二、教学工作

1、必修课。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，要特别考虑拓展学上的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法如下：

a) 狠抓单元教学,突出单元教学重点。把握好各个环节如：warming up-speaking; reading; explanation of language points, unit exercises，listening. 让学生不仅学习知识，而且得到能力的培养。

a) 教师指导阅读,教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b) 学生单元小结 1.积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要抄写、解释重点记忆。2. 阅读报刊文章写点评;3.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文。

c) 课堂交流,课堂内除了individual activity, pair work, group work, discussion, debate这些活动，还有课外的 team work ，duty report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

d) 英语学习小组活动,每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

a) 根据教材的编写体例,把教本上的"写作"内容与学生练笔结合。

b) 本期拟作作文每单元1次。

c) 作文批改要讲实效,要调动学生参与,可先由学生自评或互评,再由老师点评,对其得失进行分析总结,并提倡学生写后记或重作,以期不断提高写作能力。

四、本学期学生情况分析：

7﹑8﹑9班均为普通班。通过近一周来的摸底，已基本知道了学生的大致情况：

1.基础知识欠帐太多,主要指初中基础词汇、短语及语法,但也有大部分成绩较好的学生对上学期的知识依然很陌生。2.由于基础知识欠缺较多，他们大多数人缺乏学习积极性及主动性。对英语极为恐惧及厌恶。具体表现在：早晚自习不愿复习所学内容，尤其是早自习不愿开口读书。由于单词欠缺量大，绝大部分学生到了句句有生词的程度，其家庭作业只能乱做、乱抄甚至不做。3.由于基础知识的缺乏，必然导致基本技能的缺乏，听、说、读、写能极差，这样必然会导致课堂教学进度慢，效果差。4.大多数学生，由于听不懂课，所以课堂纪律就较差，必然导致学生学习效率低下。对于以上这些问题都必须认真对待及改正，应在上高中教材时，加强初中词汇、短语及基本语法的复习，基础相对较好，可以在上高中课文的时候顺便把课文中的涉及初中的相关知识拓展出来，要求学生记忆掌握。

根据《新高中英语课程标准》要求，针对学生实际，确定高三英语教学计划；密切关注20xx年英语高考的动向，及时采取应对策略，帮忙学生构建完整的知识网络结构；透过强化训练，使学生的听、说、读、写综合运用语言的潜力得到明显提高，并逐步与高考接轨，最终到达高考要求；透过周练、月考、阶段性测试等训练形式培养学生良好的答题习惯和应试潜力。

二、学生状况分析

今年任教高三（2），（6）班英语，根据高二期末考试的状况来看，我所认教的两个班的英语学习状况十分不容乐观。其中高三（2）班是理科班，大部分学生英语成绩差，有几位能够说没有什么基础，可喜的是还有少量学生蛮喜欢英语，比较上进。高三（6）班是文科班，由于之前没教他们，对他们状况并不了解，因此这有待于以后多观察，及时做好有效的方法适应学生。主要存在的问题是，学生水平参差不齐，优生少，中等生多，差生也多。基础知识不扎实，学生的语言运用潜力较差，阅读与完形的失分现象普遍，书面表达明显存在诸多不规范现象。

三、教学复习策略

仔细研究新课标考区的历届高考真题和省考试说明，把握考试趋势。按《新课标》英语考试要求命题，要求学生掌握3300个单词，400－500个短语和惯用语，因此在教学中加强阅读教学，扩大词汇量。夯实基础，提高英语综合运用的潜力。注重遣词造句的多样性，提高书面表达潜力。

在复习新课标高一高二课本时，依托教材，重点落在阅读、听力和写作三方面，注重词汇的巩固与拓展。帮忙学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，（重点是词汇，语法。）夯实学生基础，抓住中等生，促进学困生，进一步提高优等生。

