一、掌握学生情况

1、认真学习课标及课程教学指导意见，课程标准是落实教学目标、培养学生能力及高考命卷的依据。

2、认真研究高考。高考命卷的原则是“稳中求新”，因此有必要认真研究 年的考纲和考试说明，了解年的高考要求。同时还认真分析了近几年高考英语试卷，尤其是课改省份高考试卷，把握高考英语命题方向，特别是高考新题型，做到心中有数。注意收集高考信息，使高三英语复习不偏离方向，把有限的时间用在刀刃上。

3、精选试题，以高考经典题为重心，尽量避免“题海战”。

4、备课组认真制定教学复习计划，统一教学进度、教学要求，资源共享，切实提高复习效率。

三、有的放矢开展复习工作

依据学情，我们的学生迫切需要的是进行基础知识的复习、巩固和加深对基础知识的理解和掌握，提升期解决问题的能力,因此本学期的教学重点是“依纲靠本”，注重课本知识复习。认真抓好如下工作：

1、对语法进行系统复习，为学生分析句子打下基础。

语法知识也是做好各类高考题型的基础，我们在会考复习开始就对各个语法点进行系统的复习如名词冠词，代词，时态、语态、名词性从句、状语从句、非谓语动词、倒装等，我们尽量做到环环相扣，层层推进，再配以专项练习，达到扎实语法功底的目的，为第二轮的“强化能力”的训练做好充分准备。同时，由于在高考中语法知识是放在特定的语境中进行考查，在第二轮复习中我们归纳，分析了各类单项选择的解题技巧，尽可能创设各种语言情景来复习这些语法，从而提高学生灵活运用语言的能力。复习中，我制作了相应课件，精选了练习，为学生在阅读中分析句子结构、写作中写正确句子打下基础。

2、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高。

课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。在复习完语法知识后即对课本知识点认真归纳和总结，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。主要是以《三维设计》为主，在对词汇和句型进行复习后，再培训学生的阅读能力。

4、强化词汇记忆和运用。

每天为学生准备单词训练，每两天对所复习的单元进行单词听写，抓好词汇的巩固和记忆，加强基本词汇练习。

5、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。

本学期对学生的英语作文尽量进行面批，每次周考后，不但给出参考范文，同时也选出学生中的优秀作文，进行赏识和评点，这种作法在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学习积极性，学生在考试中不写作文的现象减少了。

四、加强学习，提升自身素质

六、听力训练作好提高成绩保障。

选用了两套听力训练，共有80套，供学生在课上或课下时间进行听力训练之用。这两套材料都是高考播音者录制的，含金量高，所以标准的听力材料成为学生最为得益的听力助手。利用每天晚自习前的二十分钟，坚持听力训练，使得学生们的听力不断提高，保持在一个较高的水准。

七、扩大阅读，培养英语能力。

课外阅读必不可少。如第一范文网站兼顾新闻、娱乐、科技、校园、地道美文等多方面内容。学生除了可以增加阅读量还可以把一些精彩的文章当作范文来背诵。这不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣，也丰富和开拓了学生的视野。

高三下学期是备战高考的最后关头，教师的教学工作计划就应以专项训练和综合训练为主，透过教学来整体提升学生的答题潜力和各种技巧。同时也就应密切关注各种高考资讯状态。下面是高三英语下学期教学工作计划，供广大的师生参考使用。

高三英语教学工作计划(下学期)具体详情：

(一)努力提升六个方面的认识，明确教学要求

1、对《新课程标准》、《考试大纲》有深入了解，对本学期各阶段性教学工作的目标、任务和要求要有所了解，以加强高三英语教学工作的有序性。

2、针对所教班的学生的语言知识基础和潜力发展状况，了解自己班级存在的差距，以加强教学工作的针对性。

3、认真研究目前使用的教材，对照《新课程标准》和《考试大纲》，准确掌握其重点、难点和高考知识考点的分布状况。

4、在新课程背景下重新审视高三英语教学模式，认真研究各阶段的教学策略和复习指导方法等，确保每一阶段教学的准确和高效。

5、根据新课程的教学体系及考试要求的调整变化，认真研究手头的各种参考资料和练习题，精编、精选、精练，以加强训练的针对性和有效性。

(二)努力挖掘四个方面的潜力，提高教学效率

1、降低教学起点，面向全体学生

依据学生的实际状况，不同基础的学生的高考目标定位，采取不同的教学方法，努力使各个层次的学生在高三的学习中增强动力，学有所得，使教学效果最大化。

2、调优教学进度，完善教学环节

高三课时紧任务重，在有限的时间内让学生知识、潜力大幅度提升，妥善安排教学工作。做到相应的教学进度安排有必须的灵活性，从学生的学习效果思考，不盲目赶进度，该快则快，需慢则慢。一切为提高近期和远期的教学目标服务。

3、加强教学反思，讲求教学实效

高三学生的时间无比珍贵，我将努力透过反思教学发现教学活动中存在的问题，及时调整教学方案，主动将教学效果最优化作为工作目标。在备课中反思已备资料，思考这堂课这样备在那些方面会给学生在知识方面和潜力方面带来收益，同事要经常开展听课评课工作，指出彼此存在的问题，探讨更为合理的方法，互帮互助，共同提高教学质量。精心安排复习计划，精心备课，精心设计课堂教学程序，精心批改作业，精心选取和评讲试题，精心辅导学生。注意避免重教轻学、重讲轻练。

