高三教学工作的特点就是：时间短，任务重。老师深感任重道远，在认真分析本届高三学生学科学习现状，总结上届工作经验的同时，本组教学人员积极配合，扎扎实实地开展了一系列具体的工作，取得了一定的成效。

在20__年暑假期间，备课组老师认真参加市教科所进行的高三教师培训交流，结合学生的英语实际，比较科学地制定了高三年英语复习总体计划，其中注意到高考题型及内容有所改变但仍不明确的严峻事实，做了相当多的预测措施。计划如下：

根据近三年来的高考英语试题及宁夏、海南的命题思路和特点做了认真的研究和讨论，明确了近年来的高考英语试题的这样一些特点：更加注重了对学科能力和学科素质的要求;既遵循了中学英语教学大纲却又不拘泥于大纲;在知识测试方面，减少了纯语法性的试题，增加了更多的语境化因素;在能力测试方面，做了进一步挖掘和拓展;根据“在稳定中求发展，在发展中求创新”的基本思路，在试题要求思维创新性方面，也有一些尝试和探索。

高三英语总复习任重道远。就教材而言，还有高三第10模块的教学任务(要求学生掌握课后的单词及词组即可)。时间短，内容多。开学伊始，我们根据学校要求计划10月份完成课程教学和并进入第一轮复习任务，全组老师经过认真研究及筛选，选出适合学生的第一轮复习资料及配套练习题，制定出教学进度及计划，并进行阶段性测试(月考)。一月底完成，从而进入了第二轮复习阶段;第一阶段：横向阶段为基础知识的归纳，巩固，扩大阶段，时间大致3月底;第二阶段(纵向阶段)为帮助学生开拓解题思路，熟练运用解题技巧阶段，时间从下学期的4月至5月初;第三阶段为综合练习和汲取各方高考信息阶段，时间为一个月左右，于5月底完成总复习工作，迎接到来的高考。其中，搞好第一，二阶段的复习工作至关重要。

一、第一阶段：以课本基础知识为主线的横向复习阶段

1、应树立立足课本，在巩固强化基础知识的同时，加强能力培养的复习思路，树立“面向全体，略有侧重”的教学思想。期中考之前应引导本组教师如何上好高三上册，鼓励老师们稳步前进，在抓好课文基础知识的同时，认真进行一定能力题的穿插训练，如充分利用早读，晚习坐堂进行一定量的阅读理解并结合新题型，完形填空等的限时训练且加强讲评力度和策略，利用星期二、四、六的早读训练或测试，作业主要将这些训练材料以全批，抽样批改及面批的形式进行，加大落实力度。第一阶段的复习是应引导老师从篇幅，题材，还是从体裁，要求等方面均与高考考纲及说明吻合，有利于学生扩大掌握基础知识，从而提高快速阅读，概括文章主旨大意，进行推理，理解深层含义和猜词能力)，并以此为训练基础。设置一定量的阅读理解题(选择填空题)进行快速阅读，引导学生掌握课后的单词及重要词组。时间定于第一轮复习当中，穿插进行。

2、以课本为“本”，结合大纲和考纲(考试说明)，基础知识和能力两手抓，实现复习的高效。充分发挥备课组的团结协作精神，组织老师进行对高一至高三册的基础知识进行系统的分析、归纳、梳理成“学案集”，充分体现第一轮复习的基础知识应具有两方面的特点：一是知识点的面要广，二是要加强一定的词语辨析。实现广积粮，但勿深挖洞以符合本校的学生基本实际情况。高一至高三按一周四个单元三课时的复习时间安排，计划上18周。以周课时安排为主线。

复习材料第一轮以“优化方案”为主，第二轮以168套题+专项训练为主，复习内容为：词语搭配，句型结构，词的转意，日常交际用语，语法等。

3、明确高考要求及其重、难点，实现基础训练和技能限时训练

4、以大纲为线索，进行语法专项复习，提高学生的语境分析能力和解题能力。内容如下：

名词与主谓一致;冠词，代词;形容词，副词;情态动词;动词的时态与语态;短语动词;非谓语动词(动词不定式，分词，动名词);定语从句;名词性从句(宾语从句，主语从句，表语从句，注意同位语从句高考说明中已明确不考);状语从句，虚拟语气;倒装与省略;强调句，简单句，复合句;加强了现在完成进行时、将来进行时机虚拟语气的练习(高考说明中已明确要考)

