以《导与练》为主。要求学生读、背基本词汇，老师每天或每两天进行检测，逐个过关。在这期间，我们也会挑选最新试题，穿插给学生予以训练。

2、分项突破

从四月上旬开始我们将着手开始专题训练。这一阶段我们要突出完型、阅读和写作的训练。我们将参考考纲中有关高考题型时间分配的要求，强化限时训练。对于写作薄弱的学生，我们会采用“一对一面批”的方式给予他们帮助。目的旨在希望学生通过这一阶段的训练能够熟能生巧，提高速度和准确率。这部分的练习我们会采用少部分有难度的高考真题，帮助学生分析文章中长、难的句子结构。另外，我们也会关注和筛选最新的模考题。

3、综合提高

综合训练贯穿在高三英语教学的始终。我们会结合学校分配给各个学科的固定时间组织综合训练的考试。重点培养学生应试能力，积累考试的经验。

4、全面提高素质

鼓励学生针对自己的薄弱环节，有的放矢地进行训练。鼓励他们多与老师交流沟通，尤其是那些学科发展不均衡的学生，我们将会倾注更多的关爱，帮助他们提高。

三、教学内容及复习建议

(1)、3月底前结束高一、高二课本的输理和《导与练》的讲解，其间穿插各个地方最新练习的讲解。

(2)、4月底前结束语法专项及练习题的讲解，作文的训练;提供30—50篇优秀短文给学生。

(3)、4月底至5月中旬(20天左右)的时间，综合卷的仿真演练。

(4)、最后阶段着重考前指导，各班针对不同情况查漏补缺。

高三这一年，对老师和学生来说都是一次磨砺，虽然辛苦，但收获颇丰。高考英语单科也取得优异成绩，文理科平均分104。6，全市排名第十三，最高分137分。作为一名高三的英语老师，随着今年考试题型的突然变化，曾有一定的迷茫感，但同时这也是一件好事，促使我们用更多的时间去学习、研究新题型和高考，以便能够更好地教授学生。回首高三这一年来的教学工作，应该还是比较成功的。对学生的考试技巧指导及训练是有效的、针对性强的。这主要得益于我们有一个团结、合作的备课组，在此我谈谈对复习备考的一些想法和做法。

一、群策群力，集中智慧。

持之以恒地开展好集体备课活动。我们充分利用办公地点的便利条件。教师提前钻研教材，吃透重点、难点，并能提出重点、难点突破方法，各位教师积极补充、完善，做到集思广益。通过集体备课，教师明确近期和远期目标，目标具体到人，具体到专项检测、月考试卷、模拟试卷等，保证了高三英语教学的有序进行。我校高三英语备课组成员中有具有多年高三英语教学经验的老教师王志宏老师，也有教坛新秀潘婉媚老师。新老教师都能不断学习，不断完善，组内形成了较为浓厚的研讨学习氛围。

二、教师“培优”讲奉献，学生“补差”不畏难。

因为我们是外语学校，很多学生的英语基础还是不错的，我们充分激发他们的潜能，做到越来越好。但是由于各方面的原因，偏科的学生也还是不少。为了补短提优，几乎每个英语老师都能利用课后时间和学生谈心，激发他们学英语的积极性和自信心，同时指导学法，解答疑难;为学生面批试卷，把补偏落到实处，尽可能地避免学生因英语学科偏科而落榜。偏科学生能克服重重困难，坚持不懈，超越自我，英语成绩有长足的进步。

三、借他山之石，攻我校之玉。

我们深知英语教学尤其是高三英语教学决不能闭门造车，尤其是今年是新课标实施第一年，因此我们积极与兄弟学校沟通信息，多次派教师外出学习交流(如碧桂园学校，清远盛兴学校等)，并且邀请广外大的教授来我校举行英语教学讲座。这些活动营造了很好的学习氛围，极大地激发了学生们学习英语的热情，从而有助于教学成绩的提高。

四、紧扣“一个中心”，做好“三个突破”。

“一个中心”就是最大限度提高学生的英语成绩。“三个突破”就是突破完形填空，突破阅读理解，突破书面表达。这三个大题在高考试卷中分值比重大，也是多数学生的薄弱环节。

高中生活即将结束，在实高的日子里，我感到充实了很多，从幼稚的初中生活走来，来到这个中转站，养精畜锐，整装待发，为自己的梦想奏了最豪迈的号角。回想经历的日子，我学会了如何合理安排是自己的生活，远离父母的照顾，培养了独立自强的品质;我学会了如何与同学次序学习，每天的朝夕相处，让我们亲如姐妹，互相搀扶，共同进步，收获友谊相约未来;我学会了如何勤奋地学习，摒弃可以玩乐的任何机会，抓住学习的分分秒秒，全财地为梦想打拼。我相信实高生活将是我一生中最紧张而又最充实的一段经历，我深刻体会到了“严、细、快、实、恒“对于我们年轻人，对于我人的人生是何等重要，不怕吃苦、甘于寂寞、勇于探索、知难而进的品质将是我们一生的财富。感谢同学，感激老师，感恩实高，你们用各自独特而深刻的方式与我一路相伴，相信又一只振翅的雏鹰会为你们搏来天边最的一抹云彩。
