一年来，英语教研组在学校各级领导的关怀指导下，在教导处的直接领导下，按照教导处的部署，学期初制定了务实的学期工作计划，一学期共组织教研活动18次，平均每周一次。我们认真实践着既定的教研战略，全面优质地完成了学期工作任务。为把今后工作做得更好，现从以下几方面加以总结。

1.求真务实，抓好“三课”的说、讲、评工作。

英语教研组本学期面临“两多”的困难，即：教材多，差生多。“三课”的说、讲、评工作是本学期学校教研工作的重点之一，因此，更是本组教研工作的重中之重。根据学期初学校的整体要求，英语教研组学期内共安排了十二节不同形式的.公开课。其中包括初一教师黄子华，孙勇兴，林云新、黄邦春的四节课改探索课和初二教师黄钢英、谢金平、邱仁国、饶必胜、陈新旺的五节课改公开课，初三郑健、林大健、黄玉凤的三节示范课。从整体上看，11节课的课前准备是充分的，11位教师的授课态度是严谨的;各节课尽管课形不同，但是都能体现新课改的思想，都能体现教者的创新意识，都能以提高学生听说读写诸能力为教学目标，都能充分利用多媒体辅助课堂教学。

这当中，青年教师在各方面虽显稚嫩，却不乏执著;老教师虽身经百战，却依然执著，谦虚严谨;不论年轻与否，均与学生融为一体，师生配合都是那么默契;说课与评课过程是“三课”活动的重要环节。11节课的评课得到了学校领导、教导处和学科内外老师们的大力支持，评课积极热烈，收到了预期的良好效果，使讲课着与听评课者都受到一定的教益。因此，我们觉得：“三课”的活动形式的确是开展学科教研的良好方式，今后我们将继续坚持下去。

2.发挥课堂教学的功能，围绕“三点”搞教研。

课堂教学是课程改革实验的基本途径，只有切实改进课堂教学方法，用新课程理念指导新的教学行为，课程改革才能取得实效性发展。本学年，我们结合教学常规工作管理检查，深入课堂，积极探索与新课程相适应的教学方法改革，帮助教师形成由主客体关系转向相互交往关系、由以讲为主转向合作探究为主、由接受学习转向发现学习、由黑板粉笔的单一手段转向多媒体教学手段的应用等新的教学观念，把新的教学评价观(关注并利用学生的生活经验、三维度的有机结合、开拓学生学习的时间和空间、立足于人而不是物化的知识等)贯穿于对老师的课堂教学评价中，引导学校和老师改变评课方法，从而改变教学方法，在旧教材中体现了新理念，为顺利过渡到新教材实验做好观念上的准备。

本学期，我们加强了以“教学过程中的热点、难点、和疑点”为主题或课题的研讨与交流。教研活动逐步引向深入，本学期，教研组以“课改”为主题，发起了教学研讨活动。主体鲜明，侧重点明确，紧密联系教学实际，老师们愿意参与，活动后真正能从中获得裨益。“三点”所覆盖的内涵，自始至终都应该是学科教研的立足点和支撑点，对它们的研究应该是永无止境的，我们以后一定会坚持下去。

3.积极开展教改课题实验研究工作。

教育科研是现代教师的重要标尺。一年来，我们重视抓教改课题实验研究，促使教师成为科研型人才，也迈出了可喜的一步。____年市立项英语科"全国十五课题，融入新课程理念，开展现场研讨，扩大参与面。在明年送材料接受市教科所的结题验收。课题的实验研究，对提高教师的科研水平、改进教学方法、深化教育教学改革、推进课程改革，都起着很大的促进作用。

一、加强教育教学理论学习，提高教师理论素养

1、本学期重点学习了《英语课程标准》和《英语课程标准解读》等有关课程改革的材料。学习课程改革专著《新课堂新评价》和《有效备课》。学习了有关教学的《对教学设计内涵的理解及实践诊断》、《新课程理念下培养学生英语思维能力》、《新课程理念下初中英语课堂教学如何听课和评课》等文章，用这些理论来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。

2、加快信息技术学习进程。本教研组全体外语教师认真学习电脑技术和网络技术，能熟练运用基本信息技术，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合，运用现代教学理论设计多媒体教学辅助课件，目前所有老师都能利用多媒体有效地进行教学。

3、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。全体英语老师通过理论学习，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文。