二 、强化高考题型的专题训练，解决能力题的应试技巧

1、语音音标选择：题型进行了两次调整

2、单项填空。15分其特点为：内容覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识;重点突出，强调动词用法的考查;突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用。应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解，方法包括：题眼法;排除法;分类法;还原法;推理法等。

3、完形填空。30分 主要是测试学生综合运用语言的能力。应引导学生从以下角度来分析：

从上下文的角度来分析;

从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;

从逻辑推理，常识等的角度来分析;

从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;

从文章的中心句，关键句，词语来分析作者的观点和态度。

4、阅读理解。40分。选材应注意题材和体裁的多样化。涉及社会，文化，经济，心理，历史，科普，政治等方面，信息含量很大。故阅读的篇数应有一定的保证，计划每周10篇。应注重对学生学法及应试技巧的指导。加强快速阅读的训练力度，及时制定时间标准，加以监督并做及时的调整。

5、阅读信息匹配题。10分集理解与技能的题型。重点应放在解题方法和技巧上，严格答题习惯，答题规范。精选相当量的材料进行一定量的强化训练。

6、书面表达。25分(每周一节)每周要求学生至少写两篇书面表达，并在一节课内讲析。鼓励好的学生向第五档(21—25)分靠拢，明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。好的档次为：能使用较高级的词汇和较复杂的语法规则，有效地使用语句中的过渡成分，准确抓住内容要点。再次引导学生注意书写的基本功的训练，尤其是卷面的整洁度和字迹的工整程度。引导学生学会分析所给的材料，定格式，如通知，广告，书信，发言稿等，准确地抓住内容要点，确立可适当发挥的句子，锁定必须要表达的内容要点，省略一些不必要的内容要点。引导全体学生注意使用简单句的同时，引导成绩较好的学生学会使用一定的较为复杂的句子，如定语从句，固定句型等。收集学生的错误类型当作训练材料来进一步进行讲析。要明确随堂作文的，如随堂20分钟作文，当堂请写得较快较好的同学将自己的作文写在幻灯纸上，进行师或生讲评，并提倡让学生更多的上台机会。

三 、专项训练和综合训练相结合，开发学生的综合思维能力。

四、经常进行相互间的听课及研讨。

本学期将充分利用空余时间互听“推广课”与“研讨课”。并积极参加省、市教研活动，获取足够的高考信息。

强调每周集体备课的质量(如材料的选择与编印，辅优导差工作等)，强调月考出卷的检测功能及考后的分析。

五、讲究复习策略，实现高效低耗。

1、坚持能力首位的复习原则。

完形填空、阅读理解、阅读填空、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿始终。大量进行专题训练。坚持“限时阅读”，每周向学生提供近10篇文长为250—500词的语篇，当然，在能力训练的同时，勿忘“回归基础知识”。

六、自编专项训练题

根据陕西高考题型的确定，结合我校学生实际情况，全组教师分工合作编写了如：语音题，42组;单词拼写题，500道;短文改错40篇;阅读理解中的信息匹配题20篇;完形填空的不同题材题，12篇及不同题材的作文模板及范文，以此对学生进行针对性的强化训练。

策略调整：各阶段的重要高考信息应及时捕捉，领会其中的精神。对高三英语复习有了一个全面科学的规划，设计，并认真地贯彻执行，相信在高考中能够创佳绩!

