二、教材分析(特点、重点、难点)和工作目标安排

说明：执行本计划前，高三教材已经教授并复习完毕;复习备考实施时段为20--年8月初至20--年6月初，除去各类假期和被占用时间外，实际可支配时间总计40周;在实施过程中应充分分析我们年级的具体教情学情，灵活参照使用。

一)老师们为备考须做的5件事：

1、对照课标、围绕考纲，把握高考的整体要求;

2、深度分析近三年的高考真题;

3、全面了解所执教班的学生情况;

4、依据本计划再为各班制订更具体、更详尽的班计划;

5、收集新信息，了解新动向。

二)三轮复习法：

第一轮，教材知识复习，包括语法项目复习;

第二轮，高考题型分项复习;

第三轮，高考综合冲刺复习。

第一轮(20-.8月～20--.3月上旬)：

利用《名师指津》(把答案统一收上来)和《高考3500词》，大概5课时复习1单元教材内容为一循环，具体安排如下：第1课时，布置学生自主复习教材内容，利用配套课件光盘，过好词汇和句型关。辅以基础性练习查验复习效果;第2课时，操练美句、活用语法;第3课时，走进高考，实战操练;第4课时，写作辅导，翻译句子、欣赏美文;第5课时，自主复习。形式多样，可老师就本单元内容给予综合性的总结和归纳，听写、看书、做题、讨论均可;层次各异，学生完全根据自己的学能来确定学习内容和形式;一轮复习中，每六周进行一次阶段性测试以强化复习效果;每周三下午一次周练，要求全批全改;穿插听说训练;另要求学生加强课外阅读，具体安排是周一、三、五各做2篇阅读，周二、四、六各做1篇完形。

第二轮(20--.3月中旬～4月下旬)：

迎接听说练习，针对高考各题型作分项专题复习。老师要用高考真题为范例跟学生一道分析各题型的出题方式、考查重点及应对策略。通过适量练习促使学生把科学的解题技巧化为自觉的解题习惯。这轮复习中，阶段性中心任务明确，可按如下方案分配时间和任务：语法填空;完形和阅读交叉进行，研读10种类型的范文20篇并各写2篇(课内外各写1篇)，重点在模仿中写作。

要求学生要特别关注易错题和经典题，着力培养良好的阅读习惯和改善阅读质量，坚持6：4比例的阅读原则(60%的文章精读，40%的文章泛读)，理清英语写作的基本套路。

第三轮(20--.5月上旬～高考前)：

每3课时(2+1模式：2课时做，1课时评)完成1套高考模拟题，并要求学生重温教材，回归基础。冲刺阶段应着力培养学生的综合应试能力，包括应试心理指导。具体说来，就是要通过高密度的综合套题强化训练来促使学生在应试时做到合理分配时间，并能把一、二轮复习所掌握的知识淋漓尽致的发挥在考试中。简而言之，使学生把知识要能转变为分数以免出现学得好却考不好的现象。优生要追求完形和阅读的完美度，中生要注意在写作中力避语误，差生要争取多抢分。任何学生都应该确保中低档题的高正确率，谨慎对待甚至大

胆抛弃偏题和怪题，关注热点题和常考题，但也不要放过考纲范围内的冷点题，做到有备无患。重温教材就是要把教材词汇、短语、课文、语法等内容再扎扎实实过一遍，使脑海里的知识网络轮廓清晰，确保高中阶段所学知识不漏网。最后几天，老师一定要把时间交给学生，让他们根据各自的具体情况来确定复习方式和内容，但要提出整体要求：降低难度，回归基础;减缓节奏，注重效益;排除疑虑，调控心态;完善技巧，坚定信心。

三、提高教学质量的措施

一)制定计划，构建合理序列

[教师层面]：凡事预则立，不预则废。高三复习开始前，首先对高三学年的复习内容全面把握，整体安排复习计划，并详尽制定阶段复习计划。同时指导学生在班级整体计划的基础上，针对自己的具体情况制定一套相应的计划。使学生能从教师的计划安排中明确复习的目标、做法和安排。组内老师要求互相听课每学期至少4节，互相学习，取长补短，美美与共。

[学生层面]：学生根据老师的教学计划与安排，从中发现自己的缺漏并有意识地进行补救，在自己的计划中引出教师未复习到的知识死角和问题所在，并安排出时间进行专题复习和难点的各个击破。

二)细心谋划，抓好“词句篇章”

