三、经甲、乙双方协商，甲方决定聘用乙方为我校学前班教师，聘用时间为一个学期(20年下学期)，工资待遇。

四、在聘用期间，乙方必须做到以下几点，否则甲方可以辞退乙方。

1、服从学校的工作安排，遵守学校的各项规章制度。

2、遵守国家的法律法规(如有违法违纪现象，一概由乙方本人负责。

3、工作兢兢业业，关心爱护学生，热情服务学生。

4、在镇内同年级中具有较好的教学质量，不低于平均水平。

5、与家长、同事处理好关系。

6、在安全工作中不失职。

五、在聘用期间，甲方必须按时付给乙方工资，必须按在职教师的统一要求进行管理。

六、聘用期满，即自动解除聘用合同，如需继续聘用，甲、乙双方再行协商。

我是某某大学某某系药学专业的一名应届本科毕业生。

大学四年，是我来之不易的学习机会。在这大好时光里，我本着学好本专业，尽量扩大知识面，并加强能力锻炼的原则，大量汲取知识财富，锻炼了自己的各种能力。我努力的学习基础课，深研专业知识，并取得了优异的成绩，多次名列前茅，连年获得奖学金。本人在几年中系统学习了药学，化学，生物学，有机化学，物理化学，生物化学，微生物学，药物化学，药剂学，药理学，药物分析学，药事管理学，临床医学概论等课程。

通过几年的学习，本人具备以下几方面的知识和能力：

为维护校园正常的教学生活秩序、确保本系X届毕业生顺利完成各项学习任务，努力做到安全、文明离校，加强对毕业生的教育与管理，认真做好应届毕业生文明离校的各项工作，特制定工作计划如下：

一、 提高认识，加大领导力度

1.以系科为单位，成立“应届毕业生文明离校工作领导小组”。成员有：系党政主要负责同志、辅导员、班主任及系办公室有关教辅人员。

2.系领导小组定期召开会议，专门学习、研究毕业生工作有关政策和院学工处下发的有关指导性意见，从思想上进一步提高对做好毕业生文明离校工作的认识，加强工作的自觉性和责任感。

3.以“系领导小组”为核心，组织发动全系教职员工共同参与毕业生文明离校的各项工作，努力做到分工明确、责任到人、各负其责，确保毕业生的各项工作有序顺利地进行。

二、 认真组织落实各项规定和措施

1.以系、班为单位，分层做好毕业生的思想教育工作，及时掌握学生的思想动态，切实解决好学生在毕业过程中出现的各种矛盾、困难和问题，尤其是关注那些那些暂没找到工作岗位的、暂时不能毕业的、受过校纪处分的、

对同学或学校有严重不满情绪的、心情不好、情绪低落、易激动等特殊学生群体，给予特别的关心与疏导，把问题消灭在萌芽状态。

2.各毕业班建立以班干部为核心，以宿舍为单位的学生自控、监督联络小组，积极开展毕业生的“自我教育，自我管理、自我约束、自我服务”的教育，并通过联络小组及时掌握学生的动态与信息。

3.发动和组织毕业班的学生党员、入党积极分子、学生骨干，开展一次特别党日活动，毕业前夕为母校做一件好事，以实际行动接受组织的考验。

4.五月中、下旬，以班主任牵头主持召开一次“毕业生文明离校教育”主题班会，积极响应院团委发出的文明倡议活动和签名活动，每一个毕业生都要制定一份文明离校行动计划。

5.六月上旬，进行以毕业班学生为主体，班主任为指导的毕业音乐会的演出活动，展示应届毕业生四年来的学习成果，以优异的成绩回报母校和社会。

6.六月中旬，以系、班为单位，再一次进行文明离校、校纪校规教育，教育学生自觉遵守学校的各项规章制度，尤其是文明离校的有关规定，一旦有违纪行为发生，严惩不贷，绝不姑息。

7.加强对毕业生的安全教育，进一步落实防火、防盗、防其他事故的规定，系领导小组不定期走访学生宿舍，进行抽查，切实加强毕业学生的自我防范意识。

以上各项要求，系领导小组将派专人负责贯彻、落实、督促、检查，确保毕业班的各项工作有序、高效进行与圆满完成。
