回想学生时代学习英语也算是一段心酸的历程了，对于听力和写作我是厌倦至极，然而我却对背单词情有独钟，也许正是因为如此我的词汇量还好，英语阅读也不差，从而让我的英语成绩不至于太差。

我之所以喜欢背单词那是因为我觉得每背会一个单词都会让我有成就感。我不太喜欢直接去背诵一个生词本，因为我感觉那是一件很无聊的事情。倘若直接给我一个生词本(比如说四级词汇)，也许我很长时光都背不会。我背单词的主要方式是在阅读中不断的去积累理解。在阅读时碰到不会的词我就会标出来然后去查词典，最终在文章的末尾我会把这些词集中列出来构成一个词表，并且把这些词的词形相似或或词义相似的易混淆的单词也列出来一块儿记忆。之后我会多次记忆这个词表，并且会多次阅读文章深刻理解这些单词在文章中的含义。虽然这样很耗时光，但细想起来还是蛮划算的，一方面深刻理解了这些生词的意思，另一方面还巩固了容易跟这些生词混淆的那些单词，这倒不失为一个好的背单词的方法。

那时候我常常在想，如果能找一些包含这些生词的文章或例句阅读，从而巩固记忆那该有多好，当时找了很多背单词的软件都没有这个功能。我也时常在想我的词汇量大概有多少了，各个单词掌握情景又是怎样的呢?有没有个软件能够帮我理一下，如果这个软件还能够根据我的词汇掌握情景列出个单词表让我记忆从而到达巩固我词汇量的效果那该有多好，当时找了很多软件也没有这个功能。当时我还想，如果这个软件还能够根据我的词汇掌握情景向我推荐一些适合我阅读的英文文章，那不妙极了，可惜没有这样一款软件。此刻好了，词词通帮我实现了愿望。

一、指导思想

根据《新高中英语课程标准》要求，针对学生实际，确定高三英语教学计划;密切关注20__年英语高考的动向，及时采取应对策略，帮助学生构建完整的知识网络结构;通过强化训练，使学生的听、说、读、写综合运用语言的能力得到明显提高，并逐步与高考接轨，最终达到高考要求;通过周练、月考、阶段性测试等训练形式培养学生良好的答题习惯和应试能力。

二、学生情况分析

今年任教高三(2)，(6)班英语，根据高二期末考试的情况来看，我所认教的两个班的英语学习状况非常不容乐观。其中高三(2)班是理科班，大部分学生英语成绩差，有几位可以说没有什么基础，可喜的是还有少量学生蛮喜欢英语，比较上进。高三(6)班是文科班，由于之前没教他们，对他们情况并不了解，因此这有待于以后多观察，及时做好有效的方法适应学生。主要存在的问题是，学生水平参差不齐，优生少，中等生多，差生也多。基础知识不扎实，学生的语言运用能力较差，阅读与完形的失分现象普遍，书面表达明显存在诸多不规范现象。

三、教学复习策略

仔细研究新课标考区的历届高考真题和省考试说明，把握考试趋势。按《新课标》英语考试要求命题，要求学生掌握3300个单词，400-500个短语和惯用语，因此在教学中加强阅读教学，扩大词汇量。夯实基础，提高英语综合运用的能力。注重遣词造句的多样性，提高书面表达能力。

在复习新课标高一高二课本时，依托教材，重点落在阅读、听力和写作三方面，注重词汇的巩固与拓展。帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，(重点是词汇，语法。)夯实学生基础，抓住中等生，促进学困生，进一步提高优等生。

四、教学复习措施

1.抓好词汇复习：词汇是高中英语最基本的要素，它好比是人身体上的肉，而语法是人身体上的骨骼，两者一起组成了人体，所以高中英语复习关键是词汇复习。我们打算把词汇复习穿插在高三新课讲授之中，主要根据《高考词汇手册》。

2.夯实语法知识的基础，并作进一步的提高。对学生进行语法专项指导，各个击破，一一掌握。并加以单项选择的解题技巧，提高学生分析问题和解答问题的能力。我们计划在授新课时结合《优化设计》进行语法复习，然后在第二轮复习时进行语法专项指导与练习。

