上课方面

每天都保持饱满的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛，认真做好组织教学，尽可能保证上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，并且充分调动学生的学习积极性，设法令学生投入，不让其分心，让学生多动手，多动口、，多动脑，让课堂气氛活跃起来，充分调动学生的主观能动性，力图让学生学有所得，学有所乐。

听课方面

听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。

作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在连词造句、阅读理解等;批改作业时多用赞美式、鼓励性的语言予以评价。对学生的辅导方面，做到有耐心，有方法，因材施教，个别无心向学的学生，经过一个学期的耐心教育，学习兴趣明显提高，成绩也有较大的进步。

考试方面

本学期根据学校的要求进行了多次阶段性的考试，考试的成绩基本高于同级同科的水平。每次的考试，都能做到考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结，及时查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学习方法，争取更大的进步。

三、其他方面

一、了解学情

二、认真备课

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。因此，一学期来，在备课时努力做到如下几点：一认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。三考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

三、授课之后，做到精讲精练

针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

四、认真批改作业

布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每天进行一次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

成绩已成过去，希望在未来，今后我将继续加强学习，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

一 扎实开展常规教学，切实提高教学质量。

1 课前认真备课。既备教材，又备学生，在领会大纲精神吃透教材的情况下，细致分析所教班学生的实际情况，从学生的实际出发，结合大纲要求，做出切实可行的教学设计。从而使备课有的放矢，提高教学质量。

4 注重课后复习检测。复习，检测工作在教学中很重要，复习可“温故而知新”，检测则可及时了解学生对所学知识的掌握情况。本期教学中，我除要求学生在课后对前面所学知识进行经常复习外，在课堂教学中，亦充分利用一切机会，尽量将前面所学知识结合起来对学生进行提问，帮助他们掌握前面所学知识。检测采用模块检测，周末自主检测的形式。通过检测，对学生所学知识进行查漏补缺工作。

二 不断更新教学手段，充实完善教学方法

1 运用现代教学手段，激发学生学习兴趣。充分运用多媒体，课件等现代教育技术于教学之中，激起学生听课学习的浓厚兴趣，从而提高了课堂教学效果。

2 采取多种教学形式，创造轻松课堂氛围。摒弃传统的“我讲你听”的单一教法，采用多种形式相结合的教学方法。教师精讲，提出适量有针对性的问题，让学生带着问题去阅读教材及复习资料，对于不懂的问题，学生可问老师，也可相互之间进行讨论，给出适量课堂练习，让学生独立完成。充分发挥学生在课堂教学中的主体作用及老师的主导作用，让学生积极参与课堂教学，活跃课堂气氛，提高课堂教学效果。

3 让学习落到实处。要求学生掌握的知识，一定以默写的方式落实到纸面上。充分利用学生出现的问题进行讲评，根据问题重新设计问题，让学生在解决类似的问题之中不断得到提升。

4 积极响应学校提出的试题的编制、批改、补偿性训练和满分卷的系统工程。每一份试题的编制内容要符合三个三分之一的思想，从而达到滚动复习的目的。提高学生的记忆水平。一边批改一边记录，一则为试卷讲评做好铺垫，二则为下一次命题留下依据。根据答对率的及时分析，从而备课组合理分工进行编制补偿性训练和满分卷，达到最后真正落实的目的。

三 积极参加教研教改，努力提升自身的素养

1 广泛参阅教育学，心理学书籍及报刊资料，努力钻研先进的教育教学理论，丰富并提升自身的理论素养。根据教科室的安排和要求和自身的需要，经常阅读一些班主任有关的书籍：《班主任工作漫谈》、《班主任兵法》等。

2 听取同仁课堂教学，取长补短，以资借鉴。我们备课组的老师经常进行不同课型的研讨课，一边研讨一边听评课，从而找到更适合我校学生实际的高三英语课堂教学模式。

3 认真撰写博客论文，每月及时进行总结和反思，提高自己的理论水平和教研教改能力。

光靠第三册教材的阅读量是远远不够的，所以我们还要精选精泛读材料来弥补教材的不足。在教学过程中遵循精泛结合、精少泛多、精泛有序的原则。选择的精读材料要能够在教学中发挥最大效益，启发学生的思维，促进学生知识的掌握和能力的形成。在教材的基础上，精选泛读材料，以巩固和拓宽语言知识，培养独立阅读能力。

可以《英语周报》为基础，用好《英语周报》，因为报上的文章比较新，时代气息浓，篇幅多。每期精选一两篇为精读材料，两三篇为泛读材料。在平时教学新词汇的过程中，不失时机地由新翻旧，以旧带新，通过形近、义近、同义、反义、固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇，让学生从纵向，横向及各个方面将词汇的雪球滚大。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词，要求学生摘录下来，老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以扩大学生的词汇量。

三、加强写作训练，合理安排综合训练

加强写作指导和训练，是我们高考取得成绩的重要保证。只有多练才可能有好的成绩。但只是写作还不能取得好成绩，一定要加强对学生的集中训练和指导。对于写作，在写作过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求：

1)繁简适度

3)层次分明，承上启下

四、培养学生良好的素质

培养学生良好的心理素质，良好的心理素质是发挥自身水平、甚至是超水平发挥的基础，是提高学生应变能力的必要条件。在教师的启发诱导下，带着求知的兴趣，不断变换角色、对话，不仅使学生的语言运用能力在各自的角色扮演中都得到提升，而且学生主动参与课堂教学活动，使他们真正成为学习的主体，使他们富于朝气，充满自信，使他们有了强烈的参与感，在课堂上敢于发言，师生之间互相合作。

二、教学业务

(1)备课

教师备课可以分为两部分：

1、备教材：备好课才能上好课。因此我在上每一节课之前，钻研教材，熟悉教材，力争90%的内容都熟记于心。熟悉这节课和上一节课的联系以及与下一节课的联系以及本节课在本单元中的位置。明确本节课我们要干些(教学目的)什么，怎么样才能达到我们的目地。我做到了怎么开始这节课(新课导入)，有那些过程(教学过程)，采用什么样的教学方法(教学方法)才能达到事半功倍的效果(教学效果)，这些都有心中有数。

2、备学生：学生是一节课的主体。教师的对象是学生，因此我们一定要了解自己的学生，这样在课堂中才能因材施教。备课时一定要研究怎么通过教师说明，练习，让学生简单明了的愉快接受本节课的知识。
