“高效课堂专题培训”心得体会

20xx年8月23日至24日，在我区教育主管部门的安排下，我参加了“高效课堂专题”培训，听取了几位资深教师对于打造高效课堂的理论与经验介绍，我的内心深有触动，深有启发。

听了王敏勤教授关于和谐高效的教学模式的经验介绍后，我的内心有顿悟之感，原来高效课堂是有这样几个要领：

一、教师以人为本，充分相信学生

学生只有在课堂上真正拥有了时间和空间，才能真正落实学生的主体地位，才有可能是自主学习。我联想到我们的课堂教学，尽管并不完全是老师“满堂灌”，但是学生并没有完全地参与到课堂的教学中，只是被动地听。这样就大大地助长了学生对老师的依赖心理和懒惰心理。因此，在以后的课堂教学中，我们教师应积极调动学生的学习兴趣，让学生大胆地讲，大胆地说，让学生积极地参与到学习当中。

二、让鼓励教育推动课堂的有效高效发展

课堂上鼓励每一位学生都要参与讨论，尽量给更多的孩子以表现的机会，大家可以主动争取发言，目的是让更多的学生参与到课堂中来。学生的学习有了兴趣，就有了热情，有了热情学习成绩自然也就上来了。

我觉得今后我们的课堂要加强师生间的情感交流，形成亲切、和谐的氛围，给课堂创造一种群体的感情氛围，使师生产生共鸣。今后在课堂上，注意到用自己真诚的心，亲切的教态来组织课堂，来感染每一位同学。

听了王敏勤教授的“打造适合自己的教学模式—怎样进行三级建模”专题讲座，使我感受颇深。

学校可以通过三级建模的方式逐步做到：一校一模，一科多模，一模多法。 英语专题复习课教学模式：

3.疑难点拨 考点攻略 4.课堂小结 布置作业

听了王敏勤教授的“怎样听课与评课”专题讲座，使我受益匪浅。

听课如同读书，评课如同分析一篇文章，只是听课比读书更为复杂，因为书

本是平面的，课堂是立体的;书本是静止的，课堂是灵动的。一堂课要听的方面很多，但主要是关注三方面的事情：关注课堂教学的环节和方法是否合理适当，关注教师对教材的把握和引导是否准确到位，关注学生的学习是否扎实有效。这三个方面也对应了讲课人在备课时的三备：备教法、备教材、备学生。评课前要考虑三个问题：你认为一堂好课的标准是什么;你对所听学科的课程标准和教材是否熟悉和了解;你是否认真记录了讲课者的每个教学环节并作出评价。王教授指出了我们日常教学管理中听课与评课应注意的环节，方法具体，使我们有章可循，有法可依。

通过聆听此次报告，对照自己的工作实际，我找出了自己课堂中的不足之处，并拟定了今后工作努力的方向，现总结如下：

一、不能做到完全放手学生，总存在这样那样的担心，担心学生不能充分挖掘各知识点，担心学生不能将学习方法概括总结到一定的高度，担心学生讲解展示时浪费时间，讲不到点儿上，担心学生自学时知识脉络归纳不全„„高校课堂的灵魂是相信学生，解放学生，利用学生和发展学生，并结合课堂实际不断加以改变和完善。

二、没能充分点燃学生学习的激情。在班级中，还有一小部分学生对学习英语兴趣不高，针对这一点，我采纳王敏勤教授的建议，将趣味元素带进课堂，并让学生体会到成功的快乐，不断激励学生，从而使学生对英语学习感兴趣。

三、学生在课堂上要积极参与。在高效课堂的教学中，必须做到让每个学生都全身心的全程参与，即参与自学，参与研讨，参与展示。学生发表自己的见解、谈自己的看法，特别是小组合作学习当中要互教互学，学生不仅在学，而且在教，整个过程是互动的。

四、学生要做到认真倾听。课堂上，部分学生缺乏倾听的品质和习惯。而合作学习的前提就是要学会倾听。因而我要在自己的语言上多下功夫，多给学生留悬念，让他们产生兴趣，并及时鼓励、评价。

总之，参加了培训，就不能只停留在心动的层次上，而要立即投入到行动中。在此次高效课堂改革中，我的教学工作还存在着很多问题还需要不断学习，不断探索，才能离高效课堂距离越来越近。让学生们的潜能在课堂上超常的释放出来，让学生们的思维在课堂上动起来，学生的灵感生发出来，课堂精彩起来!

