一年来，我始终坚持运用马克思列宁主义的立场、观点和方法论，运用辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义去分析和观察事物，明辨是非，坚持真理，坚持正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，用正确的世界观、人生观、价值观指导自己的学习、工作和生活实践，在思想上积极构筑抵御资产阶级民主和自由化、拜金主义、自由主义等一切腐朽思想侵蚀的坚固防线。

二、强化理论和业务学习，不断提高自身综合素质

回顾一年来的工作，我在思想上、学习上、工作上取得了新的进步，但我也认识到自己的不足之处，理论知识水平还比较低，现代办公技能还不强。今后，我一定认真克服缺点，发扬成绩，自觉把自己置于党组织和群众的监督之下，刻苦学习、勤奋工作，做一名合格的人民公务员!

在为期十天的实习期间，我学会了很多，也懂得了很多在生活上没法获得到的知识和道理，回顾这十天，虽然做了不算多的工作，而且工作重复而繁琐，可是却体会到了历久以来最多的做人道理。

从第一天黄科员把我安排到办公室的时候，我的工作正式开始了。我的指导负责人是牛科员，首先他给我介绍了自己的日常工作流程，如何利用电子邮件来进行对工商局信访邮件的回复和管理。清晰明确的步骤，妥善安全的备份，保证了人民群众的利益以及对人民群众负责任的态度，我在工作上得到了牛科员以及办公室领导的认可和表扬。

之后的时间钟科员分配一个任务给我跟另外三个同学：对各部门报废电脑的回收、储存和归档处理。结合我们计算机专业数据库知识，如何有程序的把电脑有序的存放和记录归档，如何系统地规划整个流程，确保准确性和每个细节都要处理好，面对繁琐复杂的工作，我没有懈怠，而是更认真地、更细心地完成好每一项工作，不能马马虎虎。

在短短时间的锻炼里，给我的仅是初步的经验积累，对于踏出社会远远不够的，所以必须要获取更多学习的经验和社会实践能力，学会待人处事，注意礼节，注重团队精神和集体观念，加强思想学习，主动与领导沟通，在领导指导下，我对实习有了更深层次的理解，更明确了工作目标。

在思想上，使我对没来的工作有了新的认识，在行动上使我对未来人生有了新的规划。在工作上一定要保持谦虚谨慎，认真扎实的做事情，要肯用心，肯出力，肯吃苦才能完成下达的任务。

在实习期间，严格遵守工商局的各项规章制度，未曾出现过无故缺勤，迟到早退现象，并能跟同事和睦相处。工作积极主动、高效，学习认真，待人诚恳，听从上级指挥，积极观察、体验、思考，定能灵活运用自己的知识解决工作中遇到的问题。