[教师层面]：计划好的词汇教学，在复习课文词汇的同时，复习高考词语

[学生层面]：学生除了掌握课堂上所讲解的词语意思，并要学会运用。他们还要背诵新课文词语、汇考词语和高考词语。通过参加听写、班级内部小组词汇竞赛和单元测试来进行检测。每天都有听写。

[教师层面]：计划好的写作教学

1、(输入)背诵高中英语句型，背诵《名师指津》上的“晨读狂背”

2、(输入)作文专题讲解与训练(《名师指津》上的习作欣赏分析)

3、(输出)上半个学期是半月训练，下半个学期是周训练

[学生层面]：学生要学会欣赏并掌握优美的词句，不断地修改自己的文章，在修改中提升自己的作文品质。增加作文的训练量。教师全批全改后，在课堂上展示班级佳作，由学生指出值得学习的优点，大家再根据讲评受到启发后，进行习作修改，并背诵。

三)研究高考，准确把握命题动向

[教师层面]：深入钻研考试说明和历年高考试题，准确把握命题动向，自己头脑中首先有一套高考英语试题，并且不断地增补、修订。

[学生层面]：只有教师熟悉考纲是远远不够的，学生也要做到心知肚明。只有知己知彼，才能百战不殆。这里的“彼”一是指考纲，二是指老师的出题意图。只有明确了考纲和出题意图，学生解起题来才能得心应手。每次的试题讲解要请学生指出考点是什么。每个学生都备有考点积累本。

四、精讲巧练，重视试卷讲评的促进作用

进入高三后，试卷讲评课也就成了高三英语课的重要内容。如果试卷讲评课上得好，对加强学生的记忆，促进理解，提高分析能力和综合能力等方面，都能起到较好的作用;否则，学生就会感到单调乏味，提不起精神，甚至呵欠连天，恹恹欲睡，这样，很难收到好的效果。我们在进行试卷讲评时，绝不能满足于把答案一公布就完事，多方面多角度备课，注意处理好以下几个方面的问题。如果试题比较简单，学生基础又好，得分也高，那么教在讲评时，整个进度就放得快。一些题可以点到即可，一些题甚至可以不讲。讲评的重点放在基础知识的归纳、比较以及解题思路上。如果试题比较难，学生得分不佳，则讲评的速度放慢。但必须让学生参与讲评。有选择地让尖子生做老师，让他们承担一部分试题的讲解。例如科技文阅读题，可以让抽象思维比较好的尖子生讲解，他们对相关知识的理解有时会比教师更加准确。每一大题的一些基础知识，会让形象思维比较突出的学生讲解。讲解与做题不同，英语做题可以凭语感，而讲解则需要有清晰的思路。因此，尖子生讲题，一方面可以让他们暴露问题，另一方面可以让他们进行更深层次的思考。让学生讲的过程并不会浪费时间，反而更能促进提高学生的听课效率，加深他们对于知识的理解与记忆。然后老师再归纳总结提升。在他们的讲解中，普通学生也同样有很大收获，有时还会激起他们也想当小老师的愿望，学习的主动性就会更强了。

五、培优策略

立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年的教学工作总结如下：

首先，我分析了文科班学生实际情况：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学习惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学习成绩。

其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材内容做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英语成绩。

以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，多学习，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

After completing my military service, i have been looking for a challenging goal for me to achieve. and i found that the intermediate of general english proficiency test fits my new achievement properly.

i graduated from taipei commercial junior college, majored in business administration. instead of spending much time in playing, i devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life. by the way, i learned a lot from mr. wang, the professor of my business class. he is my good friend till now an often gives some appropriate suggestions toward my problem confusion.

my father is, in the same way, a good consultant to me. as he said: i am in poor education, little for you; to clarify, what he have given is far beyond his words, i do think so. i was born in a country of ping tung country, farming is our career of generations. there are four people in my family, mother is housewife and my brother is a student of an agriculture college.i am optimistic and active, and i am confident that i can pass the test.

在完成兵役后，我一直在寻找一个具有挑战性的目标。我发现中级的英语水平测试很适合我的新成绩。

我毕业于台北商业专科学校，主修工商管理。我没有花太多时间在玩耍上，而是全身心地投入到学习中去，并关注日常生活中发生的所有有意义的事情。顺便说一下，我从我的商务舱教授王先生那里学到了很多东西。他是我的好朋友，直到现在，我经常会对我的困惑提出一些适当的建议。