二、狠抓教学常规落实，深化教育教学改革。

1、进一步抓好“教学常规”的学习和实施工作，组织本教研组教师学习常规，学习校内外先进典型，加强检查督促，使学习常规，实施常规成为全体教师的自觉行动。

2、加强集体备课。集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。为此，我们教研组积极组织集体备课，做到有计划、有重点、有记录、有创新、有实效、有总结。我们采取集体备课与个人备课相结合的办法。备课做到三定(定时间、定内容、定中心发言人)。集体备课主要以各年级备课组为单位，，明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点，基本习题，参考教法等。然后，同年级备课组教师进行讨论，最后达成共识。充分发挥备课组的力量，做到了教学资源共享。

3、抓好教研组建设。教研组在落实常规方面发挥重要作用，做好常规落实的检查、督促工作;定期组织教学研究活动，围绕本组研究的课题，组织相应的公开课、研修课、展示课，通过研讨、观摩、评议等形式，使本教研组全体英语教师共同提高，人人受益。

三、重视课题研究，以研促教

教研组加大力度进行教育科研的建设，全组老师积极参加省教育科学规划课题《初中英语课堂教学活动的设计研究》的研究工作。教研组形成了浓浓的教学研究的氛围，以研促教，通过文献资料查找、信息收集、学生的调查问卷、课题理论与实际相结合，课堂教学的听评课，认真友好的意见和建议等在不断的实践、摸索、反思、再实践等一系列过程中，教研组教师们加强了理论知识学习、提高了课堂教学水平(尤其是信息技术与英语教学进行有效整合方面有了很大的提升，通过PowerPoint的制作提高课堂效率、学生学习兴趣，网络的使用扩大了师生的眼界)、在交流中也感悟了如何帮助学生更好学习英语等方面的进步。通过课题研究，教师们突破传统的“苦干”为事半功倍的“巧干”，带动了学生们英语学习的热情。

四、优化课堂教学，提高师生能力。

课堂教学是教学工作的主阵地，提高课堂教学的实效性关系到学生学习成绩的好坏，学生负担轻重等诸多方面。为此，我们组教师积极学好教学理论，用理论指导实践，苦练教学基本功，从课堂教学的组织、方法的优化，情境的创设等方面都做了大量的研究。同时积极参加业务培训和市英语教研活动。平时能经常互相听课，取长补短，共同提高教学技能，以求共同发展。新课程向传统的教学方法提出了挑战。教师要走下高高的神坛，由居高临下的权威者变成学生学习的伙伴、学生发展的促进者。因此，我们英语组努力倡导营造民主、平等、互动、合作的师生关系，在与学生交往互动、合作交流中与学生心灵碰撞、情感交融中健全学生人格，完善学生个性，促进师生共同发展。

五、紧抓学科质量，促进学生全面发展。

教学质量是学校教学活动成败得失的及时反馈。我们组教师始终把学科质量摆在首要位置，除了狠抓课堂教学，面向全体学生、关注所有学生的教育理念在课堂上被体现外，加强分层教学：对差生我们的老师经常利用课余时间把他们叫到办公室进行个别辅导，真正使差生多学一点，多掌握一点，缩小与其他学生的差距，提高整体水平;各备课组还向学生开展了一些提高学生学英语兴趣和英语成绩的活动，如：七年级举行了英语书法比赛，八年级举行了英语词组比赛，九年级举行了英语综合能力比赛，这些比赛都已圆满结束。九英语教师认真研究20__年的中考试卷，注意中考新动向，扎扎实实教好第一遍，在基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、读、写综合能力的培养，特别重视学生阅读和写作能力的训练。她们克服了任务重，工作忙的困难，认真备课，认真上课，受到了学生们的好评。以上这些活动都在各备课组长的精心准备和组织下，在各位老师的配合下，开展得都很顺利，效果很好。

六、团结协作，积极进取，实现全员共同成长

教研组是一个团队，一个团队需要有凝聚力，就离不开一份良好的团队精神。为此，我们不断强化整个团队分工不分家的团结协作精神。在教研组长的牵头下，教研组团结协作，资源共享，分工合作。如，为减轻教师负担，更有利于教学提高，教研组内教师课件共享，同年级的老师分工制作课件，以此来提高课件质量;备课组老师分别寻找练习材料，以求及时地找到针对性练习;备课组老师集体备课，共同讨论教学目标、教学方法，凡组内老师开设公开课，其他老师都能出谋划策，共商共量;成功与失败的经验共享：老教师带新教师;教学经验丰富的老师带教学成绩薄弱的教师等。组内形成了老教师“传、帮、带”，青年教师“学、钻、创”，融入各自的特长、特点，形成了具有各人特色的教学风格。