经过一段时间的讨论，圣诞节终于举行了，之前还以为会在活动中产生各种各样的混乱事情，但是现在看来，并没有发生。因此，这就给此次举办的活动能真正意义上的圆满结束划上一个句号。

一个活动的成功举行，靠的不仅仅是一个人的力量，更重要的是全体工作人员的积极配合。从各个游戏环节的人员分配，到各班主任、英语老师对本班学生进行活动的情况落实，中间经历了一些摩擦和延误，也少不了大部分工作人员的认真投入。

在活动过程中，我主要进行游戏负责人员的分配和部分物资的购买。最初的策划方案并没有人员的具体安排，导致实习组长超额的工作量和其他人员的无事可干。当把各游戏负责人确定下来后，大家各司其职，组长只需进行提醒和统筹，工作过程显得更加有序。物资购买方面，由于预算比较迟批下来，购买时显得很仓促。不过卖家和快递都很尽力帮忙，没有对活动的进行造成很大影响。不过，如果时间能提前些会更好。

活动中遇到比较大的摩擦是初二年级的圣诞节活动举行，也是我们需要进行反思、改进的问题。作为宝一外的实习老师，我们有义务和初一的实习老师合作策划圣诞节活动。但作为初二年级的实习老师，我们没有提前和指导老师沟通，知会她们初一举办圣诞节活动这件事。结果是活动举办前两天，指导老师偶然和我提起圣诞节打算在班里举办活动，我才和她说起初一即将举办圣诞节活动的事。

出乎我意料的是，初二的英语老师不仅不担心课时紧的问题，还很乐意举办活动。她们认为，初二学生整天学习，比较少活动，难得有这个机会放松一下。另外，看到初一的学生有游戏玩，他们什么活动也没有，加上之前网上的传言，很可能对学校造成不良影响。

总之，老师们很希望学生能参加这次圣诞节的活动。但由于场地和时间准备等问题，和初一学生一起到体育馆举行活动不大现实。于是，我们商讨能不能在各个班级举行，在第七八节课之前由实习老师负责游戏的组织，指导老师协助维持秩序。另外，老师们利用中午英语练字的时间，教会学生唱一首有关圣诞节的歌曲;下午最后一节社团活动课，为留在教室的学生播放影片;周六日回去做有关圣诞节的手抄报。虽然初二的学生不能到体育馆玩游戏，不过各班进行游戏的情况也不错，特别是发糖和南瓜灯的环节，学生都很兴奋。从早上第一节到下午第六节，各班的圣诞节活动有序进行着。虽然初二这次顺利举行了活动，但个人觉得以后两个年级举办活动时还是互相知会比较好。

由于初二的年级组长和实习老师开过会，强调以后有什么活动要及时知会她们，因此我们说了这次初一即将进行的配音大赛。她们依然很乐意让初二的学生也参加这次比赛。

圣诞节活动结束了，不过各种反思、财政总结、资料整理的工作还得继续一段时间。希望以后的活动能借鉴这次的优缺点，越办越好!

寄售协议

A公司，注册地在中国_______(以下称寄售人)，与B公司，注册地在________(以下称代售人)，按下列条款签订本协议：

ThisAgreement is entered into between _______ Co.(hereinafter referred toas the Consignor), having its registered office at _______, China and________CO.(hereinafter referred to as the Consignee),having its registered office at_______, on the following terms and conditions:

1.寄售人将不断地把______(货物)运交给代售人代售。货物价格为CIF市价，约隔90天运交一次。

The Consignor shall from time to time ship ______________(commodity)tothe consignee on Consignment basis at the prevailing international marketprices on CIF terms. The interval between each shipment shall be approximatelyninety days.