3.听力训练常抓不懈 高考英语听力30%加入总分，这在试卷中占了相当大的比例。要得高分，这就要求学生平时多练习英语，多做听力练习。

4.加强语篇训练，进行限时阅读有专家曾说过英语高考在某种程度上是一种速度的竞赛。因此在高三总复习中，将语篇训练作为贯穿高三英语的主线，是十分重要的，也是新教材、新大纲和新考纲所要求的。语篇训练不仅包括阅读理解，还包括完形填空，短文改错和书面表达。在这四项专题训练中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，一定要限时间，根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们应限制在40分钟内完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案是，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等获取所需要的信息，并对照答案，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求自己在单位时间内每天做一篇完形填空或阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，阅读速度和正确率定会日渐提高。因此每天必须让学生有阅读材料阅读并及时评讲。

5.重视书面表达书面表达所需要的时间大约是20-25分钟，建议学生每两周选择一至二个体裁的短文进行自我训练，并与参考译文进行对比，看看自己文章中的要点是否齐全，语言运用是否恰当，并有针对性的记忆一些参考译文中的句子，好短语，只要坚持写作，不断修改，写作能力会得到提高的。每两周至少一篇作文，通过面批、自批、抽批相结合，加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培养。

五、教学具体安排

根据高考的最新信息和学生在复习备考中出现的问题，不断寻找新途径，去解决备考过程中出现的问题。

两个班级学生都要进行词汇训练，暂定利用《高考英语词汇背诵手册》印单词让学生背。利用《优化设计》进行第一轮的复习，书面表达想用20__全国各地高考试题让学生在早读期间背熟。

二 在课堂上增强上课技能，提高上课的质量。在课堂上尽量使用形体语言，让孩子可以简单明了的了解这堂课的内容，以便培养孩子对英语的兴趣。在课堂上，尽量做到精简精炼。老师尽量少说多让孩子动手动脑。同时在每一个课堂上充分考虑每一个层次的学生的学习需求及学习能力。对于一些基础较好的孩子，在提问时可以提问一些较难的问题，但对于一些基础不是很好的孩子，提问一些简单的问题。在让孩子练习时，注重让孩子举一反三，一个句子，变成各种句式，尤其是针对一些班里有初一的学生的班，句型是他们现在最难弄清楚的地方。从老教师那里吸取经验，学习讲一些比较难讲的知识点或题型的方法，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，做到线索清晰，层次分明。在出示新的内容时要确保每个孩子都集中精力，可以用比较好玩的方式吸引孩子。要在课堂上特别注意调动孩子孩子的积极性，多和孩子沟通，充分体现学生的主体作用。尽量采用分组的方式，可以增强孩子的团体意识，及严于律己的能力。

三 精心布置作业及批改作业

1.在布置作业的时候， 要根据自己的讲课内容及课堂重点来布置作业，尤其是一些比较难理解或难掌握的地方，同时也要根据各个级别的要求及规则以及孩子的实际情况，来布置本堂的作业，尽量保证孩子基本掌握所学的内容。另外，要严格要求孩子在家里听录音，以便让孩子做好巩固复习，让孩子坚持每天听15至20分钟的录音。

2.在批改作业的时候，首先要做到认真批改。及时记录班里的实际情况，把错误的地方记下来，以便在课堂上给孩子纠正易错的地方。在孩子的作业本上将错误标记清楚，让孩子一眼就能看出自己的错误，并把正确的单词或句子写在孩子的作业本上，即使让孩子更正。在写孩子批语的时候，注意自己的的言语，如果孩子做的不是很好，要用委婉的语气告诉孩子，并加以鼓励。对于书写认真的孩子及书写进步的要及时表扬，以便增强孩子的信心。

四 理清自己的教学方向孩子学英语，不仅仅要培养孩子兴趣，还要提高孩子的能力。对于能力较好的孩子要求他们背一些文章，鼓励孩子自己读句子或者文章，从而提高孩子的阅读能力，为初中的学习打基础。在这一年的教课过程中，我意识到了自己的不足，重要的是在下个学年如何提高自己的能力，以及提高孩子的英语学习兴趣和孩子的英语水平。因此，这就要求自己要多向老教师学习，积累经验和教训，争取更大的进步。

一、加强教育教学理论学习，提高教师理论素养

1、本学期重点学习了《英语课程标准》和《英语课程标准解读》等有关课程改革的材料。学习课程改革专著《新课堂新评价》和《有效备课》。学习了有关教学的《对教学设计内涵的理解及实践诊断》、《新课程理念下培养学生英语思维能力》、《新课程理念下初中英语课堂教学如何听课和评课》等文章，用这些理论来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。

2、加快信息技术学习进程。本教研组全体外语教师认真学习电脑技术和网络技术，能熟练运用基本信息技术，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合，运用现代教学理论设计多媒体教学辅助课件，目前所有老师都能利用多媒体有效地进行教学。