复习计划围绕以提高效率为中心，我将主要分以下六个阶段进行：

1、第一轮教材复习

5、基础写作、读写任务专题训练

6、综合训练

(四)共享群众备课的成果

在个体独立思考的基础上，科学开展群众备课，汇集个体智慧，构成群众合力，构成一个具有新特点、新思路的优质教案。

(五)瞄准五个着眼点，提高教学效率

时间对高三学生来说十分珍贵，作为教师必须要提高教学效率，进而使学生提高学习质量。我将努力着眼于以下五点做到夯实基础、凸显潜力、逐步提高。

①夯实“常考点”

“常考点”也就是传统考点。高三教学中透过梳理、归纳常考点，提高复习针对性，把握好拓宽的度。我们在复习中对照高考要求对原单元资料进行整合，按“复习板块”进行。突出动词方面的用法，突出句型、篇章知识。强调特殊状况和易错、易混状况。教师透过课堂教学帮忙学生梳理出各复习板块的知识框架，突出考点、突出考点中的难点。努力使框架重点突出，针对性强。

②研讨“新考点”

透过对《课程标准》和《教学大纲》的研究，找出今昔的资料变化，在教学中作适当调整。透过对试题的研究，感知内里的潜力要求，在教学中加强方法点拨。

③突破“失分点”

我们平时的复习，基本上是按照备课组统一的复习计划进行的。临近高考时，我们要求教师根据各自班级常见的知识层面上的“失分点”，有针对性地制定“个性化复习方案”，在梳理知识网络的过程中，突出易错、易混资料。薄弱环节，重点突破。

单元复习的目的在于夯实基础知识，是一个学生对所学的词汇、句型知识温故知新的过程。复习的效果既要靠教师的课堂点拨，更重要的是学生的自我消化。在教学中指导学生利用课上或课外的时间做好自主复习工作，强化对知识点的记忆。对特殊群体的学生做好学习方法的指导工作。提醒学生在复习过程中做好备忘录，以便在后续的复习阶段对自己薄弱的方面进行二次复习，再次夯实基础、查漏补缺。

④关注“潜力点”

教学中依循传统做法，精讲精练，努力帮忙学生做到能举一反三、触类旁通，提高备考效率。注意和学生探讨阅读思维过程，着眼于提高思辨潜力、分析潜力、概括潜力、推断潜力和表述潜力。做到每次评讲都就答题技巧问题进行一次小结，从分析思维方法的角度总结得失，以求在方法上对学生有一点启迪。

⑤强化“支撑点”

强大的学习内驱力、健康的学习心理、平衡的学习心态、用心的学习参与意识是学生学习、备考的心理和生理支撑。教师不仅仅要关注学生的学习效果而且要关注他们对待学习的情感和态度。为求得收到事半功倍的效果打下牢固的情感态度基础。

总之，在新一届的高三备考过程中，总结高三教学的经验教训，扬长避短，弥补不足，根据所教班级学生的实际状况，狠抓英语基础不放松，认真、细致、有效地组织好复习工作，力争今年英语高考有一个好成绩。

本学期高三年级要加强基础知识的复习巩固，重点词汇的运用，听，说，读，写的能力，尤其是阅读能力得到加强，进一步培养学生思维能力，提高他们判断，概括，推理，辨析能力，以达到高考的要求。

为了完成上述目标，高三的英语复习教学要做到：

1认真学习考试说明，分析近几年高考英语试卷，把握高考英语命题方向，注意收集高考信息，使高三英语复习不偏离方向，把有限的时间用在刀刃上。

2坚持集体备课，统一教学进度，教学要求，资源共享，团结协作，切实提高课堂45分钟的效率。

3精选试题，尽量避免"题海战"。

第一阶段：

时间：十月中旬——十二月中旬。

内容：完成高三教材的教学：对教材中出现的重点词汇，语法进行归纳总结，同时完成《新概念》第二册的教学。

练习：《38套高考模拟试题》《课课练》。

听力：每天晚上听半小时，有练习如《听力必备》《听力通》等。

目的：以新带旧，以旧促新。

重点：新授知识，重点内容的归纳总结。

第二阶段：

时间：十二月中旬——20__年三月。

内容：对大纲高求的语法复习，结合《3+2高考冲关丛书》，对高中的三册课文复习，重点复习词汇的各种用法，同时结合默写和练习。

完成《新概念》第三册的部分课文。

练习：《38套高考模拟试题》。

听力：每天晚上听半小时，有练习如《听力必备》《听力通》等。

目的：通过系统的语法复习，帮助学生构建中学阶段的语法知识体系，提高对词汇，句法的理解，具体是对情态动词，冠词，时态，五大基本句型，名词从句，定语从句，部分状语从句，非谓语动词的复习。

第三阶段：

时间04年3月——第一次模拟考试。

内容专题训练(高考题型，如单选，完型，阅读，改错，和书面表达)，复习《高考词汇》。

练习：《38套高考模拟试题》。
