二、教学目标

1.完成 Module 9-Module10 的新授课

九、十模块内容联系社会生活,情景鲜活,更加贴近学生实际;教材语言表达规范,语言现象再现率高,符合学习语言的认知规律;同时又提供了丰富的话题文章,这些有关文化和社会的话题恰好是学生比较缺乏的,可以帮助学生了解不同的文化形态和社会准则,有助于增强他们的文化意识,从而形成跨文化交际能力,最终有利于学生综合语言能力的培养.因此,在实施这部分教学任务时,要灵活地选用每个单元的Reading和Project 板块,以课文话题、素材、结构和语言作为支撑,在阅读教学中渗透写作意识和策略,以读促写,进行过程性的写作训练.在对学生输入信息、扩大词汇量的同时有意识地训练学生的书面表达能力.

2.完成语法复习

语法复习不必面面俱到,而应侧重重点语法项目,让学生学会分析试题所考的语法点,把握语境,灵活运用.在教授新课时充分利用Reading和Project 板块中语篇情境,将课文中含有重点语法内容的原句改编成填空题、选择题或同义句转换,从而有效地巩固重点语法项目.

3.力争完成一轮复习(Module 1- Module 8的复习)

模块一至模块八的复习工作重心是帮助学生打好词汇基础,同时进行词汇复习的创新.背默每个单元的词汇表是必做事之一,一般只需要掌握意思的词能够默写即可;对于重难点单词,要结合教材中出现的重点词语、动词基本搭配、惯用法等,编写学案及练习,夯实学生的词汇基础,从而丰富学生的词汇量和表达手段.每个单元复习后选做一篇完型填空或任务型阅读进一步对学生的词汇使用能力进行查漏.每个单元的复习最后以该单元相关或相同话题为题写一篇命题小作文,要求尽可能多的使用本单元的词汇和句型,十句话左右即可,构成完整的语篇,让学生学会有意识地用所学词汇进行主动表达而不是被动翻译.

三、具体措施

1.增进备课组交流,完善教学环节.

备课组老师应团结协作,打整体战,实现合作共赢;每次备课组活动有专题,探讨更为合理的方法,互帮互助,资源共享,明确分工,共同提高教学质量.

2.加强教学反思,追求教学实效.

通过反思教学发现教学活动中存在的问题,及时调整教学方案,精心设计课堂教学程序,精心选择和评讲试题.高三课程时间紧任务重,相应的教学进度安排必须有一定的灵活性,从学生的学习效果考虑,不盲目赶进度,该快则快,需慢则慢,一切从学生的实际情况出发.

第二、 在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，提高了教学质量。

第三、 在听力方面。为提高学生的听力水平，常让学生听英语歌曲及英语会话的录音磁带，还让学生表演对话，背书。

三、自身的学习

我抓紧一切机会向其他老师学习，用心收集有助于小学英语课堂教学的各种游戏、活动。同时多听录音磁带，让自己的语音和语调标准。

本学期要完成模块1-5的单元复习，重点班还要完成模块8的学习。复习要依托课本，有选择性的进行重、难点的讲解，单元复习要达成与单元主题相关的写作。预计每单元复习1课时，练习巩固1课时，单元考试1课时。每周还要有1课时用于完形填空或阅读理解的专项练习。至于重点班的模块8的学习可分散进行。

三、面向全体学生，提高课堂效率，提高教学质量

针对班级的具体情况，为了能全面提高学生的英语成绩，我决定采取以下教学措施：

1.发挥课代表的作用，在单元复习之前，要求学生自行完成每单元的词汇听写。

2.发挥学科委员会的作用，每完成一个单元复习，要求学生自行进行单元总结，自行出卷进行单元重点知识点检测。

3.依托教材加强写作指导，有针对性地进行分类练习，预计一周一练。

4.每位学生统一准备一本难度适中的阅读理解读物，要求每天完成一篇。

5.每位学生要准备一本错题集，并定期检查。

6.实行一单元一考试，不同层次的班级要采用不同的试卷，试题要经过挑选，试卷分析要及时，要通过考试及时调整自己的教学计划和方式

四、继续培养学生良好的学习习惯与自学习惯

高三年级是高中学习至关重要的一年，为了能使学生更加有效地进行学习，我要继续培养学生良好的学习习惯，因为良好的学习习惯是学生掌握有效学习方法的前提条件和必要保证。具体我要求他们做到：制定计划、课前自学、上课专心积极、勤记笔记、作业按时、及时复习、反复练习，建立错题集。

我热爱体育，在平时更是注重锻炼身体，体锻达标。我的兴趣广泛，总是积极参加各种课外活动，曾获年段五、六班主持人对抗赛三等奖，以及年段硬笔书法比赛优秀奖。我喜欢绘画，常利用课余时间自学绘画，并多次为班级板报绘制刊头。我热爱劳动，总是一丝不苟地完成学校布置的各种卫生工作，不怕脏，不怕累。
