1.求真务实，抓好“三课”的说、讲、评工作。

英语教研组本学期面临“两多”的困难，即：教材多，差生多。“三课”的说、讲、评工作是本学期学校教研工作的重点之一，因此，更是本组教研工作的重中之重。根据学期初学校的整体要求，英语教研组学期内共安排了十二节不同形式的.公开课。其中包括初一教师黄子华，孙勇兴，林云新、黄邦春的四节课改探索课和初二教师黄钢英、谢金平、邱仁国、饶必胜、陈新旺的五节课改公开课，初三郑健、林大健、黄玉凤的三节示范课。从整体上看，11节课的课前准备是充分的，11位教师的授课态度是严谨的;各节课尽管课形不同，但是都能体现新课改的思想，都能体现教者的创新意识，都能以提高学生听说读写诸能力为教学目标，都能充分利用多媒体辅助课堂教学。

一、一轮复习。

我们英语学科的特点决定，复习内容多，复习的进度慢，一直忙着赶进度也很难从容的完成一轮复习的内容。针对这一现实，我们组的老师经过多次讨论，决定把七八册的复习内容让学生在假期自学。

1.寒假里，我们放寒假前专门整理了自学学案和假期复习计划，保证学生每天的复习计划和复习内容，提高复习效率。

2.开学后，我们利用检查学案对学生假期复习情况进行检查和点拨强化，保证七八册知识的的复习效果。同时，面对即将到来的全市一模考试，我们也进行了精心备考。

3.课下，我们利用二轮资料的题目提前对学生进行专项和综合能力的强化训练，训练了学生的答题能力和应试技巧，唤醒了他们的做题感觉，提高了学生做题的准确率。

4.课上，我们一方面对学生的假期自学内容进行巩固，另一方面对学生课下的训练题目进行答疑和方法指导，双管齐下，对一轮复习中因为赶进度而导致的做题少、学生做题能力差的漏洞进行了最大程度的弥补。

二、二轮复习，即专题复习阶段。

1.二轮复习的目标和任务是在一轮复习完成知识积累和储备的基础上进行知识的输出和应用，通过大量的习题训练来培养学生科学的答题技巧，提高学生解题的准确性和应试的技巧，最终提高英语成绩。

二轮复习任务的完成先要要以专题的形式进行展开，各个击破，同时进行及时的综合训练。

2.二轮复习的过程中，我们给学生做了思想工作，使学生具备一定的吃苦精神和学习自觉性，确保学生及时完成训练量，并积极去思考和总结，调整自己的答题思路，提炼适合自己的做题方法，提高准确率，关键就是一个“悟”字。

3.二轮复习的任务和效果几乎完全是以学生的积极参与和落实为依托的，因此老师们用精炼的语言对学生进行及时的鼓励和科学指导，引导学生积极去做题训练，积极的思考和体会适合自己的有效解题方法。老师的讲解适时，精准和有效，多引导学生去“悟”，提高答题的准确率。通过大量训练，是学生养成规范的答题技巧尤为重要。

4.二轮复习中，根据级部安排，我们要进行到5月中旬，大约有两个月的时间。在这两个月的时间里，我们要完成听力、单选、完型、阅读理解、阅读表达和书面表达等专题的复习。为了统一二轮复习的思想，我搜集了各方面的信息，经过筛选，制作了各个专题的复习课件供老师们使用，使用之后，组里的老师都反映效果很好。完成专题后，我们进行一段时期的综合能力的集中训练。这期间，我们一直坚持组织了周测和周测试题的讲评。

5.二轮复习中我们重视给学生反复的呈现一轮复习中的重要知识点。一轮复习过去的时间比较长了，学生难免对一些重要的知识点和语法点有遗忘。所以，我们在课上解答学生问题的时候，以单选题的讲解为线索，及时联系所复习过的重点知识点。这时候老师要多引导学生去回忆重要知识点，多给学生创设重现重要知识点的机会;老师要主动的帮助学生去整理和升华要点，举一反三，指导学生去应用。

6.认真组织好周测的实施。两人一组出题，其中一人把关，保证出题质量。为了加强测试效果，专门针对特长班出另一套题，由教特长班的老师负责。老师们很辛苦，及时完成阅卷，及时讲评和反馈，规范学生的应试答题，提高应试能力，真正发挥考试对复习的检测和指导作用。尤其是通过周测中的写作训练，加强了学生对各种形式书面表达的把握。

三、三轮复习。

我们群策群力，结合学生学习实际，认真编制了考前指导材料，根据级部统一安排完成对学生的考前指导，进一步回扣基础知识和提高综合的答题能力。在一周三次的强化训练中，认真选题，认真阅卷和分析，并针对性的对学生进行指导，根据级部的具体安排搞好查漏补缺工作。

6月7日晚上，高三英语组全体老师站好高考前的最后一班岗，对学生进行考前的心理安慰工作和考前指导工作，帮助学生缓解压力，增强信心，答疑解惑，保证明天英语考试的正常发挥。