教研组加大力度进行教育科研的建设，全组老师积极参加省教育科学规划课题《初中英语课堂教学活动的设计研究》的研究工作。教研组形成了浓浓的教学研究的氛围，以研促教，通过文献资料查找、信息收集、学生的调查问卷、课题理论与实际相结合，课堂教学的听评课，认真友好的意见和建议等在不断的实践、摸索、反思、再实践等一系列过程中，教研组教师们加强了理论知识学习、提高了课堂教学水平(尤其是信息技术与英语教学进行有效整合方面有了很大的提升，通过PowerPoint的制作提高课堂效率、学生学习兴趣，网络的使用扩大了师生的眼界)、在交流中也感悟了如何帮助学生更好学习英语等方面的进步。通过课题研究，教师们突破传统的“苦干”为事半功倍的“巧干”，带动了学生们英语学习的热情。

四、优化课堂教学，提高师生能力。

课堂教学是教学工作的主阵地，提高课堂教学的实效性关系到学生学习成绩的好坏，学生负担轻重等诸多方面。为此，我们组教师积极学好教学理论，用理论指导实践，苦练教学基本功，从课堂教学的组织、方法的优化，情境的创设等方面都做了大量的研究。同时积极参加业务培训和市英语教研活动。平时能经常互相听课，取长补短，共同提高教学技能，以求共同发展。新课程向传统的教学方法提出了挑战。教师要走下高高的神坛，由居高临下的权威者变成学生学习的伙伴、学生发展的促进者。因此，我们英语组努力倡导营造民主、平等、互动、合作的师生关系，在与学生交往互动、合作交流中与学生心灵碰撞、情感交融中健全学生人格，完善学生个性，促进师生共同发展。

五、紧抓学科质量，促进学生全面发展。

教学质量是学校教学活动成败得失的及时反馈。我们组教师始终把学科质量摆在首要位置，除了狠抓课堂教学，面向全体学生、关注所有学生的教育理念在课堂上被体现外，加强分层教学：对差生我们的老师经常利用课余时间把他们叫到办公室进行个别辅导，真正使差生多学一点，多掌握一点，缩小与其他学生的差距，提高整体水平;各备课组还向学生开展了一些提高学生学英语兴趣和英语成绩的活动，如：七年级举行了英语书法比赛，八年级举行了英语词组比赛，九年级举行了英语综合能力比赛，这些比赛都已圆满结束。九英语教师认真研究20__年的中考试卷，注意中考新动向，扎扎实实教好第一遍，在基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、读、写综合能力的培养，特别重视学生阅读和写作能力的训练。她们克服了任务重，工作忙的困难，认真备课，认真上课，受到了学生们的好评。以上这些活动都在各备课组长的精心准备和组织下，在各位老师的配合下，开展得都很顺利，效果很好。

六、团结协作，积极进取，实现全员共同成长

教研组是一个团队，一个团队需要有凝聚力，就离不开一份良好的团队精神。为此，我们不断强化整个团队分工不分家的团结协作精神。在教研组长的牵头下，教研组团结协作，资源共享，分工合作。如，为减轻教师负担，更有利于教学提高，教研组内教师课件共享，同年级的老师分工制作课件，以此来提高课件质量;备课组老师分别寻找练习材料，以求及时地找到针对性练习;备课组老师集体备课，共同讨论教学目标、教学方法，凡组内老师开设公开课，其他老师都能出谋划策，共商共量;成功与失败的经验共享：老教师带新教师;教学经验丰富的老师带教学成绩薄弱的教师等。组内形成了老教师“传、帮、带”，青年教师“学、钻、创”，融入各自的特长、特点，形成了具有各人特色的教学风格。

七、存在的问题：

课件的制作水平有待提高，课件的使用率还不是很高。今后我们应在这方面加强检查和督促。

总之，一学期以来，外语组教师注意自身素质的提高，始终以高标准严格要求自己，在教育教学工作中取得了一定的成绩。但是，我们也深深知道，这些成绩的取得是在各级领导的关心、以及学校其他学科老师的大力支持与配合下取得的。我们还知道，我们的工作还有很多需要提高改进的地方。我校作为静宁县农村教育窗口，充分利用该效应;并借助在数学和语文两大优势学科的强劲发展势头之下，通过全组教师的共同努力，把“学习型小组”转变为“研究型”，“实验型”和“思考型”教研组。挖掘各方面的潜力，把我校英语学科搞得更好，更响。
