二、第二学期的工作计划

1、夯实基础

基础知识是高考的“本”和“源”。所以我们第一轮的复习紧扣教材，将基础知识的整理、归纳、和运用作为根本出发点。我们计划从寒假补课开始到三月底结束高一到高三书本知识的输理。输理的重点放在高考大纲所要求学生掌握的单词、短语的用法、辨析;常用句型的使用及转换;语法点的再现。所用材料以《导与练》为主。要求学生读、背基本词汇，老师每天或每两天进行检测，逐个过关。在这期间，我们也会挑选最新试题，穿插给学生予以训练。

2、分项突破

从四月上旬开始我们将着手开始专题训练。这一阶段我们要突出完型、阅读和写作的训练。我们将参考考纲中有关高考题型时间分配的要求，强化限时训练。对于写作薄弱的学生，我们会采用“一对一面批”的方式给予他们帮助。目的旨在希望学生通过这一阶段的训练能够熟能生巧，提高速度和准确率。这部分的练习我们会采用少部分有难度的高考真题，帮助学生分析文章中长、难的句子结构。另外，我们也会关注和筛选最新的模考题。

3、综合提高

综合训练贯穿在高三英语教学的始终。我们会结合学校分配给各个学科的固定时间组织综合训练的考试。重点培养学生应试能力，积累考试的经验。

4、全面提高素质

鼓励学生针对自己的薄弱环节，有的放矢地进行训练。鼓励他们多与老师交流沟通，尤其是那些学科发展不均衡的学生，我们将会倾注更多的关爱，帮助他们提高。

时间飞快，高三的第一学期就这样过了。在注重把握新课程改革的理念和要求，仔细研读“高中英语教学大纲”和“福建高考考试说明”的基础上，认真把握20__年高考的新动向和新趋势，本人具体分析了生情，在学期初制定好教学工作计划，认真系统进行了高三的第一轮复习。在过去的一学期里，从教学工作中积累了一定的教学经验，也存在着一些不足。现将本学期工作作如下总结：

一、具体分析生情

这一学期，本人担任的是高三(5)班的英语教学，班上的学生都是从之前带起，对每个学生的英语学习情况都比较熟悉。在抽调了个别学生到实验班后，班级学生的英语水平参差不齐，基础薄弱学生面广，整体的学习气氛不浓烈。有几个学生在本学期的会考完后完全放弃英语。

由于存在的不同学生实际，本人在教学工作中更加注重了解学生的思想状态和具体学习状况，更好地有针对性，系统性的制定了自己的教学计划，认真备好学生，备好每一堂课，多听课，评课，根据实际，不断调整自己的教学策略，注重课堂复习的有效性。

二、着力夯实基础

对于所带的理科平行班而言，绝大多数学生都存在着基础薄弱，尤其词汇积累严重不足的实际。依据这一客观事实，在学期初制定了词汇复习计划。在每堂课的教学设计中，抓好词汇复习。词汇作为最重要的部分，坚持贯穿到每单元的基础知识复习中。抓好学生对词汇的积累和运用，仍继续采用“每课十词”和“阶段总测”相结合的方式，狠抓不懈。注重学生对八级词汇的识记，介绍不同的单词记忆方法，由点到面，拓展到重点短语和常见句式的识记和积累，侧重阶段性的巩固和检测，真正落到实处，使学生的词汇量得到增加，为提高其它语言技能打下坚实的基础。

三、系统梳理语法

系统地选择语法专项复习材料，结合英语周报的的常见考点归纳，对高考的重点语法知识进行梳理，有针对性的挑选相应的专题训练，进行高考题目链接，注重随堂练和课后巩固训练，让学生在第一轮复习中掌握各个重点语法的基础内容及用法，提高句子的积累和运用。

四、注重提高能力

加强语篇训练。坚持每课进行限时训练，精挑材料，做题适量，训练及时评讲。对阅读专项训练，注重扩大量度，拓展广度，增加强度，加快速度，提高效度。日均量2-—3篇，扩展广度，指考纲规定文章题材多样，古今中外，方方面面，跟进时代，贴近生活，加快速度，指速度要达到60—70WPM。提高效度即理解的深度和准确度。在训练中，强化学生对语法知识的感悟和理解。在第一轮的复习后，部分学生的信息查找能力和分析能力得到了提高，对较复杂的长句难句进行处理。

而对于书面表达部分，通过让学生每周背诵经典句型和范文，积累优美句子和实用句式。每两周至少一篇作文，通过面批、自批、抽批相结合，加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培养，注重让学生言之有物。听力除了每周四集体听力训练外，每周结合英语周报的听力材料，再进行一次精听训练，加强学生的听力技巧运用，抓关键词和处理，分析关键信息。通过哦听，读，写的不断训练，让学生在第一阶段复习后，对英语的综合运用能力得到一定程度的提高。

在这一学期的教学工作中，我积累了一些宝贵的教学经验。然而，反思过后，还是有做的不足的地方。在接下的一学期中，我将继续努力，不断学习发展，取长补断，提高自身的能力，打好高考的攻坚战。

一、返璞归真，研读教材。

教材既是我们平时学习的主要工具，也是命题的重要依据，所以，一定要认真研读教材，“思前想后”，牢记所有的公式、定义、定理及使用条件，切实理解、掌握课本上的重要结论和典型方法。梳理知识，构建知识网络，力求做到提起一根线带起一大串。

二、固本溯源，强化主干。