四、备考中的几个问题。

1、关于词汇。

我们对考纲词汇进行了全方位的巩固和强化。早在高一和高二时，我们就利用寒暑假把3500词汇分解，给学生布置了词汇背诵任务，并且进行了过关测试。平时，我们利用早自习时间，给学生布置词汇记忆任务，利用课堂时间进行听写。利用听力后的几分钟，反复给学生播放课文中的词汇，来强化记忆。

二轮复习期间，我们整理了1000基本词汇，对重点词汇进行了词汇意义的扩展和词汇用法的深挖。可以说，我们对词汇进行的层层递进的比较彻底的复习。

2、关于语法。

我们对语法进行了三轮复习：

第一轮是在新授课期间，根据课本编排，对语法进行了基本的讲解。

第二轮是在一轮复习阶段，对语法项目进行了突出重点和深挖，与高考题相结合。

第三轮是在二轮复习的专项部分。我们对语法进行了体系的构建，大专题的语法专项训练，引导学生从宏观和更高的角度来理解和掌握语法。

3、关于阅读。

我们始终重视阅读。从一轮复习开始，我们做到每天给学生布置两篇阅读理解或者一篇完形填空，并及时检查。每个周末，给学生布置四篇阅读理解，限时35分钟完成。另外，我们给学生定了高中版的报纸来加大阅读量。对于该报，我们尽量让学生来自己读自己感兴趣的文章，老师只是指定其中的4篇来进行训练。

4、关于写作。

我们今年备考的特点是考试安排的多，每周至少考一次。我们利用好这些考试，每次考试的作文形式都不同，强调学生认真去写各种题材的作文。我们非常重视作文的批改，面批与学生之间的互批以及老师的全批全改相结合。到二轮专题时，我们对书面表达进行了提炼，从书写卷面、内容字数、语言以及行文四个方面给学生明确了写作的要求和技巧，并对高考可能考到的作文形式进行了重点训练。

本期教学中，我除要求学生在课后对前面所学知识进行经常复习外，在课堂教学中，亦充分利用一切机会，尽量将前面所学知识结合起来对学生进行提问，帮助他们掌握前面所学知识。检测采用单元检测，月考检测的形式，通过检测，对学生所学知识进行查漏补缺工作。

三、丰富教学方法，适当采用洋思教学模式

运用现代教学手段，激发学生学习兴趣。充分运用多媒体，课件等现代教育技术于教学之中，激起学生听课学习的浓厚兴趣，从而提高了课堂教学效果。 同时我采取多种教学形式，创造轻松课堂氛围。摒弃传统的“我讲你听”的单一教法，采用多种形式相结合的教学方法。

本学期，我校在学校领导的统一安排下，认真学习洋思教学模式：“先学后教，当堂训练”。我也适时在英语教学中采用这种模式，在课上精讲，提出适量有针对性的问题，让学生带着问题去阅读教材及复习资料，对于不懂的问题，学生可问老师，也可相互之间进行讨论，给出适量课堂练习，让学生独立完成。充分发挥学生在课堂教学中的主体作用及老师的主导作用，让学生积极参与课堂教学，活跃课堂气氛，提高课堂教学效果。

四、积极学习进修，提高自身业务能力

1、复习要有计划性

从高一到高三，其他的教辅练习及课外读物都不算，教科书就有六本，单词有三千多个，同学感到最头痛的是英语的一些习惯用语，量多背了又记不住，语法似乎已经都学过了，讲起来都有些印象，但一做题就错了，如非谓语动词，又是不定式，又是分词，又是动名词，在作专项练习时还可以，但在作综合练习时就常混在一起了，不知道究竟选什么才好。因此我们同学在进入高三时或在高二结束时就应该有一个复习计划，先粗线条地订出一年的计划，然后再较具体地订出每个阶段的计划。

2、复习要有实践性

英语是一门语言，它的实践性很强，学习语言的目的是要运用所学到的语言知识进行社会交际与文化交流，高考就是考查学生的语言基础知识，基本技巧及运用语言的能力，尤其是考查运用语言的能力。特别要指出的是，运用能力的考查在高考中不断在加强。了解高考这个趋势很重要，近几年英语高考的发展趋势就是强化能力，如高考听力占到三十分，今年高考试卷又有了一些变化，语法词汇选择从原来的三十分改为二十分，同时阅读与句子的翻译又有了加强：语篇阅读从四篇增加为五篇，句子的中译英从十五分增加到二十分，所有这些变化都是为了强化语言能力的考查，也就是高考中更注重了语言的实践性。

3、注意实践能力培养

这主要包括英语的听力与阅读能力的训练，首先要养成听英语的习惯，可以听磁带，看英语电影，听英语广播，要天天听，任何语言都是从听开始的，有好多同学英语差多半是差在听力上，因为没有听的习惯，听不懂就不会念，因此背起来也很累，有基础的同学念了几遍就能背了，而听力差的同学读了好多遍还是背不出来。阅读是靠大量的阅读培养出来的，没有一定量的阅读，阅读是不可能过关的，语言的掌握是靠量的积累，也就是要有大量的IN鄄PUT，同学如果做练习时，做做语法或词汇选择还行，但看到阅读理解时就怕了，这些同学的英语拿个及格可能还行，拿高分是不可能的。所以我们同学一定要注意英语的实践性，加强听说读写的实践能力的培养和提高。
