一、基本情况：

高20xx届1班(理科直播班)，现有学生56人，其中男生37人，女生19人。通过高中四学期的教学，学生的英语成绩有所提高，但仍然不够理想(如高二下期资阳市期末统考中，最高分121分，110以上5人，100分—109分有4人，90分—99分8人，共17人及格)，加之大多数学生的学习习惯不好，有许多学生不能正确评价自己，学习也不努力，不认真去完成学习过程的各个环节，给高三的教学工作带来巨大困难。希望在加强基础教学的前提下，能收到更好的效果。

二、指导思想和要求：

面向20xx年的高考，以全面贯彻落实新课程改革的教育精神为指导，紧紧围绕课改区的命题特点和命题方向，积极主动地开展教学研究工作，落实学科教学常规，营造良好的教研氛围，不断改革课堂教学，探究科学有效的高三课堂复习教学模式。针对我校学生普遍英语底子差，基础薄的实际，在平时的英语教学中，在重点抓阅读的前提下，要长期不懈地培养学生学习英语的兴趣和良好的学习习惯。

三、教学目标与具体措施

1、明确方向

面对20xx年的高考，教师必须明了高考要考什么以及怎样考;有目的有计划的组织好高考复习;否则复习就要走弯路，造成事倍功半的结局。 回顾近几年高考英语试题, 我们发现近几年高考英语试题主要围绕英语语言知识与英语语言运用两方面进行。 语言知识题的命题原则为: 在保证知识覆盖面的基础上, 尽可能增加综合性与语境化的因素。 语言运用的命题原则为: (1) 语言必须放在实际的并尽可能不同的情景中运用; (2) 语言必须适合具体的交际行为; (3) 考核焦点在于是否达到交际目的; (4)语言交际行为除了需要语言能力外, 还需要一些其他的能力。

2、具体措施

按照四种课型有针对性地进行复习：

A.习题课。做到训练目标明确，适当分层，个别指导，反馈及时。

B.基础知识复习课。做到教学案一体化，以练带讲，注重知识的创新组合，重点督查中后等生的复习效果。

C. 专题复习课。专题复习一般是紧接在第一轮复习之后的有针对性的强化复习，它既不同于以全面复习知识、方法、夯实基础为目的的第一轮复习，也不同于以综合训练为主提高应试能力的第三轮复习，而是就某块知识或某些方法、热点问题为专项的复习。专题复习起着承上启下的作用，具有举足轻重的地位，它既是对单元教学成果的巩固，又是对学科内知识的综合深化，是使知识系统化形成能力的关键环节，同时又为第三轮的综合训练进行了必要的知识和能力储备。其课堂教学设计必须根据学科教材的特点和学生实际情况，充分体现知识的系统性、基础性、发展性，要注意引导学生梳理知识，总结规律，融会贯通，提高学生在新情境中运用知识的能力。

D.讲评课。讲评课的教学要体现针对性(讲其所需，释其所疑，解其所难)、准确性(言之有据，正误分明)、系统性(纵横联系，前后衔接)、启发性(注重点拨，启发思维)，要注意启发思路，点拨题眼，引导上路。测试既是考查学生，同时也是考查教师，某一部分知识学生学的如何，水平如何通过答卷得到集中体现，教师教得如何，存在什么问题也集中反映在学生的答卷上。学生卷面问题反映集中的地方，也正是教师需要加强指导的地方。对于每一次测试、训练，在练习巡视中，在批阅试卷中要深入了解，从而掌握学生答题过程中出现的问题，为讲评试卷掌握第一手材料，从而做到有的放矢。做到分清错误类型，对症下药，抓错误点、失分点、模糊点，剖析根源，暴露学生的思维过程，解决思维受阻的原因。为提高讲评效果，测试结束后要快批快讲，提高效率，否则时间长了，学生的关心程度减弱，讲评效果也就达不到了。 四、本学年的复习思路

高三复习分四个阶段，第一阶段是分单元复习，绝不留任何的盲点，重基础，时间为20xx年9月11日-20xx年11月28日左右。第二阶段是专题复习，根据考纲要求和学生实际依据题型设立专题复习，并穿插一些语法讲解。时间大约20xx年12月1日-20xx年4月17日左右，目的是提高学生的解题解力。第三阶段是以考带练，提高学生的综合解题能力，时间大约20xx年4月20日-20xx年5月29日。第四阶段再度回归教材，让学生对照书本再系统梳理各知识点，并做少量的题，以最佳的状态迎接高考，时间约为20xx年6月1日-20xx年6月12日。

一、指导思想

根据《新高中英语课程标准》要求，针对学生实际，确定高三英语教学计划;密切关注20xx年英语高考的动向，及时采取应对策略，帮助学生构建完整的知识网络结构;通过强化训练，使学生的听、说、读、写综合运用语言的能力得到明显提高，并逐步与高考接轨，最终达到高考要求;通过周练、月考、阶段性测试等训练形式培养学生良好的答题习惯和应试能力。

