(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

采用学生主体，教师主导，任务中心，活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施：初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是最为关键时期。基础打不好，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学，以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施：

(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体，激发爱好，增加容量，整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固，每日进行单词竞赛，值日报告，学唱英文歌曲等。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

我们的教育实习主要分为两部分，一部分是班主任工作，另一部分是教学工作，说白了就是既要带班又要教课。无论是带班还是教课，作为实习老师，都会有一个该校的正式老师带我们。前段时间实习的主要任务就是听课，看其他老师是怎样讲课的。这种听课和我们上学时听课是不一样的，因为这种听课的重点是观察老师怎样讲课，学习如何传授知识，如何驾驭课堂，如何控制授课时间，而并不是学习老师所讲的知识。熟悉老师的教学流程后，我开始着手备课，写完教案给指导老师查看，

我第一次上讲台时，自我感觉并不紧张，只是课讲得有点快，各个环节之间的过渡性词语不够明确和流畅，课堂驾驭能力不够强，但总体感觉还可以。后来在指导老师的细心指导和建议下，我不断改进，后来的课，同学们对我讲授的知识都能吸收。不仅达到了预期的教学目的和要求，而且课堂纪律很好，同学们也非常配合。有了前几次讲课的经验，我认为自己的课堂驾驭能力有了很大提高，不但可以良好地控制授课时间，也能够适时地调动起学生的积极性，使课堂气氛活跃起来。最后得到老师的好评。

比教学工作更重要的就是班主任工作。在学校里，班主任就是学生的第一监护人，所以班主任的工作非常琐碎。一名真正尽职尽责的班主任，在学生身上下的功夫比学生的父母还要多。实习第一周，我就开始记住每个学生的名字和样子，了解他们的基本情况，配合班主任做好常规工作，看早，晚读，监督卫生情况和自习课，晚自修的纪律，接下来每天都会做好着写常规工作。除此之外，我根据每周的年级重点工作安排和学生动态开展不同的主题班会，如第一周，因有部分同学对学校补课制度不满而暴动，导致学生思想情绪激动，因此我开展了以不再抱怨生活为主题的班会，以其平伏学生的情绪;接下来两周学校要进行月考和期中考试，我就开展了以考试心理调试和考后反思与总结为主题的班会课。期中考试过后，为了放松同学们的心情，丰富同学们的课外生活，增强同学们之间合作沟通与克服困难的团队精神。我于11月15号下午第二节课进行了一次以团体拓展游戏为主的第二课堂活动，期间，坐地起身，抢凳子，人椅等游戏不仅使活动气氛活跃高涨，而且锻炼了学生的团队沟通能力和合作精神。

作为实习班主任，我也在工作中不断总结经验。在对个别生教育过程中，我收到了深刻的心得与体会。他其实学习的潜力很大，只是自觉性和自制力不够强，因为经过多次努力但英语成绩仍然跟不上而泄气，失去学习兴趣和动力，导致文理偏科。经过多次面谈，我不断鼓励和支持他。帮助他明确目标和找到适合自己的学习动力和方法，后来在期中考试中取得了很大的进步，这是我对自己也感到很有成就感。作为班主任，同时也应作为一个朋友的角色去和学生相处，在课后消除师生之间的距离感，是学生能坦白自己的真实想法，将心比心的理解学生的心理与情绪，更多的是感化教育而不是教训。

在这次实习中，我的各方面能力都得到了锻炼和提高，当更珍贵的是和高二1班的同学建立了一份亦师亦友的深厚情感，这也会对我今后的学习、生活和工作产生深远的影响。我会不断努力，攀登人生的最高峰。

From a middle class family, I was born in Hsin Ying, Tainan on October 10th, 20xx. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking. Although I am the only child of my parents, I am by no mans a spoiled one. On the contrary, I have been expected to be a successful man with advanced education. I study hard at school. I realized the importance of English and began to study diligently when I was eighteen. I did not start in my early age, but I hope that I could pass the test of General English Proficiency Test. And this is my best wish at the moment.
