To live a meaningful life everyday; to continually pursue my predetermined worthwhile goals. -My view of life.

Could I put myself in the life-threatening working environment? Could I sacrifice my life for the benefits of others? Some people may laugh at my crazy question. To me, that is a serious question I have come a long way to find my answer. “I am not sure whether it is worth to answer”; “What is the true meaning of that question?”

When I was a young child, I watched a soap opera that was about court. I was deeply impressed by the judge’s calmness and the lawyer’s eloquence and resource that were showed in this opera. From then on, I hoped to study law some day. Fortunately, I performed well in entrance examination and got enrolled into __ University. Then I chose law as my major without hesitation. At university, I studied hard and got GPA 3.4. What’s more, I broadly read all kinds of books, including philosophy, history etc. My teachers’ instruction strengthened my understanding of law and makes me understand the significance of law to a country. During this time, I found out the evidence and pictures that attested counterpart did not give reasonable suggestion and service, and made a statement in the court. Finally, the arbitration turned out that counterpart compensated our loss, in which the arbiters invoked the reasons that I stated. They had a panel made up of 3 lawyers and 5 company representatives as agents while we just had 3 persons—two lawyers and me. Under such condition, I was able to cooperate with them and clearly stated my opinions without any nervousness, which got their respect. This matter greatly inspired my enthusiasm on study.

In addition, I took part in the contact draft in several companies. In the process, when I met a lot of problems, I often turned to my teachers for help, which made good impression on them. As I cherished each practice, I studied my specialty and English hard. With effective study method and diligence, I did well both in English and law, which helped me a lot to get scholarship every year. On the other hand, my practice inspired me to study. In practice, I exercised my legal knowledge. I also realize the big gap between theory and its application—sometimes I have master the rules but I didn’t know how to use it in actual case. In my study and practice, I admired outstanding lawyers’ eloquence and jumping thinking more and more. However, in China, most of lawyers come from theory study and those who can perform well in practice are insufficient. In practice, I could combine substantive law with procedural law to analyze case, but I still feel my theoretical foundation is not solid enough. What’s more, comparably speaking, the chances that I have to initiatively study and practice are not a lot. The design plan is asfollows: (1) Set down the blue print. (2) Complete 3-D solid model with Pro/Esoftware. (3) Finite-element analysis with ANSYS software. (4) Assemblingsimulation by using Pro/E. (5) Complete the 2-D draft of part and assembly.After two-week design work, we stepped to the next work, manufacture of theproduct. With the aid of the technique of computer, we plan the manufacturingprocess of every part. And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.

Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

China’s unique advantage of labor force predicts the resplendent future ofits Mechanical Engineering, especially the manufacture, and it is our beliefthat this day will come soon. On the other hand, there are so many experiencedtechnicians in China, however, with the absence of advanced experts manyadvanced producing method cannot be used in practical yield. When I worked asintern in some factories, I found that most of them were still using facilitieswhich were used in America about thirty years ago. As a child I often accompanied my father to his small coin shop and spenthours watching him work. When I was older, I sometimes set up displays, waitedon customers, and even balanced the books. This experience instilled in me thedesire to own and manage my own business someday, yet I understand that thebusiness world today is more complex. Further, as an assistant manager at theShowplace 11 and a staff coordinator at the SRSC, I have gained valuableexpertise in managing employees and creating work schedules. Not all of my work experience has been as a paid employee. 当然，选择_并不仅仅是由于_无可比拟的优越性，还有一个原因便是自身的性格因素。我是一个活泼开朗、阳光率直的女孩，对于新鲜的事物总是充满了好奇，喜欢在各种各样的挑战中不断超越自己。我爱音乐从黑白琴键下淙淙流出的写意，也爱篮球场上行云流水的酣畅淋漓。所以在高中时，我担任班中的文艺委员、学校的音乐社社长以及女子篮球队队长。虽然我是女生，但我对电脑也有着非同寻常的喜爱，在初中毕业后的暑假，我特意去了电脑学校学习了VisualBasic编程语言。在很小的时候，我就能掌握比同龄人多很多的字词。凭借着语言天赋，我又在假期中学习了大学韩语教材的第一册。对我来说学习永远是件快乐的事，因为我总能在其中体味到那种不断充实自己、超越自己的满足感。

我是一个很爱玩也很会玩的女孩。但无论在玩的时候多么无拘无束，一到了学习时，会马上静下心来，心无旁骛地投入到学习中，从小学到高中，一直成绩优异，从不偏科。而在所有的学科中，我最倾心的是数学。我喜欢在数字、符号、字幕之间寻找那些微小的规律;喜欢在各种各样的图形中搜寻出各个部分的关系;我喜欢遇到难题时的棋逢对手之感;喜欢攻克难题后“百万军中取上将首级”的豪迈之感。虽然从未学习过奥数，但我仍在初中时获得了“希望杯”数学邀请赛的三等奖，以及高中时全国数学联赛的二等奖。

我喜欢钻研问题时那种专注、纯净的感觉。我相信，只有_才是能让求知之鹰自由翱翔的朗朗晴空。

同时，我也对自己的能力充满信心。我曾多次在班级、学校的活动中担任主持人;还曾在假期中做过家教，定期地组织社团活动等。踏踏实实地在一次又一次的实践活动中不断提升自己的能力。

as a girl, i like preschool education since i was young. nowadays, chinese parents, who want their children to get better education, pay more attention to preschool education. if i study specialized curriculums on preschool education, i will go back china and work hard on preschool education after leaving college.

my plan is as follows: first, i plan to study english in language institute for about a half year in new zealand. then, i will study specialized curriculums on preschool education.

i believe i have the ability of study abroad, because i have finished all high school curriculums. besides, my parents both have job and have rich income, so they will support me to finish my study. after finishing my study, i will return to my homeland and work on preschool education, so as to realize my life value.