二、学生情况分析

今年任教高三(2)，(6)班英语，根据高二期末考试的情况来看，我所认教的两个班的英语学习状况非常不容乐观。其中高三(2)班是理科班，大部分学生英语成绩差，有几位可以说没有什么基础，可喜的是还有少量学生蛮喜欢英语，比较上进。高三(6)班是文科班，由于之前没教他们，对他们情况并不了解，因此这有待于以后多观察，及时做好有效的方法适应学生。主要存在的问题是，学生水平参差不齐，优生少，中等生多，差生也多。基础知识不扎实， 学生的语言运用能力较差，阅读与完形的失分现象普遍，书面表达明显存在诸多不规范现象。

三、教学复习策略

仔细研究新课标考区的历届高考真题和省考试说明，把握考试趋势。按《新课标》英语考试要求命题，要求学生掌握3300个单词，400-500个短语和惯用语，因此在教学中加强阅读教学，扩大词汇量。夯实基础，提高英语综合运用的能力。注重遣词造句的多样性，提高书面表达能力。

在复习新课标高一高二课本时，依托教材，重点落在阅读、听力和写作三方面，注重词汇的巩固与拓展。帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，(重点是词汇，语法。)夯实学生基础，抓住中等生，促进学困生，进一步提高优等生。

四、教学复习措施

1.抓好词汇复习： 词汇是高中英语最基本的要素，它好比是人身体上的肉，而语法是人身体上的骨骼，两者一起组成了人体，所以高中英语复习关键是词汇复习。我们打算把词汇复习穿插在高三新课讲授之中，主要根据《高考词汇手册》。

2.夯实语法知识的基础，并作进一步的提高。 对学生进行语法专项指导，各个击破，一一掌握。并加以单项选择的解题技巧，提高学生分析问题和解答问题的能力。我们计划在授新课时结合《优化设计》进行语法复习，然后在第二轮复习时进行语法专项指导与练习。

3.听力训练常抓不懈 高考英语听力30%加入总分，这在试卷中占了相当大的比例。要得高分，这就要求学生平时多练习英语，多做听力练习。

4.加强语篇训练，进行限时阅读 有专家曾说过英语高考在某种程度上是一种速度的竞赛。因此在高三总复习中，将语篇训练作为贯穿高三英语的主线，是十分重要的，也是新教材、新大纲和新考纲所要求的。语篇训练不仅包括阅读理解，还包括完形填空，短文改错和书面表达。

在这四项专题训练中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，一定要限时间，根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们应限制在40分钟内完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案是，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等获取所需要的信息，并对照答案，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求自己在单位时间内每天做一篇完形填空或阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，阅读速度和正确率定会日渐提高。因此每天必须让学生有阅读材料阅读并及时评讲。

5.重视书面表达 书面表达所需要的时间大约是20-25分钟，建议学生每两周选择一至二个体裁的短文进行自我训练，并与参考译文进行对比，看看自己文章中的要点是否齐全，语言运用是否恰当，并有针对性的记忆一些参考译文中的句子，好短语，只要坚持写作，不断修改，写作能力会得到提高的。每两周至少一篇作文，通过面批、自批、抽批相结合，加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培养。

五、教学具体安排

根据高考的最新信息和学生在复习备考中出现的问题，不断寻找新途径，去解决备考过程中出现的问题。

两个班级学生都要进行词汇训练，暂定利用《高考英语词汇背诵手册》印单词让学生背。利用《优化设计》进行第一轮的复习，书面表达想用20xx全国各地高考试题让学生在早读期间背熟。

将近一年的工作让我明白了这样一个道理，教书育人是一件长期而艰辛的工作，同时也是一件充满乐趣的工作。俗话说，学高为师，身正为范。这句话给每一个教育工作者提出了很高的要求。作为一名教育工作者，不仅需要学高，也就是坚持不懈的长期的从事于业务的钻研，从极为广泛的知识空间中不断的提高自己的素养;而且，我们还要始终如一的严于律己，不断地规范自己的行为，当然还不是刻板的不近人情的形象，但是这的确是对每一位教育者的一种要求。这的确是不容易做到事，难就难在始终如一。

记得刚工作的时候，办公室里的老师们就跟我开玩笑，问我有没有信心应对即将到来的工作。我当时很自信的回答可以。可是心中却有分不确定。想想自己一下子要完成从一名大学生到一名教师的转变还真不是说做到就能做到的。记得当初我便为自己制定了两个原则：不请假;尊重学生，相信学生。首先，这个不请假就包含着很多内涵。这体现了自己的自律精神。需要排除一切有可能导致请假的原因。无论是主观的还是客观的，这就要求自己起码不能生重病，而不生重宾或不生病就需要一种非常健康的生活规律。在这一点上，我享受到了这样生活给我带来的充实和满足的感受。其次，尊重和相信学生则又使我经过一段时间的班主任工作后重新获得了很多有益的认识。我觉得，所有工作的起点应该是对于学生的爱。现在，我觉得这两条自己做的不错还不错，不过还需要进一步深入的理解和实践，在日常的工作中增加经验，培养自己良好开放的心态。

