一、临战的心态

二、英语课的教学

英语课的上课环节基本上不会有太大的变动，与其在这种关键时刻做出大改动，还不如保持基本节奏的情况下慢慢加快速度。但是在高三上学期，我要将所有的知识点从简单开始再复习一遍，不过因为是高三复习的速度也会非常快。

基础复习阶段会稍微减慢速度，除了复习基础以外，也是为了照顾那些基础不好的同学，让他们赶紧赶上来。

三轮复习仅仅围绕试卷讲评课，依据“粗批、快练、及时讲”的时效性原则，尽量联系先前试卷中的问题，充分借助金山词霸、牛津高阶字典等资源，制作讲评课课件，努力做到一节课突出一个小专题，一节课解决一类问题。

3、研究学生的情商培养模式。以文本为载体，引领学生感悟语言魅力，提高文学鉴赏与审美能力。我们借鉴具体的阅读文本，带领学生一起欣赏语言的情感色彩、环境渲染、刻画人物等所用到的精妙词汇、句型结构与地道的表达，领略记叙文的生动描写、议论文的严密逻辑、说明文的准确、有序。而对这些能力的考查无不渗透在高考试题的方方面面。

我们还利用刊杂志上的成功案例，激励广大学生，做最优秀的垣中学子：志存高远、坚忍不拔、脚踏实地、严谨缜密、雄视天下。鼓励同学们发扬团队的力量，相互鼓励，相互学习，争取小组内学生全升一本A，鼓励班级全达线。

三、以务实的精神做好教学过程中的每一个环节

在工作中，我们认识到，要做好高三教学工作，就必须做到“以纲为本，以卷为准，以分为线，以实为根。”学生成绩的提升，基础是词汇，重点在落实，突破靠训练，提升靠总结，记忆靠重复。而这些，都要求我们扎实做好教学过程的各个环节，用逐一落实的语言知识与训练、改错的实际效果来增强学生不断奋斗、不断前进的自信心与上进心。

就以早读为例，我们依据高考主干知识，紧扣近五年高考试题中的名词、动词、形容词等内容，编写早读材料。老师们分工合作，各自承担一部分编写任务，选题、归类、校对、排版，制作成一期期的专项早读识记卡片，印发到学生手中。这样的材料，我们共编辑了55期。

一年来，我们高三英语组坚持早读提前20分钟到位，早读最后10分钟，采取多种方式落实学生识记内容的做法，雷打不动。对于识记不过关的学生降低标准、耐心辅导。主要分为集体默写与个人黑板展演，以及卷子收交后，专门留下部分有问题的学生抽查等形式。重点看卷面书写的整洁度、背诵与默写的准确度、理解水平。及时有效地进行积极评价，激励学生进步并给以具体的学法指导。另外还要进行及时的思想沟通与交流，提出具体的要求(目标要求，具体任务以及推荐一些有效地做法等)，表达教师对于该同学的优点的认可，委婉地提出不足与建设性的改进意见，让学生内心里感受得到教师殷殷的关切与期待。

四、教师精神风貌、工作作风是完成高三任务的最基本保障

好作风就是战斗力，好作风就是好成绩。一年来，我们英语组全体教师相互支持，互相鼓励，坚持“以人格做教育，凭良心进课堂，靠追求忙事业。”尽管待遇很低、任务繁重，经常不放假，为人父母、为人子女、为人朋友，欠下了不少的人情债，尽管偶尔也有怨言，发一发牢骚，但是，只要一踏进教室，一走进课堂，每一个人都会精神焕发，激情飞扬。因为大家心里有爱，有责任，有良知。
