11年我很有幸来到南邮吴江学院，在院校期间我学的时间旅游英语专业。很感谢院领导和老师们的细心指导和教育。三年学习期间，我顺利的通过了学校的专业考试，为以后的就业打好基础。

(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

总之，既要避免优秀生不够学的现象，又要努力把目前英语有欠缺的学生拉上去，激发他们的兴趣和信心，赶上中上的水平学生。在今后的教学中应该注重培养、激发兴趣，教给学生适当的学习的方法，从学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力，使语言的学习过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成学生自主学习能力的过程，这是新课标和新目标英语的要求。

(二)教材分析

本套初一教材共分十五个单元，每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。

SectionA ： 1a呈现本单元的重点单词，语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a，2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus呈现语法功能重点;3a-4b提供多种课堂活动。

Section B：1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用，同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a，2b为听力练习;3a-3c提供各类练习形式，随着所学内容的加深，逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识提供各类课堂活动。

Selfcheck：使学生对自己的英语水平有明确的认识。自我评价，包括词汇知识的评价，语言应用能力的评价和幽默卡通。

三.教学模式：

采用学生主体，教师主导，任务中心，活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施：初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是最为关键时期。基础打不好，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学，以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施：

(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体，激发爱好，增加容量，整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固，每日进行单词竞赛，值日报告，学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通，帮助他们克服自卑，增强信心，利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心差生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。

(六)团结协作，共同进步。教师之间互相学习，勤学好问，做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

(十)沟通：要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通，也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通，家访，以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话，在作业批改的后面写上一些话。

my name is liuyiou.my hometown is anshan，liaoning provence.it is my honer to take this interview.thank you for giving me this chance.now i will introduce myself to you briefly.

my major is ecology.i have always been working hard to achieve my ambitions.in the past three years，i did quite a good job in my study and had acquired a systemic knowledge of my major.besides，i passed cet-6 when i was a sophomore.what is more， i had got several scholoships due to my outstanding performance in my study and social works.

for my work，i am proud to say that i have always been a leader in my insititute and class.with regard to my characters，i’d like to say that i am optimistic and tough，i got along well with my classmates.well，i prefer to think new things and have a try，i also have teamwork spirit.in addition，i like reading books.sometimes i take part in sports.

i love my major very much.i have made up my mind to pursue my major when the first time i chose this major.my principle is that，choose whatever you love and love whatever you choose.i know i’ll meet with kinds of difficults in the field，but i won’t give up，just as the says goes，no pains no gains.

/however compared with developed countries，the ecology in our country is not very advanced，we can see the ducky and speedy development since our government carry out reformation and opening policy.

/as everybody knows that the ecology in our country is developing very fast.i would love to be one of the members who are contributing in building the ecology.i will try my best and i believe i am the future.

The professional knowledge is sturdy, it is analyzed that the ability that the problem solves the problem is better; Have a bright and cheerful disposition, positive upwards, diligent and eager to learn knowledge, the learning ability is relatively strong; Can take the interests of the whole into account, possess the spirit of cooperation of the group. The work of students union in three years makes oneself have stronger ability to organize and high-level sense of duty, like having dealings with people, good at handling the interpersonal relationships, harmonic; Social practical experience slightly insufficient, wish eagerly in constant the intersection of study and others under new environment to have challenge, improve oneself, substantiate oneself!

L：我也知道个关于颜色的俚语。黄色在英语和汉语中的引申含义差别比较大。在英语中，yellow可以表示胆小、卑怯、卑鄙的意思，例如： a yelloL dog卑鄙的人

P：英语中的黄色还用来作为事物的特定颜色，例如，美国有些城市的出租车上标有yellow(而不是taxi)的字样，代表出租车，因为那里的出租车为黄颜色。