2.代售人在征得寄售人对价格、条款等的同意之后，必须尽力以最好价格出售寄售商品。

The Consignee must try to sell theconsignments at the best possible prices after obtaining the approval of theConsignor as to price, terms, etc.

3.开始阶段，每次船运货物的价格不得超过_______美元，代售人未偿付的货款不能超过_________美元。

Each shipmentby ship at the initial stage will not exceed U.S.D_______and the outstandingliabilities on the Consignee shall be in the vicinity of not more than U.S.D._______ only.

4.寄售人对赊销造成的坏账不负任何责任，代售人在任何时候均负有支付寄售人货款的义务。

TheConsignor shall at no time be responsible for any bad debts arising out ofcredit sales to any _______ buyers. Making payments to the Consignor shall atall times be the sole responsibility of the Consignee.

5.代售人将接受寄售人开立的以代售人为付款人的90天远期汇票，年利_____%。

TheConsignee shall accept the Bills of Exchange drawn by the Consignor on him at90 days’sight with interest payable at ________ % per annum.

6.代售人以签字信托收据从寄售人银行换取包括提单在内的装运单据。

The Consignee shallcollect the shipping documents including B/L from the Consignor’s bank againstTrust Receipt duly signed by the Consignee.

7.寄售人负担货物售出之前的保险费和仓储费。

The Consignor shallabsorb insurance premium and warehousing charges up to the date of delivery tocustomers.

8.仲裁:

Arbitration:

凡因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议应协商解决。若协商不成，应提交华南国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

Any dispute arising from or inconnection with the Contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. Incase no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to South ChinaInternational Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SCIA) for arbitrationin accordance with its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

9.本协议用中英文两种文字写成，两种文字具有同等效力。本协议共__份，自双方代表签字(盖章)之日起生效。

圣诞节到了，我们幸运星小记者班的同学们来到快乐老家艺术吧参加圣诞活动。

刚进大门我便被室内热情、喜庆的气氛感染了。同学们头上都戴着一顶尖尖的圣诞帽，周围的墙上、玻璃上、地板上贴上了圣诞老人和一个个又大又圆的红苹果。这样的氛围让人不禁心情欢快起来。

我找到了我的同学们，他们正在一间KTV里唱歌呢!同学们有的唱，有的跳，有的叫，欢快极了。

到做蛋糕的时候了，我们先按顺序坐在自己的椅子上，等着大姐姐拿来蛋糕。不一会儿，一个姐姐给我们拿来了一个正方形的蛋糕，然后又拿来一碗奶油，让我们把奶油均匀的抹在蛋糕上。我用手往碗里一挑，再向蛋糕上抹去，由于我不喜欢吃奶油，所以我只在蛋糕顶上抹了奶油。大姐姐又给我们拿来了一盘水果，里面有猕猴桃、桃子、西红柿……我先把猕猴桃放在蛋糕的四个角上，然后把桃子放在四角的中间，再把西红柿放在正中间，把其余的平均放在蛋糕表面。抹过奶油的蛋糕在果丁的衬托下，好看极了。到了最后一项——挤果酱，我先把红色的果酱挤在水果上，再把黄色的果酱挤在奶油上，最后我用三种果酱把蛋糕的四周挤了三条线，难道这样就大功告成了吗?不，还差一步呢!那就是盖上盖子。做完蛋糕后，我们到外面照了一张合影，留下了这愉快、幸福的一刻。

最后我们举行了一场联欢会，看!李法瑾正穿着一身西装在台上演讲呢!第一个出场的是陈宇航同学，他为我们带来了超高水平的英语口语表演;第二个出场的是李法瑾同学，他用激情的声音给我们带来了一篇《满江红》;第三个出场的是李彤妍，她表演的是古筝《战台风》……

活动结束了，可我们的心还未回过神来，真希望明年还有这样的活动。