先说说班主任工作。

班主任工作对我来说是一次全新的体验和持续不断的思考及总结。从根本上看，德育工作的意义在于根据学生自身的特点，通过班主任的工作，使学生获得一些优秀的品质。品质这个词在心理学看来过分狭隘，它应该还包括个性、性格、道德、情操等多方面的内容，我在这里不作过细的分类，仅以平常的习惯称谓来概括以上种种。

要达到这样一个目标，班主任最需要具备什么素质呢?这是一个很难回答的问题。它并不是随意给一个答案就像文化快餐那样能立竿见影的给人以某种心理满足。这个问题的答案是在不断的变化中得出，并且还要不断调整的。原因并不复杂。班主任面临着一个思想多样化，多变化的学生群体。难就难在也许我的一个想法在很好的解决了一部分问题之后，不久就会被随之出现的新问题所抛弃。时常感到自己在跟着学生转。即使自己的做法力求恰当的良好示范作用依然会有新的问题出现。说得通俗一点，班主任为人师表，尽心工作，可是还有可能得不到学生的理解。举个例子，遇到学生迟到情况班主任该怎么办?也许很简单，批评，责令改正，如果不改，就要处罚。可是实际效果却不好。因为迟到也不尽然是件简单的事情。首先，在学生看来，迟到有不同的原因，有的原因学生会自我原谅自己，有的原因的确是不应该的，这个时候，如果班主任依然简单处理，粗暴如常，很可能会造成师生间的心理隔膜。

同时，如果班主任因为学生迟到的原因是可以原谅的，而对迟到的学生轻易开绿灯，却没有让其他学生知道你的做法是合理的，并没有包庇或是纵容迟到的学生的话，你的行为又可能带来新的麻烦。这个事例给我带来启示。班主任是以一个管理者和教育者的双重身份存在于学生面前的。作为前者，班主任必须有一套自始自终，完整而系统的管理方法。通过这套方法可以让班级成员在一个规范的秩序之下学习生活。另外，作为后者，班主任必须在处理具体问题时全面和细致。特别对于重点问题作重点处理。比如班里出现的重点不良学生，应通过积极有效的方式来重点对待。除此以外，我更加重视学生自身管理的问题。我觉得培养一个良好的学生管理及工作队伍将在整个班级管理工作中起到十分重要的作用。班主任应做好班干部的选用及培养工作，以及把它们纳入整个班级的管理体系之中。关于这个问题，也是一个值得思考和探索的问题。我认为应该在如何培养班委的个人工作能力，如何让它们及时有效地反映班级的最新情况，以及对这些情况作出合理的解决方案，最后加以实施两个方面进行考虑。

下面对本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、进行了英语学情分析。

本届高复班学生20__年高考分数不太理想，没有一个学生能达到优秀(120分)档次，而且过百分的学生比例仅有20%，大多学生的高考英语分数在及数线上下。不少学生感到英语特别难学，对英语学习比较头疼。开学之初即对学情进行了认真分析。在日常教学中认真落实因材施教和因人施教。

二、把教学计划落到实处。

本年度教学工作重心即在进行基础知识的复习上巩固和加深对基础知识的理解和掌握，提升期解决问题的能力，所以教学工作安排上把重心放在了对课本知识的复习上。三轮复习中，首轮复习是从20__年8月中旬到20__年3月中旬，内容是高一年级课本22个单元，高二年级课本20个单元，高三年级课本16个单元。对这58个单元的复习安排是第一学期复习到高三年级第6单元(20__年1月底)。课本复习安排是每单元课本复习用时1节课，优化设计1节课，英语周报1课时，单元基础知识总结和反馈1课时。平时复习中把

高中英语复习语法项目中的13个专题适当融合进去。通过练习和讲解，增强学生对语法的理解和对英语用法的复习巩固。

三、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高。

课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。从开学之初即对课本知识点认真归纳和总结，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。英语周报的运用是今年教学工作的一大幸事。人教修订版高考复习版英语周报成了学生的良师，也成了我英语教学中的益友。第一学期共26期，无论是单元复习版和高中英语知识点专题版都是题目中的精品。我立足报纸，认真把握教学工作中的练习环节。

五、扩大阅读，培养英语能力。

课外阅读必不可少，这学期《21世纪学生英文报》高三版为班级大纸三分之二的学扩大了眼界。报纸兼顾新闻、娱乐、科技、校园、地道美文等多方面内容。一些成绩优秀的学生把这些精彩的文章当作范文来背诵。这不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣，也丰富和开拓了学生的视野。

六、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。

本学期为近十个学生的英语作文进行多次单独批阅，并从中选出部分佳作为他们投稿。20__年12月3日的《21世纪学生英文报》高三版和高二版发表了学生撰写的英语文章。这在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学习积极性。