四、教学复习措施

1.抓好词汇复习：词汇是高中英语最基本的要素，它好比是人身体上的肉，而语法是人身体上的骨骼，两者一齐组成了人体，所以高中英语复习关键是词汇复习。我们打算把词汇复习穿插在高三新课讲授之中，主要根据《高考词汇手册》。

2.夯实语法知识的基础，并作进一步的提高。对学生进行语法专项指导，各个击破，一一掌握。并加以单项选取的解题技巧，提高学生分析问题和解答问题的潜力。我们计划在授新课时结合《优化设计》进行语法复习，然后在第二轮复习时进行语法专项指导与练习。

3.听力训练常抓不懈高考英语听力30%加入总分，这在试卷中占了相当大的比例。要得高分，这就要求学生平时多练习英语，多做听力练习。

4.加强语篇训练，进行限时阅读有专家曾说过英语高考在某种程度上是一种速度的竞赛。因此在高三总复习中，将语篇训练作为贯穿高三英语的主线，是十分重要的，也是新教材、新大纲和新考纲所要求的。语篇训练不仅仅包括阅读理解，还包括完形填空，短文改错和书面表达。在这四项专题训练中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，必须要限时间，根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们应限制在40分钟内完成20道小题的选取。在选取正确答案是，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等获取所需要的信息，并对照答案，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求自己在单位时间内每一天做一篇完形填空或阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，阅读速度和正确率定会日渐提高。因此每一天务必让学生有阅读材料阅读并及时评讲。

5.重视书面表达书面表达所需要的时间大约是20-25分钟，推荐学生每两周选取一至二个体裁的短文进行自我训练，并与参考译文进行比较，看看自己文章中的要点是否齐全，语言运用是否恰当，并有针对性的记忆一些参考译文中的句子，好短语，只要坚持写作，不断修改，写作潜力会得到提高的。每两周至少一篇作文，透过面批、自批、抽批相结合，加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培养。

五、教学具体安排

根据高考的最新信息和学生在复习备考中出现的问题，不断寻找新途径，去解决备考过程中出现的问题。

两个班级学生都要进行词汇训练，暂定利用《高考英语词汇背诵手册》印单词让学生背。利用《优化设计》进行第一轮的复习，书面表达想用20xx全国各地高考试题让学生在早读期间背熟。

(一)努力提升六个方面的认识，明确教学要求

2、了解自己所教班的学生的语言知识基础和能力发展情况，了解自己班级存在的差距，以加强教学工作的针对性。

3、认真研究目前使用的教材，对照《新课程标准》和《考试大纲》，准确掌握其重点、难点和高考知识考点的分布情况。

4、在新课程背景下重新审视高三英语教学模式，认真研究各阶段的教学策略和复习指导方法等，确保每一阶段教学的准确和高效。

5、在学习课程标准的基础上认真研读《高考考试说明》和研究XX年、XX年安徽高考英语试题，努力准确把握XX高考的发展、变化趋势。

(二)努力挖掘四个方面的潜力，提高教学效率

1、降低教学起点，面向全体学生

教学起点的确定要依据学生的实际情况确定，不同基础的班级不同的高考目标定位，不同的教学方法，努力使各个层次的学生在高三的学习中增强动力，学有所得，使教学效果最大化。

2、调优教学进度，完善教学环节

高三课时紧任务重，怎样在有限的时间内让学生知识、能力大幅度提升，教学工作必须妥善安排。相应的教学进度安排必须有一定的灵活性，从学生的学习效果考虑，不盲目赶进度，该快则快，需慢则慢。一切为提高近期和远期的教学目标服务。

3、加强教学反思，讲求教学实效

I am open-minded, willing and have broad interests like basketball, reading and especially in engineering such as software programming, website design, hardware design. For example, during the past four years, I have accomplished two websites: one is the website of our school, and the other is the website of the doctor forum of china 20xx. Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and have written some application programs. In July in the last year,I finished my graduate project with flying colors,which was a software application about Image Process . In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.

4.为什么想读研,将来愿意从事的方向,读研时的打算

Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but not be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability. So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.

The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society. And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances to us.
