以教学大纲，考试说明为依据，以新课程标准为准绳，以牛津英语教材为依托和基础，制定全面的、科学的、系统的、针对性强的复习计划，来充分提高我校学生的英语基础水平。密切关注今年的高考动态，联系学生的实际情况，充分发挥学生潜能和非智力因素，调动他们学习积极性，扎扎实实抓好双基，通过综合训练，培养学生运用知识的能力，努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应高考形式和要求。

二、工作重点

1. 加强备课组建设，充分发挥集体智慧

认真落实好学校和教研组下达的各项工作。备课组老师共同协作，集思广益，实现脑力资源和教学经验的共享，提高备课和复习备考的质量。教学过程做到统一教学进度、统一教学内容、统一作业内容。集体备课每周一次，做到定时、定点、定人，认真反思上周教学情况，主备人主讲下周教学目标、内容、策略等，大家共同探讨教学的问题、困惑等。平时教学工作，随时讨论新发现、新问题。每双周备课组内公开课，认真听课、评课。

2. 优化高三课堂教学，提高教学效益

认真研究各课型的课堂教学(新授课、词汇教学、阅读讲评课、试卷讲评课、语法复习课、模块复习课等)，努力提高课堂教学效率，积极探索适合我校学生学情的的有效途径和方法，确保高三英语教学工作保质保量，学生的英语学习成绩能有明显提升。积极参加各级各类教科研活动，借鉴他人好的做法，不断完善我们的教学，形成我们自己的特色。

3. 狠抓学生学习基础，做好分层教学

扎实的英语学习基础是学生学好英语的前提和保障，因此要帮助学生过好词汇关、语法关，掌握好一些阅读和解题方法、策略，学会分析长难句，能用正确的英文句子进行口头和书面表达等等。另外，教学中还要做好分层要求。实验班和平行班在教学进度、教学内容、课后作业等方面分层要求，适当调整;针对不同学习水平的学生还要做好提优补差工作，使他们能够学有所获。

三、教学进度

1. 学年教学进度

第一阶段(20__年9月—11月上旬)：完成9、10模块新课教学和M11词汇教学

第二阶段(20__月11月中旬—20__年3月中旬)：完成第一轮模块知识复习和 语法复习(市一模考试前完成)。

第三阶段(20__年3月下旬—4月中旬)：完成第二轮专项复习

第四阶段(20__年4月下旬—5月底)：综合训练，考前冲刺，回归书本，查漏补缺，学生心理疏导等。

2. 本学期教学进度

1. 新授课(第1周—第11周)：一周一个单元(Reading & Project & 词汇)

2. 语法复习(第6周—第16周)：一周一个项目

3. 一轮模块复习(第12周—第19周)：一周半完成一个模块。

四、具体教学要求及措施

1. 高三新授课：完成第九、十模块教学，第十一模块重点处理词汇。

新授课以阅读为主，帮助学生分析篇章结构、主旨大意、作者写作意图等，培养学生分析、理解及解决问题的能力。指导学生学会分析长难句，利用单元话题写作。

2. 3500高考词汇：本学期完成第一轮词汇复习，按照模块书进行。

优化词汇的教学方法，复习时做到词不离短语、词不离句，词不离篇，把记忆和使用结合起来。循环反复地督促学生识记词汇，尤其是核心词汇要牢牢掌握。坚持词汇听写，并通过各种词汇练习，利用语境帮助学生操练词汇，提高他们词汇辨析能力和活用能力。

3. 语法复习：本学期完成语法第一轮复习，掌握好各语法项目中的重难点、易错题。

明确《新课程标准》和《考试说明》中对语法教学要求，帮助学生对重点语法项目进行有效的总结、归纳和梳理，弄清和掌握好易错题。每一位学生必须要有错题本，及时整理和归纳，经常复习和反思，逐步突破自己的难点和薄弱点。定期错题再训练。

3. 听力训练：每周安排至少三次听力训练，养成良好的听力习惯。

加强反馈，注重解题指导。要求学生在听力过程中必须做到：听前读题干，听中记笔记，听后归纳总结。

4. 阅读训练：坚持限时阅读，提升学生的解题速度和质量。

加强指导学生掌握完形填空、阅读理解和任务型阅读的解题方法和技巧，以帮助学生提高阅读理解能力和解题的正确率。每天确保一定的阅读量，每周至少一次限时阅读练习。要求学生课后完成阅读作业时一定要限时。

5. 书面表达训练：狠抓学生英文书写，指导学生能正确写出5种基本句型。

实验班每周完成一篇书面表达，平行班根据实际情况进行调整。针对基础薄弱的学生和班级，我们要坚持单句翻译练习，训练学生定时态和语态，定句型和短语，注意一致性。认真批改学生作文，及时反馈点评优缺点，并做好面批面改工作。要求学生必须要订正已阅作文中的错误，摘抄和积累好词好句并背诵、学会运用。

