我们工作的时候应该认真仔细，要知道稍微的疏忽可能会给公司带来巨大的损失。所以工作的时候尽量与别人合作。例如，翻译工作，难免会发生错误，所以我会请别人校正，以保证准确无误的完成工作。

作为一名实习生我们首先要端正心态，心态决定这我们的工作状态，不要认为“我们还是学校的学生”，就可以做好做坏无所谓，上班可以迟到，有事没事可以经常请假。应该把自己看成该单位的试用期员工，这样有利于我们未来的就业，达到实习目的。

十、安全合同内容：

1、甲乙双方必须自觉遵守、执行建设部《建筑施工安全检查标准》，以及有关的各项规范，自觉遵守当地政府、有关安全施工的各项规定和行业主管部门颁布实施的有关安全生产的法律、法规、规范标准及各项规定，切实保障施工人员的安全与健康。

2、甲乙双方都应有安全管理组织体制，包括抓安全生产的领导，兼职的安全员，应有各工种的安全操作规程，特种作业人员的审证考核制度及各级安全生产岗位责任制和定期安全检查制度，安全教育制度等。

3、乙方必须严格按照甲方现行的有关安全生产各项规章制度和管理方式，并按合同有关条款加强自身管理，履行乙方责任，若因措施不力而造成事故的责任和因此而发生的费用由责任方承担。

4、乙方必须执行下列安全管理制度：

(1)、根据工程内容、特点，甲乙双方应做好安全技术交底，并有交底书面材料，双方各执一份。

(2)乙方工人入场一律接受安全教育，合格后方准进入现场施工。

(3)乙方的特种作业人员的配臵必须满足施工需要，并持有劳动部门核发的特种作业临时操作证，持证上岗。

(4)、乙方必须执行安全防护措施，设备验收制度和施工作业转换后的交接检验制度。

十一、现场文明施工及其人员行为管理：

1、乙方必须遵守现场安全文明施工的各项管理规定，必须符合公司现场标准化布臵的要求，按公司的规定执行。

2、乙方应采取一切合理的措施，防止其劳务人员发生任何违法或妨碍治安的行为，否则由此造成的一切损失和费用由乙方自己负责。

3、乙方工人和管理人员要举止文明，行为规范，遵章守纪，对人有礼貌，禁止上班时喝酒寻衅闹事。

4、如乙方未能按以上合同要求进行安全施工或故意拖延施工进度，甲方有权对乙方进行清场处理，清退按其完成工程量的60%结算。