七、存在的问题：

课件的制作水平有待提高，课件的使用率还不是很高。今后我们应在这方面加强检查和督促。

总之，一学期以来，外语组教师注意自身素质的提高，始终以高标准严格要求自己，在教育教学工作中取得了一定的成绩。但是，我们也深深知道，这些成绩的取得是在各级领导的关心、以及学校其他学科老师的大力支持与配合下取得的。我们还知道，我们的工作还有很多需要提高改进的地方。我校作为静宁县农村教育窗口，充分利用该效应;并借助在数学和语文两大优势学科的强劲发展势头之下，通过全组教师的共同努力，把“学习型小组”转变为“研究型”，“实验型”和“思考型”教研组。挖掘各方面的潜力，把我校英语学科搞得更好，更响。

转眼，高二下学期就要过去了，本学期，我担任高二两个班的英语教学工作。这一学期来，本人更积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学习基础，以便更好的“因材施教”。在教学中严格要求自己，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。

立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期的教学工作总结如下：

一、了解学情

这两个班已接触了许久，我对学生的学习情况也有所了解：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学习惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学习成绩。

二、认真备课

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。因此，一学期来，在备课时努力做到如下几点：一认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。三考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

三、授课之后，做到精讲精练

针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

四、认真批改作业

布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每天进行一次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

成绩已成过去，希望在未来，今后我将继续加强学习，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

一、坚定政治思想，注重师德培养

二、注重常规教学，提高教学质量。

教学工作是学校工作的核心，也是教师的首要任务。我深知常规教学对教学质量提高的作用。因此，我课前认真备课，既备教材，又备学生，在领会大纲精神吃透教材的情况下，细致分析所教班学生的实际情况。

高三(1)班基础较好，因此，我在打好基础的同时，适当增加教学和作业难度，对于高三(2)班而言，我从学生的实际出发，重点强化基础，做出切实可行的教学设计，从而使备课有的放矢，提高备课质量。课堂教学是整个教学工作的中心环节。为了提高课堂教学效果，在课堂教学中，我总是坚持“以学生为主体，以教师为主导”的教学原则，想方设法激发，调动学生参与课堂教学的热情，从而活跃了课堂气氛，提高了课堂教学效果。同时，我注重课后复习检测，检测工作在教学中很重要，复习可“温故而知新”，检测则可及时了解学生对所学知识的掌握情况。

本期教学中，我除要求学生在课后对前面所学知识进行经常复习外，在课堂教学中，亦充分利用一切机会，尽量将前面所学知识结合起来对学生进行提问，帮助他们掌握前面所学知识。检测采用单元检测，月考检测的形式，通过检测，对学生所学知识进行查漏补缺工作。

三、丰富教学方法，适当采用洋思教学模式

运用现代教学手段，激发学生学习兴趣。充分运用多媒体，课件等现代教育技术于教学之中，激起学生听课学习的浓厚兴趣，从而提高了课堂教学效果。 同时我采取多种教学形式，创造轻松课堂氛围。摒弃传统的“我讲你听”的单一教法，采用多种形式相结合的教学方法。

本学期，我校在学校领导的统一安排下，认真学习洋思教学模式：“先学后教，当堂训练”。我也适时在英语教学中采用这种模式，在课上精讲，提出适量有针对性的问题，让学生带着问题去阅读教材及复习资料，对于不懂的问题，学生可问老师，也可相互之间进行讨论，给出适量课堂练习，让学生独立完成。充分发挥学生在课堂教学中的主体作用及老师的主导作用，让学生积极参与课堂教学，活跃课堂气氛，提高课堂教学效果。

四、积极学习进修，提高自身业务能力

本学期在紧张的工作之余，我广泛参阅教育学，心理学书籍及报刊资料，努力钻研先进的教育教学理论，丰富并提升自身的理论素养，积极参加组内教研课并认真参与评教议教。 不断反思自己的教学，及时进行经验总结，提高理论水平和教研教改能力。