6. 综合训练：每周周末完成一套综合练习，重视学生良好答题习惯的培养。

精心选题(以最近3年各大市模拟试题和高考题为主)，严格把好试题的质量关。做到及时批阅、讲评试卷，并编制巩固练习，帮助学生掌握好试卷中的易错题和重难点。

7.提优补差：尽快了解学生的学习情况，确定好提优补差的人选，利用好课内外时间多帮助辅导学困生，多关注优生。分层要求，努力使不同层次的学生能有所进步和提高。

根据高二期末考试的情况我校高三学生的英语学习状况不容乐观，主要存在的问题是：学生基础知识不扎实，这表现在学生的语言运用能力差，阅读与完形的失分现象普遍，书面表达明显存在诸多不规范现象。

二、复习目标：

在帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识的同时，狠抓阅读与写作。

三、复习策略：

1.守住“

阅读”，促进综合能力提升。坚持知识与能力同步进行，在复习基础知识过程中依然要关注学生语言运用能力的发展，既要突显知识网络的构建，通过使学生能归纳使学生的知识系统化，促进学生迁移能力的发展，更要活化学生所学知识，在不同的情境中运用所学知识。在整个复习过程中始终把“阅读”能力放在重要的位置，以其来丰富学生的背景知识，带动其它能力的发展。

2.认真“选题”，把好学生训练的质量关。各位老师把好习题的质量关，这是提高练习效率的前提条件。以最近5年各地高考试题与模拟试题为主，让学生在应试能力训练的过程中加强对高中阶段所学语言知识的巩固，提高学生的应试技能。教师在讲评练习时。不要只求答案，要进行多角度设问，使学生既要知其然，更要知其所以然，要通过典型试题分析，培养学生举一反三、触类旁通的能力。

一、第一学期的工作总结

高三上的教学分为两条主线：每周完成一单元的新授课(约4—5课时);每周完成1—2份综合试卷。补课的课时主要是针对语法再进行一轮的复习，以讲带练，讲练结合。从学生的反馈和成绩的终端显示来看，还是初见成效的。

二、第二学期的工作计划

1、夯实基础

基础知识是高考的“本”和“源”。所以我们第一轮的复习紧扣教材，将基础知识的整理、归纳、和运用作为根本出发点。我们计划从寒假补课开始到三月底结束高一到高三书本知识的输理。输理的重点放在高考大纲所要求学生掌握的单词、短语的用法、辨析;常用句型的使用及转换;语法点的再现。所用材料以《导与练》为主。要求学生读、背基本词汇，老师每天或每两天进行检测，逐个过关。在这期间，我们也会挑选最新试题，穿插给学生予以训练。

2、分项突破

从四月上旬开始我们将着手开始专题训练。这一阶段我们要突出完型、阅读和写作的训练。我们将参考考纲中有关高考题型时间分配的要求，强化限时训练。对于写作薄弱的学生，我们会采用“一对一面批”的方式给予他们帮助。目的旨在希望学生通过这一阶段的训练能够熟能生巧，提高速度和准确率。这部分的练习我们会采用少部分有难度的高考真题，帮助学生分析文章中长、难的句子结构。另外，我们也会关注和筛选最新的模考题。

3、综合提高

综合训练贯穿在高三英语教学的始终。我们会结合学校分配给各个学科的固定时间组织综合训练的考试。重点培养学生应试能力，积累考试的经验。

4、全面提高素质

鼓励学生针对自己的薄弱环节，有的放矢地进行训练。鼓励他们多与老师交流沟通，尤其是那些学科发展不均衡的学生，我们将会倾注更多的关爱，帮助他们提高。

三、教学内容及复习建议

(1)、3月底前结束高一、高二课本的输理和《导与练》的讲解，其间穿插各个地方最新练习的讲解。

(2)、4月底前结束语法专项及练习题的讲解，作文的训练;提供30—50篇优秀短文给学生。

(3)、4月底至5月中旬(20天左右)的时间，综合卷的仿真演练。

(4)、最后阶段着重考前指导，各班针对不同情况查漏补缺。

因为我是学英语专业(这次高考得了136分)，谈下学英语的一些心得。

首先，我觉得英语学习一定要多问。其实大家看不出来，我是那种经常会缠着老师问问题的学生，开始大家都不理解，看到我一下课就跑去找老师，被很多人小看过。刚开始我还会觉得有点不好意思，但我觉得不管怎么样，成绩还是最重要的。你不管别人笑你说你，最后你拿到一个好成绩，这就是你期望的，所以我还是坚持要去问老师。学习英语的语法也是非常重要的。我在初中的时候，语法基础打得比较牢固，然后上高中，我在高三之前就完整的看过一遍分章节的语法书，这样就会对语法有个全面完整的掌握。每天再背一些句型或者一些短语，因为这些东西除了可以用在作文里面，还可以提高我们的阅读能力。

我觉得在英语学习当中，书写也非常重要。一定要练好字，因为开始有一段时间我的字很差，我的英语老师劝我要练好字，我当时还不是很在意，因为我觉得英语肯定是要看内容和表达能力。可是我到后来才发现，我每次考试自己都感觉考的比较好，但是最后成绩还是不很理想。认真分析了一下，我觉得是字的原因。我就花了一段时间专门来练字，后来每次考试我都基本上都能拿到比较高的分。
