在学校教学工作计划指导下，根据高三年级组工作计划中对英语学科的具体要求，结合所任教班级的实际状况，本着着眼联考、放眼高考，拼在本学期、赢在明年高考中的理念，现将本学期英语教学计划制定如下。

一、具体状况分析及目标

在上学期的联考中，17班及格率为66。67%，18班为42。55%;平均分分别为93。12和83。77。两个班相比，18班英语成绩相对较弱一些，但总的来说，两个班学生的英语学习状况不容乐观，主要存在的问题是：语言基础知识不扎实、综合语言运用潜力差，试卷中阅读、尤其完形填空失分状况严重，改错题存在越该越错的状况，书面表达语言不规范、词不达意状况明显，存在诸多不规范现象，部分学生没有良好学习英语的习惯与潜力，高分段学生匮乏。

本学期学校指标任务是：尽量缩小与同级学校的差距，期末联考中力争保三争二。

二、教学资料及要求

本学期需要进行英语sb中unit1—unit10的教学，之后进行第一轮复习。进行第三册教学时应注重知识的前后联系，增强主干知识的系统性;第一轮复习侧重帮忙学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识(重点是词汇、语法)，夯实学生基础，抓中等促学困，进一步巩固优等生，为第二轮复习的侧重“学生专项解题潜力及综合语言运用潜力的提高、培养学生应试技巧”打下坚实的基矗

三、课堂教学特殊原则

1、坚持“学生主体”的原则

在教学过程中坚持少讲多练，精讲精练，力争做到习题讲评过程中“三讲三不讲”，即讲清重点，难点，疑点;学生会的不讲，学生能自己解决的不讲，估计讲了也不能理解的则不讲。对于基础知识题要做到：先练后讲，逢讲必练，讲后再练。

2、坚持抓“主要矛盾”的原则

所教班级学生词汇掌握欠缺，因而影响到其他各单项成绩的提高。因此始终把学生的词汇积累与提高阅读潜力放在最重要的位置。透过单词轮回记忆和长期的阅读训练，帮忙学生拓展词汇量，拓宽知识面，重点提高概括，推断潜力和长句理解潜力。

四、总体安排

1、8—10月完成第三册unit1—unit10单元新课教学，并且结合《三维设计》进行第一轮复习和语法复习。其中每周结合《英语周报》和《双语报》进行两次综合练习并写一篇作文。

2、11—10、1月进行第一轮复习。复习第一—三册，其中每周进行一次综合练习及写一篇作文。

3、2—4月进行第二轮复习，即语法专项练习及语篇综合训练，侧重潜力培养，强化技巧分析，培养学生综合运用语言潜力，提高应试潜力技巧。

4、5月—高考，根据《考试说明》进行查漏补缺，有针对性针地进行实践和语言运用潜力训练。

五、具体措施

1、高三英语第三册教学

第三册英语课程编排与总复习有必须的关系，资料丰富，信息量大，具有较强的实用性和交际性，语篇数量增多，词汇量也明显增加，是提高学生阅读潜力的好材料。教学速度加快，详细讲解新词用法，同时简要复习高考词汇惯用法，课文以阅读为主，分析篇章结构、主旨大意、作者写作意图等，培养学生分析、理解及解决问题的潜力，教师必须要做好指导工作。

2、抓好词汇复习

根据《高考词汇手册》，把词汇复习主要穿插在高三新课讲授之中，做好词汇复习工作。词汇量的大小是英语学习及成绩提高的关键因素，它极大地影响着学生其他各方面潜力的提高，因此必须要扎实、有效，争取做到长效。

Hello,everyone。My name is ，I was looking forward to going to the college in the past。Now my dream has came true。But today，I have something to say。Maybe what I say may make teacher angry，but I want to say still。I think the life of the college must be very relaxed，we do all the meaningful things that we want to。But when I came to the college，I feel the same as when I was in high school。The only difference between them is the scores of university entrance examination and the credit points 。Whats more，whaht made me very upset is that I think the college is a process of learning by ourselves，the teachers should have helped us but not order us。The duty of the teachers is only to teach us,and how to learn is our businesses。So，in a word，I dont want the teachers to keep us like birds in a cage，we need freedom，because only freedom can make us get progress in the college.

三年里通过良师的教导和自身的刻苦学习，我已初步掌握如何运用英语知识进行一般商务活动，也养成了认真对待学习和工作的好习惯!

在思想品德上，本人有良好道德修养，并有坚定的政治方向，

在学习上，我圆满地完成本专业课程。并具备了较强的英语听读写能力。对office办公和其它流行能熟练操作，并在因特网上开辟了自己个人空间。平时我还涉猎了大量文学、心理、营销等课外知识。相信在以后理论与实际结合当中，能有更大提高!

在生活上，我崇尚质朴的生活，并养成良好的生活习惯和正派的作风。此外，对时间观念性十分重视。由于平易近人待人友好，所以一直以来与人相处甚是融洽。敢于拼搏刻苦耐劳将伴随我迎接未来新挑战。

在工作上，我通过加入院学通社与合唱团，不但锻炼自己的组织交际能力，还深刻地感受到团队合作的精神及凝聚力。更加认真负责对待团队的任务，并以此为荣!

作为积极乐观新时代青年，我不会因为自己的大专文凭而失去自信，反而我会更加迫切要求自己充实充实再充实。完善自我石我未来目标。且我相信:用心一定能赢得精彩!

我在校思想表现好，尊敬老师，团结同学，严格遵守学校各项规章制度。在校期间一直担任生活委员和团组织宣传委员，因此具备了一定的组织能力，管理能力。曾还有幸担任过班才的职务，从而也具有很强的忍耐力、意志力和吃苦耐劳的品质，对工作认真负责，积极进取，个性乐观执着，敢于面对困难与挑战。我的理念是：在年轻的季节我甘愿吃苦受累，只愿通过自己富有激-情、积极主动的努力实现自身价值并在工作中做出最大的贡献：作为初学者，我具备出色的学习能力并且乐于学习、敢于创新，不断追求卓越;作为参与者，我具备诚实可信的品格、富有团队合作精神;作为领导者，我具备做事干练、果断的风格，良好的沟通和人际协调能力。

到目前为止，我已掌握了本专业的基础知识和有关网络的基本知识。在本专业中，通过对外贸函电、国际贸易、国际贸易实务操作、英语口语、听力等相关课程的系统学习，具备了基本的理论知识。除此之外，对计算机的爱好让我对计算机有一定的了解，对photoshop、coreldraw、Excell、Word 等软件能够熟练应用。还能用日语和粤语进行日常交流。

这就是我，一个积极主动、独立工作能力强，并有良好的交际技能，且上进心强，并且身体健康、性格开朗的女生。