七、团结一心的备课组

高三英语备课组是一个有目共睹的团结、合作、互帮、和谐、愉快的集体。全组教师一心一意为我校学生在高考中英语成绩优秀而努力拼搏着。人人都积极踊跃地接受所分配的任务，从没有推诿，并按时按质地完成。樊正第、冯斌、彭鸿莹老师都身兼班主任的工作，繁事多，但仍积极承担大量的出题任务，毫无怨言。李龙涛、张东华老师更是在备课组的领导下，做了大量的工作，任劳任怨……总之，一个和谐的集体是我们英语备课组顺利完成各项工作、提高学生英语成绩不可或缺的因素之一。

基础知识是高考的“本”和“源”。所以我们第一轮的复习紧扣教材，将基础知识的整理、归纳、和运用作为根本出发点。我们计划从寒假补课开始到三月底结束高一到高三书本知识的输理。输理的重点放在高考大纲所要求学生掌握的单词、短语的用法、辨析;常用句型的使用及转换;语法点的再现。所用材料以《导与练》为主。要求学生读、背基本词汇，老师每天或每两天进行检测，逐个过关。在这期间，我们也会挑选最新试题，穿插给学生予以训练。

2、分项突破

从四月上旬开始我们将着手开始专题训练。这一阶段我们要突出完型、阅读和写作的训练。我们将参考考纲中有关高考题型时间分配的要求，强化限时训练。对于写作薄弱的学生，我们会采用“一对一面批”的方式给予他们帮助。目的旨在希望学生通过这一阶段的训练能够熟能生巧，提高速度和准确率。这部分的练习我们会采用少部分有难度的高考真题，帮助学生分析文章中长、难的句子结构。另外，我们也会关注和筛选最新的模考题。

3、综合提高

综合训练贯穿在高三英语教学的始终。我们会结合学校分配给各个学科的固定时间组织综合训练的考试。重点培养学生应试能力，积累考试的经验。

4、全面提高素质

鼓励学生针对自己的薄弱环节，有的放矢地进行训练。鼓励他们多与老师交流沟通，尤其是那些学科发展不均衡的学生，我们将会倾注更多的关爱，帮助他们提高。

三、教学内容及复习建议

(1)、3月底前结束高一、高二课本的输理和《导与练》的讲解，其间穿插各个地方最新练习的讲解。

(2)、4月底前结束语法专项及练习题的讲解，作文的训练;提供30—50篇优秀短文给学生。

(3)、4月底至5月中旬(20天左右)的时间，综合卷的仿真演练。

(4)、最后阶段着重考前指导，各班针对不同情况查漏补缺。

一、学情分析

碧中学生英语底子非常薄弱，很多学生不具备英语单词的拼读能力。在新高考新题型冲击下，概要和续写对学生来说是一大挑战。

二、教学指导思想

抓基础，由浅入深，努力发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习策略;培养学生的综合运用语言的能力;特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力，拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生有效改善自己的英语学习。

三、教学任务及课时安排

本学期要完成高三复习任务，每一单元进行重点词汇及句子测试，语法1-2课时，迎接明年1月的第一次高考。

四、主要措施

高三年级是高中的重要阶段。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。根据学生的实际情况对教材练习适当做出调整，删减。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，做好听力备考工作，突击写作训练，为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：

1、认真研究教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。在课堂教学中，对于每一个教学环节的设计，我们都应注重学生的活动，学生动口、动手、动脑的活动，以达到师生互动、生生互动的良好效果

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。

3、本学期仍要坚持训练学生的听力，每周三次统一听力训练，做好听力高考备考工作。

4、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。

5、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。

6、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习或测试，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容,在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学会思考、整理和归纳。

题型专题训练：

每个专题用一课时分析设题特点、评分标准（完成句子）、指导解题技能、解题步骤；一课时训练解题步骤和解题技能。这些题型专题的训练材料以提前进入新课改高考省市的高考题为主。题型训练应结合平常的考试评讲来落实。评讲应结合解题技能、解题步骤来评析，让学生形成良好的做题习惯。

听力专题训练：

每周四次，以高考题型为主，第一次为泛听，在学生听完选出答案后教师给出正确答案，学生自己对照评分，将错题做上记号；第二次细听主要让学生将错题再做一次，与正确答案核对，尽力听懂所有内容并且动口模仿复述。
