1、学生情况分析

今年我仍然担任高三10，11文科班的英语科教学工作，学生们已经临近高考，大部分同学或多或少地打下了一定的英语知识的基础，在第一次省质检中，学生们的英语成绩和二中相差无几，与一年前相比应该说有了一定程度的提高。但学生仍存在的基础知识不够牢固的情况，体现在考察单词词汇的运用时由于一知半解，仍出现很多的错误和问题。

2、教材与教辅材料：

第二轮复习：资料采用《步步高》，《英语周报》配套练习，《听力宝典》，《高考词汇手册》。

精选文章，加强阅读能力的培养与词汇类型题的训练，如完型填空和新题型短文填空，同时对学生进行语法专项技巧的指导。后阶段加强限定时间的综合训练，全面提高学生的解题能力以及思维能力，以及做题速度和时间把握能力。

第三轮复习：查漏补缺，挖掘学生能力

3、教学目标：

高三第二学期的复习不是对前期已学知识的简单重复和强化，而是一个再学习、再认识、提高能力和运用能力。

因此，加强应试技巧的训练，帮助他们掌握解题方法及技巧，最终提高做题的准确率和熟练程度，提高应试能力。

4、教学措施：

(1)夯实语言基础知识

从学生在本次省质检的单项填空、完形填空和短文填空部分的反应可以看出，很多学生的词汇和语法知识仍不够扎实，还存在较多问题，因此，强调基础知识的学习毫不为过。一定量的练习很有必要，但要有度，也不是面面俱到。对学生进行语法专项指导，各个击破，一一掌握。并加以单项选择的解题技巧，提高学生分析问题和解答问题的能力。

(2)抓好词汇复习

经过上学期的词汇复习和检查监督，大部分学生已经具备一定量的单词库，在做题的时候能看懂读懂一定难度的文章，在阅读理解的测试当中也能得到相对于之前更高的分数。本学期仍然继续强化单词的巩固过程，并尽量让学生掌握课标当中词汇的拼写。

(3)听力训练常抓不懈

高考英语听力分值是30分，这在试卷中占了相当大的比例。要得高分，这就要求学生平时多练习英语，多做听力练习，学生经过半年来不懈的训练，听力水平有较大程度的提高，本学期的听力仍每周至少4练，周二周四周五年段统一播放，在课堂上也需加强对听力的教法指导。听力资料仍采用《听力宝典》上的听力和《英语周报》的听力。

二、教学研究计划

积极参加本学期教研组里举行的说课等活动，作为高三备课组的组长，本学期将加大备课组活动，将各个模块的复习工作进行较为深入系统的探讨，针对学生的现状研究教法学法，加强同备课组的听课与互相学习，做好对新教师的帮带工作。

(1)备课

教师备课可以分为两部分：

1、备教材：备好课才能上好课。因此我在上每一节课之前，钻研教材，熟悉教材，力争90%的内容都熟记于心。熟悉这节课和上一节课的联系以及与下一节课的联系以及本节课在本单元中的位置。明确本节课我们要干些(教学目的)什么，怎么样才能达到我们的目地。我做到了怎么开始这节课(新课导入)，有那些过程(教学过程)，采用什么样的教学方法(教学方法)才能达到事半功倍的效果(教学效果)，这些都有心中有数。

2、备学生：学生是一节课的主体。教师的对象是学生，因此我们一定要了解自己的学生，这样在课堂中才能因材施教。备课时一定要研究怎么通过教师说明，练习，让学生简单明了的愉快接受本节课的知识。

(2)上课。

上课是教师的主要工作。我在认真备课的基础上认真讲解，抓住主要的教学目的进行反复练习，让学生在课堂上争取基本掌握。学生的接受必须要有一个愉快的环境，因而在课堂上要平易近人，表现出对学生的无限关怀。营造一种宽松的氛围，调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力。

(3)撰写课后记。

一节课完成之后效果怎么样?我经常进行反思，有哪些成功的?哪些还需要改进?我都写下了课后记，以备以后加以改进。

(4)作业。

素质教育不要求给学生布置大量练习，因此我精挑细选一些难易适中的作业，而且精批细改，通过练习掌握重难点。达到事半功倍的效果。

三、个人学习

2012年高三英语教师述职报告
